Abstract
本发明提供一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,尤其是指一种让空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头连接一辅助桥接管,辅助桥接管有一端为锁接轮胎气嘴的止逆阀端,而另一端则为一与空压机原设外端接头相锁接的开阀端,藉由桥接管而能顺畅且便利地将货车双并式排列的破损轮胎进行充气及补胶的发明。
Description
技术领域
本发明为一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,是属于空气压缩机及用于补破损车辆轮胎及充气的技术领域。
背景技术
可方便携带于车上的轮胎充气及补胎空压机,目前普遍被使用在车上方便驾驶者应急使用。
但是一般小型货车的后轮是属于双并式排列轮胎(即两个轮胎)的设计,若欲进行补胶及充气的操作,实际颇费工夫且十分麻烦,若以车体前后端中间轴线为参考坐标,该双并式排列的轮胎中,内侧轮胎的气嘴开口是以背向中间轴线位置而且是被挡在后外侧轮胎的内侧面,其气嘴开口位置较深入让使用者难以用手将空压机本具有韧性的输出气管的外端接头锁固接合于内侧轮胎的气嘴上,而货车后外侧轮胎的气嘴开口为朝向中间轴线位置的方向,也就是说背向使用者视线的方向,使用者亦难以用手把持空压机具有韧性的输出气管先行穿伸轮圈盖的通口,同时反转空压机的输出气管的外端接头的方向,才能进行锁固接合于外侧轮胎的气嘴上,因空压机的输出气管被反转会让输出气管产生屈肘现象,不仅阻滞流体进入轮胎,也影响充气的效率。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,尤其是指一种让空压机的输出气管的外端接头能无所阻碍地对货车双并式排列的破损轮胎进行补胶及充气的辅助桥接管,辅助桥接管有一端为锁接轮胎气嘴的止逆阀端,而另一端则为一与空压机原设外端接头相锁接的开阀端,藉由桥接管而能顺畅且便利地将货车双并式排列的两个汽车轮胎分别与空压机原设外端接头进行锁接,达到充气及补胶作业。
本发明的另一主要目的是提供一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,包含一辅助桥接管,为刚性管体,其一端为设有阳螺纹可锁接空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头,另一端则设有阴螺纹可锁固接合于内侧轮胎的气嘴,设有阳螺纹的开阀端,其内部设有一具有气芯的止逆机构,设有阴螺纹的止逆阀端,其内部设有一具有顶柱的开阀机构。
本发明的再一主要目的是提供一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,包含一辅助桥接管,该辅助桥接管为可挠性薄韧的软管体,其外围套覆有一弹簧筒覆体,其一端为设有阳螺纹可锁接空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头,另一端则设有阴螺纹可锁固接合于外侧轮胎气嘴,设有阳螺纹的一端为开阀端,其内部设有一具有气芯的止逆机构,设有阴螺纹的一端为止逆阀端,其内部设有一具有顶柱的开阀机构。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,该空压机运作阶段能将空压机所产生的流体压力经由原设输出气管的外端接头输出,提供汽车轮胎作为充气及补胎的来源,该装置设有辅助桥接管,该辅助桥接管有一端为锁接轮胎气嘴的止逆阀端,而另一端则为一与空压机原设外端接头相锁接的开阀端,藉由桥接管而能顺畅且便利地将货车双并式排列的两个汽车轮胎分别与空压机原设外端接头进行锁接,达到充气及补胶作业。
优选的,所述辅助桥接管为刚性管体,其一端为设有阳螺纹的前述开阀端,该开阀端内部设有一具有气芯的止逆机构,前述开阀端可锁接空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头,前述辅助桥接管的另一端则为设有阴螺纹的前述止逆阀端,该止逆阀端内部设有一具有顶柱的开阀机构,前述止逆阀端可锁固接合于内侧轮胎的气嘴。
