Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于截头圆锥体装饰品的切割机,用于切割交替使用拱形装饰和可去除梯形部分的打印条。所述切割机包括两个安装于夹持部的纵向支撑件,以及两组对应的副刀片;以及两组连接到对应副刀片组的独立刀片组,所述刀片组之间形成一个间隙,其宽度向所述梯形部分从所述印刷条分离并因重力掉落到的下方出口递增。所述各组刀片固定到各自的驱动轴上,所述驱动轴安装在所述纵向支撑件的孔中,并固定到由气缸驱动的共用板上。所述纵向支撑件的夹持件和所述共用板可更换为其他部件,用于为所述刀片组和副刀片组提供不同的倾斜度和间距。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于截头圆锥形装饰物品的机器领域,优选地,但不限于截头圆锥容器的装饰品。
背景技术
在不同的领域,通常使用截头圆锥形的产品或容器,并在锥状容器四周放置模切印刷条而成的装饰品,其中,所述装饰品交替使用拱形装饰和可去除梯形部分。
当前的一个问题是,当装饰品围绕锥状容器放置后,其末端会出现三角形的重叠,而这种重叠或层叠并不美观。
专利EP 2196293公开了一种用于切割将要固定在截头圆锥体形物件上的装饰品的机器,包括至少一个切割工位,所述切割工位设有外壳,所述外壳在纵向轴线上延伸并装有切割装置和一个副刀片,所述外壳和副刀片具有至少一个基本上垂直于所述纵向轴线的通槽,连续的印刷条从中通过,所述印刷条交替设有装饰部分和通过切割去除的梯形部分。
所述专利中,切割装置和副刀片能够在纵向方向上相对运动,以切割所述连续装饰之间的梯形部分。
为同时切割待去除的梯形部分的端部,在所述专利中,所述副刀片为三棱柱形状并覆盖切割装置之间的空间,使得已切割的梯形部分容易保留在所述副刀片的内部,需要在所述副刀片的下部区域设置一个抓住已切割的梯形部分并将其取出切割工位的抽取工具。
这种解决方案,除了增加机械复杂性并使切割机的制造更加昂贵之外,还阻止了直接进入切割区域,增加了梯形部分卡住的风险以及在发生卡住时解决这些卡住的难度。
所述专利的另一个缺点是缺乏通用性,因为切割装置的设置和副刀片的棱柱形状阻止了通过修改较少的部件来适配于切割不同的印刷条,这些印刷条的梯形部分在其端部具有不同长度或不同角度。
发明内容
本发明的截头圆锥体装饰品切割机的目的是其具有的结构特征可同时确保已切割的梯形部分因重力从印刷条上落下,不需要使用抽取工具来抓取所述梯形部分,并防止它们卡在机器内部;此外,通过更换较少数量的零件,便能够使所述切割机适用于切割具有不同宽度和端部倾斜度的梯形部分。
根据本发明的一种截头圆锥体装饰品切割机,包括:两个纵向支撑件,其内表面相对设置并朝下部区域岔开,并分别设有相应的副刀片组;用于切割的刀片;用于驱动所述刀片和所述副刀片在纵向方向上相对运动的驱动装置,以及在顶部开口的横向狭槽,用于控制各个印刷条的通过,其中所述印刷条交替设有拱形装饰和通过切割可去除的梯形部分。
本发明的切割机包括两组独立且位于同一平面的扁平刀片,横向连接到所述纵向支撑件对应的副刀片组;所述两组刀片之间形成一个间隙,其宽度向所述梯形部分经切割后从所述印刷条分离并因重力掉落到的下方出口增加。
使用两组独立刀片可使它们之间的间隙保持完全开放,并且其内部不设置任何用于夹持和抽出梯形部分的工具,而这可能是造成所述梯形部分在机器内部卡住的原因所在。
所述切割机包括与各刀片组对应的两个驱动轴,所述纵向支撑件设有相应的纵向孔,所述驱动轴安装在所述纵向孔中,并且所述驱动轴的一端固定到所述驱动装置,所述驱动装置驱动刀片相对于副刀片移动,从而连续切割出梯形部分,所述梯形部分位于所述印刷条连续装饰部分之间,且所述印刷条移动穿过设于所述纵向支撑件和副刀片中的横向狭槽。
所述纵向支撑件通过其相对端部与夹持件固定,所述夹持件用于确定所述纵向支撑件的相对位置、分开距离和倾斜度。
所述传动轴的驱动装置包括一个共用板和一个气缸,所述共用板固定到所述驱动轴的一端,所述共用板在所述气缸的作用下使得所述驱动轴及相应的刀片组相对于副刀片同时移动。
本发明中,所述支撑件在其内表面上具有在纵向延伸的窗口,其中设有用于固定所述各组刀片到其对应驱动轴的装置。
上述特点,除了可使从印刷条上切割出的梯形部分能够简单地靠重力向下部区域落下而无任何障碍外,还能使所述切割机适用于切割具有中间部分宽度不同和端部倾斜度不同的印刷条,只需更换所述纵向支撑件末端的夹持件以及将所述气缸与所述刀片的驱动轴连接的共用板即可实现。
为确保所述刀片保持横向连接并与其对应的副刀片完美接触,所述切割机包括磁性装置,用于在所述刀片和副刀片之间产生吸引力。从而确保无论所述纵向支撑件的倾斜度如何,所述刀片和所述副刀片保持接触。
应该说明的是,所述切割机在所述已切割梯形部分的下方出口可选地包括:一个连接到用于吸气或排气装置的抽取通道,或者一个用于收集梯形部分的容器。

