Abstract
本發明係提供一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,尤其是指一種讓空壓機之原設輸出氣管的外端接頭連接一輔助橋接管,輔助橋接管有一端係為鎖接輪胎氣嘴之開閥端,而另一端則為一與空壓機原設外端接頭相鎖接的止逆閥端,藉由橋接管而能順暢且便利地將貨車雙併式排列的破損輪胎進行充氣及補膠的發明。
Description
本發明係為一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,是 屬於空氣壓縮機及用於補破損車輛輪胎及充氣的技術領域。
可方便攜帶於車上的輪胎充氣及補胎空壓機,目前普遍被使用在車上方便駕駛者應急使用。
然一般小型貨車的後輪是屬於雙併式排列輪胎(即二個輪胎)的設計,若欲進行補膠及充氣的操作,實際頗費工夫且十分麻煩,若以車體前後端中間軸線為參考座標,該雙併式排列的輪胎中,內側輪胎的氣嘴開口是以背向中間軸線位置而且是被擋在後外側輪胎的內側面,其氣嘴開口位置較深入讓使用者難以用手將空壓機本具有韌性之輸出氣管的外端接頭鎖固接合於內側輪胎的氣嘴上,而貨車後外側輪胎之氣嘴開口為朝向中間軸線位置的方向,也就是說背向使用者視線的方向,使用者亦難以用手把持空壓機具有韌性之輸出氣管先行穿伸輪圈蓋的通口,同時反轉空壓機之輸出氣管的外端接頭的方向,才能進行鎖固接合於外側輪胎的氣嘴上,因空壓機之輸出氣管被反轉會讓輸出氣管產生屈肘現象,不僅阻滯流體進入輪胎,也影響充氣的效率。
本發明人長久致力於空壓機裝置、輸出氣管的外端接頭等多樣設備之研發,因此,本發明人期望發展出一種讓空壓機之原設輸出氣管的外端接頭可連接一輔助橋接管,輔助橋接管有一端係作為可鎖接輪胎之開閥端,而另一端則為一可與空壓機原設外端接頭相鎖接的止逆閥端,藉由橋接管而能順暢且便利地將貨車雙併式排列的破損輪胎進行充氣及補膠,俾惠及消費大眾,為一種實用且精巧的發明。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,尤其是指一種讓空壓機之輸出氣管的外端接頭能無所阻礙地對貨車雙併式排列的破損輪胎進行補膠及充氣的輔助橋接管,輔助橋接管有一端係為鎖接輪胎氣嘴之止逆閥端,而另一端則為一與空壓機原設外端接頭相鎖接的開閥端,藉由橋接管而能順暢且便利地將貨車雙併式排列的二個汽車輪胎分別與空壓機原設外端接頭進行鎖接,達到充氣及補膠作業。
本發明之另一主要目的係提供一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,包含一輔助橋接管,係為剛性管體,其一端為設有陽螺紋可鎖接空壓機之原設輸出氣管的外端接頭,另一端則設有陰螺紋可鎖固接合於內側輪胎之氣嘴,設有陽螺紋的開閥端,其內部設有一具有氣芯的止逆機構,設有陰螺紋的止逆閥端,其內部設有一具有頂柱的開閥機構。
本發明之再一主要目的係提供一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,包含一輔助橋接管,該輔助橋接管係為可撓性薄韌的軟管體,其外圍套覆有一彈簧筒覆體,其一端為設有陽螺紋可鎖接空壓機之原設輸出氣管的外端接頭,另一端則設有陰螺紋可鎖固接合於後外側輪胎氣嘴,設有陽螺紋的一端為開閥端,其內部設有一具有氣芯的止逆機構,設有陰螺紋的一端為止逆閥端,其內部設有一具有頂柱的開閥機構。
為達上述目的,本發明所採取之技術手段及其功效,茲配合圖式說明如後。
本發明說明書中所言空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,空壓機是可由其動作而由輸出氣管92的外端接頭93輸出流體壓力或物質,輸出氣管92的外端接頭93內部是一包含有頂柱之開閥機構,而開閥機構的作用是以其頂柱撞移所欲連結元件在其內部所設之氣芯的止逆機構而相連通,讓流體壓力或物質在管内流通,由於開閥機構及止逆機構係為一般技藝,故本發明所揭露的實施例僅是用以方便陳述並非用以限制,於此合先陳明。
