Abstract

提供一种L‑鸟氨酸复合盐的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)以L‑鸟氨酸盐溶液为原料,通过双极膜电渗析装置制备游离的L‑鸟氨酸溶液;(2)游离的L‑鸟氨酸溶液与物质A混合反应,得L‑鸟氨酸复合盐溶液;物质A为L‑门冬氨酸、α‑酮戊二酸或者R‑(+)‑硫辛酸;(3)L‑鸟氨酸复合盐溶液结晶即可获得L‑鸟氨酸复合盐。利用所述制备方法制备L‑鸟氨酸复合盐,含水量低于2%,无副产物生成,无废盐和废水等污染,绿色、环保,收率可观。
