背景技术
本创作人长久致力于对破损轮胎进行补胎及充气的空气压缩机装置的研发,在该装置的盒体的启动开关有可能被停留在On的状态且使用者未能先行将串接软管接通轮胎气嘴的情况下,当使用者将补胶罐结合在盒体并接通DC电源后,此种动作会让补胶罐内的化学胶液从串接软管的另端接头暴冲喷发而出,此种现象会污及使用者或是其他物品,有鉴于习知装置的缺点,本创作人为克服该习知缺点,乃研发出一可避免化学胶液暴冲喷发而出的实用新型,如现已取得专利的中国台湾省发明专利号第I456130号、美国专利US8978716B2、中国专利CN103104440B、中国台湾省发明专利号第I490132号、美国专利US9027608B2、中国专利CN103375388A、中国台湾省发明专利号第I660871号等。该已授权的专利虽能展现出优良质量,但在与轮胎的气嘴螺合的防喷发接头结构无法任意替换其他具有不同通道或不同内容积的前盖组件,然而创作人为求更优质且具效率地补胎充气的救援工作乃研发出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的,其提供一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,整组车载用空气压缩机装置包含有一内装有空气压缩机的盒体,一内含有化学胶液的补胶罐及至少一串接软管,该串接软管至少有一端设有一具有防喷发作用的接头,该接头可防止化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象产生。
本实用新型的次要目的是提供一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,该防喷发接头结构含有后管组件及前盖组件,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该后管组件可与不同通道或不同内容积的前盖组件相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎等补胎充气状况。
为实现上述目的,本使用新型一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,包含有:
一盒体,于盒体上设有一按压式的开关及凹陷状的嵌接口,该盒体内部装设有一空气压缩机;
一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管;
一串接软管,其一端连接有一第一端接头,另一端连接有一第二端接头,该第一端接头卡扣于补胶罐所设的出胶端管,第二端接头被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,第二端接头为一防喷发接头结构,该第二端接头的防喷发接头结构含有后管组件及前盖组件,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该后管组件可与不同通道或不同内容积的前盖组件相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎等补胎充气状况;
该后管组件包含有一后套座及一基座,该后套座内具有一内室,该后套座一端为开放式开口并于内壁设有阴螺纹,而后套座另端设有一具有透孔的凸环垣,所述内室与透孔相连通;所述基座具有一圆筒室,于圆筒室的基座的外周壁上另设有一环槽,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端中心形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道;一第一密封环套设于前述基座的环槽;前述基座的连结端由后套座的开口置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该外露于后套座的基座的连结端套结串接软管的一端,并借由一固定环将串接软管与第二端接头完全固定结合。
前盖组件包含有一前盖体及一阀栓,该前盖体一端设有一具有阳螺纹的衔接端,而相背于衔接端的前盖体的另一端具有螺合孔,该螺合孔另端延伸出一内口径小于螺合孔的通道,二者之间形成一阶梯状的上环垣,而上环垣另一端向内延伸出一中环垣,该中环垣另一端向内延伸出一具有通口的挡垣,且该通道延伸设有一阀门座,并于阀门座的末端呈内开口,于内开口端形成有一斜锥壁,该阀门座外周壁与衔接端的内周壁间形成有一环形的夹缝空间,而阀门座与衔接端之间的前盖体内形成有一内空室,前述螺合孔、通道、挡垣内的通口、阀门座的内开口、夹缝空间与内空室相连通。
该前盖体的上环垣、中环垣及挡垣的通口的内口径分别为A、B、C,该内口径A>B>C。
