Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly discloses a skin care product containing peony extract and a preparation method thereof, wherein the skin care product containing peony extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5 to 5 parts of peony composite extract, 1 to 3 parts of bergamot bark extract, 0.1 to 3 parts of seaweed salt, 0.3 to 2 parts of hydrolyzed oat protein, 3 to 15 parts of humectant, 0.1 to 2 parts of active derivative, 0.5 to 8 parts of natural lubricant, 0.3 to 3 parts of wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 1.5 to 2 parts of glutathione, 0.5 to 2 parts of ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide and the balance of deionized water. According to the invention, the ganoderan is used for forming a compound on a cell membrane, so that the cell membrane circulation and permeability are changed, the absorption of active ingredients of the peony extract is promoted, the compound synergy of the ampelopsis grossedentata rhizome, the lacquer tree trunk fruit and the peony extract is added to enhance the sensitivity resistance, and the hydrolytic oat protein and the seaweed salt are used for synergistically enhancing the oxidation resistance and the moisture retention performance of the peony extract.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a skin care product containing peony extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing demand of people for skin care, more and more brands are paying attention to active ingredients in natural plants, and a series of skin care products taking natural plant extracts as main ingredients are developed. Among them, the skin care product containing peony extract is popular with consumers.
Peony, aliased peony, is a very beautiful flower, has bright color and sharp fragrance, and is deeply favored by people. Meanwhile, peony is a special woody and famous flower in China, and the flower is luxuriant and colorful and is honored as a 'king in flowers'. Since ancient times, roots and flowers of peony are used as medicinal materials for treating various diseases in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and are recorded in ancient books of China. With the continuous development of modern technology, people find that the peony flower tea contains rich polysaccharides, flavonoids and other active ingredients through deep research on nutritional ingredients in peony, and has high medicinal value and potential health care effect.
Based on the excellent characteristics of peony extracts, more and more skin care product brands begin to take the peony extracts as main components, and a series of skin care products containing the peony extracts are provided. However, such products have problems, mainly including a balance between functionality and naturalness. On the one hand, to increase the efficacy of the product, artificial agents are added in large amounts, which may have an adverse effect on the skin sensitivity of the consumer. On the other hand, many skin care products contain less major functional ingredients, which makes it difficult to meet consumer needs.
Therefore, developing a natural and safe skin care product which can improve the skin state of consumers and has antiallergic property is a key problem to be solved urgently. This requires that we reduce the use of artificial agents as much as possible while guaranteeing the efficacy of the product and enhance the utilization of natural ingredients.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a skin care product containing peony extract and a preparation method thereof, and aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and improve the antioxidant and antiallergic functions of the existing skin product.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a skin care product containing peony extract comprises, by weight, 1.5-5 parts of peony composite extract, 1-3 parts of bergamot bark extract, 0.1-3 parts of seaweed salt, 0.3-2 parts of hydrolyzed oat protein, 3-15 parts of humectant, 0.1-2 parts of active derivative, 0.5-8 parts of natural lubricant, 0.3-3 parts of wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 1.5-2 parts of glutathione, 0.5-2 parts of ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the peony compound extract comprises a mixed extract composed of peony petals, pistil, ampelopsis rhizome and lacquer tree fruit dry fruit extracts, wherein the weight ratio of the peony petals, the pistil, the ampelopsis rhizome to the lacquer tree fruit dry fruit extracts is as follows: (3-5): 2-8): 1-3): 1, prepared by the following method:
a1: cleaning peony petals, stamens, ampelopsis rhizome and lacquer tree dried fruits, drying, grinding, sieving with a 40-mesh sieve, adding into a subcritical extractor, adding 50wt% ethanol solution, soaking for 24 hours, adding subcritical fluid carbon dioxide at a flow rate of 0.1-0.5L/min, adding a proper amount of acetone, controlling the pressure to 5-8 MPa, the temperature to 30-50 ℃ and the time to 40-80 min to obtain an extract, adding the extract into a separator, and recovering carbon dioxide and ethanol solution in the extract at the temperature of 25 ℃ and the pressure to 8-15 MPa for 10-60 min to obtain the peony compound extract.
Wherein, the dosage ratio of the 50wt% ethanol solution to the extraction substrate (peony petals, pistil, ampelopsis rhizome and lacquer tree dried fruits) is as follows: (15-20) mL, 1g.
Wherein the acetone accounts for 1-5% of the weight of the extraction substrate.
