技术领域
本公开大体上涉及具有全息膜的层合玻璃和制备所述层合玻璃的方法。
背景技术
抬头显示器(HUD)是一种用于汽车的投影图像,驾驶员无需将视线从挡风玻璃离开即可看到的图像。特别地,HUD通常可以包括投影仪并反射来自挡风玻璃的投影图像来为驾驶员提供图像。然而,挡风玻璃的内部和外部玻璃表面具有两个反射面,每个反射面都可以产生反射图像。反射图像之一可以较弱并被称为“鬼像”而且可以导致驾驶员感知到模糊图像或双像。
楔形夹层已被用于通过调整“鬼像”的反射点以匹配较强的图像的反射来对齐图像,从而为驾驶员创建单个图像。然而,楔形夹层是不可调节的,并且图像仅可以针对特定高度的驾驶员对齐。本领域需要具有适用于不同高度的驾驶员的HUD性能的挡风玻璃。
一种可能的解决方案是使用p偏振投影仪和反射p偏振光的层压膜。在布儒斯特角附近,玻璃表面反射不会产生鬼像。另一种可能的解决方案是使用p偏振投影仪或s偏振投影仪和包含半波长延迟器的层压膜。接近布儒斯特角时,根据投影仪的光的偏振,只有内部或外部玻璃表面可以反射光线。然而,膜的层压可能会遇到膜表面出现褶皱或短距离偏差的问题,这会导致HUD图像失真。
未来的HUD系统可能倾向于更大的HUD图像,这将需要大的投影仪孔径,而这些孔径受到车辆仪表板中可用空间的限制。通过使用具有聚焦能力(即凹面镜特征)的全息膜,可以使用更小的投影仪尺寸。

具体实施方式
本文公开了具有层压于其中的全息膜的层合玻璃以及生产所述玻璃的方法的示例性的方面。在以下描述中,出于解释的目的,阐述了具体细节以促进对本公开的一个或多于一个方面的透彻理解。然而,很明显在一些或所有情况下,下文描述的许多方面可以在不采用下文描述的具体设计细节的情况下实施。
传统的层合玻璃可以包括层压在一起的第一玻璃片、夹层和第二玻璃片。玻璃片可以包括但不限于ISO 16293-1:2008描述的钠钙硅酸盐玻璃。玻璃片可以在层压之前弯曲成所需的形状。玻璃弯曲可以优选地通过在560℃至700℃,更优选地在600℃至660℃的热处理下发生,并且可以包括在一个或多于一个方向上弯曲玻璃。
夹层可以包括聚合物黏合材料,例如聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)或任何其他合适的层压材料,包括乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)。在典型的层压工艺中,夹层可以放置在第一玻璃片和第二玻璃片之间。然后可以在高压灭菌之前对玻璃片和夹层进行脱气。脱气过程可以使用机械压力和/或真空从玻璃片之间除去空气。除气过程可包括任何合适的方法,例如通过滚筒施加压力或通过将玻璃片和夹层置于真空袋或真空环中并向真空袋或真空环施加真空压力。然后可以对材料进行高压灭菌,包括对层压材料施加热和压力,以提供层合玻璃。

特别地,全息膜可以由光聚合物膜形成,在一些情况下,其可以包括基底层、光聚合物层和覆盖层。基底层可以包括任何合适的材料,例如三乙酸纤维素膜(TAC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚氨酯(PU)或其他。全息膜可以使用原始全息膜或母版全息膜以光学方式复制到光聚合物层中。典型的复制过程可以包括将光聚合物膜层压到母版全息膜上,并通过母版膜向光聚合物膜施加光,例如准直聚焦激光。全息膜的设计考虑玻璃尺寸和形状,包括HUD图像的预期位置。然而,当全息膜层压在玻璃中时,可能无法设计全息图案来解决由于层压引起的膜变化,包括可能无法预测的偏差。
光聚合物可以由能够记录全息图的任何合适的材料制成,或者特别是通过单体和低聚物的光学聚合得到的体积全息光学元件(VOE),。光聚合物可以包括聚合单体、光聚合引发剂和基体聚合物。功能(甲基)丙烯酸酯、功能(甲基)丙烯酰胺、功能(甲基)丙烯腈和功能(甲基)丙烯酸可用作聚合单体。可以使用通常已知的光聚合引发剂而没有任何材料限制,例如可以使用单分子引发剂、双分子引发剂。可以使用单分子引发剂,例如三嗪、二苯甲酮、安息香和苄基缩酮。基体聚合物可以包括例如聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。这里使用的光聚合物可以包括例如由Covestro LCC制成的Bayfol(注册商标)HX。
除了HUD膜之外,全息膜还可以用于照明,包括从玻璃窗引入和引出光。全息膜可以具有用于提供所需照明效果的图案。在本文公开的一些实施方案中,光聚合物膜可以优选地延伸穿过大部分层合玻璃。或者,在一些实施方案中,可以优选地最小化所使用的材料,并且所述光聚合物膜的面积可以不超过层合玻璃的50%,优选地不超过层合玻璃的25%,更优选地不超过层合玻璃的10%。另一些实施方案可以包括仅在膜的一部分上具有功能光聚合物层的膜,使得功能光聚合物层的面积可以不超过层合玻璃的50%、25%或10%。特别地,当层合玻璃用作车辆挡风玻璃时,光聚合物膜可以延伸穿过挡风玻璃观察区域,特别是用于HUD的区域。当层压在透明玻璃中时,光聚合物膜的边缘可以是可见的。一些玻璃可以包括玻璃内部和/或玻璃上的遮蔽物,其可以隐藏膜边缘,使得它可以对观察者不可见。遮蔽物可包括,例如,可设置在层合玻璃边缘附近的不透光的印迹。这种不透光的印迹可以包括黑色珐琅印印迹。
