Abstract

本發明係為一種車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結 構,尤其是指一種可對破損輪胎進行補膠及充氣之車載用空氣壓縮機上之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,該後端接頭為一防噴出接頭結構,該後端接頭係含有第一端部及第二端部,其二者可任意拆卸及組裝,該第一端部可與不同大小之通道及其所形成不同大小之內容積的第二端部相結合,以求適用於各種不同輪胎等補胎充氣狀況。

Description

車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構
本發明係為一種車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,尤其是指一種可對破損輪胎進行補膠及充氣之車載用空氣壓縮機上之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,整組車載用空氣壓縮機裝置係包含有一內裝有空氣壓縮機之盒體,一內含有化學膠液之補膠罐及至少一串接軟管,該串接軟管至少有一端設有一具有防噴出防護構造之接頭,可防止化學膠液不當暴衝污染使用者或物品。
本發明人長久致力於對破損輪胎進行補胎及充氣之空氣壓縮機裝置的研發,在該裝置之盒體的啟動開關有可能被停留在On的狀態且使用者未能先行將串接軟管接通輪胎氣嘴的情況下,當使用者將補膠罐結合在盒體並接通DC電源後,此種動作會讓補膠罐內之化學膠液從串接軟管的另端接頭暴衝而出,此種現象會污及使用者或是其他物品,有鑑於習知裝置之缺失,本發明人為克服該習知缺失,乃研發出一可避免化學膠液暴衝而出的發明,如現已取得專利之中華民國發明專利號第I456130號、美國專利US 8978716B2、大陸專利CN103104440B、中華民國發明專利號第I490132號、美國專利US 9027608B2、大陸專利CN103375388A、中華民國發明專利號第I660871號等。該已准之發明雖能展現出優良品質,但在與輪胎之氣嘴螺合的防噴出接頭結構無法任 意替換其他具有不同通道或不同內容積的接頭之第二端部,然而發明人為求更優質且具效率地補胎充氣之救援工作乃研發出本發明。
本發明之主要目的,其係提供一種車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,該串接軟管至少有一端設有一具有防噴出作用的接頭,該接頭係由第一端部及第二端部活動式組成,使接頭可防止化學膠液發生暴衝射出的現象產生。
本發明之次要目的,其係提供一種車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,該防噴出接頭結構係含有第一端部及第二端部,其二者可任意拆卸及組裝,該第一端部可與不同大小之通道及其所形成不同大小之內容積的第二端部相結合,以求適用於各種不同輪胎等補胎充氣狀況。

為使審查員更能詳細了解本發明之具體結構,請參考第一至三圖所示,本發明中之車載用空氣壓縮機,其整組裝置係包含有一盒體1、一補膠罐2、一串接軟管3,於盒體1上設有一按押式之開關11及凹陷狀之嵌接口12,該盒體1內部則設有一空氣壓縮機(圖中未示出)。串接軟管3之一端連結有一前端接頭31,另一端則連結有一設有防噴出結構的後端接頭4。補膠罐2以開口端21向下且底壁22朝上的型態被置設於盒體1之嵌接口12上,串接軟管3之前端接頭31係卡扣於補膠罐2所設的出膠端管23,當進行補胎及充氣等作業的階段,串接軟管3之後端接頭4可螺合於輪胎99之氣嘴9,該盒體1接受汽車或其它DC電源啟動後,即可讓空氣壓縮機所產生的壓縮空氣進行迫擠補膠罐2內之化學膠液,使其由串接軟管3處進入破損輪胎99內,即可達到修補輪胎99及充氣等目的。