Preferably, the bergamot skin extract is prepared by the following steps:
b1: grinding bergamot skin into powder by using a grinder, adding the powder into 70wt% ethanol solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding a chelating agent, leaching for 12h to obtain leaching liquor, passing the leaching liquor through a 60-mesh filter screen to obtain extracting liquor, vacuum concentrating at 30-60 ℃ for 6h to remove the ethanol solution in the extracting liquor, and vacuum drying at 30-40 ℃ for 8h to remove the chelating agent to obtain the bergamot skin extract.
Wherein, the dosage ratio of the bergamot skin to the 70wt% ethanol solution is as follows: 1g (10-20) mL.
Wherein the chelating agent is one of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, citric acid and sodium dihydrogen phosphate.
Wherein the chelating agent accounts for 5-10% of the weight of the extract substrate.
Preferably, the seaweed salt is a mixture of sodium alginate and potassium alginate, and the mass ratio of the seaweed salt to the potassium alginate is (2-3): 1.
Preferably, the humectant is one of allantoin, hyaluronic acid and panthenol.
Preferably, the active derivative is one of ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbyl stearate and ascorbyl phosphate.
Preferably, the natural lubricant is one of coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, beeswax and jojoba oil.
Preferably, the invention also provides a preparation method of the skin care product containing the peony extract, which comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing a proper amount of seaweed salt, humectant and natural lubricant, adding the seaweed salt, humectant and natural lubricant into a drying reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be 50-65 ℃ at the speed of 100-300 r/min, stirring and dissolving uniformly, slowly adding deionized water, controlling the same temperature and speed, continuously stirring and mixing uniformly, adding stearyl alcohol polyether-6 and hydroxyethyl acrylate, controlling the speed to be 2500-3500 r/min, and shearing and emulsifying at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 15-20 min to obtain an emulsified mixed solution A;
s2: weighing a proper amount of glutathione, wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder and ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide, adding the mixture into the emulsified mixed solution A, adding a proper amount of citric acid, controlling the pH to be 5.5-6.9, controlling the temperature to be 40 ℃, controlling the speed to be 50-200 r/min, and controlling the time to be 35-120 min, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
s3: weighing a proper amount of peony compound extract and bergamot bark extract, adding the peony compound extract and the bergamot bark extract into the mixed solution B at the speed of 100-200 r/min, the temperature of 25-40 ℃ and the time of 15-100 min, stirring and mixing uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the skin care product containing the peony extract.
Wherein the usage amount ratio of the stearyl alcohol polyether-6 to the hydroxyethyl acrylate is 0.1-5% of deionized water, and the usage ratio of the stearyl alcohol polyether-6 to the hydroxyethyl acrylate is 1:1.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the peony extract and the wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder are added into the skin care product for the first time, wherein ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide and ganoderma lucidum triterpene in the wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder can cooperate with flavonoid substances, amino acids and other components in the peony extract, so that the effects of antioxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and the like are enhanced. Wherein ganoderan forms a complex on cell membrane, changes cell membrane fluidity and permeability, and affects intracellular and extracellular substance transfer and metabolism process, thereby promoting absorption of active ingredients in flos moutan extract;
according to the invention, the ampelopsis rhizome and the dry fruit extract of the lacquer tree are added into the skin care product for the first time, and the peony compound extract is prepared with the peony extract according to a certain proportion, wherein the ethanol extract of the dry fruit of the lacquer tree contains a large amount of active metabolites including hydrolyzed tannin, condensed tannin, gallic acid derivatives, anthocyanin, various organic acids and the like, and has strong antioxidation capability. The ethanol extract of the dry fruit of the lacquer tree has an inhibition effect on the secretion of IL-8 (interleukin) pro-inflammatory cells, beta-sitosterol and resveratrol in the ethanol extract of the rhizome of the ampelopsis grossedentata and gallic acid derivatives in the ethanol extract of the dry fruit of the lacquer tree synergistically inhibit the activation of mast cells, in addition, the ethanol extract of the rhizome of the ampelopsis grossedentata, active substances including moutan glycoside and paeonol contained in the ethanol extract of the petals and pistil of the tree are synergistically synergistic, the NF- κB and STAT1 reaction mechanism are inhibited, the release of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines is further inhibited, and the inflammatory reaction is reduced;

In addition, chlorogenic acid in the bergamot bark extract has a similar chemical structure with tree peony petals and tree peony bark ketone contained in the tree peony bark extract, and the chlorogenic acid and the tree peony bark ketone both contain hydroxyl and carboxyl, and form hydrogen bonds through interaction, so that the dissolution and dispersion of the two compounds in a solution are promoted, and the bioavailability is further improved;
the added hydrolyzed oat protein and seaweed salt have strong synergistic effect, thus having strong moisturizing, oxidation resistance and anti-inflammatory property, being capable of uniformly dispersing components in cosmetics and promoting the absorption of active component substances in the peony extract. In addition, hydrolyzed oat protein contains rich amino acids, and alginate can be matched with the amino acids to keep moisture and keep skin moisture. In addition, the hydrolyzed oat protein has the function of repairing skin barrier, and the seaweed salt has the functions of promoting skin cell growth and repairing, and the hydrolyzed oat protein and the seaweed salt are synergistic, so that the problems of skin dryness and sensitivity can be effectively improved.