請參閱第一至十二圖所示,本發明係提供一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其係可讓空壓機之輸出氣管92的外端接頭93(如第四及十圖所示)能無所阻礙地對雙併式排列的破損輪胎進行補膠及充氣作業,該輔助橋接管1有一端係為開閥端11,而另一端則為一止逆閥端12。該輔助橋接管1之開閥端11外表面係設有陽螺紋111及於其內部裝設有一氣芯114的止逆機構112,而止逆閥端12則在管內表面設有陰螺紋121及於其內部裝設有一含有頂柱24之開閥機構2,一密封環123可套於頂柱24外面。
本發明中之空壓機係可設置在一盒體9內,其可做為充氣效用或者與一補膠器91相結合而做補膠充氣之效用,如第四圖所示。
請參閱第一至三圖所示,該輔助橋接管1係為剛性管體,其一端為具有陽螺紋111之開閥端11,而另一端為設有陰螺紋121之止逆閥端12,該輔助橋接管1之止逆閥端12係凹設有一定位孔122,前述開閥機構2係以一圓環柱體21而設於定位孔122中,於圓環柱體21一端係設有外徑小於圓環柱體21之中環體22,二者之間形成有一抵觸階23,而中環體22外端平面橫設有一頂柱24,該頂柱24及中環體22之間係具有至少一貫穿之流通道241,該流通道241與剛性管體相連通;前述密封環123由輔助橋接管1之定位孔122置入並抵觸於開閥機構2之抵觸階23。
請參閱第四至六圖所示,一般雙併式排列的輪胎,該內側輪胎80的氣嘴8位置係位在外側輪胎85的內側面,該內側輪胎80的氣嘴8開口雖處於面向使用者的視線,使用者在操作時會先受到外側輪胎85的阻礙,因此使用者利用剛性輔助橋接管1先行穿伸輪圈蓋通口83並通過外側輪胎85而抵於內側輪胎80之氣嘴8,利用輔助橋接管1止逆閥端12鎖接於內側輪胎80的氣嘴8,而剛性輔助橋接管1另端之開閥端11則鎖接於空壓機之原設輸出氣管92的外端接頭93,克服使用者必須以手穿伸輪圈蓋通口83的困擾與不便,在操作上相當順暢理想。而外側輪胎85之氣嘴86的開口方向係朝向車體中間軸線,亦即是背向使用者眼睛視線的方向,不容易將空壓機之輸出氣管92的外端接頭93直接與該雙併式排列的外側輪胎85之氣嘴86鎖固接合,而當欲對雙併式排列的內側輪胎80進行充氣或補膠作業時,其係將本發明之輔助橋接管1的止逆閥端12與內側輪胎80之氣嘴8相螺合串接,如第五及六圖所示,而止逆閥端12的管内所設的開閥機構2之頂柱24係可頂觸並移動內側輪胎80之氣嘴8內的氣芯81,使氣嘴8內的氣門82開啟,此時,內側輪胎80之氣嘴8與輔助橋接管1二者係形成可流通的通路狀態,即內側輪胎80之氣嘴8的氣門82、止逆閥端12之開閥機構2的流通道241、輔助橋接管1係為相連通,因輔助橋接管1另一端的開閥端11可避免內側輪胎80內的空氣壓力或補膠液外洩,使輔助橋接管1之止逆閥端12與內側輪胎80之氣嘴8相串接後,空壓機之輸出氣管92的外端接頭93再螺合連接在輔助橋接管1另一端的開閥端11,該外端接頭93係可頂觸開閥端11內之止逆機構112的氣芯114以開啟止逆機構112之氣門113並進行補膠及充氣作業。
本發明之另一不同實施例係可如第七至九圖所示,該輔助橋接管4係具有一可撓性軟管體40,其外圍可套覆有一彈簧筒覆體3,可保護該可撓性軟管體40避免彎曲角度過大,致使可撓性軟管體40變形而堵住通路,因而影響補膠及充氣作業,橋接管4之一端為開閥端41,其管内設有一止逆機構7,該止逆機構7包含有一套柱71,該套柱71係具有陽螺紋72,而相背於套柱71的另側係延伸出一階梯狀的連結端73,套柱71之連結端73可套結可撓性軟管體40之開閥端41,並可藉由一固定環31將可撓性軟管體40與套柱71之連結端73完全固定結合;可撓性軟管體40之另端為止逆閥端42,其內包含有一開閥機構5,該開閥機構5包含有一套蓋50、一圓環柱體61、一密封環123,該套蓋50內係具有一貫通之內室51,該套蓋50一端之內表面設一個具有陰螺紋螺合孔52,而套蓋50另端則為一透孔53,於鄰近透孔53之內部形成有一口徑略大於透孔53口徑之凸環垣54,前述陰螺紋螺合孔52、內室51、透孔53係為相連通;一圓環柱體61,於一端係設有外徑小於圓環柱體61之中環體62,二者之間形成有一抵觸階63,而中環體62外端平面橫設有一頂柱64,該頂柱64及中環體62之間係具有至少一貫穿之流通道65,而相背於圓環柱體61的另側係延伸出一階梯狀的連結端66,相鄰於連結端66之圓環柱體61