本发明公开一种无指纹钢带加工生产线的涂油装置,包括机架、传送及涂油组件,机架包括相对设置的支撑板、传送辊设在支撑板之间,涂油组件包括承载板、立板、涂油辊、压油辊及滴油管,承载板可升降地设于支撑板上方,立板设在承载板上,每一涂油辊及每一压油辊的两端分别安装在立板上,涂油辊的辊面与压油辊的辊面接触,滴油管设于涂油辊上方,以供朝向涂油辊滴油,涂油辊辊面将油传送至压油辊表面,并且在涂油辊与压油辊接触处形成一油液,油均匀扩散在涂油辊的外周表面,涂油辊表面与钢带表面接触,进而将油均匀涂布在钢带表面。本发明通过涂油辊均匀涂抹钢带,涂油效果较佳。

本发明涉及钢带表面加工领域,具体地涉及一种无指纹钢带加工生产线的涂油装置。
背景技术
无指纹不锈钢技术就是在不锈钢板的表面上涂抹一层涂膜保护层,一般涂膜保护层为一层油,通过油磨技术涂磨在不锈钢板的表面,一般是通过涂油机的涂油辊覆油液在转动时给钢带表面涂覆一层油膜。现有的涂油机的一般通过滚刷涂布,通过滴油管淋浇在滚刷上,此过程中,涂布均匀性较差,难以满足无指纹不锈钢带质量要求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种在不锈钢带表面油液均匀的无指纹钢带加工生产线的涂油装置。
本发明技术方案如下:一种无指纹钢带加工生产线的涂油装置,包括机架、传送辊以及涂油组件,机架包括相对设置的支撑板、传送辊设置在支撑板之间,涂油组件包括承载板、立板、涂油辊、压油辊及滴油管,承载板可升降地设于所述机架每一侧的支撑板上方,所述立板立设在承载板上,每一涂油辊及每一压油辊的两端分别安装在机架两侧的立板上,涂油辊的辊面与压油辊的辊面接触,所述滴油管平行设置于涂油辊上方,滴油管上安装有滴油头,滴油头朝向涂油辊滴油,涂油辊辊面将油传送至压油辊表面,并且在涂油辊与压油辊接触处形成一油液,油均匀扩散在涂油辊的外周表面,涂油辊表面与钢带表面接触,进而将油均匀涂布在钢带表面。
进一步地,所述立板的侧壁上安装有驱动压油辊升降的第一升降机构,以供调整压油辊与涂油辊接触处空间大小。
进一步地,所述立板上开设有升降槽,以供压油辊端部穿过后安装在所述第一升降机构上。
进一步地,所述第一升降机构包括第一传动件、第一螺杆及挂持板,所述第一传动件固设在立板一侧,第一螺杆可升降地螺接在第一传动件中,挂持板固接在第一螺杆底端,压油辊的端部通过轴承安装在挂持板的底端,通过第一传动件带动第一螺杆升降时,带动挂持板连同压油辊升降。

相对现有技术:本发明提供一种无指纹钢带加工生产线的涂油装置,涂油辊与压油辊配合挤压,滴油管向涂油辊与压油辊接触处供油后形成一层油液,油液不能向接触处向下滴落,油液便只能向涂油辊两端部扩散,油液扩散分布在涂油辊的外周面上后,涂油辊转动均匀涂油并均匀涂抹传送辊上的钢带表面,以便在钢带表面形成一层用于防止指纹的油膜。通过第一升降机构调节涂油辊与压油辊的接触处空间,以免涂油辊表面损耗后接触处空间变大,油液向接触处空间下方滴落,从而导致油液不能均匀分布在涂油辊表面。进一步地,调节涂油辊与压油辊之间的空间,可以控制涂油辊涂抹钢带的油膜厚度,以达到更佳的涂油效果;进一步地,可通过升降组件带动涂油辊升降,以达到更好的涂油效果;进一步地,涂油辊损坏或更换时,可通过横推机构推动备用涂油辊与压油辊配合来涂抹钢带;多余的油液由接油槽被收集并被滴油管循环抽取利用。

涂油组件40包括承载板30、立板41、涂油辊42、压油辊43及滴油管44,承载板30可升降地设于所述机架每一侧的支撑板10上方,所述立板41立设在承载板30上,每一涂油辊42及每一压油辊43的两端分别安装在机架两侧的立板41上,涂油辊42的辊面与压油辊43的辊面接触,所述滴油管44平行设置于涂油辊42上方。滴油管44上安装有滴油头,滴油头朝向涂油辊42滴油,涂油辊42辊面将油传送至压油辊43表面,并且在涂油辊42与压油辊43接触处形成一油液液。由于涂油辊42与压油辊43接触处空间较小,油液不能通过接触处向下滴落,便只能向涂油辊42两端部扩散。当油均匀扩散在涂油辊42的外周表面,涂油辊42表面与传送辊20上的钢带表面接触时,将油均匀涂布在钢带表面。
本实施例中,涂油辊42与压油辊43均连接有电机,由电机分别驱动涂油辊42与压油辊43相对转动。涂油辊42表面可设有用于涂抹钢带表面的滚刷,滚刷在持续的涂油过程容易被损耗,导致涂油辊42与压油辊43接触处的空间变大,油液向接触处空间下方滴落,从而导致油液不能均匀分布在涂油辊42表面,钢带表面涂油效果变差。请参阅图2,所述立板41的侧壁上安装有驱动压油辊43升降的第一升降机构50,以供调整压油辊43与涂油辊42接触处空间大小,以控制油液均匀分布在涂油辊42上,保证钢带涂油质量。