优选的,所述辅助桥接管的止逆阀端凹设有一定位孔,前述开阀机构以一圆环柱体而设于定位孔中,于圆环柱体一端设有外径小于圆环柱体的中环体,二者之间形成有一抵触阶,而中环体外端平面横设有前述顶柱,该顶柱及中环体之间具有至少一贯穿的流通道,该流通道与刚性管体相连通;一密封环由辅助桥接管的定位孔置入并抵触于开阀机构的抵触阶。
优选的,所述辅助桥接管包含一可挠性薄韧的软管体,其外围套覆有一弹簧筒覆体,前述辅助桥接管一端的外表面为设有阳螺纹的前述开阀端,该开阀端的管内设置有一具有气芯的止逆机构,可锁接空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头,另一端则为设有阴螺纹螺合孔的前述止逆阀端,该止逆阀端的管内设置有一具有顶柱的开阀机构,可锁固接合于外侧轮胎气嘴。
优选的,所述止逆机构包含有一套柱,该套柱一侧具有阳螺纹,而套柱的另一侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,套柱的连结端可套结可挠性软管体的开阀端,并可藉由一固定环将可挠性软管体与套柱的连结端完全固定结合;前述止逆阀端,其内包含有前述开阀机构,该开阀机构包含有一套盖、一圆环柱体、一密封环,该套盖内具有一贯通的内室,该套盖一端的内表面设一个具有阴螺纹螺合孔,而套盖另一端则为一透孔,于邻近透孔的内部形成有一口径略大于透孔口径的凸环垣,前述阴螺纹螺合孔、内室、透孔为相连通;圆环柱体,于一端设有外径小于圆环柱体的中环体,二者之间形成有一抵触阶,而中环体外端平面横设有前述顶柱,该顶柱及中环体之间具有至少一贯穿的流通道,而圆环柱体相背于顶柱的另一侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,相邻于圆环柱体的连结端的圆环柱体外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段,使圆环柱体的外径大于凹环段的外径,二者之间形成有一平台,于圆环柱体及其连结端内部共同形成有一内通道,该流通道、内通道及可挠性软管体相连通;前述密封环由顶柱置入并抵触于圆环柱体的抵触阶;将结合有密封环的圆环柱体的连结端由套盖的螺合孔置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该凸环垣可抵触于圆环柱体的平台,该外露于套盖的圆环柱体的连结端可套结可挠性软管体的止逆阀端,并可藉由一固定环将可挠性软管体与圆环柱体的连结端完全固定结合。
优选的,利用刚性辅助桥接管先行穿伸汽车轮胎轮圈盖通口并通过外侧轮胎而抵于内侧轮胎的气嘴,利用辅助桥接管止逆阀端锁接于内侧轮胎的气嘴,而刚性辅助桥接管另一端的开阀端则锁接于空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头。
优选的,该汽车后外侧轮胎的气嘴的开口方向朝向车体中间轴线,亦即是背向使用者眼睛视线的方向,因此,可挠性软管体的止逆阀端与外侧轮胎的气嘴相螺合串接,该开阀机构的顶柱可顶触并移动外侧轮胎的气嘴内的气芯,使气嘴内的气门开启,此时,外侧轮胎的气嘴与可挠性软管体二者形成可流通的通路状态,即外侧轮胎的气嘴的气门、止逆阀端的圆环柱体的流通道及内通道、可挠性软管体为相连通,因可挠性软管体另一端设有的开阀端可避免外侧轮胎内的空气外泄,使可挠性软管体的止逆阀端与外侧轮胎的气嘴相串接后,再将可挠性软管体的开阀端转向外侧轮胎的外向侧,此时可挠性软管体因受弹簧筒覆体的保护而不会受到凹折而堵住通路,亦即是可挠性软管体不会产生屈肘的现象,因而影响补胶或打气功能,空压机的输出气管的外端接头再螺合连接在可挠性软管体的开阀端,该外端接头可顶触开阀端内的止逆机构以开启气芯的气门并进行补胶及充气作业。
