Abstract
本发明的目的在于,通过配合代替塑料微珠、二氧化硅的环境友好且耐水性高的粉末成分,从而提供一种防晒化妆品,其即使使用少量的紫外线防御剂也能够实现高的紫外线防御力、并且具有通过与水或汗等接触则紫外线防御效果相较于刚涂布后有所提高的特性、使用性也优异。本发明的防晒化妆品的特征在于,其含有(A)油相增稠剂、(B)紫外线防御剂及(C)体积平均粒径为1~30μm的蜡粉末。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防晒化妆品。更详细而言,涉及一种防晒化妆品,其即使不大量配合紫外线防御剂,通过配合油相增稠剂和规定的蜡粉末也能够实现高的紫外线防御力、并且具有与水或汗等接触则紫外线防御效果相较于刚涂布后有所提高的特性、并且使用性也优异。
背景技术
保护皮肤免受紫外线伤害是皮肤护理、身体护理中的重要课题之一,为了将紫外线对皮肤造成的不良影响抑制到最低限度,开发了各种UV护理化妆品。作为UV护理化妆品之一的防晒化妆品(sunscreen cosmetics)是通过用配合有紫外线吸收剂、紫外线散射剂之类的紫外线防御剂的涂膜覆盖皮肤来吸收或散射UVA及UVB、从而抑制到达皮肤的紫外线量、保护皮肤免受紫外线伤害的化妆品(非专利文献1)。
紫外线吸收剂由于可得到高的紫外线防御效果、与皮肤的融合性良好、耐汗、耐水,因此被配合于多种防晒化妆品中。但是,紫外线吸收剂中,有些在吸收紫外线时会放热、产生化学变化而引起皮肤发红、发痒、进而发生过敏等。例如,甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)为吸收UVB的代表性的紫外线吸收剂,一直以来广泛用于防晒化妆品中,但是对于皮肤敏感的使用者而言有时会成为负担。专利文献1提出,为了缓和甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯的刺激而在皮肤外用剂中配合二甲醚。
另外,紫外线吸收剂中在常温下为固体的类型也较多,为了使这些不析出、稳定地溶解于化妆品,需要相应量的油分。因此,在大量配合紫外线吸收剂时也不得不增加油分量,有时会产生由油分引起的黏腻、损害使用感。因此,作为大量配合油溶性紫外线吸收剂的替代方案,有时也配合水溶性紫外线吸收剂,但是通常有水溶性紫外线吸收剂的紫外线防御力弱于油溶性紫外线吸收剂的倾向,即使大量配合水溶性紫外线吸收剂,也难以实现充分的紫外线防御力。另外,配合水溶性紫外线吸收剂时,受与其一起配合的盐(中和盐)的影响,化妆品的稳定性有时会下降。
鉴于这些情况,提出了不使用紫外线吸收剂、而是使用对皮肤的刺激相对少的紫外线散射剂的技术,强调所谓的“不使用紫外线吸收剂”、“非化学”的化妆品已经上市。例如,专利文献2公开了一种含有作为紫外线散射剂的疏水化处理氧化锌和/或疏水化处理氧化钛、不含有机紫外线吸收剂且紫外线防御效果、乳化稳定性、使用感优异的防晒化妆品。另外,专利文献3提出了一种不含入眼时会产生刺激的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯等紫外线吸收剂、而是配合具有紫外线散射作用的多种粉体成分的方案。
但是,为了仅凭借紫外线散射剂得到高的紫外线防御效果,则需要大量配合紫外线散射剂,存在涂布于皮肤时会产生不自然的白色(浮白)或使延展、皮肤融合性等使用性变差的情况。
因此,要求将这些紫外线防御剂的配合量抑制得较少且实现更高的紫外线防御效果。本发明人们的研究结果是,获知以往通过配合由二氧化硅、有机硅聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等形成的颗粒来提高紫外线防御效果。
但是,塑料所引起的环境污染问题逐年加剧,因此化妆品领域也有加速废止塑料微珠的动向,优选避免使用可相当于塑料微珠的有机硅聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等。
