Abstract
本发明公开了一种黄精药膳及其制作方法,材料包括黄精,陈皮,无花果干,薏仁,鸭肉,霸王花,蜜枣,百合,姜片,甘草,制作方法包括以下步骤:S1:将生黄精清洗干净并浸泡1天后,放入药坛并倒入清水;S2:在一个方形的砖灶底部铺设一层草木灰,在草木灰中心扒开一个区域并放入砖块,将药坛架设于砖块上,并在药坛的四周倒入干糠,扒开砖灶四角的干糠并塞入木屑,点燃木屑炆制1天后,续加干糠,待火完全熄灭后,倒出黄精并晒干;S3:将晒干后的黄精倒入黄酒中拌匀浸润,隔水蒸制后风干即可;S4:将风干后的黄精与甘草、陈皮放入纱布袋内,并用冷水浸泡;S5:将鸭肉冷水焯水去除血污;S6:在砂锅内加入上述食材煮开后熬煮2个小时即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种黄精药膳及其制作方法。
背景技术
黄精为百合科植物滇黄精、黄精或多花黄精的干燥根茎。按形状不同,习称“大黄精”、“鸡头黄精”、“姜形黄精”。具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾之功效。常用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
黄精作为一种中药材,用药方法不为大众熟知,而将黄精作为食材融入药膳之中,更能为大众接受,所以目前急需一种黄精药膳的制作方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种黄精药膳及其制作方法。
一种黄精药膳及其制作方法,包括黄精30~50g,陈皮3~10g,无花果干9~15g,薏仁30~60g,鸭肉250~300g,霸王花30~50g,蜜枣30~50g,百合15~30g,姜片5~10g,甘草2~6g。
作为进一步改进,所述的黄精为熟黄精,黄精的种类为鸡头黄精。
一种黄精药膳的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将生黄精清洗干净并浸泡1天后,放入药坛并倒入清水,使清水正好没过黄精表面;
S2:在一个方形的砖灶底部铺设一层草木灰,在草木灰中心扒开一个区域并放入砖块,将药坛架设于砖块上,并在药坛的四周倒入干糠使药坛坛口以下部分完全浸入干糠内,扒开砖灶四角的干糠并塞入木屑,点燃木屑炆制1天后,续加干糠至坛口,待火完全熄灭后,倒出黄精并晒干;
S3:将晒干后的黄精倒入黄酒中拌匀浸润,隔水蒸制后风干即可;
S4:将风干后的黄精与甘草、陈皮放入纱布袋内,并用冷水浸泡一段时间;
S5:将鸭肉冷水焯水去除血污后捞出备用;
S6:在砂锅内加入焯水后的鸭肉,并依次加入浸泡后的纱布袋、无花果干、薏仁、霸王花、蜜枣、百合、姜片,大火煮开后小火熬煮2个小时即可。

有益效果:
本发明设计巧妙,生黄精有刺激咽喉的副作用,而炆制后的黄精能够去其副作用,使药材味厚气香,增强补脾益肾之力,加黄酒则补而不腻,并增强补中益气,强筋骨之力,将黄精加入药膳之中,食用方式简单,更能为大众所接受,与陈皮,无花果干,薏仁,鸭肉,霸王花,蜜枣,百合,姜片,甘草一起熬煮,能够起到理气健脾,燥湿化痰、清热生津、健脾开胃、解毒消肿等作用。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种黄精药膳及其制作方法,包括黄精30~50g,陈皮3~10g,无花果干9~15g,薏仁30~60g,鸭肉250~300g,霸王花30~50g,蜜枣30~50g,百合15~30g,姜片5~10g,甘草2~6g。
其中,所述的黄精为熟黄精,黄精的种类为鸡头黄精。
一种黄精药膳的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将生黄精清洗干净并浸泡1天后,放入药坛并倒入清水,使清水正好没过黄精表面;

1.一种黄精药膳,其特征在于,包括黄精30~50g,陈皮3~10g,无花果干9~15g,薏仁30~60g,鸭肉250~300g,霸王花30~50g,蜜枣30~50g,百合15~30g,姜片5~10g,甘草2~6g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精药膳,其特征在于,所述的黄精为熟黄精,黄精的种类为鸡头黄精。
3.一种黄精药膳的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将生黄精清洗干净并浸泡1天后,放入药坛并倒入清水,使清水正好没过黄精表面;
S2:在一个方形的砖灶底部铺设一层草木灰,在草木灰中心扒开一个区域并放入砖块,将药坛架设于砖块上,并在药坛的四周倒入干糠使药坛坛口以下部分完全浸入干糠内,扒开砖灶四角的干糠并塞入木屑,点燃木屑炆制1天后,续加干糠至坛口,待火完全熄灭后,倒出黄精并晒干;
