Abstract

本发明描述了包含一种或多种UV过滤剂和一种或多种SPF增强剂的水包油(O/W)防晒组合物。
背景技术
在西方国家,从文雅苍白转向“健康、运动的棕色皮肤”的趋势多年来一直没有中断过。为了实现这一点,人们让他们的皮肤经受日光辐射,因为这会在黑色素形成的意义上引起色素形成。然而,日光的紫外线辐射对皮肤也有有害影响。除了急性损伤(晒伤)之外,用来自于UVB范围(波长:280-320nm)内的光过度辐照也会引起长期损伤,例如患皮肤癌的风险提高。此外,过多的UVB和UVA辐射(波长:320-400nm)导致结缔组织的弹性和胶原纤维的减弱。这可能引起许多光毒性和光过敏反应,导致皮肤过早老化。
在亚洲国家,白皙的皮肤是优选的。因此,人们试图保护他们的皮肤免受阳光;这可以通过使用遮阳伞、避开日光和/或使用光防护美容手段来实现。
因此,为了通过化妆品光防护手段保护皮肤,开发了一系列可用于化妆品制剂的光防护过滤物质。这些UVA和UVB过滤剂在大多数工业化国家中以正面清单的形式概括,例如德国化妆品法规的附件7。
UV过滤剂在化妆品制剂中的效果必须被确定;通常,使用防晒系数(SPF)来表征打算用作防晒手段的化妆品组合物的防晒潜力。防晒系数(SPF)指示可以通过使用防晒组合物引起的暴露在阳光下的时间的增加。它是使用防晒组合物的红斑阈值时间与未使用防晒组合物的红斑阈值时间的比率。
已在整个欧洲确立的另一种测试方法是澳大利亚标准AS/NZS 2604:1997。所述标准涉及测量制剂在UV-A范围内的吸收。为了符合所述标准,制剂必须吸收至少90%的320至360nm范围内的UV-A辐射。
通常,为了确保足够的光防护,化妆品组合物可以以20-50的SPF值为特征。为了实现这种相对高的光防护,必须在所述组合物中使用相当大量的UV过滤剂。然而,并入大量UV过滤剂有缺点。大量UV过滤剂使组合物的化妆品特性恶化,其可能变得非常粘稠,有时甚至呈糊状。使用这种组合物后,皮肤感觉被描述为油腻和油滑。此外,已在施用包含大量UV过滤剂的防晒组合物后观察到皮肤刺激。此外,大量UV过滤剂使防晒组合物越来越昂贵。最后,不同国家对UV过滤剂的量和种类有限制。
因此,对在不增加UV过滤剂的量的情况下提高防晒组合物的UV防护能力,存在着需求。一种解决方案是SPF增强剂的概念。
术语“SPF增强剂”是指当与UV过滤剂一起使用时提高给定制剂的SPF的化合物或组合物。通常,所述作为SPF增强剂有效的化合物或组合物本身不具有或仅起到可忽略不计的UV过滤剂的作用。
在现有技术中已公开了使用SPF增强剂来提高给定防晒组合物的SPF。各种不同的物质和物质混合物已被描述为有效的SPF增强剂,下面仅提及少数几种。
在文献EP 2201929 A2中公开了一组异类物质作为SPF增强剂,即具有2至10个碳原子的羧酸和醇的二酯;辛酸2-丙基庚基酯;平均分子量为2,500,000至3,500,000道尔顿的丙烯酸钠均聚物和具有5.5至7.5的pH值的所述丙烯酸钠均聚物的1重量%溶液;未被修饰或涂层的数均直径为2至15μm的二氧化硅粒子。
同样地,在文献DE 102010008321 A1中公开了一组异类物质作为SPF增强剂,即葡萄籽油;三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯;滑石;硬脂氧基三甲基甲硅烷+硬脂醇;聚苯乙烯磺酸钠;透明质酸钠;聚山梨酯65;聚山梨酯40;聚甲基倍半硅氧烷;苯甲酸苯乙基酯;银杏叶提取物;月见草油;十八碳烯二酸;棕榈酸甲酯;胀果甘草根提取物;大豆(异黄酮);牛蒡提取物;2,6-萘二甲酸二乙基己基酯;神经酰胺3;辛酸/癸酸甘油酯;酒石酸二C12-13烷基酯。
在文献WO 2014/203913 A1中,公开了选自中空粒子的不同的SPF增强剂。原料是(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸酯和/或苯乙烯的聚合物和共聚物、玻璃、二氧化硅,所述粒子由它们制成。
例如,中空乳胶粒子可以由INCI名称为苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物的苯乙烯与(甲基)丙烯酸或其烷基酯之一的共聚物构造而成,所述共聚物可以从Rohm&Haas公司在商品名SunspheresTM粉末下购买。
在文献EP 2396085 A2中描述一种SPF增强剂,其由实际上不溶的颗粒材料和水溶性或水分散性界面活性聚合物组成。所述界面活性聚合物可以选自木质素磺酸盐、木质素、氧化木质素、腐植酸的碱金属盐、鞣酸的碱金属盐、蛋白质、疏水改性的水溶性或水分散性聚合物以及水溶性或水分散性两亲性共聚物。所述颗粒材料可以选自二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化铈、二氧化硅、膨润土、滑石、氢氧化铝、硫酸钙和聚合乳胶颗粒。所述SPF增强剂的可商购的混合物由AMCOL International Corporation在商品名UV下销售。