需要说明的是,关于塑料微珠,尚无公认的定义,有时仅是指清洁制品中使用的磨砂珠,但是,本说明书中是指聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、尼龙、聚氨基甲酸酯、丙烯酸类共聚物、有机硅聚合物等直径5mm以下的固体塑料颗粒。
另一方面,二氧化硅虽然不属于塑料微珠,但是耐水性差,因此有与水、汗等接触时使紫外线防御效果相较于刚涂布后有所下降的倾向。

发明要解决的问题
本发明是鉴于前述实际情况作出的,其目的在于,通过配合代替塑料微珠、二氧化硅的环境友好且耐水性高的粉末成分,提供一种防晒化妆品,其即使使用少量的紫外线防御剂也能够实现高的紫外线防御力、并且具有与水或汗等接触则紫外线防御效果相较于刚涂布后有所提高的特性、使用性也优异。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人们为了解决上述课题进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过在含有紫外线防御剂的防晒化妆品中配合油相增稠剂和规定的蜡粉末,从而能够在皮肤上均匀地形成耐水性优异的涂膜,由此能够提高紫外线防御力,在此基础上还能够实现优异的使用性,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明的主旨为一种防晒化妆品,其含有下述成分(A)~(C):
(A)油相增稠剂、
(B)紫外线防御剂、及
(C)体积平均粒径为1~30μm的蜡粉末。
发明的效果
本发明通过采取上述构成,从而可以实现能够提高涂膜的紫外线防御力、并且使用性也优异的防晒化妆品。
另外,与不会自然分解、而半永久性残留的塑料微珠相比,蜡粉体对环境更友好。进而,蜡粉体的耐水性优异,也不会如二氧化硅那样一旦与水或汗等接触则导致紫外线防御力下降。
而且,由于将有时会给皮肤造成负担的紫外线吸收剂抑制为少量,因此能够提供安全性高的防晒化妆品。进而,即使不大量配合紫外线散射剂也能够实现高的紫外线防御效果,因此不易产生紫外线散射剂所特有的浮白、皮肤融合性差。
具体实施方式
本发明的防晒化妆品的特征在于,其含有(A)油相增稠剂、(B)紫外线防御剂及(C)蜡粉末。以下,对构成本发明的化妆品的各成分进行详细说明。
<(A)油相增稠剂>
本发明中的(A)油相增稠剂可以从通常在化妆品等中用作溶解于油分或在油分中溶胀、从而发挥使油相增稠的效果的成分的物质中适宜选择。例如,优选配合选自糊精脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、氨基酸系增稠剂、丙烯酸类高分子、固态或半固态的烃油、或者脂肪酸或其盐等中的1种以上。
糊精脂肪酸酯只要是作为糊精或还原糊精与高级脂肪酸的酯且通常用于化妆品中的糊精脂肪酸酯,就可以没有特别限制地使用。糊精或还原糊精优选使用平均糖聚合度为3~100者。另外,作为糊精脂肪酸酯的构成脂肪酸,优选使用碳数8~22的饱和脂肪酸。具体而言,可列举糊精棕榈酸酯、糊精油酸酯、糊精硬脂酸酯、糊精肉豆蔻酸酯、糊精棕榈酸酯/乙基己酸酯等。
蔗糖脂肪酸酯中,可优选使用其脂肪酸为直链状或支链状的、饱和或不饱和的、碳数12~22的脂肪酸。具体而言,可列举出:蔗糖辛酸酯、蔗糖癸酸酯、蔗糖月桂酸酯、蔗糖肉豆蔻酸酯、蔗糖棕榈酸酯、蔗糖硬脂酸酯、蔗糖油酸酯、蔗糖芥酸酯等。
甘油脂肪酸酯只要是作为甘油、碳数18~28的二元酸及碳数8~28的脂肪酸(其中,二元酸除外)反应而得到的酯化反应产物且通常用于化妆品中的甘油脂肪酸酯,就可以没有特别限制地使用。具体而言,可列举出:甘油山萮酸酯/异硬脂酸酯/二十烷二酸酯、甘油山萮酸酯/二十烷二酸酯、聚甘油酯-10山萮酸酯/二十烷二酸酯等。
氨基酸系增稠剂可列举出:二丁基月桂酰基谷氨酰胺、二丁基乙基己酰基谷氨酰胺、聚酰胺-8、聚酰胺-3等。