請參考第二、三及五圖,本發明之主要特徵即是具有可防止化學膠液產生暴衝射出的動作,亦即本發明在串接軟管3上設有至少一防噴出接頭結構的後端接頭4,該後端接頭4之防噴出接頭結構係含有第一端部41及第二端部42,其二者可任意拆卸及組裝,該第一端部41可與不同大小之通道及其所形成不同大小之內容積的第二端部42相結合,以求適用於各種不同輪胎99等補胎充氣狀況。
請參考第三至十圖,第一端部41係包含有一後套座5及一基座6,該後套座5內係具有一內室50,該後套座5一端為開放式開口51並於內壁設有陰螺紋510,該開口51末端緣設有複數個卡溝511,而後套座5另端設有一具有透孔52之凸環垣521,前述內室50與透孔52係為相連通;該基座6,其係具有一圓筒室60,於圓筒室60之基座6的外周壁 上另設有一環槽61,而相背於圓筒室60之基座6的另側係延伸出一階梯狀的連結端62,於連結端62中心亦形成有一與圓筒室60相連通之通道63。一第一密封環64可套設於前述基座6之環槽61。
前述基座6之連結端62係由後套座5之開口51置於內室50並穿過凸環垣521之透孔52,該外露於後套座5之基座6的連結端62可套結串接軟管3之一端,並可藉由一固定環40將串接軟管3與後端接頭4完全固定結合,如第六圖所示。
第二端部42,其係包含有一前蓋體7及一閥栓組件8,請同時參考第三及七圖,該前蓋體7一端之外表面設有一具有陽螺紋710之銜接端71,而於前蓋體7的另一端具有螺合孔72,於銜接端71及螺合孔72之間的前蓋體7外圍設有至少一卡扣塊712,該螺合孔72另端延伸出一內口徑小於螺合孔72之通道73,二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之上環垣74,而上環垣74另一端向內延伸出一中環垣75,該中環垣75內緣係設有陰螺紋750,該中環垣75另一端延伸出一具有通口760之環柱76,該環柱76與中環垣75之內周壁間形成有一斜錐壁77,前述通道73可因應不同設計而形成不同大小的通道73,進而因不同大小的通道73而使通道73內容積隨之改變,讓化學膠液或壓縮空氣改變流通量;該閥栓組件8可如第四圖所示,其係包含有一閥栓81,該閥栓81係為一柱體,於柱體一端設有一外端頭811,靠近外端頭811之柱體上形成有複數個相間隔之凸肋812,而接近於閥栓81柱體之另一端上則設有一擋垣813;一彈簧82可套進閥栓81柱體,其一端抵於閥栓81之凸肋812上;一中空套筒83,其一端設有一外卡垣831,而另端則設有一閥門座834,於外卡垣831與閥門座834之間的中空套筒83外圍設有一外環垣832及一凹陷段833;請參閱第六圖,該套有彈簧82之閥栓81可由中空套筒83的一端為外卡 垣831端置入,使彈簧82之另一端抵觸於閥門座834,且彈簧82外圍可被中空套筒83所框圍住;一套觸墊84係套設於前述中空套筒83之凹陷段833處;一阻塞環85,其係套設於前述閥栓81在相鄰於擋垣813的柱體上,再由一卡固件86栓套定位;請參閱第八圖,一前接座87,其外緣係設有一陽螺紋870,而前接座87中心軸向形成有一中空通道871,於前接座87一端具有一手持部872,而另一端設有因具有圓形開口所形成一弧形的卡制垣873;將結合有彈簧82、閥栓81、阻塞環85、卡固件86的中空套筒83與前接座87相結合,即前接座87係利用卡制垣873卡扣於中空套筒83之外卡垣831,而閥栓81之外端頭811係穿伸出前接座87之中空通道871,在無施予其他外力之下,其可利用彈簧82之彈性張力使套設於閥栓81之阻塞