在文献WO 2019/022914 A1和WO 2019/022913 A1中描述了精心设计的多级聚合物粒子的合成,所述粒子旨在作为有效的SPF增强剂。
在文献WO 2017/112982 A1中公开了一种防晒组合物,其包含至少一种UV过滤剂和至少一种SPF增强剂,所述SPF增强剂包含以0.1至5.0重量%的量存在于所述组合物中的二氧化硅气溶胶。
然而,对于提供包含SPF增强剂、UV过滤剂以及支持UV过滤剂和SPF增强剂的作用的有利伴随物质的良好平衡的组合的含SPF增强剂的防晒组合物,仍存在着需求。此外,希望制造在施用后不在皮肤上留下白膜的可用的防晒组合物。
发明内容
令人吃惊的是,一种水包油乳液形式的防晒组合物可以满足上述要求,所述组合物包含
-月桂酸异戊酯,
-至少一种UV过滤剂,
-至少一种SPF增强剂,和
-至少一种成膜聚合物。
根据本发明,所述防晒组合物包含水性相,水的总量相对于所述组合物的总重量在45至95重量%、优选地60至85重量%的范围内。
根据本发明,在所述防晒组合物中包含月桂酸异戊酯。特别地,月桂酸异戊酯被证明是所述一种或多种UV过滤剂的有利溶剂。月桂酸异戊酯可以作为Mackaderm LIA从Solvay或作为Dermofeel Sensolv从Evonik Dr.Straetmans购买。
在根据本发明所述的组合物中,月桂酸异戊酯以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.1至5.0重量%、优选地0.5至3.0重量%的量被包含。
本发明的防晒组合物包含至少一种UV过滤剂;然而,为了提供具有充分且广泛的光防护潜力的组合物,有利情况下存在吸收约280至约400nm范围内的阳光的UV过滤剂的组合。这可以通过所谓的UV A和UV B过滤剂的适合组合或通过使用宽带过滤剂或其组合来实现。
如果根据本发明所述的防晒组合物包含至少一种UV B过滤剂,则所述过滤剂可以是油溶性或水溶性过滤剂。
根据本发明,适合的油溶性UV B过滤剂是:
-3-(4-甲基亚苯甲基)樟脑,3-亚苯甲基樟脑;
-对甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯;肉桂酸乙基己基酯,
-水杨酸乙基己基酯(=INCI);
-2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(INCI:二苯甲酮-3);
-2,4,6-三苯胺基(对羰基-2'-乙基-1'-己氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪(INCI:乙基己基三嗪酮),2,4,-双-{[4-(2-乙基己氧基)-2-羟基]苯基}-6-(4-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪(INCI:双乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三嗪);
-奥克立林(Octocrylene)(=INCI),
-水杨酸3,3,5-三甲基环己基酯(INCI=胡莫柳酯)。
根据本发明,适合的水溶性UV B过滤剂是:
-苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(=INCI)及其盐;
-2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸(INCI:二苯甲酮-4)及其盐;和
-亚苯甲基樟脑磺酸(=INCI)及其盐。
如果根据本发明所述的防晒组合物包含至少一种UV A过滤剂,则所述过滤剂可以选自
二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰基己基苯甲酸酯(=INCI)和/或
丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷(=INCI)。
在根据本发明所述的组合物中,所述至少一种UV过滤剂以相对于所述组合物的总重量1.0至35.0重量%、优选地2.0至30.0重量%的总量被包含。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述防晒组合物包含UV过滤剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、水杨酸乙基己基酯、奥克立林、水杨酸3,3,5-三甲基环己基酯和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸。
