Abstract
用于有机材料特别是塑料的稳定剂混合物,它含有(a)一种或多种通式I的色满衍生物,(b)一种或多种通式II的有机亚磷酸酯或式III的有机亚膦酸酯或亚磷酸酯II和亚膦酸酯III的混合物,(c)一种或多种通式IV的胺;其中,组分(a)和(b)的重量比为1∶5至1∶4,按(a)+(b)在稳定剂混合物中的重量计,组分(c)的数量为0.001-2.0%(重量)。
Description
本发明涉及一种由色满衍生物、有机亚磷酸酯或亚膦酸酯和胺组成的新型稳定剂混合物,它用于使有机材料特别是塑料对光、氧特别是热的作用稳定。
DE-A-3634531公开了用于稳定塑料的稳定剂混合物,它们由色满衍生物(维生素E,α-生育酚)和有机亚磷酸酯或亚膦酸酯组成。但是,这些混合物有贮存和加到塑料中后不稳定的缺点。这可能是由于大气中微量水汽存在下的水解反应造成,已发现色满衍生物的含量下降,因此对塑料的稳定作用下降。
本发明的目的是提供一种稳定的稳定剂混合物。

式中,R2-R4为C2-C12烷基(优选C6-C11烷基,特别是C8-C10烷基)或可被C1-C18烷基取代、优选被1-3个C4-C12烷基取代的C6-C18芳基(优选苯基)
式中,R5-R7在每一情况下为氢、C1-C18烷基(它可被至多5个不相邻的氧原子或式-NR8-基团间隔,并可被至多3个羟基取代,其中R8为氢或C1-C4烷基)或苯基(它可被至多3个C4-C18烷基取代),胺IV不能是NH3,
其中,组分(a)和(b)的重量比为1∶5至1∶14,优选1∶6至1∶10,而组分(c)的用量按(a)+(b)在稳定剂混合物中的重量计为0.01-2.0%、优选0.02-1.0%、更优选0.03-0.5%重量。
特别适合的色满衍生物I是2,5,7,8-四甲基-2-(2’-硬脂酰氧基乙基)色满(R1为-CH2-CH2-O-CO-C17H35),特别是α-生育酚,优选DL-α-生育酚(R1为-(CH2)3-CH(CH3)-(CH2)3-CH(CH3)-(CH2)3-C(CH3)2)。
可按本发明使用的有机亚磷酸酯II是液体产物和结晶产物。可提到的亚磷酸酯的例子是:
-亚磷酸三烷基酯,优选长链的直链或支链烷基酯,如辛基、壬基、异壬基、癸基或异癸基酯;
-亚磷酸三芳基酯,芳基为未取代的或1-3个烷基取代的芳基,如苯基、壬基苯基或2,4-二叔丁基苯基;
-亚磷酸芳基·烷基酯,如亚磷酸二异癸基苯基酯或二亚磷酸二苯基·季戊四醇酯。
式II的亚磷酸酯可用已知的方法合成,例如在20-250℃下,不使用溶剂,在有机碱存在下使PCl3与一元或多元醇反应或与未取代的或取代的酚反应。亚磷酸烷基·芳基酯例如通过亚磷酸三苯酯与一元或多元醇在碱性催化剂存在下(优选不使用溶剂)反应来制备。
亚膦酸酯III是已知的,在商业上可以商品Irgafos P-EPQ从Ciba-Geigy得到。
可根据本发明使用的胺IV可为伯胺、仲胺,优选叔胺。
可提到的这些胺的例子是:丁胺、二丁胺、三丁胺、三丙胺、三异丙胺、辛胺、二异丁胺或硬脂基胺。
R5-R7含羟基的C2-C18基团的胺也是优选的。例如乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、丙醇胺、二丙醇胺、三丙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺,特别是三异丙醇胺。
但是,胺IV不应有太高的挥发性,所以对于本发明的稳定剂混合物来说,氨是不适宜的。
本发明的稳定剂混合物用于使有机材料对光、氧特别是热的作用稳定。它作为金属钝化剂也是有效的。在制造前、制造中或制造后,按有机材料的重量计,加入要稳定的有机材料中稳定剂混合物的浓度为0.05-1%、优选0.01-2%、更优选0.05-1%。
此外,本发明的稳定剂混合物不仅是极好的抗氧化剂(特别是对塑料),而且也是颜料在液体着色剂中有效的分散剂。
有机材料例如指化妆品(如软膏和洗液)、药物配方(如小丸和栓剂)、照相纪录材料特别是照相乳剂、塑料和表面涂料的前体或表面涂料本身,但特别是塑料本身。
