Abstract
The invention discloses a composition containing poria cocos extract for removing black eye and resisting wrinkles, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the composition containing the poria cocos extract for removing black eye and resisting wrinkles comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-10% of poria cocos extract, 0.0001-10% of ferulic acid, 0.0001-10% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.0001-10% of heparin sodium and the balance of water. Poria contains components such as polysaccharide, pachymic acid, ergosterol, lecithin, etc., and has effect in improving skin sensitivity. Poria extract has anti-inflammatory effect, so as to lighten pigment type black eye. In addition, the composition has the effects of firming skin and helping to reduce wrinkles, and can relieve skin while removing dark circles and wrinkles. The composition for removing black eye circles and resisting wrinkles is mild and non-irritant, can be used as an active component for removing black eye circles and resisting wrinkles, and is applied to eye cosmetics.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition for removing black eye circles and resisting wrinkles and application thereof in removing black eye circles and resisting wrinkles.
Background
The anti-aging is always the focus of long-term attention in the cosmetic industry, along with the rapid improvement of the economic level of China, the requirements of people on anti-aging products are subdivided, in addition, the environmental pollution is serious day by day, the aging of the population is promoted, and the anti-aging cosmetic consumption market is expanded continuously. The skin aging is influenced by the inside and the outside to cause the human body to have a functional or fast or slow natural process, and the eye skin is thin and fragile, so that the aging and sensitive phenomena are more obvious, and the fine wrinkles of the eyes are easily generated. In addition, pigmentation is caused by inflammation due to the weak ultraviolet resistance and sensitivity of the eye skin, and pigmented black eye circles are easily formed. Capillary vessels around eyes are distributed more, and blood circulation is not easy to form blood vessel type black eye circles.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles, disclosed by the invention, has the effect of improving skin sensitivity, and poria cocos contains components such as polysaccharide, pachymic acid, ergosterol, lecithin and the like. The facial pigmentation caused by sensitivity and inflammation around the eyes is easy to form pigmentary black eye circles. Poria extract has anti-inflammatory effect, so as to lighten pigment type black eye. In addition, the composition has the effects of firming skin and helping to reduce wrinkles, and can relieve skin while removing dark circles and wrinkles. Ferulic acid has strong antioxidation and anti-saccharification effects, and acetylated sodium hyaluronate has high water retention effect and strong affinity to skin, so that the composition can remove black eye and wrinkle and can also retain moisture. The heparin sodium can increase the vascular permeability of the skin and improve the local vascular circulation, thereby lightening the vascular black eye. The composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles is mild and non-irritant, can be used as an active component for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles, and is applied to eye cosmetics.
Specifically, the composition containing the poria extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-10% of poria cocos extract, 0.0001-10% of ferulic acid, 0.0001-10% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.0001-10% of heparin sodium and the balance of water.
In another preferred embodiment, the invention provides a composition containing poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-10% of poria cocos extract, 0.01-5% of ferulic acid, 0.01-5% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.01-5% of heparin sodium and the balance of water.
In another preferred embodiment, the invention provides a composition containing poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-10% of poria cocos extract, 0.5-10% of ferulic acid, 0.5-5% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-10% of heparin sodium and the balance of water.
In another preferred embodiment, the invention provides a composition containing poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of poria cocos extract, 1-10% of ferulic acid, 1-10% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 1-10% of heparin sodium and the balance of water.
Preferably, the purity of the tuckahoe extract is 80-99.99%.
Preferably, the ferulic acid is one of the derivatives of cinnamic acid, a phenolic acid ubiquitous in plants.
Preferably, the sodium acetylated hyaluronate is a specialty hyaluronic acid derivative.
Preferably, the heparin is a mucopolysaccharide substance.
Preferably, the poria cocos extract has an anti-inflammatory and anti-wrinkle effect, and also has an anti-wrinkle effect, and an effect of improving dark eye circles formed by pigmentation due to inflammation.
Preferably, the ferulic acid has the effects of resisting oxidation and saccharification.
Preferably, the acetylated sodium hyaluronate has high water retention effect.