在其他方面,本公开提供了具有层压于其中的全息膜的层合玻璃,用于不受层压膜的偏差影响的HUD图像或其他照明效果。层压膜中的偏差可以干扰预期的全息膜表面,因为膜的表面位置存在局部变化。偏差可以改变其上的投影的距离和/或角度,这可以改变观察者例如驾驶员看到的图像,使其可能显得模糊或不完整。具有偏差的层压的全息膜可以不具有与层压前平坦或基本平坦的膜相同的投影表面。此外,当层压的全息膜用作照明系统的一部分时,全息图案的偏差可能影响照明效果,例如照明方向。
在层压之前将全息图案复制到平面膜上时,层压过程中产生的偏差可以以不可预测和不可重复的方式中断膜上的全息图案。此外,高压灭菌过程中的高温和高压可以改变全息图中的布拉格光栅,从而导致设计的全息图特征如反射波长和角度出现偏差。因此,无法创建图案以解决膜结构中的这种不可预测的变化。根据本文公开的一些实施方案,全息膜可以不在投影图像或光中显示膜中存在的偏差。特别地,层压的光聚合物膜可以包括可以在其上进行复制的偏差。在这样的实施方案中,可复制的全息图案可以不受偏差的干扰。因为偏差是在复制之前的层压过程中产生的,全息图案可以在这种偏差上复制,从而限制了投影到膜上的图像或以其他方式引导到膜的光中的这种结构元素的可见性。还可以优选地限制层压膜中的偏差数量以进一步减少它们在投影图像中的出现。在一些实施方案中,可以在玻璃中使用薄夹层。标准夹层的厚度可以至少为0.75毫米。在高压灭菌过程中,对玻璃施加热和压力,在此期间夹层软化并变得更具延展性。由于夹层在玻璃基体和膜之间提供柔韧性,在此情况下,膜也可以移动并变得更不平坦。减少夹层的厚度可以使膜在压力下更容易形成玻璃表面。在一些实施方案中,第一夹层可以具有与第二夹层不同的厚度,其中膜层压在第一夹层和第二夹层之间。优选地,第一夹层和第二夹层中的至少一个等于或小于0.5mm,更优选地等于或小于0.3mm,甚至更优选地等于或小于0.1mm。黏合夹层的厚度可以薄至1μm。减少的夹层厚度也可以减少可在HUD投影之外可见的偏差。
图2显示了通过层合玻璃投射的光中可见的偏差。光线可以因玻璃的偏差而散射,从而产生偏差的可见图案。本文所述的产品可被制作以提供用于投影图像的层合玻璃,从而提供不受此类偏差影响的虚拟HUD图像。
本文公开的其它特征是制备其中具有全息膜的层合玻璃的方法。在特定实施方案中,在对包括层压光聚合物膜的层合玻璃进行高压灭菌之后,可以用光和母版全息膜处理光聚合物膜从而在光聚合物膜中复制母版全息膜,在玻璃中留下层压的全息膜。在复制过程中,光聚合物膜可以被反应性光激活,其中反应性光的波长可以在光聚合物膜可与光发生反应的范围内。如本文所用,反应性光可以是特定的光波长或包括具有一定波长范围的光,包括可与光聚合物发生反应的光。特别是,在制备过程中,光聚合物可以在复制和漂白之前不暴露于可以激活光聚合物的光波长范围内。漂白可包括将漂白光波长的光施加到光聚合物膜上,其停止了膜的进一步激活,即使层压膜后来暴露于具有反应性光波长的光。在复制层压膜之前,光聚合物膜可以不进一步暴露于漂白光下。
可以使用可以与任何合适的波长发生反应的光聚合物膜。在光聚合物膜被可见光范围内的光激活和复制的情况下,可以优选的是,光聚合物膜不对整个可见光范围(380nm至780nm)发生反应,使得光聚合物膜可以在膜非反应性的可见光波长下处理。例如,具有在约500nm的光波长下具有反应性的光聚合物膜的层合玻璃可以在小于或大于反应性光波长(约500nm)的可见光中处理。光聚合物膜的复制之前的层压过程可以防止膜暴露于反应性光或漂白光,可包括紫外线和/或可见光波长的光。例如,层压过程可以在黑暗中或在可对光聚合物膜非反应性的光下进行。可以优选地制备其中具有膜的层合玻璃,而不将所述膜暴露于200nm至780nm,更优选地300nm至700nm,甚至更优选地380nm至680nm的至少一种光波长。
在复制之前,层压可以包括制备具有第一玻璃片、第一夹层、光聚合物膜、第二夹层和第二玻璃片的层压叠层。在一些实施方案中,第一夹层和第二夹层可以是薄黏合层,其可以形成在玻璃片或光聚合物膜或者是位于光聚合物膜和玻璃片之间的片。在一些实施方案中,在堆叠到第一玻璃片和第二玻璃片之间之前,光聚合物膜可与层压至光聚合物的第一夹层和/或第二夹层形成。然后可以对层压叠层进行脱气。脱气过程可包括任何合适的步骤,包括使层压叠层通过滚筒以施加压力以进行脱气,或将层压叠层置于真空袋或真空环中,其中可施加真空压力从而从层压叠层中拉出和/或压出空气。然后可以在合适的温度和压力下对层压叠层进行高压灭菌以提供层合玻璃。玻璃片、夹层和光聚合物膜可以堆叠、脱气和高压灭菌而不暴露于反应性光或漂白光中,包括在加工步骤和加工步骤之间的转移中。在特定实施方案中,材料可以在暗室中堆叠,暗室可以没有光或者可以用非反应性光照射。特别地,非反应性光可以具有使得层压中的光聚合物膜在暴露于非反应性光时不会被激活或漂白的波长。