然而,在同样优选的实施方式中,包含UV过滤剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、水杨酸乙基己基酯、水杨酸3,3,5-三甲基环己基酯和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸的组合。
在本发明的另一个实施方式中,有利情况下,在本发明的组合物中不含UV B过滤剂奥克立林和/或2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
尽管不是优选的,但在本发明中所述防晒组合物可以另外包含基于不溶或微溶于水的金属氧化物、特别是钛的氧化物(TiO2)和锌的氧化物(ZnO)和此类氧化物的混合物的无机颜料,提供额外的光防护效果。
如果在根据本发明所述的组合物中包含至少一种无机颜料,则所述至少一种无机颜料以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.2至10.0重量%、优选地0.5至5.0重量%的总量被包含。
出于本发明的目的,所述无机颜料可以以疏水形式存在,即所述颜料的表面已被处理使其排斥水。这种表面处理可以包括通过本身已知的方法为所述颜料提供薄的疏水层。
本发明的防晒组合物包含至少一种SPF增强剂。SPF增强剂本身不吸收或仅以非常有限的程度吸收UV光线。不受理论限制,存在着碰到所述UV增强剂的UV光线被散射的想法。这些被散射的光线可能到达UV过滤剂,然后可能被另外地吸收。
根据本发明,优选所述SPF增强剂以粒子的形式存在,甚至更优选地以中空粒子、最优选以疏水性粒子的形式存在。
疏水性粒子的实例是疏水性二氧化硅粒子。它们优选地以粉末形式提供。
疏水性二氧化硅的起点可以是合成生产的SiO2。从二氧化硅砂开始,合成生产的SiO2通过二氧化硅(水玻璃)或四氯化硅作为中间体来获得。在第一种情况下,通过酸水解获得所谓的沉淀二氧化硅;在第二种情况下,通过在氢氧气体火焰中热解(热分解)获得所谓的焦化二氧化硅。随后,通过用卤化硅烷、烷氧基硅烷或硅氮烷处理,赋予所述二氧化硅产品以疏水性。所述疏水性二氧化硅与起始的亲水性二氧化硅的差异尤其在于较低的硅醇基团密度和较小的水蒸气吸附。
优选地,在本发明的防晒组合物中包含表面用三甲基甲硅烷基改性的疏水性二氧化硅(三甲基硅氧烷化的二氧化硅)的粒子。所述疏水性二氧化硅粒子可以从Dow Corning在商品名VM-2260(INCI名:甲硅烷基化二氧化硅)下购买,其表现出大约1000微米的平均尺寸和600至800m2/g范围内的每单位重量的比表面积。
所述至少一种SPF增强剂以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.2至5.0重量%、优选地0.5至1.5重量%的总量被包含。
本发明的防晒组合物包含至少一种成膜剂。向皮肤护理组合物添加成膜剂是为了有助于在溶剂蒸发后在皮肤上建立薄膜;所述薄膜帮助防止经皮水分流失和/或维持用于紫外辐射防护的良好屏障。在防晒组合物的情况下,皮肤上的薄膜还应当支持产品的防水性。有利情况下使用油溶性成膜剂。所述油溶性成膜剂可以选自PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇-20聚醚、乙烯基吡咯烷酮/三十烯共聚物、丙烯酸酯/辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物、丙烯酸酯共聚物、羟基酯丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、VP/十六烯共聚物。优选在本发明的组合物中包含至少一种聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物。
此外,有利情况下,在根据本发明所述的组合物中包含一种或多种硅酮。硅酮是包含通过氧原子相连的硅原子的合成聚合物。由硅原子和氧原子构成的功能单元被称为硅氧烷。在聚二甲基硅氧烷的情况下,许多硅氧烷单元以线性方式排列,每个硅原子具有两个甲基残基,并且在末端处的硅原子具有三个甲基残基。聚二甲基硅氧烷的长度可变。不同的长度造成了不同的黏度值。因此,聚二甲基硅氧烷可以通过这些值来表征。可以购买具有不同黏度值的聚二甲基硅氧烷或又称硅酮流体。可商购产品具有1厘沱(cst)至1,000,000cst之间的黏度值。较低黏度的产品与例如矿物油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混溶,并且可用于气溶胶应用。具有100–500cst的聚二甲基硅氧烷产品是在皮肤护理制剂中用作添加剂的传统硅酮,而以更高黏度为特征的产品用于阻隔产品或美发产品中。所述黏度值是指由相应的硅酮组分的供应商给出的用于表征这些组分的那些黏度值。