Preferably, the heparin has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing dark eye circles.

Preferably, the eye cosmetic for removing black eye circles, removing wrinkles and resisting aging contains 1-15% of the composition for removing black eye circles and resisting wrinkles.
Preferably, the eye cosmetic for removing black eye and resisting wrinkles comprises 10% of the composition for removing black eye and resisting wrinkles.
Preferably, the eye cosmetic for removing black eyes and wrinkles is eye essence for removing black eyes and wrinkles, eye cream for removing black eyes and wrinkles, and eye patch for removing black eyes and wrinkles.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition containing the poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding Poria extract into butanediol, heating to above 85 deg.C, and stirring until Poria extract is completely dissolved; after cooling, adding water, ferulic acid, sodium acetylhyaluronate and heparin sodium, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition containing the poria extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles.
The invention also provides application of the composition containing the poria cocos extract for removing black eyes and resisting wrinkles in preparation of cosmetics containing the poria cocos extract for removing black eyes and resisting wrinkles.
Preferably, the poria cocos extract has an anti-inflammatory and anti-wrinkle effect, and also has an anti-wrinkle effect, and an effect of improving dark eye circles formed by pigmentation due to inflammation.
Preferably, the ferulic acid has an anti-glycation effect.
Preferably, the acetylated sodium hyaluronate has high water retention effect.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
Poria contains components such as polysaccharide, pachymic acid, ergosterol, lecithin, etc., and has effect in improving skin sensitivity. The facial pigmentation caused by sensitivity and inflammation around the eyes is easy to form pigmentary black eye circles. Poria extract has anti-inflammatory effect, so as to lighten pigment type black eye. In addition, it also has effects of tightening skin and reducing wrinkle.
Ferulic acid has strong antioxidant effect, can promote the growth of polysaccharide adhesive between cells, has the effect of compacting skin, and is suitable for aging skin. In addition, ferulic acid has the effect of resisting saccharification, and finally inhibits the generation of a glycosylation end product by inhibiting non-enzymatic glycosylation reaction.
Sodium hyaluronate is a distinctive hyaluronic acid-derivative, has a high degree of softness of the stratum corneum, has a strong affinity for the skin, and is firmly retained on the surface of the skin, prevents water from evaporating from the skin, provides a high water retention capacity, and thereby reduces the generation of wrinkles.
The heparin sodium is a mucopolysaccharide substance, can increase the vascular permeability of the skin, improve the local vascular circulation, and has good effect of fading black eye circles and under-eye puffiness. And the heparin can inhibit the loss of mucopolysaccharide of the skin, promote metabolism and inhibit the pigmentation caused by the reduction of the metabolic function.
Example 1
At normal temperature, adding 1% of poria extract dissolved by butanediol, 1% of ferulic acid, 1% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate and 1% of heparin into water, and stirring and dissolving uniformly to obtain the composition for removing black eyes and wrinkle and with the skin-wrinkle-removing effect.
Example 2
Adding 1% of poria extract dissolved by butanediol, 2% of ferulic acid, 2% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate and 2% of heparin into water at normal temperature, and uniformly stirring and dissolving to obtain the composition for removing black eyes and wrinkle and with the skin-wrinkle removing effect.
Example 3
Adding 2% of poria cocos extract dissolved by butanediol, 2% of ferulic acid, 2% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate and 2% of heparin into water at normal temperature, and uniformly stirring and dissolving to obtain the composition for removing black eyes and wrinkle and with the skin-wrinkle removing effect.
Example 4
Adding 3% of poria extract, namely poria extract dissolved by butanediol, 3% of ferulic acid, 3% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate and 1% of heparin into water at normal temperature, and uniformly stirring and dissolving to obtain the composition for removing black eyes and wrinkle and with the skin-wrinkle removing effect.
Example 5 preparation and application of eye essence for removing dark circles and reducing wrinkles
1. Raw materials
Phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.3%, butanediol 3%, disodium EDTA 0.01%;
phase B: 0.3 percent of arginine;
and C phase: the composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles in the embodiment of the invention is 2%;
phase D: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin;
2. preparation process of black eye removing and wrinkle resisting eye essence
(1) Adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring for 5 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and defoaming;
(3) cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding C, D phase, stirring, inspecting, and filtering with 150 mesh filter cloth. The black eye removing and wrinkle resisting essence is obtained.
