背景技术
本设计人长久致力于对破损轮胎进行补胎及充气的空气压缩机装置的研发,在该装置的盒体的启动开关有可能被停留在On的状态且使用者未能先行将串接软管接通轮胎气嘴的情况下,当使用者将补胶罐结合在盒体并接通DC电源后,此种动作会让补胶罐内的化学胶液从串接软管的另端接头暴冲而出,此种现象会污及使用者或是其他物品,有鉴于习知装置的缺失,本设计人为克服该习知缺失,乃研发出一可避免化学胶液暴冲而出的设计。然,该已准的创作虽能展现出优良质量,但在与轮胎的气嘴螺合的防喷出接头结构无法任意替换其他具有不同通道或不同内容积的接头的第二端部,然而设计人为求更优质且具效率地补胎充气的救援工作乃研发出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,该串接软管至少有一端设有一具有防喷出作用的接头,该接头由第一端部及第二端部活动式组成,使接头可防止化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象产生。
本实用新型的次要目的是提供一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,该防喷出接头结构含有第一端部及第二端部,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该第一端部可与不同大小的通道及其所形成不同大小的内容积的第二端部相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎等补胎充气状况。
为实现上述目的,一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,包含有:一盒体,于盒体上设有一按压式的开关及凹陷状的嵌接口,其内部装设有一空气压缩机;一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管,补胶罐以开口端向下且底壁朝上的型态被置设于盒体的嵌接口上;一串接软管,其一端连接有一前端接头,另一端则连接有一后端接头,该前端接头卡扣于补胶罐所设的出胶端管,后端接头可被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,其特征在于:后端接头为一防喷出接头结构,该后端接头的防喷出接头结构含有第一端部及第二端部,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该第一端部可与不同大小的通道及其所形成不同大小的内容积的第二端部相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎等补胎充气状况。
该第一端部包含有一后套座及一基座,该后套座内具有一内室,该后套座一端为开放式开口并于内壁设有阴螺纹,而后套座另端设有一具有透孔的凸环垣,前述内室与透孔为相连通;该基座,其具有一圆筒室,于圆筒室的基座的外周壁上另设有一环槽,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端中心亦形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道;一第一密封环可套设于前述基座的环槽;前述基座的连结端由后套座的开口置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该外露于后套座的基座的连结端可套接串接软管的一端,并可借由一固定环将串接软管与后端接头完全固定结合。
第二端部,其包含有一前盖体及一阀栓组件,该前盖体一端设有一具有第一阳螺纹的衔接端,而相背于衔接端的前盖体的另一端具有螺合孔,该螺合孔另端延伸出一内口径小于螺合孔的通道,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的上环垣,而上环垣另一端向内延伸出一中环垣,该中环垣内缘设有阴螺纹,该中环垣另一端延伸出一具有通口的环柱,该环柱与中环垣的内周壁间形成有一斜锥壁,该阀栓组件包含有一阀栓,该阀栓为一柱体,于柱体一端设有一外端头,靠近外端头的柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸肋,而接近于阀栓柱体的另一端上则设有一挡垣;一弹簧可套进阀栓柱体,其一端抵于阀栓的凸肋上;一中空套筒,其一端设有一外卡垣,而另端则设有一阀门座,于外卡垣与阀门座之间的中空套筒外围设有一外环垣及一凹陷段,该套有弹簧的阀栓可由中空套筒的一端为外卡垣端置入,使弹簧的另一端抵触于阀门座,且弹簧外围可被中空套筒所框围住;一阻塞环,其套设于前述阀栓在相邻于挡垣的柱体上;一前接座,其外缘设有一第二阳螺纹,而前接座中心轴向形成有一中空通道;将结合有弹簧、阀栓、阻塞环的中空套筒与前接座相结合,而阀栓的外端头穿伸出前接座的中空通道,在无实施其他外力之下,其可利用弹簧的弹性张力使套设于阀栓的阻塞环紧密地关闭中空套筒的阀门座;该阀栓组件与前盖体相结合,其利用前接座的第二阳螺纹螺合于前盖体的中环垣的阴螺纹,而中空套筒的阀门座、阀栓上的阻塞环穿伸出前盖体的环柱的通口,一顶触体,其可套设于阀栓的外端头以增加其接触面积。