外側面上係設有一凹陷狀之凹環段67,使圓環柱體61之外徑大於凹環段67之外徑,二者之間形成有一平台68,於圓環柱體61及連結端66內部係共同形成有一內通道69,該流通道65、內通道69及可撓性軟管體40相連通;一密封環123由頂柱64置入並抵觸於圓環柱體61之抵觸階63;將結合有密封環123之圓環柱體61的連結端66由套蓋50之螺合孔52置於內室51並穿過凸環垣54之透孔53,該凸環垣54係可抵觸於圓環柱體61之平台68,該外露於套蓋50之圓環柱體61的連結端66可套結可撓性軟管體40之止逆閥端42,並可藉由一固定環32將可撓性軟管體40與圓環柱體61之連結端66完全固定結合。可撓性軟管體40之開閥端41在無施予其他外力之下,其可利用止逆機構7完全封閉住氣芯74之氣門75(可同時參考第九及十二圖)。
請參閱第十至十二圖所示,當欲對雙併式排列的外側輪胎85進行補膠及充氣作業時,由於外側輪胎85之氣嘴86的開口方向係朝向車體中間軸線,亦即是背向使用者眼睛視線的方向,因此,其可利用本發明可撓性軟管體40的止逆閥端42與外側輪胎85之氣嘴86相螺合串接,該開閥機構5之頂柱64係可頂觸並移動外側輪胎85之氣嘴86內的氣芯87,使氣嘴86內的氣門88開啟,此時,外側輪胎85之氣嘴86與可撓性軟管體40二者係形成可流通的通路狀態,即外側輪胎85之氣嘴86的氣門88、止逆閥端42之圓環柱體61的流通道65及內通道69、可撓性軟管體40係為相連通,因可撓性軟管體40另一端設有的開閥端41可避免外側輪胎85內的空氣外洩,使可撓性軟管體40之止逆閥端42與外側輪胎85之氣嘴86相串接後,再將可撓性軟管體40的開閥端41轉向外側輪胎85的外向側,此時可撓性軟管體40因受彈簧筒覆體3的保護而不會受到凹折而堵住通路,亦即是可撓性軟管體40不會產生屈肘的現象,因而影響補膠或打氣功能,空壓機之輸出氣管92的外端接頭93再螺合連接在可撓性軟管體40的開閥端41,該外端接頭93係可頂觸開閥端41內的止逆機構7以開啟氣芯74之氣門75並進行補膠及充氣作業。
綜上所述,本發明係提供一種輔助橋接管,尤其是指一種讓空壓機之輸出氣管92的外端接頭93能無所阻礙地對雙併式排列的破損輪胎進行補膠及充氣的輔助橋接管1,該輔助橋接管1至少有一端係為開閥端11,而另一端則為一止逆閥端12,當止逆閥端12與汽車輪胎之氣嘴相串接時,因輔助橋接管1一端設有的開閥端11,其可避免輪胎內的空氣外洩,而輔助橋接管1之止逆閥端12與汽車輪胎之氣嘴相串接後,空壓機之輸出氣管92的外端接頭93再連接固定在輔助橋接管1另一端的開閥端11,以進行補膠及充氣作業,而在打氣完成後,將輔助橋接管1與外端接頭93拆卸分離時,亦可阻止輪胎內的氣體外洩。

Claims (9)
- 一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,該空壓機運作階段能將空壓機所產生的流體壓力經由原設輸出氣管的外端接頭輸出,提供汽車輪胎作為充氣及補胎之來源,其特徵在於:該裝置設有輔助橋接管,該輔助橋接管有一端係為鎖接輪胎氣嘴之止逆閥端,而另一端則為一與空壓機原設外端接頭相鎖接的開閥端,藉由橋接管而能順暢且便利地將貨車雙併式排列的二個汽車輪胎分別與空壓機原設外端接頭進行鎖接,達到充氣及補膠作業。
- 如請求項1所述之對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其中,該輔助橋接管係為剛性管體,其一端為設有陽螺紋的開閥端,其內部設有一具有氣芯的止逆機構,前述開閥端可鎖接空壓機之原設輸出氣管的外端接頭,前述輔助橋接管之另一端則為設有陰螺紋的止逆閥端,其內部設有一具有頂柱的開閥機構,前述止逆閥端可鎖固接合於內側輪胎之氣嘴。
- 如請求項2所述之對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其中,該輔助橋接管之止逆閥端係凹設有一定位孔,前述開閥機構係以一圓環柱體而設於定位孔中,於圓環柱體一端係設有外徑小於圓環柱體之中環體,二者之間形成有一抵觸階,而中環體外端平面橫設有前述頂柱,該頂柱及中環體之間係具有至少一貫穿之流通道,該流通道與剛性管體相連通;一密封環由輔助橋接管之定位孔置入並抵觸於開閥機構之抵觸階。
