背景技术

除了肝脏以外,酒精对胰脏的影响也是非常大的。胰脏分泌很多酵素,假如喝酒引起胰脏发炎的话,代谢功能也会受到影响,甚至引起糖尿病。另外一个影响最大的器官就是脑部。
目前市面上的解酒产品多为饮品,携带不方便且开瓶之后保质期短;同时,还有一些其他片剂类制品,但口感欠佳;或者还存在功效单一,不能同时很好的保护因喝酒损伤的脾胃、肝脏和脑等器官,因此急需一种口感好、便于食用且在解酒的同时能够具有多种保健功能的解酒产品。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是为克服现有技术中存在的缺乏口感好且能够多功能保健的解酒产品的技术缺陷,提供一种解酒护肝压片及其制备方法。

优选地,其原料由以下重量份数的组分组成:姜黄6份、米糠脂肪烷醇4份、猴头菇提取物5份、银耳提取物50份、茯苓提取物1份、灰树花提取物1份、葛根粉提取物3份、麦芽提取物1份、玉米低聚肽5份、半胱氨酸1份、谷氨酰胺1份、牛磺酸0.5份、维生素B2 0.5份、维生素B6 0.5份、果粉10份、三氯蔗糖5份以及麦芽糊精0.5份。
本发明中所述果粉可为本领域常规的果粉,优选包含百香果粉、橄榄果粉、蓝莓果粉和苹果粉中的一种或多种。
较佳地,所述解酒护肝压片通过包含如下步骤的制备方法制得:
(1)将如上所述的原料配制好后,加入水搅拌均匀,然后进行造粒烘干;
(2)将烘干冷却的产品经过压片机器进行压片;
其中,步骤(1)中水的添加量较佳地为1~3%,所述%为所述水占所述原料总质量的百分比。
较佳地,如上制备方法还包括对所得压片进行抛光的步骤。
本发明提供的技术方案之二为:一种制备解酒护肝压片的方法,所述方法包含以下步骤:
(1)将原料配制好后,加入水搅拌均匀,然后进行造粒烘干;
(2)将烘干冷却的产品经过压片机器进行压片;

2、各种原料按照比例配置好后,加入占原料1%质量比的水搅拌均匀,然后进行造粒烘干,烘干冷却后装袋备用。

不添加猴头菇提取物和银耳提取物,其他原料及步骤同实施例1,所制得的解酒护肝压片解酒效果有所下降,且口感也有降低。

所制得的解酒护肝压片,通实施例1相比,其解酒效果有所下降,且口感也有所降低。

7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原料由以下重量份数的组分组成:姜黄6份、米糠脂肪烷醇4份、猴头菇提取物5份、银耳提取物50份、茯苓提取物1份、灰树花提取物1份、葛根粉提取物3份、麦芽提取物1份、玉米低聚肽5份、半胱氨酸1份、谷氨酰胺1份、牛磺酸0.5份、维生素B2 0.5份、维生素B6 0.5份、果粉10份、三氯蔗糖5份以及麦芽糊精0.5份。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中水的添加量为1~3%,所述%为水占所述原料总质量的百分比。
9.如权利要求6~8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括将所得压片进行抛光。