该阀栓为一柱体,于柱体一端设有一外端头,该柱体上形成有多个相间隔呈凹陷状的流通槽,于二流通槽之间形成有一凸肋柱,且凸肋柱上设有一凸垣,而外端头与凸肋柱之间另形成一呈凹陷状的颈段,该阀栓的凸垣的位移空间为上环垣的通道中。
一弹簧,其一端由前述阀栓的外端头端套入并抵于阀栓的凸垣上;该套有弹簧的阀栓由前盖体的螺合孔置入通道,该弹簧另一端抵触于挡垣上,且弹簧外围由中环垣所框围住;一阻塞环套设于前述阀栓的颈段处,该阻塞环的外周壁为渐缩口径的斜锥面,该斜锥面抵触于阀门座的斜锥壁及挡垣二者的交界处;一卡扣片套置于阻塞环及外端头之间的颈段处以将阻塞环形成固定;一顶触垫,其具有一完全穿透的流通口,该顶触垫由前盖体的螺合孔置入,该流通口穿过阀栓后,使顶触垫抵触于上环垣;一第二密封环套覆于前盖体的衔接端;将结合有第二密封环、弹簧、阻塞环的阀栓、顶触垫的前盖体的衔接端进入前述后管组件,该前盖体的衔接端螺合于结合有基座的后套座的开口,即前盖体的衔接端的阳螺纹与后套座的开口的阴螺纹相螺合,该后套座的开口末端缘设有多个卡沟;于前盖体的衔接端及螺合孔之间的前盖体外围设有至少一卡扣块,该卡扣块卡固于后套座所设的卡沟。
该前盖体的上环垣、中环垣及挡垣的通口的内口径分别为A、B、C,该内口径A=B>C。
在前盖体的衔接端的相背端内覆设有一埋植螺帽,于埋植螺帽外环表面具有纵向凸齿,该两纵向凸齿之间形成有一谷沟,该谷沟与前盖体内部的凸出的嵌合条相互啮合,使埋植螺帽不会与前盖体产生脱牙,且在前盖体的衔接端的相背端内侧末端同时设有一防止埋植螺帽脱落的止挡垣,该止挡垣抵触于埋植螺帽的外侧边。
通过上述结构,可防止化学胶液使用不当而暴冲喷发污染使用者或物品,并能适用于各种不同轮胎等补胎充气状况。

为使审查员更能详细了解本实用新型的具体结构,请参考图1至图3所示,本实用新型中的车载用空气压缩机,其整组装置包含有一盒体1、一补胶罐2、一串接软管3,于盒体1上设有一按压式的开关11及凹陷状的嵌接口12,该盒体1内部则设有一空气压缩机(图中未示出)。串接软管3的一端连结有一第一端接头31,另一端则连结有一设有防喷发接头结构的第二端接头4。补胶罐2以开口端21向下底壁22朝上的型态被置设于盒体1的嵌接口12上,串接软管3的第一端接头31卡扣于补胶罐2所设的出胶端管23,当进行补胎及充气等作业的阶段,串接软管3的第二端接头4可螺合于轮胎99的气嘴9,该盒体1接受汽车或其它DC电源启动后,即可让空气压缩机产生空气并迫挤补胶罐2内的化学胶液由串接软管3处进入破损轮胎99内,即可达到修补轮胎99及充气等目的。
请参考图2、图3及图5,本实用新型的主要特征即是具有可防止化学胶液产生暴冲射出的动作,亦即本实用新型在串接软管3上设有至少一防喷发接头结构的第二端接头4,该第二端接头4的防喷发接头结构含有后管组件41及前盖组件42,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该后管组件41可与不同通道或不同内容积的前盖组件42相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎99等补胎充气状况。
请参考图3至图8,后管组件41包含有一后套座5及一基座6,该后套座5内具有一内室50,该后套座5一端为开放式开口51并于内壁设有阴螺纹510,该开口51末端缘设有多个卡沟511,而后套座5另端设有一具有透孔52的凸环垣521,前述内室50与透孔52相连通;该基座6具有一圆筒室60,于圆筒室60的基座6的外周壁上另设有一环槽61,而相背于圆筒室60的基座6的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端62,于连结端62中心亦形成有一与圆筒室60相连通的通道63。一第一密封环64可套设于前述基座6的环槽61。
前述基座6的连结端62由后套座5的开口51置于内室50并穿过凸环垣521的透孔52,该外露于后套座5的基座6的连结端62可套结串接软管3的一端,并可借由一固定环40将串接软管3与第二端接头4完全固定结合,如图6所示。
前盖组件42包含有一前盖体7及一阀栓8,该前盖体7一端设有一具有阳螺纹710的衔接端71,而相背于衔接端71的前盖体7的另一端具有螺合孔72,于衔接端71及螺合孔72之间的前盖体7外围设有至少一卡扣块712,该螺合孔72另端延伸出一内口径小于螺合孔72的通道73,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的上环垣74,而上环垣74另一端向内延伸出一中环垣75,该中环垣75另一端向内延伸出一具有通口760的挡垣76,前述上环垣74、中环垣75及挡垣76的通口760的内口径分别为A、B、C,该内口径A>B>C,且该通道73延伸设有一阀门座77,并于阀门座77的末端呈内开口770,于内开口770端形成有一斜锥壁771,该阀门座77外周壁与衔接端71的内周