receiving vehicle driving-out information, wherein the vehicle driving-out information comprises vehicle driving-out time and berth information of berthing;
inquiring corresponding vehicle parking time according to the parked berth information in the vehicle driving-out information, and calculating corresponding parking fee according to the inquired vehicle parking time and the vehicle driving-out time;
and receiving a parking fee inquiry request aiming at the outgoing vehicle initiated by the road end RSU, and returning the parking fee of the outgoing vehicle for ETC deduction.
2. The ETC-based parking fee payment method according to claim 1, comprising the steps of, after receiving the patrol information:
receiving an entrance record inquiry request, and detecting whether entrance records exist in license plate information in the inspection information or not according to the inspection information;
if the license plate information does not exist, performing entrance recording operation on the license plate information in the routing inspection information;
if so, no processing is performed.
3. The ETC-based parking fee payment method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:

and the fee settlement module is used for receiving a parking fee inquiry request aiming at the outgoing vehicle initiated by the road end RSU and returning the parking fee of the outgoing vehicle for ETC deduction.
5. An electronic device comprising a processor, a storage medium, and a computer program stored in the storage medium, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the ETC-based parking fee payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.

the road-side RSU module is used for reading license plate information of an outgoing vehicle;