Example 6 preparation and application of eye essence for removing dark circles and reducing wrinkles
1. Raw materials
Phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.3%, butanediol 3%, disodium EDTA 0.01%;
phase B: 0.3 percent of arginine;
and C phase: the composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles in the embodiment of the invention is 2%;
phase D: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexylglycerin
2. Preparation process of black eye removing and wrinkle resisting eye essence
1) Adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring for 5 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and defoaming;
(3) cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding C, D phase, stirring, inspecting, and filtering with 150 mesh filter cloth. The black eye removing and wrinkle reducing eye essence is obtained.
Example 7 preparation and application of eye cream for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles
1. Raw materials
Phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.3%, butanediol 2%, glycerol 6%;
phase B: glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate 1.5%, cetearyl glucoside/cetearyl alcohol 1%, hydrogenated polydecene 2%, isononyl isononanoate 3%, polydimethylsiloxane 1%;
and C phase: 0.3 percent of arginine;
phase D: the composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles in the embodiment of the invention is 2%;
phase E: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin;
2. preparation process of eye cream for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles
(1) Adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and stirring until the phase B is completely dissolved;
(3) when the A, B two phases reach the designated temperature, pumping the B phase into the A phase, stirring for 5 minutes, and homogenizing for 3 minutes;
(4) adding the phase C into an emulsifying pot, stirring for 5 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and defoaming;
(5) cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding D, E phase, stirring, inspecting, and filtering with 150 mesh filter cloth. The eye cream for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles is obtained.
Example 8 preparation and application of eye cream for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles
1. Raw materials
Phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.3%, butanediol 2%, glycerol 6%;
phase B: glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate 1.5%, cetearyl glucoside/cetearyl alcohol 1%, hydrogenated polydecene 2%, isononyl isononanoate 3%, polydimethylsiloxane 1%;
and C phase: 0.3 percent of arginine;
phase D: the composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles in the embodiment of the invention is 4%;
phase E: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin;
2. preparation process of eye cream for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles
(1) Adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and stirring until the phase B is completely dissolved;

Example 9 preparation and application of eye patch for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles
1. Raw materials
Phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.15%, glycerin 3%, disodium EDTA 0.01%, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer 0.10%;
phase B: 0.25 percent of arginine;
and C phase: the composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles in the embodiment of the invention is 4%;
phase D: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin;
2. preparation process of black eye removing and wrinkle resisting eye patch
(1) Adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring for 5 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and defoaming;
(4) cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding C, D phase, stirring, inspecting, and filtering with 200 mesh filter cloth. The eye patch for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles is obtained.
Example 10 preparation and application of eye patch for removing dark circles and preventing wrinkles
1. Raw materials
Phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.15%, glycerin 3%, disodium EDTA 0.01%, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer 0.10%;
phase B: 0.25 percent of triethanolamine;
and C phase: the composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles in the embodiment of the invention is 2%;
phase D: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin;
2. preparation process of black eye removing and wrinkle resisting eye patch
(1) Adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring for 5 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and defoaming;
(4) cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding C, D phase, stirring, inspecting, and filtering with 200 mesh filter cloth. The eye patch for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles is obtained.
In order to better illustrate the advantages of the invention, aiming at the eye product of tuckahoe extract for removing dark circles and wrinkles, the safety and efficacy of the composition obtained by the invention are tested and analyzed by adopting a special cosmetic efficacy evaluation method, and the detection results are as follows:
1. evaluation of anti-wrinkle Effect of sodium acetylhyaluronate
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
firstly, randomly extracting 20 testers, cleaning the face before testing, resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, testing the periocular region by using a skin tester VISIA machine, and recording the condition.