本发明还涉及对光、氧特别是热的作用稳定的有机材料、特别是塑料,它含有上述浓度的本发明稳定剂混合物。
为了使本发明稳定剂混合物特别是与塑料混合,可使用所有用于使稳定剂或其他添加剂混合于聚合物中的已知设备和方法。
本发明稳定剂混合物特别可用于在塑料加工过程中使它稳定。在加工过程中或加工前将这类稳定剂混合物加到塑料中,以防止塑料分解,不同的稳定剂体系可有叠加效果是已知的。
除了本发明含有组分(a)、(b)和(c)的稳定剂体系外,也可混入其他稳定添加剂,如增效的硬脂酸钙和硫连二丙酸二硬脂基酯(S-(CH2CH2-COOC18H37)2),已知它们用于稳定目的,按常规量加入塑料中。
所述的稳定剂也可与塑料一起制成浓缩物,然后可与要稳定的塑料一起加工。在加工中浓缩物有许多优点,与应用范围有关,因为它们在加工过程中易于处理和计量。
可用本发明稳定剂混合物稳定的塑料的例子是:
单烯烃和二烯烃的聚合物,如低或高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、线型聚1-丁烯、聚异戊二烯、聚丁二烯,和单和二烯烃的共聚物,以及所述聚合物的混合物;
聚苯乙烯和苯乙烯或α-甲基苯乙烯与二烯烃和/或丙烯酸衍生物的共聚物,如苯乙烯/丁二烯、苯乙烯/丙烯腈(SAN)、苯乙烯/甲基丙烯酸乙酯、苯乙烯/丁二烯/丙烯酸乙酯、苯乙烯/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯(ABS)或甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丁二烯/苯乙烯(MBS);
含卤的聚合物,如聚氯乙烯、聚氟乙烯、聚偏二氟乙烯,及它们的共聚物;
由α、β-不饱和酸及其衍生物得到的聚合物,如聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺和聚丙烯腈;
由不饱和醇得到的聚合物及其胺或丙烯酸衍生物或其缩醛,如聚乙醇和聚醋酸乙烯酯;
聚氨酯、聚酰胺、聚脲、聚亚苯醚、聚酯、聚碳酸酯、聚砜、聚醚砜和聚醚酮。
可被稳定的塑料特别是热塑性塑料,如聚氯乙烯、苯乙烯聚合物、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯、聚亚苯醚、聚酯、聚烯烃(特别是聚乙烯和聚丙烯)、聚氨酯,以及热固性塑料。
本发明稳定剂混合物的适用性和有效性的优点是,除了稍带固有颜色和加工稳定性外,并且是耐水解的和色满衍生物I的含量稳定。
与DE-A-3634531中公开的混合物相比,用水增量测量的耐水解性明显提高。这一点用以下实施例说明。
实施例
对100%浓度的稳定剂混合物测量水增量。在相对湿度为98%、温度为22下,在保湿器中测定水增量随贮存时间的变化。

Claims (7)
1。一种含有以下组分的稳定剂混合物:
式中,Z为C7-C30烷基,-CH2CH2-S-(C1-C30烷基),或者
式中,R2-R4为C2-C12烷基或可被C1-C18烷基取代的C6-C18芳基,
式中,R5-R7为氢,可被至多5个不相邻的氧原子或式-NR8-基团间断并可被至多3个羟基取代的C1-C18烷基、其中R8为氢或C1-C4烷基,或可被至多3个C4-C18烷基取代的苯基,但胺IV不能是NH3,
其中,组分(a)和(b)的重量比为1∶5至1∶14,而按(a)+(b)在稳定剂混合物的重量计组分(c)的用量为0.01-2.0%(重量)。
2。根据权利要求1的稳定剂混合物,其中叔胺用作组分(c)。
3。根据权利要求1的稳定剂混合物,其中R5-R7为含有羟基的C2-C18烷基的伯胺、仲胺或叔胺用作组分(c)。
4。权利要求1-3中任一项的稳定剂混合物用于使有机材料对光、氧和热的作用稳定的应用。
5。权利要求1-3中任一项的稳定剂混合物用于使塑料对光、氧和热的作用稳定的应用。
6。对光、氧和热的作用稳定的有机材料,它按有机材料的量计含有0.005-5.0%(重量)权利要求1-3中任一项的稳定剂混合物。
7。对光、氧和热的作用稳定的塑料,它按塑料的量计含有0.005-5.0%(重量)权利要求1-3中任一项的稳定剂混合物。