丙烯酸类高分子可列举出:丙烯酸与脂肪族醇的酯聚合物等,例如,可以优选使用聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯。
固态或半固态的烃油是常温(25℃)下为固态或半固态的烃,作为具体例,可列举出:凡士林、氢化棕榈油、氢化蓖麻油(蓖麻蜡)、棕榈仁氢化油、氢化蓖麻油、氢化花生(落花生)油、氢化菜籽油、氢化山茶油、氢化大豆油、氢化橄榄油、氢化澳洲坚果油、氢化葵花籽油、氢化小麦胚芽油、氢化米胚芽油、氢化米糠油、氢化棉籽油、氢化鳄梨油、蜡类等。
作为脂肪酸,只要是可用于化妆品等的脂肪酸就没有特别限定,可以从具有直链状或支链状的饱和或不饱和的烃基的脂肪酸中选择。特别地,可列举出:常温下为固体且碳数8~22的高级脂肪酸,例如月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸(behenic acid)、油酸、异肉豆蔻酸、异棕榈酸等。其中,特别优选使用选自硬脂酸、棕榈酸及山萮酸中的一种或二种以上。作为脂肪酸的盐,可列举钠盐、钙盐、镁盐、铝盐等金属盐。另外,也可以使用脂肪酸的酰胺衍生物、酯衍生物。
以接触到水分时的、涂膜的水分量足以使油相增稠剂在涂膜内迁移的方式来调节本发明的防晒化妆品中的(A)油相增稠剂的配合量。具体而言,(A)油相增稠剂的配合量相对于防晒化妆品总量可以设为0.3~4质量%、优选为0.5~4质量%、更优选为0.5~3质量%。特别地,通过将(A)油相增稠剂的配合量设为4质量%以下,从而可以得到顺滑的良好触感,因此优选。
<(B)紫外线防御剂(紫外线吸收剂和/或紫外线散射剂)>
本发明的(B)紫外线防御剂是指紫外线吸收剂和/或紫外线散射剂,可以使用化妆品中通常配合者。
作为紫外线吸收剂,可列举例如:苯甲酸衍生物、水杨酸衍生物、肉桂酸衍生物、二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物、β,β-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物、二苯甲酮衍生物、苄亚基樟脑衍生物、苯基苯并咪唑衍生物、三嗪衍生物、苯基苯并三唑衍生物、蒽基衍生物、咪唑啉衍生物、亚苄基丙二酸酯衍生物、4,4-二芳基丁二烯衍生物等。以下列举出具体例和商品名等,但不限定于这些。

作为苯基苯并咪唑衍生物,可例示:苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(例如“Eusolex232”,Merck公司)、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸二钠(例如“Neo Heliopan AP”,Haarmann&Reimer公司)等。
作为三嗪衍生物,可例示:双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪(例如“Tinosorb S”,Ciba Specialty Chemicals公司)、乙基己基三嗪酮(例如“Uvinul T150”,BASF公司)、二乙基己基丁酰胺三嗪酮(例如“Uvasorb HEB”,Sigma 3V公司)、2,4,6-三(二异丁基-4’-氨基亚苄基丙二酸酯)均三嗪、2,4,6-三[4-(2-乙基己氧基羰基)苯胺基]-1,3,5-三嗪等。
作为苯基苯并三唑衍生物,可例示:甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷(例如“Silatrizole”,Rhodia Chimie公司)、亚甲基双(苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚)(例如“Tinosorb M”(CibaSpecialty Chemicals公司))等。