本发明还提供一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,空压机可设置在一盒体内,该空压机运作阶段能将空压机所产生的流体压力经由原设输出气管的外端接头输出,提供汽车轮胎作为充气及补胎的来源,该装置配置有一刚性辅助桥接管及一可挠性软管体的桥接管,藉由前述二桥接管而能顺畅且便利地将货车双并式排列的两个汽车轮胎气嘴分别与空压机原设外端接头进行锁接,该刚性辅助桥接管的一端可锁接于内侧轮胎的气嘴,而可挠性软管体一端则可锁接于后外侧轮胎的气嘴,达到充气的效用。
优选的,前述盒体另可设置一补胶器做补胶充气的效用。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明提供一种辅助桥接管,尤其是指一种让空压机的输出气管的外端接头能无所阻碍地对双并式排列的破损轮胎进行补胶及充气的辅助桥接管,该辅助桥接管至少有一端为开阀端,而另一端则为一止逆阀端,当止逆阀端与汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接时,因辅助桥接管一端设有的开阀端,其可避免轮胎内的空气外泄,而辅助桥接管的止逆阀端与汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接后,空压机的输出气管的外端接头再连接固定在辅助桥接管另一端的开阀端,以进行补胶及充气作业,而在打气完成后,将辅助桥接管与外端接头拆卸分离时,亦可阻止轮胎内的气体外泄。

本发明说明书中所言空压机的输出气管装置,空压机是可由其动作而由输出气管92的外端接头93输出流体压力或物质,输出气管92的外端接头93内部是一包含有顶柱的开阀机构,而开阀机构的作用是以其顶柱撞移所欲连接元件在其内部所设的气芯的止逆机构而相连通,让流体压力或物质在管内流通,由于开阀机构及止逆机构为一般技艺,故本发明所揭露的实施例仅是用以方便陈述并非用以限制,于此合先陈明。
请参阅图1至图12所示,本发明提供一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其可让空压机的输出气管92的外端接头93(如图4及图10所示)能无所阻碍地对双并式排列的破损轮胎进行补胶及充气作业,该辅助桥接管1有一端为开阀端11,而另一端则为一止逆阀端12。该辅助桥接管1的开阀端11外表面设有阳螺纹111及于其内部装设有一气芯114的止逆机构112,而止逆阀端12则在管内表面设有阴螺纹121及于其内部装设有一含有顶柱24的开阀机构2,一密封环123可套于顶柱24外面。
本发明中的空压机可设置在一盒体9内,其可做为充气效用或者与一补胶器91相结合而做补胶充气的效用,如图4所示。
请参阅图1至图3所示,该辅助桥接管1为刚性管体,其一端为具有阳螺纹111的开阀端11,而另一端为设有阴螺纹121的止逆阀端12,该辅助桥接管1的止逆阀端12凹设有一定位孔122,前述开阀机构2以一圆环柱体21而设于定位孔122中,于圆环柱体21一端设有外径小于圆环柱体21的中环体22,二者之间形成有一抵触阶23,而中环体22外端平面横设有一顶柱24,该顶柱24及中环体22之间具有至少一贯穿的流通道241,该流通道241与刚性管体相连通;前述密封环123由辅助桥接管1的定位孔122置入并抵触于开阀机构2的抵触阶23。
请参阅图4至图6所示,一般双并式排列的轮胎,该内侧轮胎80的气嘴8位置位于外侧轮胎85的内侧面,该内侧轮胎80的气嘴8开口虽处于面向使用者的视线,使用者在操作时会先受到外侧轮胎85的阻碍,因此使用者利用刚性辅助桥接管1先行穿伸轮圈盖通口83并通过外侧轮胎85而抵于内侧轮胎80的气嘴8,利用辅助桥接管1止逆阀端12锁接于内侧轮胎80的气嘴8,而刚性辅助桥接管1另一端的开阀端11则锁接于空压机的原设输出气管92的外端接头93,克服使用者必须以手穿伸轮圈盖通口83的困扰与不便,在操作上相当顺畅理想。