The present invention will be further described in detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Example 1: a skin care product containing peony extract comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5 parts of peony composite extract, 1 part of bergamot bark extract, 0.1 part of seaweed salt, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed oat protein, 3 parts of humectant, 0.1 part of active derivative, 0.5 part of natural lubricant, 0.3 part of wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 1.5 parts of glutathione, 0.5 part of ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide and the balance of deionized water.
A preparation method of a skin care product containing peony extract comprises the following steps:
1. preparation of peony compound extract:
a1: cleaning 30g of peony petals, 20g of pistils, 10g of ampelopsis grossedentata rhizome and 10g of dried lacquer tree fruits, drying, grinding, sieving with a 40-mesh sieve, adding into a subcritical extractor, adding 1050mL of 50wt% ethanol solution, soaking for 24 hours, adding subcritical fluid carbon dioxide at a flow rate of 0.1L/min, adding 0.7g of acetone, controlling the pressure to be 5MPa, controlling the temperature to be 30 ℃ for 40 minutes, obtaining an extract, adding the extract into a separator, controlling the temperature to be 25 ℃, controlling the pressure to be 8MPa, and recovering the carbon dioxide and the ethanol solution in the extract for 10 minutes, thereby obtaining the peony compound extract.
2. Bergamot skin extract preparation:
b1: grinding 10g of bergamot skin into powder by using a grinder, adding into 100mL of 70wt% ethanol solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding 0.5g of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, leaching for 12h to obtain leaching liquor, passing the leaching liquor through a 60-mesh filter screen to obtain extracting liquor, vacuum concentrating at 30 ℃ for 6h to remove the ethanol solution in the extracting liquor, and vacuum drying at 30 ℃ for 8h to remove chelating agent to obtain the bergamot skin extract.
3. Preparation of skin care products:

A preparation method of a skin care product containing peony extract comprises the following steps:
1. preparation of peony compound extract:
a1: cutting 40g of peony petals, 50g of pistils, 15g of ampelopsis grossedentata rhizome and 10g of lacquer tree dried fruits into proper sizes, adding into a subcritical extractor, adding 1840mL of 50wt% ethanol solution, soaking for 24 hours, adding subcritical fluid carbon dioxide at a flow rate of 0.2L/min, adding 2.3g of acetone, controlling the pressure to be 6MPa, controlling the temperature to be 40 ℃ for 60 minutes, obtaining an extract, adding the extract into a separator, and recovering the carbon dioxide and ethanol solution in the extract under the conditions of controlling the temperature to be 25 ℃ and the pressure to be 10MPa for 30 minutes, thereby obtaining the peony compound extract.
2. Bergamot skin extract preparation:
b1: grinding 10g of bergamot skin into powder by using a grinder, adding the powder into 120mL of 70wt% ethanol solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding 0.6g of citric acid, leaching for 12h to obtain leaching liquor, passing the leaching liquor through a 60-mesh filter screen to obtain extracting liquor, vacuum concentrating at 40 ℃ for 6h to remove the ethanol solution in the extracting liquor, and vacuum drying at 35 ℃ for 8h to remove chelating agent to obtain the bergamot skin extract.

a1: cleaning 35g of peony petals, 65g of pistils, 20g of ampelopsis grossedentata rhizome and 10g of dried lacquer tree fruits, drying, grinding, sieving with a 40-mesh sieve, adding into a subcritical extractor, adding 2210mL of 50wt% ethanol solution, soaking for 24 hours, adding subcritical fluid carbon dioxide at a flow rate of 0.3L/min, adding 3.9g of acetone, controlling the pressure to 6MPa, controlling the temperature to 40 ℃ for 65 minutes, obtaining an extract, adding the extract into a separator, controlling the temperature to 25 ℃, controlling the pressure to 12MPa, and recovering carbon dioxide and ethanol solution in the extract for 45 minutes, thereby obtaining the peony compound extract.