当脱气包括滚筒时,滚动步骤可以在黑暗中或在非反应性光下进行。当使用真空袋进行脱气时,可以在无光或非反应性光下将层压叠层转移到真空袋。在真空袋不透过反应性光的情况下,可以在任何光照条件下使用真空袋并转移到高压灭菌器中。在一些实施方案中可以优选地使用适合承受高压灭菌条件包括温度和压力的真空袋,使得在高压灭菌之前层压叠层可以不需要从真空袋中移出。从高压灭菌器到光聚合物膜复制之间的转移也可以在黑暗中或在非反应性光下进行。
层压的光聚合物膜的复制可以包括将光例如准直聚焦激光束通过母版全息膜施加到光聚合物膜上。具有光聚合物膜的层合玻璃可以与母版全息膜对齐,使得母版全息膜至少与光聚合物膜中要复制的区域对齐,所述区域可以包括例如挡风玻璃的HUD区域。用于复制全息膜的反应性光可以是任何合适的波长。优选地,反应性光的波长为200nm至780nm,更优选地300nm至700nm,甚至更优选地380nm至680nm。一旦复制过程完成,可将漂白光施加到层合玻璃上去停止光聚合物膜的任何进一步反应。
在一些实施方案中,可以优选地将反应性光从一侧引导至层合玻璃,使得光在到达光聚合物膜之前穿过玻璃片和夹层。在某些实施方案中,可以优选地反应性光在到达光聚合物膜之前将光透射穿过第二玻璃片和第二夹层。在一些实施方案中,第二玻璃片可以具有反应性光可穿过的凹面。在包括例如挡风玻璃的车辆玻璃的一些实施方案中,具有凹面的第二玻璃片可以面向车辆内部,其中第一玻璃片面向车辆外部。在反应性光通过至少一个夹层被引导到光聚合物膜上时,优选地,夹层对于反应性光是透明的或基本上透明的。通常,层合玻璃可以包括至少一个具有吸光添加剂的夹层,以防止某些光波长到达车辆内部,例如紫外线。在一些实施方案中,光聚合物膜可以对例如紫外光有反应性,并且引导这种光通过的夹层可以对这种紫外光透明或基本透明。此外,反应性光穿过其到达光聚合物的夹层可以包括吸光添加剂,其吸收除反应性光之外的光。在光聚合物膜的相对侧上,使得反应性光在到达光聚合物膜之后到达的夹层,可以包括吸收反应性光的光的吸光添加剂。可以优选地,在某些实施方案中,光聚合物膜在长期暴露于紫外光下是稳定的。
例如,在层合玻璃中提供全息膜的方法可包括以下步骤,如图1所示。步骤S102可包括堆叠第一玻璃片、第一夹层、光聚合物膜、第二夹层和第二玻璃片以提供层压叠层。步骤S104可以包括对在步骤S102中制备的层压叠层进行脱气。步骤S106可以包括对层压叠层进行高压灭菌。步骤S108可以包括通过母版全息膜向步骤S106中制备的层合玻璃中的光聚合物膜施加反应性光。反应性光可以具有可以是使得可以基于母版全息膜复制光聚合物膜的反应性光波长。优选地,在施加反应性光之前,光聚合物膜不暴露于这种反应性光波长中。步骤S110可以包括对步骤S108中制备的层合玻璃进行漂白。优选地,在漂白之前,层合玻璃中的光聚合物膜不暴露于漂白光波长中。
在一些实施方案中,层压叠层和/或层合玻璃可以在层压过程和/或复制的步骤之间的转移中被遮盖以防止受到反应性光的暴露。例如,当在步骤之间转移材料时,可以在材料周围应用膜或袋子。在另外的实施方案中,可以设计层压和/或复制步骤使得步骤之间的转移在黑暗或非反应性光中连续进行。
此外,在一些实施方案中,在层合玻璃中可以包括红外反射层。通常,红外反射层可以用于玻璃以改善车辆中的热环境。红外反射层可以至少在红外光范围内反射车辆外部的光,并且可以以任何合适的形式提供,例如涂层或膜。优选地,红外反射层可以是玻璃片上的涂层。可以优选地,玻璃片上的红外反射涂层可以在表面上,使得涂层层压在层合玻璃中的玻璃片之间。在另外的实施方案中,红外反射层可以是层压在玻璃内的膜或膜上的涂层。在一些实施方案中,红外反射层可以至少部分地反射非红外光波长,例如紫外光波长范围(200nm至380nm)。在具有红外反射层的多种实施方案中,反射层可以在光聚合物膜的任一侧上,使得反应性光可以在到达光聚合物膜之前穿过或不穿过反射层。在一些实施方案中,优选地在施加反应性光期间,红外反射层与在红外反射层和反应性光源之间的光聚合物膜一起提供。优选地,红外反射层可以在光聚合物膜和反应性光源之间提供,红外反射层可以对反应性光和漂白光的光波长基本上透明,从而光聚合物膜可以被复制。
在本公开的一些实施方案中,有色玻璃可用作玻璃片。在某些实施方案中,有色玻璃片可以与透明玻璃片层压。可以优选地,在复制期间,反应性光和漂白光可以通过与有色玻璃相对的透明玻璃片施加到玻璃片之间的光聚合物膜。有色玻璃片的可见光透射率可以低于透明玻璃片。有色玻璃片可由具有淡绿色、绿色、深绿色或灰色的玻璃形成,其通过添加和/或控制铁(Fe)离子的氧化-还原(氧化还原)状态或其他离子包括过渡金属离子和稀土离子的含量实现。在穿过层压的光聚合物膜之后,反应性光可以被有色玻璃片吸收或基本上吸收,并且可以不从外部有色玻璃片表面反射回光聚合物膜上,这可以防止复制过程中从与反应性光相反的玻璃表面反射的光学噪声。