黏度值可以按照CTM 0004(Dow Corning)或DIN 53019(Wacker)来确定。
如果所述硅氧烷单元以线性方式排列,则由此产生长链分子,然后通过C3至C20烷基交联,产生聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物。所述交联聚合物是以网络为特征的硅酮弹性体。聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物可以在O/W和W/O乳液中有效地作为流变改良剂,并影响包含它们的组合物的质构。此外,聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物有效地作为成膜剂,有助于在皮肤上建立薄膜,确保所述薄膜中包含的UV过滤剂的均匀分布。
根据本发明,优选情况下,所述一种或多种聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物以相对于所述聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物的活性物质含量以及相对于所述组合物的总重量0.1至10.0重量%、优选地0.5至5.0重量%的总量被包含。
聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物可以作为与环戊硅氧烷或挥发性或非挥发性低密度聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合获得。优选的聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物是聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物的掺混物,可以从Dow Corning作为Dowsil 9041硅酮弹性体掺混物获得。根据本发明,优选情况下,所述聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物的掺混物以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.1至10重量%、优选地0.5至5.0重量%的总量被包含。
此外,可以包含天然成膜剂;此类成膜剂的优选实例是辛酰基甘油/癸二酸共聚物,其可以从Inolex在商品名LexFilm Sun Natural下购买。
一般而言,众所周知,乳液是由不混溶或彼此仅具有有限混溶性的通常被称为相的两种液体组成的非均质系统。在乳液中,所述两种液体中的一种以非常细小的液滴的形式分散在另一种液体中。所述液体(纯的或作为溶液)以或多或少的细小分布存在于乳液中,通常仅具有有限的稳定性。
如果所述两种液体是水和油,并且油和油液滴以细小分布的形式存在于水中,这是水包油乳液(O/W乳液,例如牛奶)。O/W乳液的基本特性例如电导率、感官性质、连续相被染色的能力,由水决定。在油包水乳液(W/O乳液,例如黄油)的情况下,所述基本特性由油决定。
为了使乳液稳定,通常包含一种或多种乳化剂。
乳化剂有助于将两种不混溶的液体(例如水包油)以某种方式合并,从而形成稳定的制剂即乳液。因此,乳化剂必须具有两亲特性,疏水性部分与油相或脂质相相互作用并且亲水性部分与水相相互作用。通过搅拌或均化,产生的液滴分散在相应的环境中,即水性液滴在脂质环境中或脂质液滴在水性环境中。首要的是,乳化剂不具有去污、表面活性特性。乳化剂降低两相之间的界面张力,并且除了降低界面功之外,还实现形成的乳液的稳定化。它们利用界面膜以及通过形成空间或电势垒使形成的乳液稳定,因此阻止了乳化粒子的合并(聚结)。
HLB值适合于表征乳化剂,所述值指定了给定乳化剂的亲水性。所述HLB值可以通过下述公式确定:
HLB=20×(1-M亲脂物/M),
其中M亲脂物表示给定乳化剂的亲脂性级分的摩尔质量,M表示总乳化剂的摩尔质量。
通常,具有至多约8的HLB值的乳化剂被认为是W/O乳化剂。相反,O/W乳化剂具有大于8的HLB值。
本发明的防晒组合物包含至少一种O/W乳化剂。
