为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
本发明是由下述重量配比的原料制成药剂:
上述混合煮30分钟,制成冷却药液备用;
方法一 取100只净膛鸭,加入食盐350克、白糖1500克、味精280克、玉米酒2000克、充分混合60-90分钟后;将鸭放入冷却药液中充分浸泡6-8小时;取上述药液充分浸泡好的鸭,挂于通风15-30分钟风干表皮;再挂进烤箱或烤炉中,烤箱或烤炉温度保持在180-220摄氏度,烤鸭一次翻转25-30分钟内、二次翻转15-20分钟内、三次翻转8-12分钟内;等鸭肉熟、油脂烤尽后,在翻烤5-6分钟左右至鸭皮色泽金黄即可;从烤箱或烤炉取出,移至烤鸭冷却间,冷却间温度控制在15-26摄氏度,冷却后真空包装即可。

Claims (5)
1.一种软化血管滋肝补肾降压熄风烤鸭的制备方法,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成药剂:
决明子3.10% 枸杞2.20% 山楂3.10% 生姜3.20% 金银花3.20% 菊花3.10% 桑叶2.20% 甘草2.20% 自芷1.10% 小茴香1.10% 肉果1.10% 桂皮2.20% 砂仁1.10%花椒1.60% 水69.50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软化血管滋肝补肾降压熄风烤鸭的制备方法,其特征在于:所述净膛鸭,加入食盐、白糖、味精、玉米酒、充分混合60-90分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种软化血管滋肝补肾降压熄风烤鸭的制备方法,其特征在于:所述鸭放入冷却药液中充分浸泡6-8小时,药液充分浸泡好的鸭,挂于通风15-30分钟风干表皮;再挂进烤箱或烤炉中,鸭皮色泽金黄即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种软化血管滋肝补肾降压熄风烤鸭的制备方法,其特征在于:所述鸭从烤箱或烤炉取出,移至烤鸭冷却间,冷却间温度控制在15-26摄氏度,冷却后真空包装即可。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种软化血管滋肝补肾降压熄风烤鸭的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制作药膳鸭,具有扶正培本,药膳相同的中草药,以达到治疗高血压、高脂肪、失眠、动脉硬化病并达到药膳食疗的目的。
