Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant construction, and particularly relates to a wall type double-layer implant.
Background
The variety of plants is various, and the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of many plants have very high ornamental value and are commonly used for ground greening and garden greening. At present, as a very good decorative and practical material, plants are mostly applied to the ground and the wall, and then surface decoration and the like are formed. However, in the traditional plant cultivation, the purpose of planting plants is still achieved mostly by cloth bags, plastic containers and even planting cotton, and on one hand, the problems of high cost and easy ecological damage caused by material acquisition and processing exist; on the other hand, in use, uneven water supply, obstruction of piping arrangement, and the like are likely to occur. Meanwhile, the implanted plants are not beneficial to plant growth in the range of the fixing device, the maintenance cost and the maintenance intensity are high, and certain obstruction is brought to practical application. In addition, when plants are planted in the fixed container, a series of problems of weed prevention and control, water quantity, plant diseases and insect pests, rhizosphere root management and the like are also a technical problem to be solved in the field of plant construction at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, and provides a wall-type double-layered implant, which can cultivate plants into a desired independent wall-like structure, so that the formed wall has the dual functions of plants and wall.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a wall type double-layer implant is characterized in that: the skin-separating and air-permeable membrane comprises a matrix layer, wherein skin-separating layers made of air-permeable and water-permeable materials are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the matrix layer from inside to outside, so that a mounting space for mounting the matrix layer is formed between the two skin-separating layers; after the root systems of the main material plants are planted on the foundation, the trunk parts of the main material plants form a vertical wall body type planting layer in a weaving mode, and the planting layer extends upwards along the outer surfaces of the two skin isolation layers; a mould layer for fixing the position of the plant layer is arranged outside the plant layer; the vessel for supplying liquid and/or gas is embedded in the matrix layer, and the wall of the vessel is provided with a communicating hole for communicating the matrix layer and/or the external environment.
Preferably, the mould layer is a frame cage-shaped structure formed by matching transverse ribs and longitudinal ribs, and the crowns of the main material plants extend out of the top end of the cage body of the mould layer.
Preferably, this double-deck body of planting of wall formula still includes the through bolt, and the through bolt level to run through outer mould layer, outer planting in proper order and make the layer, outer skin layer and the matrix layer after, wear out along the skin layer of separating of inlayer, the planting of inlayer makes the layer and the mould layer of inlayer again, and the both ends of through bolt are all fixed through fastening nut.
Preferably, the pulse tube comprises more than two groups of gas supply pipes and/or liquid supply pipes which are attached to each other, and the outer layer of the pulse tube is coated with a water-permeable and air-permeable root-impermeable isolating cloth layer.
Preferably, the gas supply pipe passes through the skin isolation layer and the plant layer from the substrate layer in sequence, so that an outlet of the gas supply pipe extends to the outer surface of the plant layer.
Preferably, a heating source for heating the liquid in the liquid supply pipe is arranged at the liquid supply pipe.
Preferably, the wall is formed by removing the mould layer of the wall type double-layer implant.
Preferably, a building is characterized in that the said wall is made of a plastic.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the traditional existing plant cultivation system assembled by cloth bags, plastic containers, planting cotton and the like is abandoned, the design idea of planting with walls and planting walls is adopted, the mold layer is used as a constraint layer, the matrix layer is used as a cultivation layer, the skin separation layer is arranged outside the matrix layer to avoid the matrix layer from collapsing and leaking, and finally the planting layer formed in a weaving mode is arranged between the mold layer and the skin separation layer, so that the formed wall has the dual functions of plants and walls. By reasonably selecting the style of the main material plants, the planting layer can naturally and tightly form the wooden wall surface, and even the planting layers can be naturally fused with each other at the later stage to form the whole wooden wall surface; and then, the mould layer can be disassembled through the accessible, or the wooden wall surface is processed through modes such as polishing and carving, or the original ecological environment of the wooden wall surface is reserved, so that the complete wooden wall body can be obtained, the wall body building requirements of the house are met, and the original ecological building purpose is realized. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of original ecology, self-liquid supply and self-gas supply, stable production of main plants and low maintenance cost, and the formed wall body is formed by relying on the natural growth of the main plants once being planted, thereby having remarkable effect.
2) On the basis of the structure, after the wall body is formed, the invention can obviously replace the enclosing wall, the guardrail, the pavilion, the gallery, the maze and the like which are built by building shapes, steel-concrete bodies, wood material bodies, brick-stone bodies and the like. In addition, because a mode of combining and weaving a plurality of main material plants is adopted, the conventional single plant greening tree needs to consume an area which is long enough to be covered in a long term.
