if the condition information of the corresponding berth is inquired to have parking fee and vehicle entrance record at the same time, an ETC transaction request is initiated according to the parking fee and the vehicle ETC information, and a transaction result is uploaded;
if the inquiry shows that the state information of the corresponding berth does not have the vehicle entrance record, adding the vehicle entrance record, and uploading the added vehicle entrance record to update the state information of the corresponding berth;
if the state information of the corresponding berth is found to have the vehicle entrance record but no parking fee, the processing is not carried out.
2. The ETC-based parking fee section payment method according to claim 1, comprising, before polling the status information of the corresponding berth according to the current patrol information, the steps of:
receiving vehicle parking information corresponding to a parking space by a service platform, wherein the vehicle parking information comprises vehicle parking time;
and charging the parking fee of the corresponding parking space according to the parking time of the vehicle, so as to serve as the state information of the corresponding parking space.