環85緊密地關閉中空套筒83之閥門座834;一頂觸體88,其可套設於閥栓81之外端頭811以增加其接觸面積;該閥栓組件8與前蓋體7相結合,其係利用前接座87之陽螺紋870螺合於前蓋體7之中環垣75的陰螺紋750,該閥栓組件8之外環垣832、套觸墊84係抵觸於前蓋體7之斜錐壁77,而中空套筒83之閥門座834、閥栓81上之阻塞環85、卡固件86係穿伸出前蓋體7之環柱76的通口760;一頂觸墊89,其係具有一完全穿透之流通口890,該頂觸墊89係可由前蓋體7之螺合孔72置入,該流通口890穿過閥栓81後,使頂觸墊89抵觸於前蓋體7之上環垣74;一第二密封環711可套覆於前蓋體7之銜接端71;結合有閥栓組件8之前蓋體7的銜接端71進入前述第一端部41,該前蓋體7之銜接端71係螺合於結合有基座6之後套座5的開口51,即前蓋體7之銜接端71的陽螺紋710與後套座5之開口51的陰螺紋510相螺合,且同時前蓋體7外圍設置的卡扣塊712可卡固於後套座5所設的卡溝511,如三及五圖所示,使第一端部41及第二端部42組裝更為安全固定。
請參考第九圖,在第九圖所示之後端接頭4的狀態之下,不論是盒體1之開關11處於On且化學膠液已被空氣壓力迫擠流動的狀態下,由於閥栓81所結合的阻塞環85完全緊密接觸於前蓋體7所結合的中空套筒83之閥門座834,使流通的化學膠液無法進入中空套筒83內,形成一個可防止化學膠液暴衝的保護機構。
請參考第一及十圖,當使用者將後端接頭4的螺合孔72與汽車輪胎99之氣嘴9進行螺合時,該後端接頭4之閥栓81設置的頂觸體88會先頂觸輪胎99氣嘴9內的氣芯中心針91,而當使用者將後端接頭4的螺合孔72完全螺合於汽車輪胎99之氣嘴9上,由於閥栓81受到氣嘴9之氣芯中心針91的碰觸作用,閥栓81向右移動壓縮彈簧82使其閥栓81所結合的阻塞環85離開原本所阻塞接觸的前蓋體7所結合的中空套筒83之閥門座834,該中空套筒83形成可流通的通路狀態,此時被空氣所推動之化學膠液可經由基座6之通道63進入圓筒室60內且持續經由中空套筒83、前接座87之中空通道871、前蓋體7之通道73、頂觸墊89之流通口890及螺合孔72,最後再經由氣嘴9而進入破損輪胎99內,如此即可達到灌膠進入輪胎99內進行補胎的動作,當然,壓縮空氣仍然可持續進入扁平輪胎99內進行充氣至正常的胎壓為止。
綜觀前論,本發明係提供一種位於串接軟管3上可對破損輪胎99進行補膠及充氣之車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管3的防噴出接頭結構的後端接頭4,該後端接頭4之防噴出接頭結構係含有第一端部41及第二端部42,其二者可任意拆卸及組裝,該第一端部41可與不同通道或不同內容積的第二端部42相結合,以求適用於各種不同輪胎99等補胎充氣狀況,亦甚具進步性,顯然允合發明專利之要件。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,整組車載用空氣壓縮機裝置係包含有:一盒體,其內部裝設有一可藉由電源啟動而產生空氣壓力之空氣壓縮機;一補膠罐,其係為具有開口端之罐體,該罐體可容置做為修補汽車輪胎之化學膠液,該開口端係包含有一出膠端管;一串接軟管,其一端連結有一前端接頭,另一端則連結有一後端接頭,該前端接頭係卡扣於補膠罐所設的出膠端管,後端接頭則可被接至汽車輪胎之氣嘴,後端接頭為一防噴出接頭結構,該後端接頭之防噴出接頭結構係含有第一端部及第二端部,該第一端部係包含有一後套座及一基座,該後套座內係具有一內室,該後套座一端為開放式開口並於內壁設有陰螺紋,而後套座另端設有一具有透孔之凸環垣,前述內室與透孔係為相連通;該基座,其係具有一圓筒室,於圓筒室之基座