作为蒽基衍生物,可例示:邻氨基苯甲酸薄荷酯(例如“Neo Heliopan MA”,Haarmann&Reimer公司)等。
作为咪唑啉衍生物,可例示:二甲氧基亚苄基二氧代咪唑啉丙酸乙基己酯等。
作为亚苄基丙二酸酯衍生物,可例示具有亚苄基丙二酸酯官能团的聚有机硅氧烷(例如聚硅氧烷-15,“Parsol SLX”,DSM Nutrition Japan公司)等。
作为4,4-二芳基丁二烯衍生物,可例示:1,1-二羧基(2,2’-二甲基丙基)-4,4-二苯基丁二烯等。
作为特别优选的紫外线吸收剂的例子,可列举奥克立林、水杨酸辛酯、胡莫柳酯,优选含有这些中的至少1种。
紫外线散射剂没有特别限定,可列举例如细粒状的金属氧化物,例如氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铁、氧化铈、氧化钨等。
紫外线散射剂可以是未经表面处理者,也可以是经各种疏水化表面处理而成者,优选使用经疏水化表面处理而成者。作为表面处理剂,可以使用在化妆品领域中通用的、例如聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅等有机硅、辛基三乙氧基硅烷等烷氧基硅烷、糊精棕榈酸酯等糊精脂肪酸酯、硬脂酸等脂肪酸。
本发明中的(B)紫外线防御剂包括:仅由紫外线吸收剂构成的方式、仅由紫外线散射剂构成的方式、及包含紫外线吸收剂和紫外线散射剂这两者的方式。
(B)紫外线防御剂的配合量相对于防晒化妆品总量优选为5~40质量%,更优选为10~30质量%,进一步优选为10~20质量%。若(B)紫外线防御剂的配合量少于5质量%,则难以得到充分的紫外线防御效果,即使超过40质量%来配合,也无法期待与配合量相应的紫外线防御效果的增加,反而会使稳定性、使用性变差等,从这些角度出发不优选。
<(C)蜡粉末>
本发明中的(C)蜡粉末是将熔点为35℃以上、更优选为80℃以上的蜡通过粉碎等而粉末化而成者,只要是可配合于化妆品的蜡粉末就没有特别限定。
构成蜡粉末的蜡不限于特定的蜡,从环境负荷低的角度出发,优选天然起源的蜡粉末。作为这样的蜡,可列举巴西棕榈蜡、米糠蜡、蜂蜡、生物降解性蜡、微晶蜡、石蜡。其中,特别优选巴西棕榈蜡、米糠蜡。
作为将蜡粉末化的方法,没有特别限定,可使用公知的粉碎方法。具体而言,可列举出:将蜡用JETMIZER等进行机械粉碎的方法、将蜡溶解于挥发性溶剂并进行喷雾干燥的方法等。
蜡粉末的体积平均粒径为1~30μm的范围,更优选为1~20μm的范围,进一步优选为5~15μm的范围。需要说明的是,体积平均粒径可以基于利用激光束散射的粒度分布的标准试验法(ASTM D4464)来测定。
(C)蜡粉末的配合量相对于防晒化妆品总量优选为0.5~20质量%,更优选为0.5~10质量%,进一步优选为1~5质量%。(C)蜡粉末的配合量小于0.5质量%时,不易得到充分的紫外线防御力提高效果,超过20质量%而配合时,有使用性变差的倾向。
<任意配合成分>
本发明的防晒化妆品中,除了上述(A)~(C)成分以外,可以在不妨碍本发明效果的范围内配合通常用于化妆品的成分。例如,可根据需要适宜配合凝胶剂、表面活性剂、油分、水性成分、粉末成分、pH调节剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、药剂、醇类、着色剂、色素等。
其中,若配合相对于防晒化妆品总量为0.1~2质量%左右的作为凝胶剂的(D)有机改性粘土矿物,则能够进一步提高稳定性、使用性,因此优选。
(D)有机改性粘土矿物为一种具有三层结构的胶质含水硅酸铝,代表性的是用季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂对下述通式(1)所示的粘土矿物改性而得的。

(其中,X=Al、Fe(III)、Mn(III)、Cr(III)、Y=Mg、Fe(II)、Ni、Zn、Li、Z=K、Na、Ca)