壁间形成有一环形的夹缝空间78,而阀门座77与衔接端71之间的前盖体7内形成有一内空室79,前述螺合孔72、通道73、挡垣76内的通口760、阀门座77的内开口770、夹缝空间78与内空室79相连通;该阀栓8为一柱体,于柱体一端设有一外端头81,该柱体上形成有多个相间隔呈凹陷状的流通槽82,于二流通槽82之间乃形成有一凸肋柱83,且凸肋柱83上设有一凸垣85,而外端头81与凸肋柱83之间另形成一呈凹陷状的颈段84;一弹簧86,其一端可由前述阀栓8的外端头81端套入并抵于阀栓8的凸垣85上;该套有弹簧86的阀栓8可由前盖体7的螺合孔72置入通道73,该弹簧86另一端可抵触于挡垣76上,且弹簧86外围由中环垣75所框围住;一阻塞环87套设于前述阀栓8颈段84处,该阻塞环87的外周壁为渐缩口径的斜锥面871,该斜锥面871可抵触于阀门座77的斜锥壁771及挡垣76二者的交界处;一卡扣片88可套置于阻塞环87及外端头81之间的颈段84处以将阻塞环87形成固定;一顶触垫89,其具有一完全穿透的流通口890,该顶触垫89可由前盖体7的螺合孔72置入,该流通口890穿过阀栓8后,使顶触垫89抵触于上环垣74;前述阀栓8的凸垣85的位移空间为上环垣74的通道73中;一第二密封环711可套覆于前盖体7的衔接端71。将结合有第二密封环711、弹簧86、阻塞环87的阀栓8、顶触垫89的前盖体7的衔接端71进入前述后管组件41,该前盖体7的衔接端71螺合于结合有基座6的后套座5的开口51,即前盖体7的衔接端71的阳螺纹710与后套座5的开口51的阴螺纹510相螺合,且同时前盖体7外围设置的卡扣块712可卡固于后套座5所设的卡沟511,如图3及图5所示,使后管组件41及前盖组件42组装更为安全固定。
前述上环垣74、中环垣75及挡垣76的通口760的内口径分别为A、B、C,该内口径亦可为A=B>C
请参考图7,在图7所示的第二端接头4的状态之下,不论是盒体1的开关11处于On且化学胶液已被空气压力迫挤流动的状态下,由于阀栓8所结合的阻塞环87的斜锥面871完全紧密接触于前盖体7的阀门座77的斜锥壁771及挡垣76二者的交界处,使流通的化学胶液无法通过通口760,形成一个可防止化学胶液暴冲的保护机构。
请参考图1及图8,当使用者将第二端接头4的螺合孔72与汽车轮胎99的气嘴9进行螺合时,该第二端接头4的阀栓8会先顶触并移动轮胎99气嘴9内的气芯中心针91,进而促使轮胎99气嘴9的气门92被打开,而当使用者将第二端接头4的螺合孔72完全螺合于汽车轮胎99的气嘴9上,由于阀栓8受到气嘴9的气芯中心针91的碰触作用,该阀栓8向右移使其凸垣85抵触于前盖体7的上环垣74,且该阀栓8右移压缩弹簧86导致阻塞环87的斜锥面871离开原本所阻塞接触的前盖体7的阀门座77的斜锥壁771及挡垣76二者的交界处,该挡垣76的通口760形成可流通的通路状态,此时被空气所推动的化学胶液可经由基座6的通道63进入圆筒室60内且持续经由位于通口760内的阀栓8的流通槽82、通道73、顶触垫89的流通口890及螺合孔72,最后再经由气嘴9的气门92而进入破损轮胎99内,如此即可达到灌胶进入轮胎99内进行补胎的动作,当然,压缩空气仍然可持续进入扁平轮胎99内进行充气至正常的胎压为止。
请参阅图9至图11所示,本实用新型的另一不同实施例,在前盖体7的衔接端71的相背端内覆设有一埋植螺帽720,于埋植螺帽720外环表面具有纵向凸齿721,该两纵向凸齿721之间形成有一谷沟722,该谷沟722可与前盖体7内部的凸出的嵌合条724相互啮合(可参考图11),使埋植螺帽720不会与前盖体7产生脱牙,且在前盖体7的衔接端71的相背端内侧末端同时设有一可防止埋植螺帽720脱落的止挡垣725(可参考图10),该止挡垣725抵触于埋植螺帽720的外侧边723,而前述顶触垫89可置入于埋植螺帽720并抵触于上环垣74。
综观前论,本实用新型提供一种位于串接软管3上可对破损轮胎99进行补胶及充气的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管3的防喷发接头结构的第二端接头4,该第二端接头4的防喷发接头结构含有后管组件41及前盖组件42,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该后管组件41可与不同通道或不同内容积的前盖组件42相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎99等补胎充气状况,亦甚具进步性,显然允合实用新型专利的要件。
Claims (8)
1.一种车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,包含有:
一盒体,于盒体上设有一按压式的开关及凹陷状的嵌接口,该盒体内部装设有一空气压缩机;