确定有色和/或透明玻璃对反应性光波长的合适透光率可取决于光聚合物膜对反应性光波长和/或反应性光的激光束强度等的敏感性。玻璃的组分和厚度可以影响玻璃片的透明度或透光率。对于可在ISO 16293-1:2008中描述的钠钙硅酸盐玻璃或其他氧化物玻璃,例如铝硅酸盐玻璃或无碱硅酸盐玻璃,对特定波长的透明度(或吸收)可取决于玻璃中离子的含量,包括过渡金属离子和稀土离子。例如,铁(III)离子(三价铁离子)可以在385nm、420nm和435nm附近具有离子吸收带,在225nm附近具有电荷转移吸收带,尽管吸收带的波长可能取决于玻璃成分。此外,铁(II)离子(亚铁离子)可以在1050nm附近具有相对宽的离子吸收带和在200nm附近具有电荷转移带。对于其他离子,锰(III)离子的宽吸收带可以在400nm至550nm之间,铬(III)或铬(VI)离子的吸收带可以在550nm至750nm之间,而铜(II)离子的吸收带可以在500nm至700nm之间。镍和钛也可以具有吸收带。
在着色离子中,铁离子含量的控制可以是优选的,因为铁离子通常涉及延伸至紫外和红外波长范围的宽吸收。当在车辆中使用玻璃时,除了本文所述的产品特征之外,增加的吸收可以改善车辆中的舒适度。总可见光透射率Tvis可以是整个可见光光谱透射率的良好指标,可以至少受包括Fe2+和Fe3+以及铁(III)氧化物的总铁氧化物含量(表示为t-Fe2O3)的影响。t-Fe2O3与Fe2O3一起可以提供有关氧化还原状态(即Fe2+/Fe3+)的信息。总可见光透射率可根据日本工业标准JIS R3212:2015,《道路车辆安全玻璃材料试验方法》确定。为了测量宽波长光谱或特定波长的光透射,可以使用符合JIS R3212的任何合适的设备,例如紫外-可见光分光光度计(例如,U4000,Hitachi High-Tech Science)。可以使用任何合适的测量方法确定t-Fe2O3(重量%)和Fe2O3(重量%),包括X射线荧光(XRF)或化学滴定。在一些实施方案中,示例性的透明玻璃可以是钠钙硅酸盐玻璃片,其可以具有等于或大于91.5%的Tvis(当玻璃以2.1mm的厚度测量时)、等于或小于0.020重量%的t-Fe2O3以及等于或小于0.015重量%的Fe2O3。在一些实施方案中,示例性的透明玻璃可以是钠钙硅酸盐玻璃片,其可以具有88.0%至91.0%的Tvis(当它以2.1mm的厚度测量时)、0.040重量%至0.12重量%的t-Fe2O3,和0.020重量%至0.080重量%的Fe2O3。在一些实施方案中,示例性的有色玻璃可以是钠钙硅酸盐玻璃片,其可以具有77.0%至86.0%的Tvis(当它以2.1mm的厚度测量时)、0.50重量%至1.00重量%的t-Fe2O3,和0.30重量%至0.75重量%的Fe2O3。在另一些的实施方案中,示例性有色玻璃可以是钠钙硅酸盐玻璃片,其可以具有等于或小于50%的Tvis(当它以2.1mmm的厚度测量时)、1.20重量%至1.80重量%的t-Fe2O3,和0.90重量%至1.50重量%的Fe2O3。
如果反应性光通过红外反射层施加到光聚合物膜上,反应性光可以优选地穿过第二玻璃片和第二夹层,其中第二玻璃片具有凸面。可以优选地,红外反射层和外部之间的玻璃片是透明玻璃片,以增加红外反射层在有色玻璃片上的有效性。因此,当反应性光通过红外反射层施加到光聚合物膜时,示例性层合玻璃结构可以依次包括透明玻璃片、红外反射层、光聚合物膜和有色玻璃片,其中反应性光通过透明玻璃片和红外反射层施加到光聚合物膜上。一些替代实施方案可以包括均透明的第一玻璃片和第二玻璃片。可以在结构内进一步使用夹层以确保层合玻璃中材料的黏合。
如图3所示,复制前的层合玻璃可以包括第一玻璃片110和第二玻璃片114;第一夹层112和第二夹层116;以及层压在第一夹层112和第二夹层116之间的光聚合物膜120。可以使用光源130投射反应性光132以在到达光聚合物膜120之前通过母版全息膜140,从而复制光聚合物膜120。复制过程可以提供如图4所示的层合玻璃,其具有层压的全息膜220。光聚合物膜120可以对光132发生反应并基于母版全息膜140形成全息膜220。图2中还显示了层合玻璃和母版全息膜140之间的界面150。母版全息膜140可以具有与层合玻璃相同或基本相同的形状。光聚合物膜120可以包括在层压之前或层压期间形成的偏差,其可以在膜表面提供不平整性。一旦母版全息膜140与层合玻璃对准,反应性光132可通过母版全息膜140施加到层合玻璃中的光聚合物膜120。全息膜220可以包括在膜中的任何偏差上形成的图案,使得当光投射到全息膜220时偏差不可见。
复制过程可能对施加光时的振动或其他中断敏感。在一些实施方案中,如图7所示,可以优选地在复制期间将层合玻璃410放置在模具460上。层合玻璃410可以是任何合适的形状,包括在一个或多于一个方向上的弯曲,并且模具460可以基于与复制表面相对的玻璃表面的形状形成。复制表面可以包括层合玻璃410的表面,反应性光132将通过该表面施加到玻璃410中的光聚合物膜120上。在某些实施方案中,复制表面可以具有与凸表面相对的凹表面。例如,当与复制表面相对的玻璃表面是凸形时,模具460可以是用于接收层合玻璃410的阴模。模具460可以由任何合适的材料形成,例如混凝土或钢。
