Abstract
The invention discloses a cosmetic microneedle patch composition capable of removing black eye circles and eye bags and a preparation method thereof. The micro-needle film-sticking composition comprises a base, a needle body positioned on the base, and a hydrogel film with the functions of relieving and fixing the needle body, wherein the needle body is internally embedded with a composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye bags: 0.1-5% of centella asiatica extract, 0.1-5% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.1-2% of heparin sodium and 0.1-3% of caffeine. The invention is specially designed for weak skin around eyes, not only promotes skin microcirculation around eyes, improves red blood streak, reduces capillary vessel penetration, but also can enhance the activity of skin basal layer cells. The composition with the black eye and pouch removing effects is wrapped by the soluble cosmetic microneedle, so that the composition can be better absorbed through skin penetration to play a better nursing effect, is beneficial to more slow release of the effect composition, has small irritation, has excellent effect on skin around eyes and is easy to use. The microneedle patch prepared by the invention has the effects of relieving eye fatigue, removing dark circles, fading pouches and tightening skin around eyes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing dark circles and under-eye puffiness and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of science and technology, the excessive use of social electronic products brings burden to eyes, and simultaneously causes various eye problems, such as black eye circles and under-eye puffiness. The black eye, commonly called "panda eye", is divided into two categories: one is a cyan black eye ring, which is mainly caused by staying up all night, unstable emotion, eye fatigue, aging, insufficient oxygen supply of red blood cells of eye skin, excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide and metabolic wastes in venous blood vessels, chronic hypoxia, dark blood and venous blood retention in venous blood vessels or micro blood vessels. The other is dark brown eye, which is mainly due to pigmentation of the eye caused by melanin production or hypometabolism.
The older the person, the thinner the subcutaneous fat around the eye becomes, so the more visible the dark circles. The pouch refers to the swollen and swollen tissue of the lower eyelid and hangs in the shape of a bag. The clinical manifestations are that the skin of the lower eyelid is loose and accumulated, the intraorbital fat is prolapsed and hung in a bag shape, the outer canthus position moves downwards, the lower eyelid margin is not tightly attached to the eyeball, the radian of the lower eyelid margin is increased, the lower lacrimal punctum moves outwards to overflow tears, and the secondary relaxation of the lower eyelid support structure is caused by the aging absorption of facial bones. The irregular diet and sub-healthy lifestyle of modern people have led to a rapid growth and an increasing youthful growth of the population with long dark circles and bags. The pouch not only affects the appearance, but also the health of the eye.
In the prior art, the pouch can be removed through an operation, but the operation method has the disadvantages of high potential risk, high price, long post-operation recovery period and possible side effect; in addition, the eye skin problem can be improved by applying eye cream, but the common eye cream has slow effect and has no obvious effect on dark circles and under-eye puffiness.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye pouches.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing the black eye circles and the pouches, which is simple, low in energy consumption and production cost and easy to realize continuous mass production.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
A cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing dark circles and pouches comprises a base, a needle body on the base, and a hydrogel patch for relieving and fixing the needle body; the needle body is internally embedded with a composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye bags, and the composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye bags comprises the following components in percentage by total weight of the micro-needles:
0.1-5% of centella asiatica extract, 0.1-5% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.1-2% of heparin sodium and 0.1-3% of caffeine.
Preferably, the black eye removing and pouch removing composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight based on the total weight of the microneedle:
0.2-2% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-2% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.1-0.5% of heparin sodium and 0.1-1% of caffeine.
Preferably, the preparation of the composition for removing dark circles and under-eye bags further comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5-15% of glycerin, 1-3% of low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and 6-10% of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate.
Preferably, the soluble cosmetic microneedle is conical, the main component is hyaluronic acid, the length of the needle head is 150-.
Preferably, the hydrogel adhesive film has 4 layers, and the components are 15-25. The hydrogel adhesive film consists of non-woven fabric, hydrogel, active component layer and protecting film.