所述至少一种O/W乳化剂可以选自鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-12、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-3、鲸蜡醇聚醚-10、鲸蜡醇聚醚-2、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇与PEG-20硬脂酸酯的组合、硬脂酸柠檬酸甘油酯、硬脂酸甘油酯与PEG-100硬脂酸酯的组合、硬脂酸甘油酯与PEG-30硬脂酸酯的组合、硬脂酸甘油酯SE、异硬脂醇聚醚-10、异硬脂醇聚醚-20、异硬脂醇二聚甘油琥珀酸酯、月桂醇聚醚-23、月桂醇聚醚-4磷酸酯、月桂醇聚醚-4、甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-20硬脂酸甘油酯、PEG-20硬脂酸酯、PEG-20甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯、PEG-30硬脂酸酯、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、PEG-45/十二烷基二醇共聚物、PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-2月桂酸酯、聚甘油-2PEG-4硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-2倍半异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3二硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3二硬脂酸酯与硬脂酸柠檬酸甘油酯的组合、聚甘油-3甲基葡萄糖二硬脂酸酯、聚山梨酯60、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、鲸蜡基硬脂醇硫酸酯钠、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、硬脂醇聚醚-10、硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-21、硬脂酸、蔗糖多硬脂酸酯+氢化聚异丁烯、三鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4磷酸酯、三月桂醇聚醚-4磷酸酯。
优选地,在根据本发明所述的组合物中包含硬脂酰谷氨酸钠。
在根据本发明所述的组合物中,所述至少一种O/W乳化剂以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.2至1.2重量%、优选地0.3至0.9重量%的总量被包含。
根据本发明,所述防晒组合物包含油相,所述油相可以包含油溶性成膜剂、疏水性SPF增强剂、月桂酸异戊酯和油溶性UV过滤剂。优选地,所述油相以相对于所述组合物的总重量6.5至55重量%、更优选地7.0至45重量%的量存在。
根据本发明,所述组合物可以另外包含至少一种增稠剂,以便调整特别是水相的黏度。有利的增稠剂的实例是:
-有机天然化合物,例如琼脂、卡拉胶、黄蓍胶、阿拉伯树胶、藻酸盐、果胶、多糖、瓜尔胶、角豆花、淀粉、糊精、明胶、酪蛋白,
-有机的改性天然物质,例如羧甲基纤维素和其他纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素和丙基纤维素等,
-有机全合成化合物,例如聚丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸化合物、乙烯基聚合物、聚羧酸、聚醚、聚亚胺、聚酰胺,
-无机化合物,例如聚硅酸、黏土矿物例如蒙脱石、沸石、二氧化硅。
有利情况下,在根据本发明所述的组合物中可以包含黄原胶(CAS号11138-66-2)。黄原胶是一种阴离子杂多糖,一般从玉米糖通过发酵来形成并作为钾盐分离。它由野油菜黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas campestris)和某些其他物种在有氧条件下产生,分子量为2×106至24×106。黄原胶由带有侧链具有β-1,4-键合的葡萄糖(纤维素)的链形成。亚基(“重复单元”)的结构由葡萄糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸、乙酸盐和丙酮酸盐组成。黄原胶可从CP Kelco在商品名Keltrol CG-F下购买。
如果在本发明的组合物中包含黄原胶,则黄原胶以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.05至5重量%,优选地0.1至3.0重量%的量被包含。
同样有利的是,在本发明的组合物中可以包含基于丙烯酸酯的增稠剂。这些基于丙烯酸酯的增稠剂可以是丙烯酸的聚合物,特别是选自卡波姆或卡波普(实际上是Lubrizol公司的注册商标)的丙烯酸聚合物。卡波普是具有下述通用结构式的化合物:
特别是具有约400,000至4,000,000之间的分子量。卡波普类还包括丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物,例如具有下述结构的共聚物:
其中R'是烷基游离基,并且x和y是象征每种共聚单体的相应化学计量含量的数字。
有利情况下,本发明的组合物可以包含具有与丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物可比的结构,但R’是具有10至30个碳原子的烷基游离基的共聚物。所述共聚物包含一种或多种丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸的单体和一种或多种丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯单体。此类化合物的INCl名称是“丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯交联聚合物”。特别有利的是可以从Lubrizol在商品名Pemulen TR1、Pemulen TR2和Pemulen EZ-4U聚合物乳化剂下获得的那些。
如果在本发明的组合物中包含至少一种丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯交联聚合物,则所述至少一种丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯交联聚合物以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.1至1.5重量%、优选地0.15至0.4重量%的量被包含。
甚至同样有利的是,在本发明的组合物中可以包含无机化合物,特别是黏土矿物,优选为二氧化硅。这些化合物对增稠作用有贡献。此外,它们改善本发明的组合物的感官印象,例如传达丰厚的印象。优选的二氧化硅可以从AGC Si-tech在商品名Sunsphere H-52下购买。
如果在本发明的组合物中包含二氧化硅,则二氧化硅以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.1至5.0重量%、优选地0.5至3.0重量%的量被包含。
在优选实施方式中,在本发明的组合物中包含增稠剂黄原胶、丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯交联聚合物和二氧化硅。
根据本发明,所述组合物可以另外包含至少一种保湿剂。保湿剂是指为化妆品制剂提供下述特性的物质或物质混合物,即在皮肤表面上施用和分布后,水分从表皮角质层的释放(也被称为经皮水分流失(TEWL))减少和/或角质层的水合作用受到正面影响。在本发明的含义内有利的保湿剂的实例包括甘油、乳酸和/或乳酸盐特别是乳酸钠、丁二醇、丙二醇、生物糖胶-1、野生大豆、乙基己基甘油、吡咯烷酮羧酸和尿素。优选情况下包含甘油。
如果在本发明的组合物中包含至少一种保湿剂,则所述至少一种保湿剂以相对于所述组合物的总重量1.0至10.0重量%、优选地2.0至5.0重量%的量被包含。
根据本发明,所述组合物可以另外包含至少一种防腐剂。可以包含被允许并适合用于化妆品组合物的所有防腐剂。然而,优选情况下包含对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和苯氧基乙醇或其混合物,更优选地包含苯氧基乙醇。也可以使用其他防腐剂,例如苯甲醇。这些防腐剂可以单独地或组合地或与上述优选防腐剂相组合使用。
如果在本发明的组合物中包含至少一种防腐剂,则所述至少一种防腐剂优选地以相对于所述组合物的总重量0.1至0.9重量%、更优选地0.4至0.8重量%的总量被包含。所述值是指所述防腐剂的活性物质含量。
根据本发明,所述组合物可以另外包含通常用于此类组合物的化妆品辅助剂,例如防腐助剂、络合剂、电解质、香料、具有着色作用的颜料、脂肪、其他油类、蜡或化妆品组合物的其他常见组成成分。
根据本发明所述的组合物的pH值可以通过适合于化妆品组合物的所有手段进行调节。然而,优选情况下,包含适合量的无机碱例如氢氧化钠,以将pH值调整到7.0至7.8、更优选地7.2至7.8的值。
根据本发明所述的组合物优选地具有2900至4000mPa·s、更优选地2900至3900mPa·s的黏度。所述黏度使用Rheomat R123在25℃下确定。
制备方法:
本发明的组合物可以通过已知或有效制备O/W乳液的任何技术来制备。制备本发明的组合物的方法包括常规的配制或混合技术。然而,优选情况下,通过下述方法制备根据本发明所述的组合物:
1.将极性油、非极性油和乳化剂以及其他油溶性组分混合并溶解。
2.将水溶性组分充分混合并溶解。
3.将所述油溶性组分和增稠剂缓慢添加到水溶性组分并同时搅拌,以形成O/W乳液。
SPF的确定:
防晒系数的体内确定;所述测试基于国际标准ISO 24444:2010(E)。