3) Furthermore, when necessary, the invention adopts an arrangement mode that the inside and the outside are respectively provided with the substrate layer and the planting layer, and the action range of the vessel embedded in the substrate layer can cover the whole wall body, so the invention can also replace the land for production, and external green plants, even vegetables and fruits can be attached to the outside of the wall body of the invention, thereby forming a planting system. The design of the vessel is also beneficial to introducing insect-expelling and deinsectization water or insect-expelling and deinsectization gas through the vessel, thereby realizing the control effect of diseases and insects, and the same principle of weed control and water supply. Therefore, the invention can naturally grow in a three-dimensional structure, has more planting area, stronger three-dimensional function expansion of production space and obviously improved yield and output value, and is beneficial to industrialization and industrialized application.

Detailed Description
For ease of understanding, the specific construction and operation of the present invention is further described herein with reference to FIGS. 1-5:
the specific structure of the present invention is shown in fig. 1-5, and the main structure thereof comprises a substrate layer 10 as a middle main body and positioned between two skin-separating layers 20; the two sides of the substrate layer 10 are respectively and sequentially arranged with the plant-made layer 31 and the mold layer 40, wherein:
after the mold layer 40 is installed, as shown in fig. 1-4, the crown 32 of the main material plant 30 needs to extend out of the top of the cage of the mold layer 40, and the root of the main material plant 30 can be rooted on the ground, i.e. the whole plant layer 31 is formed by the trunk of the main material plant 30. At this time, the implantation layer 31 is supported by the matrix layer 10, so that the vessels 60 embedded in the matrix layer 10 and the matrix layer 10 per se are utilized to provide growth nutrients, and meanwhile, the matrix layer 10 also plays a part in bearing the implantation layer 31; on the other hand, the exterior of the plant layer 31 is tightened by the mold layer 40, thereby ensuring the initial stability of the whole wall. When the growth of the post-planting layer 31 is completed and the integrated wall is formed, it is considered that the mold layer 40 is removed, and then the required planting wall can be formed by polishing, carving and other modification means or directly keeping the original ecological surface. And a plurality of the plant walls can be combined with each other to form a required building. Even if necessary, the planting wall can form the ground or the floor, so that a three-dimensional building system from the ground, the wall to the floor is formed, and the requirement of people on original ecological buildings at present is met.
In actual assembly, in order to further ensure the structural strength of the present invention, it is considered to arrange the through bolt 51 and match the fastening nut 52, thereby achieving the purpose of horizontal penetration fastening of the present invention. A feed-through bolt 51 may be installed at the intersection of the transverse ribs 41 and the longitudinal ribs 42 as shown in fig. 1 to ensure fastening and structural reinforcement.
For vessel 60, three separate tubes are shown in figures 3-4 as being formed side-by-side, and a greater or lesser number of tubes may be used in practice as appropriate. Vessel 60 includes a gas supply tube and/or a liquid supply tube, as may be appropriate for the situation in situ. The outer layer of the vessel 60 is coated with a water-permeable, air-permeable and root-impermeable isolating cloth layer 61, such as non-woven fabric, so as to avoid the problem of pipe blockage caused by the fact that the plant root system penetrates into the communicating hole of the vessel 60 due to the phenomenon of water tendency; of course, the separator layer 20 may be made of nonwoven fabric. If necessary, a heating source for heating the liquid in the liquid supply pipe can be arranged at the liquid supply pipe, so that the environment formed by harmful germs in the pipe can be damaged through adjusting the water temperature, and the cleanness of the supplied liquid and the whole liquid supply pipe is ensured.
Of course, before the integrated wall is completely formed, it is also conceivable to arrange connectors such as hooks on the transverse ribs 41 or the longitudinal ribs 42 of the mold layer 40 shown in fig. 1 and 5 for placing the outer green plants, thereby increasing the green plant area or the greening aesthetic feeling. Considering the problem of diseases and insect pests which may be caused by the increase of the green planting area, a separate disease and insect pest removing pipeline can be arranged at the vessel 60 for introducing corresponding gas or liquid and the like, so as to achieve the purpose of disease and insect pest control from inside to outside. Even if necessary, the air is simply blown outwards through the air supply pipe, so that on one hand, the outer green-covered plants can generate natural-simulated blade floating movement; on the other hand, the winged insect is forced to be unable to hover, and a certain pest control function can be achieved. Sound sources and the like can be integrated in the substrate layer 10 to achieve the purpose of sound wave insect expelling or music playing.