② the eye essence for removing dark circles, wrinkles and aging of the eye part of the embodiment 5 is smeared, the eye part is massaged until the essence is completely absorbed, after one month of use, the eye part is tested by a VISIA machine of a skin tester, and the condition is recorded.
The results are shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the fine lines of the eyes after one month trial of the eye cream of example 5 are clearly lighter than before use. Proves that the acetylated sodium hyaluronate has the effect of resisting wrinkles.
3. The experimental method for evaluating the anti-saccharification effect of the ferulic acid comprises the following steps:
(1) the sugar and protein may undergo a glycation reaction which may yellow the protein. Setting experimental group samples, stirring uniformly by using 30g of egg white and 20g of deionized water, adding 0.2% of ferulic acid, stirring again, finally adding 0.5g of sugar, and stirring uniformly. A blank set of samples was set and stirred well with 30g egg white and 20g deionized water. A control sample is set, 30g of egg white and 20g of deionized water are uniformly stirred, 0.5g of sugar is added, and then the mixture is uniformly stirred. And (3) putting the prepared three groups of samples into a water bath kettle, setting the temperature to be 90 ℃, and heating for two hours.
The results are shown in fig. 3, the comparison between the anti-sugar effect of the experimental group added with ferulic acid and the control group is obvious, and the ferulic acid is proved to have the anti-saccharification effect and can slow down the saccharification process of the skin.
4. Evaluation of anti-inflammatory Effect of Poria extract
(1) Histamine is irritating and when applied to the skin, it can cause redness in addition to itching. The same size area of the arm of the subject is painted with 3% histamine solution, the prepared sample solution is respectively painted on the corresponding area, and the skin of the subject is observed after 15min and 30 min.
As shown in FIG. 4, the comparison of the areas of the control group and the blank group to which the subjects applied proves that the Poria cocos wolf extract has a very good anti-inflammatory effect, is superior to the blue copper peptide solution in effect, and can alleviate the damage to the eye skin due to external stimulation.
5. Evaluation of black eye removing effect of heparin sodium
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
firstly, randomly extracting 20 testers, cleaning the face before testing, resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, testing the periocular region by using a skin tester VISIA machine, and recording the condition.
② smearing the eye cream for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles of the embodiment 8, massaging until the eye cream is completely absorbed, using the eye cream for one month, testing the area around the eyes by a skin tester VISIA machine, and recording the condition.
The results are shown in fig. 5 and 6, and the dark circles after one month trial of the eye cream of example 8 are clearly lighter than before use. The heparin sodium is proved to have the effect of removing dark eye circles.

A composition containing poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-10% of poria cocos extract, 0.0001-10% of ferulic acid, 0.0001-10% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.0001-10% of heparin sodium and the balance of water.

A composition containing poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-10% of poria cocos extract, 0.0001-10% of ferulic acid, 0.0001-10% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.0001-10% of heparin sodium and the balance of water.
3. The composition containing the poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the purity of the poria cocos extract is 80-99.99%.
4. The composition containing Poria cocos extract for removing dark circles and removing wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ferulic acid is one of cinnamic acid derivatives.
5. The composition for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the acetylated sodium hyaluronate is a characteristic hyaluronic acid derivative.
6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the heparin sodium is a mucopolysaccharide.
7. An eye cosmetic containing a poria cocos extract for removing black eyes and resisting wrinkles, which is characterized by comprising the poria cocos extract-containing eye cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The poria cocos extract-containing eye cosmetic for removing and preventing wrinkles in dark circles according to claim 7, wherein the eye cosmetic for removing and preventing wrinkles in dark circles comprises 0.0001-10% of the composition for removing and preventing wrinkles in dark circles.
9. The method for preparing the composition containing the tuckahoe extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials according to the proportion of the components;
(2) adding Poria extract into butanediol, heating to 85 deg.C, and cooling after completely dissolving; after cooling, adding water, ferulic acid, sodium acetylhyaluronate and heparin sodium, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition containing the poria extract for removing dark circles and resisting wrinkles.
10. Use of the poria cocos extract-containing composition for removing dark circles and wrinkles as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 in preparation of a cosmetic for removing dark circles and wrinkles for eyes.