作为具体例,可以列举出:二甲基二硬脂基铵锂蒙脱石(二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石)、二甲基烷基铵锂蒙脱石、苄基二甲基硬脂基铵锂蒙脱石、二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵处理硅酸铝镁等。作为市售品,可使用BENTONE27(苄基二甲基硬脂基氯化铵处理锂蒙脱石:Elementis Japan公司制)及BENTONE38(二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵处理锂蒙脱石:ElementisJapan公司制)。
(D)有机改性粘土矿物的配合量相对于防晒化妆品总量优选为0.1~2质量%左右,更优选为0.2~2质量%,进一步优选为0.3~2质量%。
另外,若相对于防晒化妆品总量配合0.5~15质量%左右的作为粉末成分的(E)使用性改善粉末,则在进一步使皮肤上的延展变轻等使用性的方面,是优选的。
(E)使用性改善粉末优选为球状粉末,可列举纤维素粉末、球状二氧化硅、滑石、云母、绢云母、淀粉粉末、生物降解性树脂等。
其中,淀粉粉末由于源自天然且耐水性也优异而优选。
本发明的防晒化妆品可以以任何形态来提供,特别优选油性化妆品、油包水型乳化化妆品。作为具体的制品形态,可使用适合于啫喱、乳液、乳霜、露(lotion)等各剂型的常规方法来制造。
本发明的防晒化妆品的涂膜的紫外线防御效果可通过与水分的接触而提高。“紫外线防御效果通过与水分的接触而提高”大致可如下定义。
首先,将规定量的化妆品样品滴加到测定板上,涂布为规定面积并干燥,由此形成涂膜。利用分光光度计等测定400~280nm下的该涂膜的吸光度,以未涂布测定板的吸光度为基准,求出前述涂膜的水浴前的吸光度累计值。
接着,将形成有该涂膜的测定板在常温下、在硬度50~500的水中浸渍20分钟~1小时左右,干燥10~30分钟左右,然后测定涂膜的吸光度,同样求出水浴后的吸光度累计值。
按照下式算出水浴处理后的吸光度累计值的变化率。

在吸光度累计值的变化率超过100%时,定义为紫外线防御效果提高。本发明的化妆品的情况下,其吸光度累计值的变化率至少超过100%,优选为103%以上,更优选为105%以上,进一步优选为110%以上,特别优选显示115%以上。
实施例
以下列举实施例来进一步详细地说明本发明,但是本发明不因为这些例子而受到任何限定。配合量在没有特别声明时以相对于防晒化妆品总量的质量%来表示。在对各实施例进行具体说明前,对采用的评价方法进行说明。
<紫外线防御力的提高率(SPF提升效果)>
向S板(5×5cm的带V形槽的PMMA板、SPFMASTER-PA01)以2mg/cm2的量滴加各例的样品,用手指涂布60秒,干燥15分钟而形成涂膜。将未涂布的板作为对照,利用株式会社日立制作所制造的U-3500型自记录分光光度计测定前述涂膜的吸光度(400~280nm),由得到的测定数据求出吸光度累计值。

将不含蜡粉末的比较例1作为基准,由下式算出SPF提升效果,基于下述评价基准进行判定。

A:SPF提升效果为110%以上
B:SPF提升效果为100%以上且小于110%
C:SPF提升效果小于100%
<水浴后的吸光度累计值的变化率(水浴后Abs变化率)>
向S板(5×5cm的带V形槽的PMMA板、SPFMASTER-PA01)以2mg/cm2的量滴加各例的样品,用手指涂布60秒,干燥15分钟而形成涂膜。将未涂布的板作为对照,利用株式会社日立制作所制造的U-3500型自记录分光光度计测定前述涂膜的吸光度(400~280nm),由得到的测定数据求出水浴前的吸光度累计值。
接着,将测定后的板在硬度50~500的水中充分浸渍,以该状态在水中搅拌30分钟(3-1电动机,300rpm)。之后干燥15~30分钟左右,直至表面的水滴消失,再次测定吸光度,由得到的测定数据求出水浴后的吸光度累计值。
