Abstract

本发明公开了防钻绒里布领域的一种防钻绒里布,所述防钻绒里布包括基布层以及分别涂覆于基布层两侧的低密度弹性涂层和自修复式聚合材料涂层。本发明在基布层的两侧分别设置低密度弹性涂层和自修复式聚合材料涂层,其中,低密度弹性涂层中的PU树脂使得该基布层具备加高的弹性同时添加酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑、异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮和硅烷偶联剂,使得低密度弹性涂层赋予该里布较高的弹性及回复力性能和撕裂性能,使得缝制后造成的针眼在其自身弹性及回复力的作用下被缩小,进而避免针眼处钻绒。

背景技术
羽绒服在寒冷的季节给人们带来温暖与舒适的同时,也给一部分消费者带来了烦恼,钻绒就是其中最突出的一个问题。钻绒是指羽绒服中的羽毛、羽绒钻出其面料、里料。
羽绒服钻绒,其中较为重要的原因是缝线时导致针眼过大,过大的针眼会提供羽绒跑出的通道,最终影响到羽绒服防钻绒性能。而现有的羽绒服的里布不能有效的防止该种原因导致的钻绒。为此,我们提出一种防钻绒里布及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防钻绒里布及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防钻绒里布,所述防钻绒里布包括基布层以及分别涂覆于基布层两侧的低密度弹性涂层和自修复式聚合材料涂层;
其中,低密度弹性涂层的制备原料包括:PU树脂、酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑、异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮和硅烷偶联剂;
自修复式聚合材料涂层的制备原料包括:聚丙烯、壳聚糖、乙酰丙酮锌、石油树脂、防钻绒整理剂、抗静电剂和甲壳素。
进一步的改进在于:所述低密度弹性层的制备原料按重量份数包括:10-30份PU树脂、10-20份酚醛微珠、5-10份异氰酸酯、2-6份链增长剂、5-10份纤维粉屑、1-3份异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮和2-5份硅烷偶联剂。
进一步的改进在于:所述自修复式聚合材料层的制备原料按重量份数包括:10-20份聚丙烯、5-10份壳聚糖、2-6份乙酰丙酮锌、3-10份石油树脂、2-8份防钻绒整理剂、1-4份抗静电剂和5-10份甲壳素。
进一步的改进在于:所述低密度弹性涂层的具体制备过程为:
将PU树脂、酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑以及异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀加热升温后使其进行反应,随后加入硅烷偶联剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,即得到低密度弹性涂层。
进一步的改进在于:所述自修复式聚合材料涂层的具体制备过程为:
将聚丙烯、壳聚糖、乙酰丙酮锌、石油树脂和甲壳素加入反应釜内,混合搅拌均匀后加热,然后使其在常温下形成软固体,在软固体内的加入防钻绒整理剂和抗静电剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,再经过超声分散后,得到自修复式聚合材料涂层。
进一步的改进在于:所述反应釜初始进行混合搅拌的温度为60-80℃,反应3-4h,再加入硅烷偶联剂后,调节反应釜温度至45-65℃,混合充分搅拌均匀后再保温2-3h。
进一步的改进在于:所述防钻绒整理剂为阳离子的有机硅特殊脂肪族类防风剂、非离子的防钻绒助剂或PU纳米的聚氨酯类物质中的一种。
进一步的改进在于:所述基布层为远红外纤维和竹炭纤维相互捻合而成、高密度针刺无纺布或涤纶布中的一种。
一种防钻绒里布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PU树脂、酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑以及异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀加热升温60-80℃,反应3-4h,随后加入硅烷偶联剂,调节反应釜温度至45-65℃,再混合充分搅拌均匀,然后保温2-3h,即得到低密度弹性涂层;
(2)将聚丙烯、壳聚糖、乙酰丙酮锌、石油树脂和甲壳素加入反应釜内,混合搅拌均匀后加热,然后使其在常温下形成软固体,在软固体内的加入防钻绒整理剂和抗静电剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,再经过超声分散后,得到自修复式聚合材料涂层;
(3)在所述基布层的一侧涂覆复合低密度弹性涂层,在所述基布层的另一侧涂覆自修复式聚合材料涂层,即可得到所述的防钻绒里布;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在基布层的两侧分别设置低密度弹性涂层和自修复式聚合材料涂层,其中,低密度弹性涂层中的PU树脂使得该基布层具备加高的弹性同时添加酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑、异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮和硅烷偶联剂,使得低密度弹性涂层赋予该里布较高的弹性及回复力性能和撕裂性能,使得缝制后造成的针眼在其自身弹性及回复力的作用下被缩小,进而避免针眼处钻绒,同时使得该里布密度较低,进一步提高了防钻绒性能,同时设置有自修复式聚合材料涂层,其通过聚丙烯、壳聚糖、乙酰丙酮锌、石油树脂、防钻绒整理剂、抗静电剂和甲壳素制成,在针眼缝制过后,具备自我恢复的作用,以避免针眼过大从而进一步防止针眼处钻绒,还使得该里布具有较高的抗菌和抗静电剂性能。