The non-woven fabric is non-woven fabric and is formed by solidifying high polymer slices, short fibers or filaments.
The hydrogel comprises the following specific components in percentage by weight of the hydrogel adhesive film: 5-15% of glycerin, 1-2% of sodium polyacrylate, 1-3% of aluminum dihydroxyglycinate, 0.5-2% of cellulose gum, 1-5% of tartaric acid, 5-15% of butanediol and 50-80% of water.
According to the total weight of the hydrogel adhesive film, the active component layer comprises the following specific components:
0.1-2% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-3% of polygonum cuspidatum root extract, 0.2-3% of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 0.1-2% of tea leaf extract, 0.2-3% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.3-1% of chamomile flower extract and 0.1-2% of rosemary leaf extract.
The protective film is a white plastic film.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a black eye-removing pouch-soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition, the method comprising the steps of:
1) preparation of viscous liquid:
adding the composition for removing dark circles and pouches into the balance of water, stirring and dissolving, adding 5-15% of glycerol, 1-3% of sodium hyaluronate (low molecular weight) and 6-10% of sodium hyaluronate (high molecular weight), continuously stirring to enable the mixture to be uniformly swelled, and centrifuging to remove bubbles to obtain the viscous liquid.
2) Preparation of soluble cosmetic microneedles:
and injecting the viscous liquid into a microneedle mould, drying and demoulding to obtain the soluble cosmetic microneedle.
3) Preparation of hydrogel adhesive film:
uniformly mixing 1-2% of sodium polyacrylate and 1-3% of dihydroxy aluminum glycinate, adding 5-15% of glycerol and 5-15% of butanediol, and fully stirring to obtain a phase A solution;
adding 0.5-2% cellulose gum into water, stirring, adding 1-5% tartaric acid, adding active component layer, stirring to dissolve completely to obtain B phase solution;
and adding the B phase solution into the A phase solution, stirring in vacuum to obtain hydrogel paste, and finally coating the hydrogel paste on a coating machine together with a non-woven fabric and a protective film to obtain the hydrogel adhesive film.
Preferably, in the step 1), the molecular weight of the low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate is 2000-10000 daltons; the molecular weight of the high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate is 40-100 ten thousand daltons.
The mass ratio of the high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate to the low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate is 1: 3.5-5.5.
Preferably, in step 2), the microneedle mould is arc-shaped, and two ends of the microneedle mould are arc-shaped.
Preferably, in the step 2), the drying temperature is room temperature, the humidity is 15-25%, and the drying time is 12-24 h.
Preferably, in the step 3), the stirring speed of the vacuum stirring is 50-120r/min, and the stirring time is 5-15 min.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1) the invention is specially designed for weak skin around eyes, not only promotes skin microcirculation around eyes, improves red blood streak, reduces capillary vessel penetration, but also can enhance the activity of skin basal layer cells.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further specifically described below by way of specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in figure 1, the invention discloses a cosmetic microneedle patch composition capable of removing dark circles and bags under the eyes and a preparation method thereof. The micro-needle film sticking composition comprises a base, a needle body positioned on the base and a hydrogel film which is used for relieving and fixing the needle body, wherein the base is composed of hyaluronic acid. The needle body is internally embedded with a composition for removing black eye and eye bags, and the composition comprises:
0.1-5% of centella asiatica extract, 0.1-5% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.1-2% of heparin sodium and 0.1-3% of caffeine.
The hydrogel adhesive film consists of non-woven fabric, hydrogel, active component layer and protecting film. The non-woven fabric has the functions of improving the air permeability of the film, the hydrogel body has the function of locking water for a long time, the active component layer has the functions of slowly releasing water, assisting in moisture preservation and relieving irritation and sensitivity, and the protective film has the function of preventing nutrition and water loss of the gel.
As shown in figure 2, the micro-needle can penetrate the surface layer of the skin and directly act on the deep layer of the skin to release the active components of the composition for removing the dark circles and the bags under the eyes, so that the composition can be better absorbed.