而外侧轮胎85的气嘴86的开口方向朝向车体中间轴线,亦即是背向使用者眼睛视线的方向,不容易将空压机的输出气管92的外端接头93直接与该双并式排列的外侧轮胎85的气嘴86锁固接合,而当欲对双并式排列的内侧轮胎80进行充气或补胶作业时,其将本发明的辅助桥接管1的止逆阀端12与内侧轮胎80的气嘴8相螺合串接,如图5及图6所示,而止逆阀端12的管内所设的开阀机构2的顶柱24可顶触并移动内侧轮胎80的气嘴8内的气芯81,使气嘴8内的气门82开启,此时,内侧轮胎80的气嘴8与辅助桥接管1二者形成可流通的通路状态,即内侧轮胎80的气嘴8的气门82、止逆阀端12的开阀机构2的流通道241、辅助桥接管1为相连通,因辅助桥接管1另一端的开阀端11可避免内侧轮胎80内的空气压力或补胶液外泄,使辅助桥接管1的止逆阀端12与内侧轮胎80的气嘴8相串接后,空压机的输出气管92的外端接头93再螺合连接在辅助桥接管1另一端的开阀端11,该外端接头93可顶触开阀端11内的止逆机构112的气芯114以开启止逆机构112的气门113并进行补胶及充气作业。
本发明的另一不同实施例可如图7至图9所示,该辅助桥接管4具有一可挠性软管体40,其外围可套覆有一弹簧筒覆体3,可保护该可挠性软管体40避免弯曲角度过大,致使可挠性软管体40变形而堵住通路,因而影响补胶及充气作业,桥接管4的一端为开阀端41,其管内设有一止逆机构7,该止逆机构7包含有一套柱71,该套柱71一侧具有阳螺纹72,而套柱71的另一侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端73,套柱71的连结端73可套结可挠性软管体40的开阀端41,并可藉由一固定环31将可挠性软管体40与套柱71的连结端73完全固定结合;可挠性软管体40的另一端为止逆阀端42,其内包含有一开阀机构5,该开阀机构5包含有一套盖50、一圆环柱体61、一密封环123,该套盖50内具有一贯通的内室51,该套盖50一端的内表面设一个具有阴螺纹螺合孔52,而套盖50另一端则为一透孔53,于邻近透孔53的内部形成有一口径略大于透孔53口径的凸环垣54,前述阴螺纹螺合孔52、内室51、透孔53为相连通;一圆环柱体61,于一端设有外径小于圆环柱体61的中环体62,二者之间形成有一抵触阶63,而中环体62外端平面横设有一顶柱64,该顶柱64及中环体62之间具有至少一贯穿的流通道65,而圆环柱体61相背于顶柱64的另一侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端66,相邻于连结端66的圆环柱体61外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段67,使圆环柱体61的外径大于凹环段67的外径,二者之间形成有一平台68,于圆环柱体61及连结端66内部共同形成有一内通道69,该流通道65、内通道69及可挠性软管体40相连通;一密封环123由顶柱64置入并抵触于圆环柱体61的抵触阶63;将结合有密封环123的圆环柱体61的连结端66由套盖50的螺合孔52置于内室51并穿过凸环垣54的透孔53,该凸环垣54可抵触于圆环柱体61的平台68,该外露于套盖50的圆环柱体61的连结端66可套结可挠性软管体40的止逆阀端42,并可藉由一固定环32将可挠性软管体40与圆环柱体61的连结端66完全固定结合。可挠性软管体40的开阀端41在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用止逆机构7完全封闭住气芯74的气门75(可同时参考图9及图12)。