实施例1
本实施例中的防钻绒里布,包括基布层、低密度弹性涂层以及自修复式聚合材料涂层,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将10份PU树脂、10份酚醛微珠、5份异氰酸酯、2份链增长剂、5份纤维粉屑以及1份异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀加热升温60℃,反应3h,随后加入2份硅烷偶联剂,调节反应釜温度至45℃,再混合充分搅拌均匀,然后保温2h,即得到低密度弹性涂层;
(2)将10份聚丙烯、5份壳聚糖、2份乙酰丙酮锌、3份石油树脂、5份甲壳素加入反应釜内,混合搅拌均匀后加热,然后使其在常温下形成软固体,在软固体内的加入2份PU纳米的聚氨酯类物质和1份抗静电剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,再经过超声分散后,得到自修复式聚合材料涂层;
(3)将远红外纤维和竹炭纤维相互捻合而成基布层,在将复合低密度弹性涂层涂覆在基布层的一侧时,将其注入涂覆机,并将涂覆机的出料口对应外界输送平台上部连接的滚筒,涂覆机将物料涂覆在滚筒上,同时使得基布层随输送平台传动,在传动时,滚筒转动实现将表面的物料压动涂覆在基布层的一侧,使得基布层的一侧形成复合低密度弹性涂层,同上述操作,在基布层的另一侧涂覆自修复式聚合材料涂层,涂覆后,通过输送平台将基布层送入烘干设备内烘干1h时即可得到防钻绒里布。
实施例2

(1)将20份PU树脂、15份酚醛微珠、7份异氰酸酯、4份链增长剂、7份纤维粉屑、2份异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀加热升温60℃,反应3h,随后加入4份硅烷偶联剂,调节反应釜温度至45℃,再混合充分搅拌均匀,然后保温2h,即得到低密度弹性涂层;
(2)将15份聚丙烯、7份壳聚糖、7份乙酰丙酮锌、6份石油树脂和6份甲壳素加入反应釜内,混合搅拌均匀后加热,然后使其在常温下形成软固体,在软固体内的加入5份PU纳米的聚氨酯类物质和3份抗静电剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,再经过超声分散后,得到自修复式聚合材料涂层;

(2)将20份聚丙烯、10份壳聚糖、6份乙酰丙酮锌、10份石油树脂和10份甲壳素加入反应釜内,混合搅拌均匀后加热,然后使其在常温下形成软固体,在软固体内的加入8份PU纳米的聚氨酯类物质和4份抗静电剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,再经过超声分散后,得到自修复式聚合材料涂层;
(3)将远红外纤维和竹炭纤维相互捻合而成基布层,在将复合低密度弹性涂层涂覆在基布层的一侧时,将其注入涂覆机,并将涂覆机的出料口对应外界输送平台上部连接的滚筒,涂覆机将物料涂覆在滚筒上,同时使得基布层随输送平台传动,在传动时,滚筒转动实现将表面的物料压动涂覆在基布层的一侧,使得基布层的一侧形成复合低密度弹性涂层,同上述操作,在基布层的另一侧涂覆自修复式聚合材料涂层,涂覆后,通过输送平台将基布层送入烘干设备内烘干1h时即可得到防钻绒里布。
对比例1
本实施例中的防钻绒里布,包括基布层、低密度弹性涂层以及自修复式聚合材料涂层,其中,除低密度弹性涂层的制备原料中不包括酚醛微珠和纤维粉屑,其余同实施例2;
对比例2
本实施例中的防钻绒里布,包括基布层、低密度弹性涂层以及自修复式聚合材料涂层,其中,除自修复式聚合材料涂层的制备原料中不包括壳聚糖和甲壳素,其余同实施例2;
对比例3
本实施例中的防钻绒里布,包括基布层、低密度弹性涂层以及自修复式聚合材料涂层,其中,在自修复式聚合材料涂层制备时不加入防钻绒整理剂,其余同实施例2。
对比例4
本实施例中的防钻绒里布,包括基布层、低密度弹性涂层以及自修复式聚合材料涂层,其中,将复合低密度弹性涂层和自修复式聚合材料涂层涂覆在基布层的一侧时,采用人工手动涂覆的方式。
为了验证本发明中防钻绒里布的防钻绒里布效果,对实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的面料进行如下测试:
根据GB/T 3917.3-2009《纺织品-织物撕破性能》对样品进行撕裂性能试验。
根据GB/T 12705.1-2009《纺织品织物防钻绒性试验方法》对样品进行防钻绒性试验,其中钻绒根数/跟,具有良好的防钻绒性(<20);具有防钻绒性(20-50);防钻绒性一般(>50)。
根据弹力纱织物弹性的标准试验方法ASTM D3107-07(2011)对样品进行弹性及回复力检测,其中分为(I-V级),V级弹性及回复力最优。
根据《GB/T 20944-2007纺织品抗菌性能的评价》对样品的抗菌性进行检测,其中分为(I-V级),Ⅰ级抗菌度最优。各项测试结果参见下表:

通过上表可看出,本发明制备的防钻绒里布具备较高的撕裂性能、防钻绒性能、弹性及回复力性能及抗菌性能,从实施例1-3和对比例1-3中可看出,酚醛微珠和纤维粉屑对面料的防钻绒性能和撕裂性能起到较大的作用,同时壳聚糖对防钻绒里布的防钻绒性能和抗菌性能起到决定性因素,壳聚糖不仅使得该防钻绒里布自我恢复能力更好同时配合甲壳素,使得该防钻绒里布具备较高的抗菌性能,同时在涂覆时采用滚筒压动涂覆,使得自修复式聚合材料涂层和复合低密度弹性涂层与基布层连接更紧密,增加整体的防钻绒性能和撕裂性能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述防钻绒里布包括基布层以及分别涂覆于基布层两侧的低密度弹性涂层和自修复式聚合材料涂层;
其中,低密度弹性涂层的制备原料包括:PU树脂、酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑、异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮和硅烷偶联剂;
自修复式聚合材料涂层的制备原料包括:聚丙烯、壳聚糖、乙酰丙酮锌、石油树脂、防钻绒整理剂、抗静电剂和甲壳素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述低密度弹性层的制备原料按重量份数包括:10-30份PU树脂、10-20份酚醛微珠、5-10份异氰酸酯、2-6份链增长剂、5-10份纤维粉屑、1-3份异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮和2-5份硅烷偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述自修复式聚合材料层的制备原料按重量份数包括:10-20份聚丙烯、5-10份壳聚糖、2-6份乙酰丙酮锌、3-10份石油树脂、2-8份防钻绒整理剂、1-4份抗静电剂和5-10份甲壳素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述低密度弹性涂层的具体制备过程为:
将PU树脂、酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑以及异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀加热升温后使其进行反应,随后加入硅烷偶联剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,即得到低密度弹性涂层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述自修复式聚合材料涂层的具体制备过程为:
将聚丙烯、壳聚糖、乙酰丙酮锌、石油树脂和甲壳素加入反应釜内,混合搅拌均匀后加热,然后使其在常温下形成软固体,在软固体内的加入防钻绒整理剂和抗静电剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,再经过超声分散后,得到自修复式聚合材料涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述反应釜初始进行混合搅拌的温度为60-80℃,反应3-4h,再加入硅烷偶联剂后,调节反应釜温度至45-65℃,混合充分搅拌均匀后再保温2-3h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述防钻绒整理剂为阳离子的有机硅特殊脂肪族类防风剂、非离子的防钻绒助剂或PU纳米的聚氨酯类物质中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒里布,其特征在于:所述基布层为远红外纤维和竹炭纤维相互捻合而成、高密度针刺无纺布或涤纶布中的一种。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的防钻绒里布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将PU树脂、酚醛微珠、异氰酸酯、链增长剂、纤维粉屑以及异氰酸酯接枝聚醚醚酮放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀加热升温60-80℃,反应3-4h,随后加入硅烷偶联剂,调节反应釜温度至45-65℃,再混合充分搅拌均匀,然后保温2-3h,即得到低密度弹性涂层;
(2)将聚丙烯、壳聚糖、乙酰丙酮锌、石油树脂和甲壳素加入反应釜内,混合搅拌均匀后加热,然后使其在常温下形成软固体,在软固体内的加入防钻绒整理剂和抗静电剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,再经过超声分散后,得到自修复式聚合材料涂层;
(3)在所述基布层的一侧涂覆复合低密度弹性涂层,在所述基布层的另一侧涂覆自修复式聚合材料涂层,即可得到所述的防钻绒里布。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种防钻绒里布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,在将所述复合低密度弹性涂层涂覆在基布层的一侧时,将其注入涂覆机,并将涂覆机的出料口对应外界输送平台上部连接的滚筒,涂覆机将物料涂覆在滚筒上,同时使得基布层随输送平台传动,在传动时,滚筒转动实现将表面的物料压动涂覆在基布层的一侧,使得基布层的一侧形成复合低密度弹性涂层,同上述操作,在基布层的另一侧涂覆自修复式聚合材料涂层,涂覆后,通过输送平台将基布层送入烘干设备内烘干1-2h时即可得到防钻绒里布。