The following description focuses on the efficacy of the raw materials of the composition.
Centella asiatica extract
The effective components of the centella asiatica comprise total asiaticoside, asiatic acid, madecassic acid and the like, and researches show that the centella asiatica has an antioxidation effect, can dispel aged cuticles, promote protein regeneration, increase skin elasticity, enable skin to be compact and smooth, and also has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, and promoting diuresis and relieving swelling. Centella asiatica contains a plurality of a-coumarol-type triterpene components, has tranquilizing and stabilizing effects, and can help to calm skin and relieve sensitivity when added into skin care products.
② an extract of Aesculus hippocastanum
The main component of the European aesculus hippocastanum extract is aescin which is a triterpenoid saponin compound, and the aescin is hemolytic saponin, has the effects of resisting edema, resisting exudation, restoring capillary permeability, improving blood circulation and the like, and can obviously improve the symptoms of eye edema caused by poor microcirculation.
③ heparin sodium
The heparin sodium is an acidic mucopolysaccharide substance, and researches show that the heparin sodium can increase the vascular permeability of the skin, improve the local vascular circulation, promote the supply of skin nutrition and the excretion of metabolic waste, and has good health care and maintenance functions on the skin.
Fourthly, caffeine
Caffeine is an alkaloid of the methylxanthine family, and is chemically very similar to some plants, such as tea, mate and melon. In addition to the cardiovascular and nervous systems that can be affected by caffeine, the skin can also be affected in the human body. It has been found that caffeine has antioxidant and skin-tranquilizing effects, and can be added into eye cream to promote blood circulation of skin tissue and relieve edema of tired eyes.
Therefore, the composition formed by combining the four components not only promotes the skin microcirculation around the eyes, improves the red blood filaments, reduces the capillary vessel penetration, but also can enhance the activity of skin basal layer cells.
According to the invention, the composition with the black eye and pouch removing effects is wrapped by the soluble cosmetic microneedle, so that the composition can be better absorbed through skin penetration to play a better nursing effect, and the composition is more slowly released, has small irritation, has excellent effect on skin around eyes and is easy to use. The microneedle action mechanism is that after the microneedle is attached to the skin, the soluble microneedle is injected into the skin, the active ingredients are released along with the melting of the crystal, the melting of the crystal is slow, and the crystal is completely melted and slowly released within about two hours.
The following percentage contents are all weight percentage contents. All the raw material components of the invention are commercial products. Centella asiatica extract was obtained from East BeautyCo.Ltd, Aesculus hippocastanum extract was obtained from Pasf, heparin sodium was obtained from Huaxi organism, and caffeine was obtained from lipoid Kosmetic.
The preparation method of herba Centellae extractive solution comprises pulverizing fresh herba Centellae to obtain herba Centellae powder; placing the powder in a ball mill, starting the ball mill to perform ultramicro wall-breaking grinding and simultaneously performing ozone sterilization to obtain the wall-breaking micro powder of centella asiatica; extracting, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and taking liquid to obtain a wall-broken solution of the centella asiatica; and finally, performing membrane separation and concentration on the asiatic pennywort herb wall-broken liquid to obtain the asiatic pennywort herb extracting solution.
The Aesculus hippocastanum extract is prepared by washing seeds of Aesculus hippocastanum with a weight ratio of 50-55: adding deionized water according to the mass ratio of 35-50, and coarsely crushing to obtain mixed crude pulp of aesculus hippocastanum seeds; and stirring, centrifuging and filtering the obtained aesculus hippocastanum seed fermentation product, and removing filter residues to obtain the aesculus hippocastanum extract.
Centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract, and rosemary leaf extract were obtained from Beijing university of Industrial and commercial sciences or Galium odoratum leaf Biotech Co.