在一些实施方案中,母版全息膜140可以保持静止或相对于层合玻璃410移动以将层合玻璃410与母版全息膜140对齐。母版全息膜140可以至少在期望的层压的全息膜220的区域中对齐。当玻璃410用于HUD应用的挡风玻璃时,可以形成母版全息膜140以配合层合玻璃410的HUD区域。特别地,当安装在车辆中时,HUD区域可以包括驾驶员前方的挡风玻璃区域。在一些实施方案中,母版全息膜140可以大于层合玻璃410的HUD区域并且可以与层合玻璃410的尺寸基本相同。如图5至图9所示,母版全息膜140可以与层合玻璃410对齐,在膜140和玻璃410之间具有空间。母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410可以彼此相邻放置,使得母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410之间的距离具有最小值和最大值。最大距离与最小距离之差优选为6.0mm或小于6.0mm,更优选地为3.0mm或小于3.0mm,甚至优选地为2.0mm或小于2.0mm。此外,在层合玻璃的抬头显示区域中,母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410之间的距离的变化率可以为每100mm中1.0mm或小于1.0mm。可以优选地,母版全息膜140具有与层合玻璃410的复制表面相同或基本相同的形状。
优选地,母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410之间的界面150可以是非反射性的,使得反应性光132不会在层合玻璃410和母版全息膜140之间反射。在界面150的至少一些部分中,层合玻璃410和母版全息膜140之间可以存在空间。可以优选地向该空间施加真空压力,部分地减少层合玻璃410和母板膜140之间的空间并固定玻璃410和膜140之间的关联。在一些实施方案中,界面150处的空间可以填充有填充材料。填充材料可以是可成形的,使得它可以呈现层合玻璃410和母版全息膜140之间的空间的形状。优选地,填充材料具有与包括复制表面的层合玻璃410玻璃片的折射率相同或基本相同的折射率,所述复制表面可以是第二玻璃片114。例如,填充材料可以包括油或凝胶。在一些实施方案中,填充材料可以提供在外壳中,其中外壳具有与填充材料的折射率相同或基本相同的折射率。填充材料还可以提供为可压花的软层材料。可将压力用于玻璃410和母板膜140之间以挤压填充材料。当填充材料是片材时,压花可以允许空气在压力下从填充材料周围逸出,这可以防止可以影响复制的气泡被困在片材和层合玻璃410或母版全息膜140之间。填充材料可以不黏附到膜140或玻璃410上,使得母板膜140和层合玻璃410在复制之后可以分离。
在某些另外的实施方案中,如图6所示,母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410可以在母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410之间的界面处包括抗反射层362、抗反射层364,使得抗反射层362、抗反射层364可以在界面150处彼此面对。优选地,抗反射层362、抗反射层364至少在复制过程中保持完整。在一些实施方案中,抗反射层362、抗反射层364在光132相对于表面以90°角施加的情况下可以是最有效的。优选地,在一些实施方案中,施加到光聚合物膜120的反应性光132可以以相对于层压玻璃表面成70°至110°的角度,更优选80°至100°的角度提供。可提供反应性光132以使其以特定角度指向光聚合物膜120。优选地,光线的角度可以为80°至100°。
此外,当应用于光聚合物膜120上时,光132的角度可以是一致的。由于层合玻璃410可以包括弯曲的膜120,例如层压在汽车玻璃中的膜120,其可包括具有弯曲表面的弯曲的玻璃片110、114。在一些实施方案中,光132可由根据光聚合物膜120中的曲率移动的光源130提供。优选地,光聚合物膜120的曲率与玻璃410的曲率基本相同,使得光源130可以在与层合玻璃410以及光聚合物膜120的形状互补的路径中移动。
复制过程可以对振动特别敏感,振动可以导致母版全息膜140相对于要被照射的光聚合物膜120的位置发生变化。如图8和图9所示,可以优选地在母板膜支撑层540上提供母版全息膜140,这可以限制母板膜140的振动的影响。母板膜140可以层压到母板膜支撑层540上。母板膜支撑层540可以是任何合适的材料,例如玻璃或聚合物材料。优选地,用于母板膜支撑层540的材料可以具有与层合玻璃410的玻璃片114的折射率匹配的折射率。当在600nm的波长下测量时,母板膜支撑层540可具有1.44至1.60的折射率,优选地1.48至1.56。母板膜支撑层540可以具有适合于防止母版全息膜140振动的厚度。优选地,母板膜支撑层540具有至少10mm,更优选地至少15mm,甚至更优选地至少20mm的厚度。