请参阅图10至图12所示,当欲对双并式排列的外侧轮胎85进行补胶及充气作业时,由于外侧轮胎85的气嘴86的开口方向朝向车体中间轴线,亦即是背向使用者眼睛视线的方向,因此,其可利用本发明可挠性软管体40的止逆阀端42与外侧轮胎85的气嘴86相螺合串接,该开阀机构5的顶柱64可顶触并移动外侧轮胎85的气嘴86内的气芯87,使气嘴86内的气门88开启,此时,外侧轮胎85的气嘴86与可挠性软管体40二者形成可流通的通路状态,即外侧轮胎85的气嘴86的气门88、止逆阀端42的圆环柱体61的流通道65及内通道69、可挠性软管体40为相连通,因可挠性软管体40另一端设有的开阀端41可避免外侧轮胎85内的空气外泄,使可挠性软管体40的止逆阀端42与外侧轮胎85的气嘴86相串接后,再将可挠性软管体40的开阀端41转向外侧轮胎85的外向侧,此时可挠性软管体40因受弹簧筒覆体3的保护而不会受到凹折而堵住通路,亦即是可挠性软管体40不会产生屈肘的现象,因而影响补胶或打气功能,空压机的输出气管92的外端接头93再螺合连接在可挠性软管体40的开阀端41,该外端接头93可顶触开阀端41内的止逆机构7以开启气芯74的气门75并进行补胶及充气作业。
综上所述,本发明提供一种辅助桥接管,尤其是指一种让空压机的输出气管92的外端接头93能无所阻碍地对双并式排列的破损轮胎进行补胶及充气的辅助桥接管1,该辅助桥接管1至少有一端为开阀端11,而另一端则为一止逆阀端12,当止逆阀端12与汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接时,因辅助桥接管1一端设有的开阀端11,其可避免轮胎内的空气外泄,而辅助桥接管1的止逆阀端12与汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接后,空压机的输出气管92的外端接头93再连接固定在辅助桥接管1另一端的开阀端11,以进行补胶及充气作业,而在打气完成后,将辅助桥接管1与外端接头93拆卸分离时,亦可阻止轮胎内的气体外泄。
Claims (9)
1.一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,该空压机运作阶段能将空压机所产生的流体压力经由原设输出气管的外端接头输出,提供汽车轮胎作为充气及补胎的来源,其特征在于:该装置设有辅助桥接管,该辅助桥接管有一端为锁接轮胎气嘴的止逆阀端,而另一端则为一与空压机原设外端接头相锁接的开阀端,藉由桥接管而能顺畅且便利地将货车双并式排列的两个汽车轮胎分别与空压机原设外端接头进行锁接,达到充气及补胶作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其特征在于:所述辅助桥接管为刚性管体,其一端为设有阳螺纹的前述开阀端,该开阀端内部设有一具有气芯的止逆机构,前述开阀端可锁接空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头,前述辅助桥接管的另一端则为设有阴螺纹的前述止逆阀端,该止逆阀端内部设有一具有顶柱的开阀机构,前述止逆阀端可锁固接合于前述两个汽车轮胎的内侧轮胎的气嘴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其特征在于:所述辅助桥接管的止逆阀端凹设有一定位孔,前述开阀机构以一圆环柱体而设于定位孔中,于圆环柱体一端设有外径小于圆环柱体的中环体,二者之间形成有一抵触阶,而中环体外端平面横设有前述顶柱,该顶柱及中环体之间具有至少一贯穿的流通道,该流通道与刚性管体相连通;一密封环由辅助桥接管的定位孔置入并抵触于开阀机构的抵触阶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其特征在于:所述辅助桥接管包含一可挠性薄韧的软管体,其外围套覆有一弹簧筒覆体,前述辅助桥接管一端的外表面为设有阳螺纹的前述开阀端,该开阀端的管内设置有一具有气芯的止逆机构,可锁接空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头,另一端则为设有阴螺纹螺合孔的前述止逆阀端,该止逆阀端的管内设置有一具有顶柱的开阀机构,可锁固接合于后外侧轮胎气嘴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其特征在于:所述止逆机构包含