adding 1% of centella asiatica extract, 1.2% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.5% of heparin sodium and 0.8% of caffeine into the balance of water, stirring and dissolving, adding 10% of glycerol, 2% of sodium hyaluronate (molecular weight of 5000 daltons) and 8% of sodium hyaluronate (molecular weight of 60 ten thousand daltons), continuously stirring to enable the mixture to be uniformly swelled, and centrifuging to remove bubbles to obtain the viscous liquid.
2) Preparation of soluble cosmetic microneedles:
and injecting the viscous liquid into an arc microneedle mould, drying for 20 hours at room temperature and under the condition that the humidity is 20%, and demoulding to obtain the soluble cosmetic microneedle.
3) Preparation of hydrogel adhesive film:
uniformly mixing 1.5% of sodium polyacrylate and 2% of dihydroxy aluminum glycinate, adding 10% of glycerol and 10% of butanediol, and fully stirring to obtain a phase A solution;
adding 1% cellulose gum into water, stirring, adding 3% tartaric acid, adding 0.8% herba Centellae extract, 0.6% rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati extract, 0.5% radix Scutellariae extract, 0.6% folium Camelliae sinensis extract, 0.8% radix Glycytthizae extract, 0.7% flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract and 0.5% herba Rosmarini officinalis leaf extract, stirring to dissolve completely to obtain phase B solution;
and adding the B phase solution into the A phase solution, stirring in vacuum to obtain hydrogel paste, stirring at 80r/min for 10min, and finally coating on a coating machine together with a non-woven fabric and a protective film to obtain the hydrogel adhesive film.
Example 2
A preparation method of a soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing dark circles and pouches comprises the following steps:
adding 0.6% of centella asiatica extract, 0.8% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.3% of heparin sodium and 0.5% of caffeine into the balance of water, stirring and dissolving, adding 10% of glycerol, 2% of sodium hyaluronate (with the molecular weight of 5000 daltons) and 8% of sodium hyaluronate (with the molecular weight of 60 ten thousand daltons), continuously stirring to enable the mixture to be uniformly swelled, and centrifuging to remove bubbles to obtain the viscous liquid.
2) Preparation of soluble cosmetic microneedles:
the same as in example 1.
3) Preparation of hydrogel adhesive film:
the same as in example 1.
Example 3
A preparation method of a soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing dark circles and pouches comprises the following steps:
1) preparation of viscous liquid:
adding 0.3% of centella asiatica extract, 0.5% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.1% of heparin sodium and 0.3% of caffeine into the balance of water, stirring and dissolving, adding 10% of glycerol, 2% of sodium hyaluronate (with the molecular weight of 5000 daltons) and 8% of sodium hyaluronate (with the molecular weight of 60 ten thousand daltons), continuously stirring to enable the mixture to be uniformly swelled, and centrifuging to remove bubbles to obtain the viscous liquid.
2) Preparation of soluble cosmetic microneedles:
the same as in example 1.
3) Preparation of hydrogel adhesive film:
the same as in example 1.
Blank example 1
A preparation method of a soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition comprises the following steps:
1) preparation of viscous liquid:
adding 10% glycerol, 2% sodium hyaluronate (molecular weight of 5000 daltons) and 8% sodium hyaluronate (molecular weight of 60 ten thousand daltons) into the balance of water, stirring to make it swell uniformly, centrifuging to remove bubbles, and obtaining the viscous liquid.
2) Preparation of soluble cosmetic microneedles:
the same as in example 1.
3) Preparation of hydrogel adhesive film:
the same as in example 1.
Test example for Effect verification
First, black eye removing efficacy analysis experiment
The soluble cosmetic microneedle patch compositions obtained in examples 1 to 3 and blank example 1 were subjected to a dark eye circle removal effect test.
1. The tester: 40 healthy women (25-35 years old) divided into 4 groups of 10 persons each; each group used the same formulation.