具体实施方式
附图所示的切割机包括两个具有内表面的纵向支撑件(1),两个纵向支撑件(1)的内表面相对并朝下部区域岔开,其中分别设置相应的副刀片(2)组。
所述纵向支撑件(1)通过其端部固定到夹持件(3),所述纵向支撑件(1)设有用于通过印刷条(4)的横向狭槽(11),所述印刷条(4)交替设有拱形装饰(41)和梯形部分(42),所述梯形部分(42)通过切割相对端被去除,所述装饰(41)用于放入制造截头圆锥形容器的模具中。
为了进行所述切割,所述切割机包括两组独立的平面刀片(5),其设置在同一平面上,分别连接到与其对应的副刀片(2)并固定到驱动轴(6),驱动轴(6)可沿设于纵向支撑件(1)中的纵向孔(12)移动。
如图4和图5所示,纵向支撑件(1)在其内表面上具有在纵向方向上延伸的窗口(13),其中设有用于固定所述刀片(5)到对应的驱动轴(6)的固定装置(51)。在一个示范性实施例中,所述固定装置(51)包括:设置在传动轴(6)和对应刀片(5)之间的间隔件,以及紧固螺钉。
所述驱动轴(6)的一端固定在共用板(7)上,所述共用板(7)可在气缸(71)的作用下在纵向方向上往返移动,使得所述刀片(5)相对于副刀片(2)纵向移动,从而切割了设置在两组刀片(5)之间的印刷条(4)的梯形部分(42),如图5所示。
尽管图1和图2所示为单条印刷条(4)穿过所述横向狭槽(11)中的一个槽,所述切割机也可同时处理设置在各个横向狭槽(11)中的多个印刷条(4)。
如图5所示,所述切割机在两组刀片(5)之间具有一个间隙(14),其宽度在沿重力方向朝向下方出口的方向上递增,所述印刷条(4)的切割过程中,所述刀片(5)切割的梯形部分(42)与所述装饰品(41)分离。
在所述间隙(14)的下方出口下面设有用于抽出梯形部分(42)的通道(8),所述通道(8)连接到用于吸气或排气的管道(图未示)。
为确保所述刀片(5)与副刀片(2)保持完美接触,所述切割机还包括磁性装置,在本实施例中,所述磁性装置为磁铁(9),磁铁(9)在所述刀片和副刀片之间产生磁吸引力。
在附图所示的实施例中,用于固定纵向支撑件(1)的相对端部的夹持件(3)设有将所述端部固定到特定位置上的基座(31),从而可根据每种待切割印刷条的梯形部分(42)的尺寸相应设置所述刀片(5)和相应副刀片(2)之间的距离和倾斜度以进行切割。
上述特征用于将所述气缸(71)与传动轴(6)连接起来的夹持件(3)和共用板(7)可替换并被其它部件取代,以调整所述两组刀片(5)和副刀片(2)的距离和倾斜度,去适应待切割梯形部分(42)的几何形状,从而使得所述切割机可适应各种印刷条(4)。

Claims (19)
1.一种用于截头圆锥体装饰品的切割机,包括:两个纵向支撑件,其内表面相对设置并朝下部区域岔开,并分别设有副刀片组;用于切割的刀片;用于驱动所述刀片和所述副刀片在纵向方向上相对运动的驱动装置,和用于逐步推进至少一条印刷条的横向狭槽,其中所述印刷条交替设有拱形装饰和可移除的梯形部分;其特征在于:
所述刀片为两组独立且位于同一平面的扁平刀片,横向连接到所述纵向支撑件对应的副刀片组;所述刀片组之间形成间隙,其宽度向所述梯形部分经切割后从所述印刷条分离并因重力掉落到的下方出口递增;
分别与各刀片组对应的两个驱动轴,所述纵向支撑件设有相应的纵向孔,所述驱动轴安装在所述纵向孔中,并且所述驱动轴的一端固定到所述驱动装置;
所述纵向支撑件还包括夹持件,其位于所述纵向支撑件的相对端部,所述夹持件用于确定所述纵向支撑件的相对位置、分开距离和倾斜度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切割机,其特征在于:用于驱动所述传动轴的驱动装置包括共用板和气缸,所述共用板固定到所述驱动轴的一端,所述气缸使得所述驱动轴及其对应的刀片组相对于所述副刀片同时移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切割机,其特征在于:所述纵向支撑件的内表面上具有在纵向延伸的窗口,其中设有用于固定各组刀片到其对应驱动轴的装置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的切割机,其特征在于:所述纵向支撑件的内表面上具有在纵向延伸的窗口,其中设有用于固定各组刀片到其对应驱动轴的装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的切割机,其特征在于:还包括磁性装置,用于在所述刀片和所述副刀片之间产生吸引力。

9.根据权利要求1至8所述的切割机,其特征在于:所述纵向支撑件的夹持件包括将所述纵向支撑件的端部固定到特定位置上的基座。
10.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的切割机,其特征在于:所述纵向支撑件的夹持件和用于固定所述驱动轴的共用板可更换为其他部件,从而为所述刀片组和所述副刀片组提供不同的倾斜度和间距。