- 如請求項1所述之對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其中,該輔助橋接管係包含一可撓性薄韌的軟管體,其外圍套覆有一彈簧筒覆體,前述輔助橋接管一端之外表面為設有陽螺紋之開閥端,該開閥端之管內設置有一具有氣芯的止逆機構,可鎖接空壓機之原設輸出氣管的外端接頭,另一端則為設有陰螺紋螺合孔的止逆閥端,該止逆閥端之管內設置有一具有頂柱的開閥機構,可鎖固接合於後外側輪胎氣嘴。
- 如請求項4所述之對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其中,該止逆機構7包含有一套柱,該套柱係具有陽螺紋,而相背於套柱的另側係延伸出一階梯狀的連結端,套柱之連結端可套結可撓性軟管體之開閥端,並可藉由一固定環將可撓性軟管體與套柱之連結端完全固定結合;前述止逆閥端,其內包含有一開閥機構,該開閥機構包含有一套蓋、一圓環柱體、一密封環,該套蓋內係具有一貫通之內室,該套蓋一端之內表面設一個具有陰螺紋螺合孔,而套蓋另端則為一透孔,於鄰近透孔之內部形成有一口徑略大於透孔口徑之凸環垣,前述陰螺紋螺合孔、內室、透孔係為相連通;圓環柱體,於一端係設有外徑小於圓環柱體之中環體,二者之間形成有一抵觸階,而中環體外端平面橫設有一頂柱,該頂柱及中環體之間係具有至少一貫穿之流通道,而相背於圓環柱體的另側係延伸出一階梯狀的連結端,相鄰於連結端之圓環柱體外側面上係設有一凹陷狀之凹環段,使圓環柱體之外徑大於凹環段之外徑,二者之間形成有一平台,於圓環柱體及連結端內部係共同形成有一內通道,該流通道、內通道及可撓性軟管體相連通;前述密封環由頂柱置入並抵觸於圓環柱體之抵觸階;將結合有密封環之圓環柱體的連結端由套蓋之螺合孔置於內室並穿過凸環垣之透孔,該凸環垣係可抵觸於圓環柱體之平台,該外露於套蓋之圓環柱體的連結端可套結可撓性軟管體之止逆閥端,並可藉由一固定環將可撓性軟管體與圓環柱體之連結端完全固定結合。
- 如請求項3所述之對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其中,利用剛性輔助橋接管先行穿伸汽車輪胎輪圈蓋通口並通過外側輪胎而抵於內側輪胎之氣嘴,利用輔助橋接管止逆閥端鎖接於內側輪胎的氣嘴,而剛性輔助橋接管另端之開閥端則鎖接於空壓機之原設輸出氣管的外端接頭。
- 如請求項5所述之對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其中,該汽車後外側輪胎之氣嘴的開口方向係朝向車體中間軸線,亦即是背向使用者眼睛視線的方向,因此,可撓性軟管體的止逆閥端與外側輪胎之氣嘴相螺合串接,該開閥機構之頂柱係可頂觸並移動外側輪胎之氣嘴內的氣芯,使氣嘴內的氣門開啟,此時,外側輪胎之氣嘴與可撓性軟管體二者係形成可流通的通路狀態,即外側輪胎之氣嘴的氣門、止逆閥端之圓環柱體的流通道及內通道、可撓性軟管體係為相連通,因可撓性軟管體另一端設有的開閥端可避免外側輪胎內的空氣外洩,使可撓性軟管體之止逆閥端與外側輪胎之氣嘴相串接後,再將可撓性軟管體的開閥端轉向外側輪胎的外向側,此時可撓性軟管體因受彈簧筒覆體的保護而不會受到凹折而堵住通路,亦即是可撓性軟管體不會產生屈肘的現象,因而影響補膠或打氣功能,空壓機之輸出氣管的外端接頭再螺合連接在可撓性軟管體的開閥端,該外端接頭係可頂觸開閥端內的止逆機構以開啟氣芯之氣門並進行補膠及充氣作業。
- 一種對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,空壓機係可設置在一盒體內,該空壓機運作階段能將空壓機所產生的流體壓力經由原設輸出氣管的外端接頭輸出,提供汽車輪胎作為充氣及補胎之來源,其特徵在於:該裝置配置有一剛性輔助橋接管及一可撓性軟管體之橋接管,藉由前述二橋接管而能順暢且便利地將貨車雙併式排列的二個汽車輪胎氣嘴分別與空壓機原設外端接頭進行鎖接,該剛性輔助橋接管之一端可鎖接於內側輪胎的氣嘴,而可撓性軟管體一端則可鎖接於外側輪胎之氣嘴,達到充氣之效用。
- 如請求項8所述之對輪胎充氣之空壓機的輸出氣管裝置,其中,前述盒體另可設置一補膠器做補膠充氣之效用。