的外周壁上另設有一環槽,而相背於圓筒室之基座的另側係延伸出一階梯狀的連結端,於連結端中心亦形成有一與圓筒室相連通之通道;一第一密封環可套設於前述基座之環槽;前述基座之連結端係由後套座之開口置於內室並穿過凸環垣之透孔,該外露於後套座之基座的連結端可套結串接軟管之一端,並可藉由一固定環將串接軟管與後端接頭完全固定結合,其特徵在於:第二端部係包含有一前蓋體及一閥栓組件,該前蓋體一端設有一具有陽螺紋之銜接端,而相背於銜接端之前蓋體的另一端具有螺合孔,該螺合孔另端延伸出一內口徑小於螺合孔之通道,二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之上環垣,而上環垣另一端向內延伸出一中環垣,該中環垣內緣係設有陰螺紋,該中環垣另一端延伸出一具有通口之環柱,該環柱與中環垣之內周壁間形成有一斜錐壁。
  2. 如請求項1所述之車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴 出接頭結構,其中,該閥栓組件係包含有一閥栓,該閥栓係為一柱體,於柱體一端設有一外端頭,靠近外端頭之柱體上形成有複數個相間隔之凸肋,而接近於閥栓柱體之另一端上則設有一擋垣;一彈簧可套進閥栓柱體,其一端抵於閥栓之凸肋上;一中空套筒,其一端設有一外卡垣,而另端則設有一閥門座,於外卡垣與閥門座之間的中空套筒外圍設有一外環垣及一凹陷段。
  3. 如請求項2所述之車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,其中,該套有彈簧之閥栓可由中空套筒的一端為外卡垣端置入,使彈簧之另一端抵觸於閥門座,且彈簧外圍可被中空套筒所框圍住;一阻塞環,其係套設於前述閥栓在相鄰於擋垣的柱體上;一前接座,其外緣係設有一陽螺紋,而前接座中心軸向形成有一中空通道;將結合有彈簧、閥栓、阻塞環的中空套筒與前接座相結合,而閥栓之外端頭係穿伸出前接座之中空通道,在無實施其他外力之下,其可利用彈簧之彈性張力使套設於閥栓之阻塞環緊密地關閉中空套筒之閥門座;該閥栓組件與前蓋體相結合,其係利用前接座之陽螺紋螺合於前蓋體之中環垣的陰螺紋,而中空套筒之閥門座、閥栓上之阻塞環係穿伸出前蓋體之環柱的通口。
  4. 如請求項3所述之車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,其中,一套觸墊係套設於前述中空套筒之凹陷段處,該閥栓組件之外環垣及套觸墊係抵觸於前蓋體之斜錐壁;一卡固件係可將前述阻塞環固定於閥栓上;一頂觸墊,其係具有一完全穿透之流通口,該頂觸墊係可由前蓋體之螺合孔置入,該流通口穿過閥栓後,使頂觸墊抵觸於前蓋體之上環垣;一第二密封環可套覆於前蓋體之銜接端;結合有閥栓組件之前蓋體的銜接端進入前述第一端部,該前蓋體之銜接端係螺 合於結合有基座之後套座的開口,即前蓋體之銜接端的陽螺紋與後套座之開口的陰螺紋相螺合。
  5. 如請求項3所述之車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,其中,該前接座一端具有一手持部,而另一端設有因具有圓形開口所形成一弧形的卡制垣,該前接座係利用卡制垣卡扣於前述中空套筒之外卡垣。
  6. 如請求項2所述之車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,其中,一頂觸體,其可套設於閥栓之外端頭以增加其接觸面積。
  7. 如請求項4所述之車載用空氣壓縮機之串接軟管的防噴出接頭結構,其中,該後套座之開口末端緣設有複數個卡溝;於前蓋體之銜接端及螺合孔之間的前蓋體外圍設有至少一卡扣塊,該卡扣塊可卡固於後套座所設的卡溝。