b1: grinding 10g of bergamot skin into powder by using a grinder, adding the powder into 180mL of 70wt% ethanol solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding 0.8g of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, leaching for 12h to obtain leaching liquor, passing the leaching liquor through a 60-mesh filter screen to obtain extracting liquor, vacuum concentrating at 55 ℃ for 6h to remove the ethanol solution in the extracting liquor, and vacuum drying at 35 ℃ for 8h to remove chelating agent to obtain the bergamot skin extract.
3. Preparation of skin care products:
s1: weighing a proper amount of seaweed salt, humectant and natural lubricant, adding into a drying reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be 60 ℃, the speed to be 240r/min, stirring and dissolving uniformly, slowly adding deionized water, continuously stirring and mixing uniformly at the same temperature and speed, adding stearyl alcohol polyether-6 and hydroxyethyl acrylate with the dosage of 3.5% of the deionized water, controlling the speed to be 3200r/min, and shearing and emulsifying at the temperature to be 70 ℃ for 20min to obtain an emulsified mixed solution A;
s2: weighing a proper amount of glutathione, wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder and ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide, adding the mixture into the emulsified mixed solution A, adding a proper amount of citric acid, controlling the pH to be 6.5, controlling the temperature to be 40 ℃, controlling the speed to be 180r/min, and controlling the time to be 80min, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;

A preparation method of a skin care product containing peony extract comprises the following steps:
1. preparation of peony compound extract:
a1: cleaning 50g of peony petals, 80g of pistils, 30g of ampelopsis grossedentata rhizome and 10g of dried lacquer tree fruits, drying, grinding, sieving with a 40-mesh sieve, adding into a subcritical extractor, adding 3400mL of 50wt% ethanol solution, soaking for 24h, adding subcritical fluid carbon dioxide at a flow rate of 0.5L/min, adding 8.5g of acetone, controlling the pressure to 8MPa, controlling the temperature to 50 ℃ for 80min, obtaining an extract, adding the extract into a separator, controlling the temperature to 25 ℃ and the pressure to 15MPa, and recovering carbon dioxide and ethanol solution in the extract for 60min, thereby obtaining the peony compound extract.
2. Bergamot skin extract preparation:
b1: grinding 10g of bergamot skin into powder by using a grinder, adding into 200mL of 70wt% ethanol solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding 1g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, leaching for 12h to obtain leaching liquor, passing the leaching liquor through a 60-mesh filter screen to obtain extracting liquor, vacuum concentrating at 60 ℃ for 6h to remove the ethanol solution in the extracting liquor, and vacuum drying at 40 ℃ for 8h to remove chelating agent to obtain the bergamot skin extract.
3. Preparation of skin care products:
s1: weighing a proper amount of seaweed salt, humectant and natural lubricant, adding into a drying reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to 65 ℃, the speed to 300r/min, stirring and dissolving uniformly, slowly adding deionized water, controlling the same temperature and speed, continuously stirring and mixing uniformly, adding stearyl alcohol polyether-6 and hydroxyethyl acrylate with the deionized water dosage of 5%, controlling the speed to 3500r/min, and shearing and emulsifying at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 20min to obtain an emulsified mixed solution A;
s2: weighing a proper amount of glutathione, wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder and ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide, adding the mixture into the emulsified mixed solution A, adding a proper amount of citric acid, controlling the pH to be 6.9, controlling the temperature to be 40 ℃, controlling the speed to be 200r/min, and controlling the time to be 120min, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
s3: weighing appropriate amount of peony compound extract and bergamot bark extract, adding into the mixed solution B at the speed of 200r/min and the temperature of 40 ℃ for 100min, stirring and mixing uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the skin care product containing the peony extract.
Comparative example 1: the same as in example 2, except that the rhizome of Ampelopsis grossedentata and the dried fruit of Anacardiaceae were not added.
Comparative example 2: the same as in example 3, except that bergamot bark extract was not added.
Comparative example 3: the same as in example 4, except that hydrolyzed oat protein and seaweed salt were not added.
DPPH radical scavenging test:
taking 2mL of an LDPPH solution and 2mL of a sample liquid to be detected (skin care products prepared in examples and comparative examples), uniformly mixing, placing for 30min in a dark place, taking the absolute ethyl alcohol solution as a reference, measuring the absorbance value at 517nm, simultaneously setting 2mL of the absolute ethyl alcohol solution and 2mL of a sample liquid group to be detected, and eliminating the background influence, and calculating the clearance of DPPH free radicals according to the following formula, wherein the DPPH solution is centrifugally separated at 6000r/min, and the concentration is 10 by using ultrapure water -4 mol/L:
DPPH radical clearance% = [1- (test solution absorbance-background absorbance)/(control solution absorbance-background absorbance) ]×100%.