一套触垫套设于前述中空套筒的凹陷段处,该阀栓组件的外环垣及套触垫抵触于前盖体的斜锥壁;一卡固件可将前述阻塞环固定于阀栓上;一顶触垫,其具有一完全穿透的流通口,该顶触垫可由前盖体的螺合孔置入,该流通口穿过阀栓后,使顶触垫抵触于前盖体的上环垣;一第二密封环可套覆于前盖体的衔接端;结合有阀栓组件的前盖体的衔接端进入前述第一端部,该前盖体的衔接端螺合于结合有基座的后套座的开口,即前盖体的衔接端的第一阳螺纹与后套座的开口的阴螺纹相螺合,该后套座的开口末端缘设有多个卡沟;于前盖体的衔接端及螺合孔之间的前盖体外围设有至少一卡扣块,该卡扣块可卡固于后套座所设的卡沟。
该前接座一端具有一手持部,而另一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣,该前接座利用卡制垣卡扣于前述中空套筒的外卡垣。
通过上述结构,使街头可防止化学胶液使用不当而暴冲喷发污染使用者或物品,并能适用于各种不同轮胎等补胎充气状况。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3所示,本实用新型中的车载用空气压缩机,其整组装置包含有一盒体1、一补胶罐2、一串接软管3,于盒体1上设有一按压式的开关11及凹陷状的嵌接口12,该盒体1内部则设有一空气压缩机(图中未示出)。串接软管3的一端连接有一前端接头31,另一端则连接有一设有防喷出结构的后端接头4。补胶罐2以开口端21向下且底壁22朝上的型态被置设于盒体1的嵌接口12上,串接软管3的前端接头31卡扣于补胶罐2所设的出胶端管23,当进行补胎及充气等作业的阶段,串接软管3的后端接头4可螺合于轮胎99的气嘴9,该盒体1接受汽车或其它DC电源启动后,即可让空气压缩机所产生的压缩空气进行迫挤补胶罐2内的化学胶液,使其由串接软管3处进入破损轮胎99内,即可达到修补轮胎99及充气等目的。
请参考图2、图3及图5,本实用新型的主要特征是具有可防止化学胶液产生暴冲射出的动作,在串接软管3上设有至少一防喷出接头结构的后端接头4,该后端接头4的防喷出接头结构含有第一端部41及第二端部42,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该第一端部41可与不同大小的通道及其所形成不同大小的内容积的第二端部42相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎99等补胎充气状况。
请参考图3至图10,第一端部41包含有一后套座5及一基座6,该后套座5内具有一内室50,该后套座5一端为开放式开口51并于内壁设有阴螺纹510,该开口51末端缘设有多个卡沟511,而后套座5另端设有一具有透孔52的凸环垣521,前述内室50与透孔52为相连通;该基座6,其具有一圆筒室60,于圆筒室60的基座6的外周壁上另设有一环槽61,而相背于圆筒室60的基座6的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端62,于连结端62中心亦形成有一与圆筒室60相连通的通道63。一第一密封环64可套设于前述基座6的环槽61。

第二端部42,其包含有一前盖体7及一阀栓组件8,请同时参考图3及图7,该前盖体7一端的外表面设有一具有第一阳螺纹710的衔接端71,而于前盖体7的另一端具有螺合孔72,于衔接端71及螺合孔72之间的前盖体7外围设有至少一卡扣块712,该螺合孔72另端延伸出一内口径小于螺合孔72的通道73,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的上环垣74,而上环垣74另一端向内延伸出一中环垣75,该中环垣75内缘设有阴螺纹750,该中环垣75另一端延伸出一具有通口760的环柱76,该环柱76与中环垣75的内周壁间形成有一斜锥壁77,前述通道73可因应不同设计而形成不同大小的通道73,进而因不同大小的通道73而使通道73内容积随之改变,让化学胶液或压缩空气改变流通量;该阀栓组件8可如图4所示,其包含有一阀栓81,该阀栓81为一柱体,于柱体一端设有一外端头811,靠近外端头811的柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸肋812,而接近于阀栓81柱体的另一端上则设有一挡垣813;一弹簧82可套进阀栓81柱体,其一端抵于阀栓81的凸肋812上;一中空套筒83,其一端设有一外卡垣831,而另端则设有一阀门座834,于外卡垣831与阀门座834之间的中空套筒83外围设有一外环垣832及一凹陷段833;请参阅图6,该套有弹簧82的阀栓81可由中空套筒83的一端为外卡垣831端置入,使弹簧82的另一端抵触于阀门座834,且弹簧82外围可被中空套筒83所框围住;一套触垫84套设于前述中空套筒83的凹陷段833处;一阻塞环85,其套设于前述阀栓81在相邻于挡垣813的柱体上,再由一卡固件86栓套定位;请参阅图8,一前接座87,其外缘设有一第二阳螺纹870,而前接座87中心轴向形成有一中空通道871,于前接座87一端具有一手持部872,而另一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣873;将结合有弹簧82、阀栓81、阻塞环85、卡固件86的中空套筒83与前接座87相结合,即前接座87利用卡制垣873卡扣于中空套筒83的外卡垣831,而阀栓81的外端头811穿伸出前接座87的中空通道871,在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用弹簧82的弹性张力使套设于阀栓81的阻塞环85紧密地关闭中空套筒83的阀门座834;一顶触体88,其可套设于阀栓81的外端头811以增加其接触面积;该阀栓组件8与前盖体7相结合,其利用前接座87的第二阳螺纹870螺合于前盖体7的中环垣75的阴螺纹750,该阀栓组件8的外环垣832、套触垫84抵触于前盖体7的斜锥壁77,而中空套筒83的阀门座834、阀栓81上的阻塞环85、卡固件86穿伸出前盖体7的环柱76的通口760;一顶触垫89,其具有一完全穿透的流通口890,该顶触垫89可由前盖体7的螺合孔72置入,该流通口890穿过阀栓81后,使顶触垫89抵触于前盖体7的上环垣74;一第二密封环711可套覆于前盖体7的衔接端71;结合有阀栓组件8的前盖体7的衔接端71进入前述第一端部41,该前盖体7的衔接端71螺合于结合有基座6的后套座5的开口51,即前盖体7的衔接端71的第一阳螺纹710与后套座5的开口51的阴螺纹510相螺合,且同时前盖体7外围设置的卡扣块712可卡固于后套座5所设的卡沟511,如图3及图5所示,使第一端部41及第二端部42组装更为安全固定。
请参考图9,在图9所示的后端接头4的状态之下,不论是盒体1的开关11处于On且化学胶液已被空气压力迫挤流动的状态下,由于阀栓81所结合的阻塞环85完全紧密接触于前盖体7所结合的中空套筒83的阀门座834,使流通的化学胶液无法进入中空套筒83内,形成一个可防止化学胶液暴冲的保护机构。
请参考图1及图10,当使用者将后端接头4的螺合孔72与汽车轮胎99的气嘴9进行螺合时,该后端接头4的阀栓81设置的顶触体88会先顶触轮胎99气嘴9内的气芯中心针91,而当使用者将后端接头4的螺合孔72完全螺合于汽车轮胎99的气嘴9上,由于阀栓81受到气嘴9的气芯中心针91的碰触作用,阀栓81向右移动压缩弹簧82使其阀栓81所结合的阻塞环85离开原本所阻塞接触的前盖体7所结合的中空套筒83的阀门座834,该中空套筒83形成可流通的通路状态,此时被空气所推动的化学胶液可经由基座6的通道63进入圆筒室60内且持续经由中空套筒83、前接座87的中空通道871、前盖体7的通道73、顶触垫89的流通口890及螺合孔72,最后再经由气嘴9而进入破损轮胎99内,如此即可达到灌胶进入轮胎99内进行补胎的动作,当然,压缩空气仍然可持续进入扁平轮胎99内进行充气至正常的胎压为止。
综观前论,本设计提供一种位于串接软管3上可对破损轮胎99进行补胶及充气的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管3的防喷出接头结构的后端接头4,该后端接头4的防喷出接头结构含有第一端部41及第二端部42,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该第一端部41可与不同通道或不同内容积的第二端部42相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎99等补胎充气状况。

Claims (5)

