本发明采取的技术方案如下:本发明一种养生调志补肾健脾的魔芋薏米粉,包括如下重量份的组分:魔芋20~40份、薏米15~25份、茯苓10~20份、陈皮6~8份、干姜2~4份、大豆卵磷脂5~7份、百合4~6份、酸枣仁4~6份、桃仁5~7份、酵母多糖2.5~3.5份。
进一步地,所述养生调志补肾健脾的魔芋薏米粉,包括如下重量份的组分:魔芋30份、薏米20份、茯苓15份、陈皮7份、干姜3份、大豆卵磷脂6份、百合5份、酸枣仁5份、桃仁6份、酵母多糖3份。
本发明还公开了一种养生调志补肾健脾的魔芋薏米粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选料:选取含蒲甘聚糖高的优质魔芋,并将魔芋粉碎成颗粒在200目以上的魔芋粉;
步骤二:选取与步骤一相应重量份的优质薏米、茯苓、陈皮、干姜、百合、酸枣仁、桃仁、大豆卵磷脂、酵母多糖,上述组分混合成混合物,洗净后80℃恒温烘干;
步骤三:将步骤二中洗净的薏米经过炒制工艺形成熟薏米,晾凉后,再将步骤二中的混合物与熟薏米、魔芋粉混合均匀,放入低温研磨机器内调至-10℃的温度、研磨至200目数以上。

步骤三:将步骤二中洗净的薏米经过炒制工艺形成熟薏米,晾凉后,再将步骤二中的混合物与熟薏米混合均匀,放入低温研磨机器内调至-10℃的温度、研磨至200目数以上即得魔芋薏米粉成品。
实施例2,制备方法步骤与实施例1相同,差别在于实施例2的原料包括如下重量份的组分:魔芋20份、薏米15份、茯苓10份、陈皮6份、干姜2份、大豆卵磷脂5份、百合4份、酸枣仁4份、桃仁5份、酵母多糖2.5份。
实施例3,制备方法步骤与实施例1相同,差别在于实施例3的原料包括如下重量份的组分:魔芋40份、薏米25份、茯苓20份、陈皮8份、干姜4份、大豆卵磷脂7份、百合6份、酸枣仁6份、桃仁7份、酵母多糖3.5份。
实施例1、实施2、实施例3或得的魔芋薏米粉在食用时冲水搅拌成液体状,魔芋薏米粉与水的比例可根据喜好自行变换,可参考以下用量:
取魔芋薏米粉5-10g,使用50-80℃、200-330mL的温开水冲泡开,在餐前5-30min服用即可。
食用本产品具有补肾健脾、调和脏腑,宁心安神、调节情绪,调节胃肠道糖脂盐等物质的吸收,补充多种正常人体所需营养物质及钙质的作用。