The test results are shown in FIG. 1.
2. Testing the water loss of the horny layer of the facial skin:
selecting 45 volunteers with healthy bodies and no skin care product allergy history, randomly dividing the volunteers into test groups 1-6 and comparison groups 1-3 with ages of 20-55 years, testing the water loss of the horny layer of each subject by using a TEWL (Trans-EpidelnWaterLoss) instrument one day before and one day after starting using the product, then testing once every three days, respectively recording the average value of the water loss of the horny layer of each group of subjects when the test is performed for the first time, namely starting using the product on the fourth day, cleaning the face every morning and evening every day, using the products of examples 1-6 and comparison examples 1-3, taking a proper amount of the skin care product, tapping to complete absorption, testing the water loss of the horny layer of each subject by using the TEWL (Trans-EpidelnWaterLoss) instrument one day before and one day after starting using the product, and then respectively recording the average value of the water loss of the horny layer of each group of subjects when the test is performed every three days, and testing the water loss of the horny layer of each subject when the test is performed every three days, wherein the average value of the horny layer of each subject is tested once every three days, and the water loss of each subject is tested at the first time, and the water loss of the test is tested when the water loss of the test is 30% of the horny layer, and the test temperature of each subject is kept at a humidity of 40% -25% when the skin temperature is in a state, and the humidity is kept at a state, and the humidity is in a state, and the humidity is tested at a state, and a state is at a state when the temperature is at a temperature and a temperature is at a temperature and is at a temperature.

3. Facial skin inflammatory epidermal cell staining:
24 volunteers with skin having certain inflammation are selected, the volunteers are aged between 20 and 55 years and are randomly divided into test groups 2 to 4 and comparison groups 1 to 3, men and women are not limited, each group of 4 people, the first test of six groups of volunteers is that skin care products are not used, only the skin care products are used for measurement, the skin is washed by clean water in the morning and evening, the skin care products described in examples 2 to 4 and comparison examples 1 to 3 are used after the skin is washed in the morning and evening every day from the next day, and the using method is that a proper amount of skin care products are smeared on the face and are tapped until the skin is completely absorbed. Skin epidermal cells were then sampled on the first, seventh and fourteenth days after the product application of the subject, stained with hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE), and the epidermal cell changes were observed and recorded under a microscope.
The test results are shown in FIG. 3.
From the results of the test chart 1, it can be seen that the skin care product containing the peony extract prepared by the invention has higher efficiency of scavenging DPPH free radicals in examples 1-6, different skin care products prepared by compatibility use have different efficiency of scavenging DPPH free radicals, and have stronger antioxidant capacity, compared with the comparative example 1, the synergistic antioxidant performance of the extract of the lacquer tree fruit and the extract of the peony is obviously improved in comparison with the independent addition of the extract of the peony, the synergistic effect of the extract of the bergamot peel, the hydrolyzed oat protein and the seaweed salt is obviously improved in the antioxidant performance of the skin care product, meanwhile, the moisture retention performance of the skin care product prepared by the invention has stronger anti-inflammatory performance on the skin of the test group, the inflammatory cells caused by inflammation after the product is used are obviously reduced, the synergistic effect of the extract of the peony extract and the extract of the snake grape rootstock and the seaweed salt is obviously improved in the synergistic effect on the inflammatory cells of the skin of the test group, and the result of the figure 3 shows that the skin care product prepared by the compatibility of the extract of the invention has stronger anti-inflammatory performance. As can be seen from the results of FIG. 4, the peony complex extracted from the product has an obvious sharp main peak, has no interference of other miscellaneous peaks, and has relatively high purity.

The skin care product containing the peony extract is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5 to 5 parts of peony composite extract, 1 to 3 parts of bergamot bark extract, 0.1 to 3 parts of seaweed salt, 0.3 to 2 parts of hydrolyzed oat protein, 3 to 15 parts of humectant, 0.1 to 2 parts of active derivative, 0.5 to 8 parts of natural lubricant, 0.3 to 3 parts of wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 1.5 to 2 parts of glutathione, 0.5 to 2 parts of ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide, stearyl polyether-6, hydroxyethyl acrylate, citric acid and the balance of deionized water;
the usage amount of the stearyl alcohol polyether-6 and the hydroxyethyl acrylate is 0.1-5% of deionized water;