一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管;
一串接软管,其一端连接有一第一端接头,另一端连接有一第二端接头,该第一端接头卡扣于补胶罐所设的出胶端管,第二端接头被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,其特征在于:第二端接头为一防喷发接头结构,该第二端接头的防喷发接头结构含有后管组件及前盖组件,其二者可任意拆卸及组装,该后管组件可与不同通道或不同内容积的前盖组件相结合,以求适用于各种不同轮胎补胎充气状况。
2.如权利要求1所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,其特征在于,该后管组件包含有一后套座及一基座,该后套座内具有一内室,该后套座一端为开放式开口并于内壁设有阴螺纹,而后套座另端设有一具有透孔的凸环垣,所述内室与透孔相连通;所述基座具有一圆筒室,于圆筒室的基座的外周壁上另设有一环槽,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端中心形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道;一第一密封环套设于前述基座的环槽;前述基座的连结端由后套座的开口置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该外露于后套座的基座的连结端套结串接软管的一端,并借由一固定环将串接软管与第二端接头完全固定结合。
3.如权利要求2所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,其特征在于,前盖组件包含有一前盖体及一阀栓,该前盖体一端设有一具有阳螺纹的衔接端,而相背于衔接端的前盖体的另一端具有螺合孔,该螺合孔另端延伸出一内口径小于螺合孔的通道,二者之间形成一阶梯状的上环垣,而上环垣另一端向内延伸出一中环垣,该中环垣另一端向内延伸出一具有通口的挡垣,且该通道延伸设有一阀门座,并于阀门座的末端呈内开口,于内开口端形成有一斜锥壁,该阀门座外周壁与衔接端的内周壁间形成有一环形的夹缝空间,而阀门座与衔接端之间的前盖体内形成有一内空室,前述螺合孔、通道、挡垣内的通口、阀门座的内开口、夹缝空间与内空室相连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,其特征在于,该前盖体的上环垣、中环垣及挡垣的通口的内口径分别为A、B、C,该内口径A>B>C。
5.如权利要求3所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,其特征在于,该阀栓为一柱体,于柱体一端设有一外端头,该柱体上形成有多个相间隔呈凹陷状的流通槽,于二流通槽之间形成有一凸肋柱,且凸肋柱上设有一凸垣,而外端头与凸肋柱之间另形成一呈凹陷状的颈段,该阀栓的凸垣的位移空间为上环垣的通道中。
6.如权利要求5所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,其特征在于,一弹簧,其一端由前述阀栓的外端头端套入并抵于阀栓的凸垣上;该套有弹簧的阀栓由前盖体的螺合孔置入通道,该弹簧另一端抵触于挡垣上,且弹簧外围由中环垣所框围住;一阻塞环套设于前述阀栓的颈段处,该阻塞环的外周壁为渐缩口径的斜锥面,该斜锥面抵触于阀门座的斜锥壁及挡垣二者的交界处;一卡扣片套置于阻塞环及外端头之间的颈段处以将阻塞环形成固定;一顶触垫,其具有一完全穿透的流通口,该顶触垫由前盖体的螺合孔置入,该流通口穿过阀栓后,使顶触垫抵触于上环垣;一第二密封环套覆于前盖体的衔接端;将结合有第二密封环、弹簧、阻塞环的阀栓、顶触垫的前盖体的衔接端进入前述后管组件,该前盖体的衔接端螺合于结合有基座的后套座的开口,即前盖体的衔接端的阳螺纹与后套座的开口的阴螺纹相螺合,该后套座的开口末端缘设有多个卡沟;于前盖体的衔接端及螺合孔之间的前盖体外围设有至少一卡扣块,该卡扣块卡固于后套座所设的卡沟。
7.如权利要求3项所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,其特征在于,该前盖体的上环垣、中环垣及挡垣的通口的内口径分别为A、B、C,该内口径A=B>C。
8.如权利要求3项所述的车载用空气压缩机的串接软管的防喷发接头结构,其特征在于,在前盖体的衔接端的相背端内覆设有一埋植螺帽,于埋植螺帽外环表面具有纵向凸齿,该两纵向凸齿之间形成有一谷沟,该谷沟与前盖体内部的凸出的嵌合条相互啮合,使埋植螺帽不会与前盖体产生脱牙,且在前盖体的衔接端的相背端内侧末端同时设有一防止埋植螺帽脱落的止挡垣,该止挡垣抵触于埋植螺帽的外侧边。