2. Test area: the lower eyelid and the external canthus (left eye blank example 1 sample, right eye example sample).
3. Use of: it is administered once daily for 40min for 6 weeks.
4. Testing an instrument: DelfinSkinColorCatch (finland).
5. The effect indexes are as follows: the change in color brightness (Δ L), ITA degree, and the L value (brightness) and ITA degree (color individual type angle) were measured and mainly used as indices.
Equation (1): Δ L ═ L (after 1 month of test on control or example products) -L (before the start of test) ] - [ L ═ L (after 1 month of test on blank product) -L (before the start of test).
(2): ITA degree (representing the overall change of chromaticity, the larger the ITA degree value is, the lighter the skin color is.)

The test effects are shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from table 2, the soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye pouches obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively lighten the black eye circles and brighten the skin color of the eye, while the soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye pouches obtained in blank example 1 cannot lighten the black eye circles. The black eye and pouch removing composition has the effect of removing black eyes.
Second, synergistic Experimental example
Comparative examples 1 to 14
The formulation of a viscous liquid component of a soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition is shown in tables 3-4 below:

The preparation process is the same as that described in example 1.
The soluble cosmetic microneedle patch compositions obtained in example 1, comparative examples 1 to 14, and blank example 1 were subjected to a pouch removal effect test.
160 human subjects (25-45 years old) were administered to each group of 10 human subjects 1 time per eye day for 40min for 1 month.
Primos was used for facial image acquisition and pouch analysis.
The test effects are shown in table 5 below.

As can be seen from the test data in table 5, the wrinkle-removing effect is ranked as example 1> comparative example 11, 12, 13, 14> comparative example 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10> comparative example 1, 2, 3, 4, and it is demonstrated that the black eye and pouch removing composition has better pouch removing effect than the combination of one, two or three components alone through the synergistic effect between the components.
Third, human body trial evaluation experiment
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the black eye-removing and pouch-dissolving cosmetic microneedle patch composition prepared in examples 1, 2 and 3 and blank example 1 was selected as an experimental sample, and the experimental evaluation was performed on the sample of the volunteer.
80 volunteers 25-45 years old were selected and randomized into 4 groups of 20 individuals each. Samples of soluble cosmetic microneedle patch compositions prepared in examples 1, 2, 3 and blank 1 were used in 4 groups of volunteers, respectively. The using method comprises the following steps: after cleaning face, the face lotion is used once a day, each time is 40min, the face lotion is continuously used for 4 weeks, and sensory evaluation is carried out according to the improvement condition of black eye and pouch. The results obtained for each group are shown in table 6:

As can be seen from table 6, the soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye pouches obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively remove black eye circles and under-eye pouches, and the effect is superior to that of the soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye pouches of the blank example 1.
In conclusion, the composition for removing the black eye circles and the under-eye puffiness is specially designed for weak skin around eyes, so that the microcirculation of the skin around the eyes is promoted, the red blood streak is improved, the penetration of capillary vessels is reduced, and the activity of skin basal layer cells can be enhanced. The composition with the black eye and pouch removing effects is wrapped by the soluble cosmetic microneedle, so that the composition can be better absorbed through skin penetration to play a better nursing effect, is beneficial to more slow release of the effect composition, has small irritation, has excellent effect on skin around eyes and is easy to use.
The microneedle patch prepared by the invention has the effects of relieving eye fatigue, removing dark circles, fading pouches and tightening skin around eyes. The hydrogel patch is matched with the soluble microneedle for use, can release the moisture of the hydrogel patch in the absence of water, has self-adhesion and low sensitization, can cover the soluble cosmetic microneedle on the skin to be difficult to fall off, and ensures that the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging effects of the microneedle are stably exerted.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and other variations and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A cosmetic micro-needle film composition capable of removing dark circles and pouches is characterized in that: comprises a base, a needle body positioned on the base and a hydrogel adhesive film for relieving and fixing the needle body;
the needle body is internally embedded with a composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye bags, and the composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye bags comprises the following components in percentage by total weight of the micro-needles:
0.1-5% of centella asiatica extract, 0.1-5% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.1-2% of heparin sodium and 0.1-3% of caffeine.