1.一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,包含有:一盒体,于盒体上设有一按压式的开关及凹陷状的嵌接口,其内部装设有一空气压缩机;一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管,补胶罐以开口端向下且底壁朝上的型态被置设于盒体的嵌接口上;一串接软管,其一端连接有一前端接头,另一端则连接有一后端接头,该前端接头卡扣于补胶罐所设的出胶端管,后端接头可被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,其特征在于:后端接头为一防喷出接头结构,该后端接头的防喷出接头结构含有第一端部及第二端部,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该第一端部可与不同大小的通道及其所形成不同大小的内容积的第二端部相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎等补胎充气状况。
2.如权利要求1所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,其特征在于,该第一端部包含有一后套座及一基座,该后套座内具有一内室,该后套座一端为开放式开口并于内壁设有阴螺纹,而后套座另端设有一具有透孔的凸环垣,前述内室与透孔为相连通;该基座,其具有一圆筒室,于圆筒室的基座的外周壁上另设有一环槽,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端中心亦形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道;一第一密封环可套设于前述基座的环槽;前述基座的连结端由后套座的开口置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该外露于后套座的基座的连结端可套接串接软管的一端,并可借由一固定环将串接软管与后端接头完全固定结合。
3.如权利要求2所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,其特征在于,第二端部,其包含有一前盖体及一阀栓组件,该前盖体一端设有一具有第一阳螺纹的衔接端,而相背于衔接端的前盖体的另一端具有螺合孔,该螺合孔另端延伸出一内口径小于螺合孔的通道,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的上环垣,而上环垣另一端向内延伸出一中环垣,该中环垣内缘设有阴螺纹,该中环垣另一端延伸出一具有通口的环柱,该环柱与中环垣的内周壁间形成有一斜锥壁,该阀栓组件包含有一阀栓,该阀栓为一柱体,于柱体一端设有一外端头,靠近外端头的柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸肋,而接近于阀栓柱体的另一端上则设有一挡垣;一弹簧可套进阀栓柱体,其一端抵于阀栓的凸肋上;一中空套筒,其一端设有一外卡垣,而另端则设有一阀门座,于外卡垣与阀门座之间的中空套筒外围设有一外环垣及一凹陷段,该套有弹簧的阀栓可由中空套筒的一端为外卡垣端置入,使弹簧的另一端抵触于阀门座,且弹簧外围可被中空套筒所框围住;一阻塞环,其套设于前述阀栓在相邻于挡垣的柱体上;一前接座,其外缘设有一第二阳螺纹,而前接座中心轴向形成有一中空通道;将结合有弹簧、阀栓、阻塞环的中空套筒与前接座相结合,而阀栓的外端头穿伸出前接座的中空通道,在无实施其他外力之下,其可利用弹簧的弹性张力使套设于阀栓的阻塞环紧密地关闭中空套筒的阀门座;该阀栓组件与前盖体相结合,其利用前接座的第二阳螺纹螺合于前盖体的中环垣的阴螺纹,而中空套筒的阀门座、阀栓上的阻塞环穿伸出前盖体的环柱的通口,一顶触体,其可套设于阀栓的外端头以增加其接触面积。
4.如权利要求3所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,其特征在于,一套触垫套设于前述中空套筒的凹陷段处,该阀栓组件的外环垣及套触垫抵触于前盖体的斜锥壁;一卡固件可将前述阻塞环固定于阀栓上;一顶触垫,其具有一完全穿透的流通口,该顶触垫可由前盖体的螺合孔置入,该流通口穿过阀栓后,使顶触垫抵触于前盖体的上环垣;一第二密封环可套覆于前盖体的衔接端;结合有阀栓组件的前盖体的衔接端进入前述第一端部,该前盖体的衔接端螺合于结合有基座的后套座的开口,即前盖体的衔接端的第一阳螺纹与后套座的开口的阴螺纹相螺合,该后套座的开口末端缘设有多个卡沟;于前盖体的衔接端及螺合孔之间的前盖体外围设有至少一卡扣块,该卡扣块可卡固于后套座所设的卡沟。
5.如权利要求3所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷出接头结构,其特征在于,该前接座一端具有一手持部,而另一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣,该前接座利用卡制垣卡扣于前述中空套筒的外卡垣。