综上,本发明通过设置涂油辊42与压油辊43相互转动并挤压,使得油液均匀分布在涂油辊42外周面上,同时涂油辊42转动的同时对钢带表面均匀地涂油,以便在钢带表面形成一层用于防止指纹的油膜,涂油效果均匀;通过第一升降机构50带动压油辊43升降,可以控制涂油辊42涂抹钢带的油膜厚度,以达到不同涂油效果;可以在涂油辊42损坏或更换时,启动备用涂油辊45对对钢带表面进行涂油,以保证涂油效率。

1.一种无指纹钢带加工生产线的涂油装置,包括机架、传送辊(20)以及涂油组件(40),机架包括相对设置的支撑板(10)、传送辊(20)设置在支撑板(10)之间,涂油组件(40)包括承载板(30)、立板(41)、涂油辊(42)、压油辊(43)及滴油管(44),承载板(30)可升降地设于所述机架每一侧的支撑板(10)上方,所述立板(41)立设在承载板(30)上,每一涂油辊(42)及每一压油辊(43)的两端分别安装在机架两侧的立板(41)上,涂油辊(42)的辊面与压油辊(43)的辊面接触,所述滴油管(44)平行设置于涂油辊(42)上方,滴油管(44)上安装有滴油头,滴油头朝向涂油辊(42)滴油,涂油辊(42)辊面将油传送至压油辊(43)表面,并且在涂油辊(42)与压油辊(43)接触处形成一层油液,油均匀扩散在涂油辊(42)的外周表面,涂油辊(42)表面与钢带表面接触,进而将油均匀涂布在钢带表面;所述涂油组件(40)还包括备用涂油辊(45),备用涂油辊(45)可沿钢带传送方向移动地设置在机架上,备用涂油辊(45)的两端设置在立板(41)上,所述备用涂油辊(45)平行安装在压油辊(43)一侧,以在涂油辊(42)停用时,通过备用涂油辊(45)备用;涂油装置还包括用于推动备用涂油辊(45)横向移动的横推机构(60),所述立板(41)上开设有沿钢带传送方向延伸的横槽,所述横推机构(60)包括第二传动件(61)、第二螺杆(62)及轴承座(63),所述第二传动件(61)固设在立板(41)侧壁上,第二螺杆(62)沿钢带传送方向螺接在第二传动件(61)中,轴承座(63)固接在第二螺杆(62)末端,备用涂油辊(45)端部穿过所述横槽安装在轴承座(63)中,以供第二传动件(61)带动第二螺杆(62)在传送方向移动时,带动备用涂油辊(45)沿钢带传送方向移动;所述横推机构(60)包括还固设立板(41)侧壁上且位于横槽上下两侧的导槽件(64),导槽件(64)开设凹槽,所述轴承座(63)具有配合凹槽的凸起,以供引导轴承座(63)沿导槽件(64)移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂油装置,其特征在于:所述立板(41)的侧壁上安装有驱动压油辊(43)升降的第一升降机构(50),以供调整压油辊(43)与涂油辊(42)接触处空间大小。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涂油装置,其特征在于:所述立板(41)上开设有升降槽,以供压油辊(43)端部穿过后安装在所述第一升降机构(50)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涂油装置,其特征在于:所述第一升降机构(50)包括第一传动件(51)、第一螺杆(52)及挂持板(53),所述第一传动件(51)固设在立板(41)一侧,第一螺杆(52)可升降地螺接在第一传动件(51)中,挂持板(53)固接在第一螺杆(52)底端,压油辊(43)的端部通过轴承安装在挂持板(53)的底端,通过第一传动件(51)带动第一螺杆(52)升降时,带动挂持板(53)连同压油辊(43)升降。
5.根据权利要求4所述的涂油装置,其特征在于:所述挂持板(53)两端固接有滑块,立板(41)的侧壁设有配合滑块的滑轨,以引导挂持板(53)相对立板(41)升降。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涂油装置,其特征在于:每一所述支撑板(10)上安装有升降组件(70),用于支撑承载板(30)升降,升降组件(70)包括升降传动件(71)、第三螺杆(72)、连接板(73)及支撑杆(74),支撑板(10)的一侧邻近底端固接有侧伸板,侧伸板上安装有所述升降传动件(71),第三螺杆(72)可升降地螺接在升降传动件(71)中,第三螺杆(72)支撑连接板(73),支撑杆(74)立设在连接板(73)顶面,支撑杆(74)支撑所述承载板(30),以在升降传动件(71)带动第三螺杆(72)升降时,带动设于承载板(30)上的涂油组件(40)升降。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涂油装置,其特征在于:所述涂油辊(42)的下方设有接油槽(80),以供回收涂油辊(42)涂抹钢带时滴落的油液,接油槽(80)与滴油管(44)连接,以供油液循环使用。