由下式计算水浴后的吸光度累计值的变化率(%),基于下述评价基准进行判定。

“评价基准”
A:水浴后的吸光度累计值的变化率为110%以上
B:水浴后的吸光度累计值的变化率为100%以上且小于110%
C:水浴后的吸光度累计值的变化率小于100%
<使用性>
请10名专门小组成员实际使用实施例及比较例的各样品,对使用性(涂布时的延展、无黏腻)进行评价。请各位专门小组成员按照下述评分基准进行5阶段感官评价,通过其合计分数基于下述评价基准进行判定。

5:非常优异
4:优异
3:普通
2:差
1:非常差
“评价基准”
A:合计分数为40分以上
B:合计分数为30~39分
C:合计分数为20~29分
D:合计分数为19分以下
<实施例1~6及比较例1~4>
制备了具有以下的表1及表2中记载的组成的油包水型防晒化妆品。按照上述评价方法评价了紫外线防御力的提高率(SPF提升效果)、水浴后的吸光度累计值的变化率(水浴后Abs变化率)及使用性。

蜡粉末C:体积平均粒径100μm的巴西棕榈蜡

如上述的表1所示,含有油相增稠剂和紫外线防御剂的情况下,即使不配合蜡粉末也得到了较高的紫外线防御效果,但是使用性显著变差(比较例1)。
与此相对地,除了油相增稠剂及紫外线防御剂以外,还配合了体积平均粒径为1~30μm范围的蜡粉末时,SPF提升效果和使用性明显提高(实施例1~3)。另外观察到,通过进一步配合作为凝胶剂的有机改性粘土矿物,SPF提升效果和使用性得到改善(实施例2)。
另一方面,即使配合体积平均粒径为100μm的蜡粉末,结果使用性也几乎没有改善、而且反而紫外线防御效果受损(比较例2)。另外,在配合了球状二氧化硅代替蜡粉末时,确认虽然使用性优异,但是紫外线防御效果因水浴而大幅下降(比较例3)。需要说明的是,比较例2的SPF提升效果和使用性显著差,因此省略了水浴后Abs变化率的测定。
如上述的表2所示,即使改变油相增稠剂的种类,也得到了SPF提升效果和使用性优异的结果(实施例4~6)。另一方面,确认到未配合油相增稠剂时水浴后的紫外线防御效果显著受损(比较例4)。
Claims (8)
1.一种防晒化妆品,其含有:
(A)油相增稠剂、
(B)紫外线防御剂、及
(C)体积平均粒径为1~30μm的蜡粉末。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品,其中,构成(C)蜡粉末的蜡为选自由巴西棕榈蜡、米糠蜡、蜂蜡、生物降解性蜡、微晶蜡、石蜡组成的组中的1种以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防晒化妆品,其中,(A)油相增稠剂选自由糊精脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、氨基酸系增稠剂、丙烯酸类高分子、固态或半固态的烃油或者脂肪酸或其盐中的1种以上。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的防晒化妆品,其中,(A)油相增稠剂的配合量相对于化妆品总量为0.3~4质量%。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的防晒化妆品,其还含有选自(D)有机改性粘土矿物中的凝胶剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防晒化妆品,其中,选自(D)有机改性粘土矿物中的凝胶剂的配合量相对于化妆品总量为0.1~2质量%。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的防晒化妆品,其还含有(E)使用性改善粉末。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的防晒化妆品,其为油包水型乳化化妆品或油性化妆品。