在复制期间,反应性光132可以通过母版全息膜140施加到层合玻璃410中的光聚合物膜120上。母板膜支撑层540可以在复制期间定位在反应性光源130和母版全息膜140之间,使得反应性光132可以穿过母板膜支撑层540。优选地,反应性光132的波长可以为200nm至780nm,更优选地300nm至700nm,甚至更优选地380nm至680nm。可以优选地,母板膜支撑层540在反应性光132的波长下具有至少70%,更优选地至少80%,甚至更优选地至少90%的透明度。
在某些实施方案中,如图10至图13所示,可以优选地,母板膜支撑层540具有模制表面350,其中母版全息膜140可以层压到该模制表面350上。优选地,母版全息膜140可以具有与模制表面350相同的形状。此外,模制表面350可以具有与层合玻璃410相同的形状。例如,当层合玻璃410是挡风玻璃时,模制表面350可以具有与挡风玻璃的弯曲形状匹配的弯曲形状。在通过施加光穿过挡风玻璃的面向内的表面来完成复制的情况下,模制表面350可以具有凸形。母版全息膜140可以是如图12所示与模制表面350相同的尺寸,或如图10、图11和图13所示小于模制表面350的尺寸。在某些实施方案中,母板膜140的面积可以不大于模制表面350的面积的50%,优选地25%,或更优选地10%。当层合玻璃410是挡风玻璃时,母版全息膜140可以至少位于与挡风玻璃中的HUD区域对齐的模制表面350的区域中。

如图8和图9所示,母板膜支撑层540可以具有与母板膜140相对的外表面360,其可以与母板膜140和模制表面350具有相同(图9)或不同(图8)的形状。在一些实施方案中,可以优选地,外表面360具有与模制表面的具有限定曲率的区域352互补的形状。例如,在模制表面350具有凸形的情况下,外表面360可以具有与模制表面的弯曲表面352具有相同曲率的凹形,如图11和图12所示。
在某些实施方案中,可以在外表面360上提供抗反射层。在复制过程中,光可能会从光聚合物膜或母版全息膜反射。外表面360上的抗反射层可以防止光在被反射到外表面360之后反射回膜。
在特定实施方案中,母版全息膜140可以层压到母板膜支撑层540上,使得母版全息膜140的基底层与模制表面350相对。在复制期间,母板膜140的基底层可以在材料之间的界面150处与层合玻璃410相邻。
一旦母版全息膜140和反应性光132被用于复制,可以将可以具有与反应性光132不同的波长的漂白光施加到光聚合物膜120上。当漂白光施加到光聚合物膜120时,母版全息膜140可以或可以不保留在层合玻璃410上。在漂白之后,层压的光聚合物膜120可以不再对光起反应,包括在反应性光132的波长范围内的光。
此外,在复制之后,母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410必须分开。在一些实施方案中,可以优选地,将空气引入母版全息膜140和层合玻璃410之间的界面150以易于分离。母板膜支撑层540可以包括从外表面360延伸到模制表面350的开口644,空气可以通过该开口被引入母板膜140和层合玻璃410之间的界面150。开口644可以不与母版全息膜140的全息区域对齐,使得开口644不会在母版全息膜140中产生中断。开口644可以是任何合适的尺寸、形状和频次以在层合玻璃410和母版全息膜140之间引入空气。

Claims (77)
1.一种用于制备玻璃的方法,所述方法包括:
堆叠第一玻璃片、第一夹层、光聚合物膜、第二夹层和第二玻璃片以提供层压叠层;
将层压叠层脱气;
对层压叠层进行高压灭菌以提供层合玻璃;
将反应性光施加到层合玻璃中的光聚合物膜上,其中反应性光通过母版全息膜施加到层合玻璃上;和
漂白层合玻璃,使得光聚合物膜不再对曝光具有反应性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中层压叠层的脱气在真空袋中进行。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中层压叠层在高压灭菌期间保留在真空袋中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中层压叠层的脱气通过滚筒进行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在将反应性光施加到层合玻璃中的光聚合物之前,不将光聚合物膜暴露于具有选自200nm至780nm波长的光。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中反应性光的波长为200nm至780nm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中反应性光的波长为300nm至700nm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中反应性光的波长为380nm至680nm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中堆叠和脱气在光下进行,所述光不包括具有对光聚合物具有反应性的波长的光。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中反应性光通过第二玻璃片和第二夹层施加到光聚合物膜上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中玻璃是汽车玻璃,并且当安装在车辆中时,第二玻璃片面向车辆内部。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中第一玻璃片的可见光透射率低于第二玻璃片。