有一套柱,该套柱一侧具有阳螺纹,而套柱的另一侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,套柱的连结端可套结可挠性软管体的开阀端,并可藉由一固定环将可挠性软管体与套柱的连结端完全固定结合;前述止逆阀端,其内包含有前述开阀机构,该开阀机构包含有一套盖、一圆环柱体、一密封环,该套盖内具有一贯通的内室,该套盖一端的内表面设一个具有阴螺纹螺合孔,而套盖另一端则为一透孔,于邻近透孔的内部形成有一口径略大于透孔口径的凸环垣,前述阴螺纹螺合孔、内室、透孔为相连通;圆环柱体,于一端设有外径小于圆环柱体的中环体,二者之间形成有一抵触阶,而中环体外端平面横设有前述顶柱,该顶柱及中环体之间具有至少一贯穿的流通道,而圆环柱体相背于顶柱的另一侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,相邻于圆环柱体的连结端的圆环柱体外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段,使圆环柱体的外径大于凹环段的外径,二者之间形成有一平台,于圆环柱体及其连结端内部共同形成有一内通道,该流通道、内通道及可挠性软管体相连通;前述密封环由顶柱置入并抵触于圆环柱体的抵触阶;将结合有密封环的圆环柱体的连结端由套盖的螺合孔置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该凸环垣可抵触于圆环柱体的平台,该外露于套盖的圆环柱体的连结端可套结可挠性软管体的止逆阀端,并可藉由一固定环将可挠性软管体与圆环柱体的连结端完全固定结合。
6.根据权利要求3所述的对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其特征在于:利用刚性辅助桥接管先行穿伸汽车轮胎轮圈盖通口并通过前述两个汽车轮胎的外侧轮胎而抵于内侧轮胎的气嘴,利用辅助桥接管止逆阀端锁接于内侧轮胎的气嘴,而刚性辅助桥接管另一端的开阀端则锁接于空压机的原设输出气管的外端接头。
7.根据权利要求5所述的对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其特征在于:该汽车后外侧轮胎的气嘴的开口方向朝向车体中间轴线,亦即是背向使用者眼睛视线的方向,因此,可挠性软管体的止逆阀端与外侧轮胎的气嘴相螺合串接,该开阀机构的顶柱可顶触并移动外侧轮胎的气嘴内的气芯,使气嘴内的气门开启,此时,外侧轮胎的气嘴与可挠性软管体二者形成可流通的通路状态,即外侧轮胎的气嘴的气门、止逆阀端的圆环柱体的流通道及内通道、可挠性软管体为相连通,因可挠性软管体另一端设有的开阀端可避免外侧轮胎内的空气外泄,使可挠性软管体的止逆阀端与外侧轮胎的气嘴相串接后,再将可挠性软管体的开阀端转向外侧轮胎的外向侧,此时可挠性软管体因受弹簧筒覆体的保护而不会受到凹折而堵住通路,亦即是可挠性软管体不会产生屈肘的现象,因而影响补胶或打气功能,空压机的输出气管的外端接头再螺合连接在可挠性软管体的开阀端,该外端接头可顶触开阀端内的止逆机构以开启气芯的气门并进行补胶及充气作业。
8.一种对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,空压机可设置在一盒体内,该空压机运作阶段能将空压机所产生的流体压力经由原设输出气管的外端接头输出,提供汽车轮胎作为充气及补胎的来源,其特征在于:该装置配置有一刚性辅助桥接管及一可挠性软管体的桥接管,藉由前述二桥接管而能顺畅且便利地将货车双并式排列的两个汽车轮胎气嘴分别与空压机原设外端接头进行锁接,该刚性辅助桥接管的一端可锁接于内侧轮胎的气嘴,而可挠性软管体一端则可锁接于外侧轮胎的气嘴,达到充气的效用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的对轮胎充气的空压机的输出气管装置,其特征在于:前述盒体另可设置一补胶器做补胶充气的效用。