将对象背部的测试区域用测试产品涂覆。在产品施用和辐照之间实现15分钟的等待时间。辐照以6种不同剂量进行。使用产生的红斑来确定最低红斑剂量(MED)。个体防晒系数(SPF)从MEDU(未处理皮肤的MED)与用所讨论的产品处理的所述区域的MED(防护皮肤的MED)的比率来确定。SPF结果被表示为从所使用的对象的总数中获得的个体SPF值的算术平均值。
使用月桂酸异戊酯、至少一种成膜剂(优选为聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物)和至少一种SPF增强剂(优选为疏水性二氧化硅粒子)的组合产生了具有减少量的UV过滤剂并在同时达到大于50的SPF的防晒组合物。月桂酸异戊酯支持UV过滤剂、特别是油溶性UV过滤剂的溶解,成膜剂有助于在皮肤上建立薄膜,并因此将油液滴和UV过滤剂均匀分布在皮肤上。由于所述组分的亲脂特征,得到的薄膜变得防水。存在着所述疏水性二氧化硅粒子可能排列在油液滴与UV过滤剂之间,并通过散射UV光线而有助于增强UV吸收的想法。
组分月桂酸异戊酯、UV过滤剂、成膜剂和疏水性二氧化硅粒子以某种方式彼此相互作用和支持,以便产生具有减少量的UV过滤剂并且不在皮肤上留下白膜的良好平衡的防晒组合物。
因此,本发明的另一个目的是月桂酸异戊酯、至少一种成膜剂和至少一种SPF增强剂的用途,其用于提供具有减少量的UV过滤剂和大于50的SPF的防晒组合物。
优选情况下,使用月桂酸异戊酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物和疏水性二氧化硅粒子来提供具有减少量的UV过滤剂和大于50的SPF的防晒组合物。
实施例
下面的实施例旨在说明本发明而不是限制它。如果没有另外指示,实施例中的数值是以作为活性物含量给出的以特定组合物的总重量计的重量百分数。

Claims (7)
1.一种水包油乳液形式的防晒组合物,其由以下构成:
-0.6重量%的月桂酸异戊酯,
-3重量%的聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物的掺混物,
-1重量%的二甲基甲硅烷基化的二氧化硅,
-4.5重量%的丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,
-4.5重量%的水杨酸乙基己基酯,
-4.5重量%的奥克立林,
-5重量%的胡莫柳酯,
-2.5重量%的苯基苯并咪唑磺酸,
-0.3重量%的硬脂酰谷氨酸钠,
-0.3重量%的丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯交联聚合物,
-0.1重量%的黄原胶,
-1重量%的二氧化硅,
-0.6重量%的氢氧化钠,
-3重量%的甘油,
-0.6重量%的苯氧基乙醇,
-水,加到100重量%。
2.一种水包油乳液形式的防晒组合物,其由以下构成:
-0.5重量%的月桂酸异戊酯,
-2.5重量%的聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物的掺混物,
-1重量%的二甲基甲硅烷基化的二氧化硅,
-0.2重量%的TiO2,
-4.5重量%的丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,
-4.5重量%的水杨酸乙基己基酯,
-4.5重量%的奥克立林,
-5重量%的胡莫柳酯,
-2.5重量%的苯基苯并咪唑磺酸,
-0.3重量%的硬脂酰谷氨酸钠,
-0.3重量%的丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸C10-30烷基酯交联聚合物,
-0.1重量%的黄原胶,
-1重量%的二氧化硅,
-0.6重量%的氢氧化钠,
-3重量%的甘油,
-0.6重量%的苯氧基乙醇,
-水,加到100重量%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于所述二甲基甲硅烷基化的二氧化硅以粒子的形式存在。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于所述二甲基甲硅烷基化的二氧化硅以中空粒子的形式存在。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于所述二甲基甲硅烷基化的二氧化硅以疏水性粒子的形式存在。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于所述聚二甲基硅氧烷具有5cSt的黏度。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的组合物用于提供具有减少量的UV过滤剂和高于50的SPF的防晒组合物的用途。