2. The dark-eyed, under-eye soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 1, wherein: the black eye and pouch removing composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight based on the total weight of the micro-needle:
0.2-2% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-2% of aesculus hippocastanum extract, 0.1-0.5% of heparin sodium and 0.1-1% of caffeine.
3. The dark-eyed, under-eye soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 1, wherein:
the composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye bags further comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5-15% of glycerin, 1-3% of low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and 6-10% of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate.
4. The dark-eyed, under-eye soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 1, wherein:
the soluble cosmetic microneedle is conical, the main component is hyaluronic acid, the length of the needle head is 150-.
5. The dark-eyed, under-eye soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 1, wherein:
the hydrogel adhesive film has 4 layers, and the components are 15-25; the hydrogel adhesive film consists of non-woven fabric, hydrogel, an active component layer and a protective film from top to bottom;
the non-woven fabric is non-woven fabric and is formed by solidifying high polymer slices, short fibers or filaments;
the hydrogel comprises the following specific components in percentage by weight of the hydrogel adhesive film: 5-15% of glycerol, 1-2% of sodium polyacrylate, 1-3% of aluminum dihydroxyglycinate, 0.5-2% of cellulose gum, 1-5% of tartaric acid, 5-15% of butanediol and 50-80% of water;
according to the total weight of the hydrogel adhesive film, the active component layer comprises the following specific components:
0.1-2% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-3% of polygonum cuspidatum root extract, 0.2-3% of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 0.1-2% of tea leaf extract, 0.2-3% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.3-1% of chamomile flower extract and 0.1-2% of rosemary leaf extract;
the protective film is a white plastic film.
6. The method for preparing a dark-eyed, pouch-removing soluble cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) preparation of viscous liquid:
adding the composition for removing dark circles and pouches into the balance of water, stirring and dissolving, adding 5-15% of glycerol, 1-3% of low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and 6-10% of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, continuing stirring to enable the mixture to be uniformly swelled, and centrifuging to remove bubbles to obtain viscous liquid;
2) preparation of soluble cosmetic microneedles:
injecting the viscous liquid into a microneedle mould, drying and demoulding to obtain a soluble cosmetic microneedle;
3) preparation of hydrogel adhesive film:
uniformly mixing 1-2% of sodium polyacrylate and 1-3% of dihydroxy aluminum glycinate, adding 5-15% of glycerol and 5-15% of butanediol, and fully stirring to obtain a phase A solution;
adding 0.5-2% cellulose gum into water, stirring, adding 1-5% tartaric acid, adding active component layer, stirring to dissolve completely to obtain B phase solution;
and adding the B phase solution into the A phase solution, stirring in vacuum to obtain hydrogel paste, and finally coating the hydrogel paste on a coating machine together with a non-woven fabric and a protective film to obtain the hydrogel adhesive film.
7. The method for preparing the black eye-circle-removing and pouch-dissolving cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 6, wherein: in the step 1), the molecular weight of the low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate is 2000-10000 Dalton; the molecular weight of the high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate is 40-100 ten thousand daltons;
the mass ratio of the high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate to the low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate is 1: 3.5-5.5.
8. The method for preparing the black eye-circle-removing and pouch-dissolving cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 6, wherein: in the step 2), the microneedle mould is arc-shaped, and two ends of the microneedle mould are arc-shaped.
9. The method for preparing the black eye-circle-removing and pouch-dissolving cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 6, wherein: in the step 2), the drying temperature is room temperature, the humidity is 15-25%, and the drying time is 12-24 h.
10. The method for preparing the black eye-circle-removing and pouch-dissolving cosmetic microneedle patch composition according to claim 6, wherein: in the step 3), the stirring speed of the vacuum stirring is 50-120r/min, and the stirring time is 5-15 min.