13.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中第二夹层不包括吸收具有反应性光的波长的光的添加剂。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中第一夹层包括吸光添加剂,所述吸光添加剂吸收具有反应性光的波长和用于漂白层合玻璃的漂白光的波长的至少一种的光。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中第二夹层包括吸光添加剂,所述吸光添加剂吸收的光的波长范围不包括反应性光的波长或用于漂白层合玻璃的漂白光的波长。
16.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中层合玻璃还包括红外反射层。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中在施加反应性光期间,红外反射层不位于反应性光和光聚合物膜之间。
18.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中反应性光在到达光聚合物膜之前通过红外反射层。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中红外反射层在反应性光的波长中基本上不反射。
20.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中反应性光通过第二玻璃片被引导至光聚合物,并且第一玻璃片的可见光透射率低于第二玻璃片。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中玻璃是汽车玻璃,并且当安装在车辆中时,第二玻璃片面向车辆外部。
22.一种层合玻璃,所述层合玻璃包括:
第一玻璃片;
第一夹层;
全息膜;
第二夹层;和
第二玻璃片,
其中全息膜提供的图像不表现出存在于全息膜中的偏差。
23.根据权利要求22所述的层合玻璃,其中第二夹层的厚度与第一夹层的厚度不同。
24.根据权利要求22所述的层合玻璃,其中第一夹层的厚度和第二夹层的厚度中的至少一个是1μm至0.5mm。
25.根据权利要求24所述的层合玻璃,其中第一夹层的厚度和第二夹层的厚度中的至少一个是1μm至0.3mm。
26.根据权利要求25所述的层合玻璃,其中第一夹层的厚度和第二夹层的厚度中的至少一个是1μm至0.1mm。
27.一种层合玻璃,所述层合玻璃包括
第一玻璃片;
第一夹层;
全息膜;
第二夹层,和
第二玻璃片,
其中第一夹层和第二夹层中的至少一个不包括吸光添加剂。
28.根据权利要求27所述的层合玻璃,其中层合玻璃包括汽车玻璃。
29.根据权利要求28所述的层合玻璃,其中汽车玻璃包括挡风玻璃。
30.根据权利要求28所述的层合玻璃,其中第一玻璃片面向车辆外部,第二玻璃片面向车辆内部。
31.根据权利要求30所述的层合玻璃,其中第二夹层不包含吸光添加剂。
32.根据权利要求31所述的层合玻璃,其中第一夹层包含吸光添加剂。
33.根据权利要求27所述的层合玻璃,其还包括红外反射层。
34.根据权利要求33所述的层合玻璃,其中红外反射层是涂层。
35.根据权利要求33所述的层合玻璃,其中红外反射层包括层压在层合玻璃内的膜。
36.根据权利要求33所述的层合玻璃,其中红外反射层位于第一玻璃片和光聚合物膜之间。
37.根据权利要求29所述的层合玻璃,其中全息膜是抬头显示系统的一部分。
38.根据权利要求28所述的层合玻璃,其中全息膜是照明系统的一部分。
39.根据权利要求27所述的层合玻璃,其中全息膜的面积不大于层合玻璃的面积的50%。
40.一种复制全息膜的方法,所述方法包括:
将层合玻璃与母版全息膜对齐;
以一定角度通过母版全息膜施加反应性光;和
用漂白光漂白层合玻璃,其中母版全息膜和层合玻璃之间的界面是非反射性的。
41.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其中层合玻璃是挡风玻璃,母版全息膜至少在层合玻璃的抬头显示区域中对齐,其中层合玻璃与母版全息膜对齐。
42.根据权利要求41所述的方法,其中所述界面包括母版全息膜和层合玻璃之间的空间。
43.根据权利要求42所述的方法,其中将真空压力施加到母版全息膜和层合玻璃之间的空间。
44.根据权利要求42所述的方法,其中母版全息膜和层合玻璃之间的空间填充有填充材料,其中填充材料的折射率与层合玻璃的玻璃片的折射率基本相同。
45.根据权利要求44所述的方法,其中填充材料包括油。
46.根据权利要求44所述的方法,其中填充材料包括凝胶。
47.根据权利要求44所述的方法,其中填充材料被包裹在折射率与填充材料的折射率基本相同的材料中。
48.根据权利要求44所述的方法,其中填充材料包括片材并且所述片材有压花。
49.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其还包括层合玻璃上的第一抗反射层和母版全息膜上的第二抗反射层,其中第一抗反射层和第二抗反射层在母版全息膜和层合玻璃之间的界面处彼此面对。
50.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其中所述反应性光以约80°至约100°的角度施加到层合玻璃表面。
51.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其中反应性光由第一光源产生。
52.根据权利要求51所述的方法,其中第一光源在与层合玻璃的形状互补的路径上移动。
53.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其中在将层合玻璃与母版全息膜对齐之前,将层合玻璃放置在阴模中。
54.根据权利要求41所述的方法,其中在抬头显示区中层合玻璃与母版全息膜之间的距离具有最大距离和最小距离,其中最大距离和最小距离的差小于6.0mm或等于6.0mm。
55.根据权利要求54所述的方法,其中最大距离与最小距离的差小于3.0mm或等于3.0mm。
56.根据权利要求55所述的方法,其中最大距离与最小距离的差小于2.0mm或等于2.0mm。
57.根据权利要求41所述的方法,其中在抬头显示区中层合玻璃与母版全息膜之间的距离的最大变化率为每100mm中1.0mm。
58.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其中母版全息膜包括与层合玻璃相同或基本相同的形状。
59.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其中母版全息膜包括基底层、光聚合物层和覆盖层;并还包括具有模制表面的支撑层,母版全息膜层压到模制表面上,其中模制表面具有至少一个包括限定曲率的部分。
60.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中支撑层对反应性光的透明度为至少70%。
61.根据权利要求60所述的方法,其中支撑层对反应性光的透明度为至少80%。
62.根据权利要求61所述的方法,其中支撑层对反应性光的透明度为至少90%。
63.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中支撑层的厚度为10mm或大于10mm。
64.根据权利要求63所述的方法,其中支撑层的厚度为15mm或大于15mm。
65.根据权利要求64所述的方法,其中支撑层的厚度为20mm或大于20mm。
66.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中支撑层包括玻璃。
67.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中支撑层包括聚合物材料。
68.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中母版全息膜与模制表面的尺寸相同。
69.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中母版全息膜不覆盖整个模制表面。
70.根据权利要求69所述的方法,其中全息膜覆盖模塑表面的50%或小于50%。
71.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中所述至少一个包括限定曲率的部分位于模制表面的非弯曲部分之间。
72.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中支撑层的折射率为1.44至1.60。
73.根据权利要求72所述的方法,其中支撑层的折射率为1.48至1.56。
74.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其中支撑层具有与模制表面相对的外表面,并且其中模具的外表面具有与模具的至少一个具有限定曲率的的部分互补的形状。
75.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其还包括在支撑层的外表面上的抗反射层,其中支撑层的外表面与模制表面相对。
76.根据权利要求59所述的方法,其还包括在支撑层中的开口。
77.根据权利要求76所述的方法,其还包括通过支撑层中的开口向界面施加空气。
