Example 2
Nitrogen monoxide (NO) inhibition assay
NO has a wide and important biological regulation function and plays an important role in inflammation, tumor, cardiovascular system and the like. When immune cells are stimulated by microbial endotoxins, inflammatory mediators, etc., a large amount of Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase (iNOS) is produced to generate NO for an immune response, and inhibition of NO production can be used as a direct indicator of the anti-inflammatory activity of a compound.
Number of different plant extract compositions:
sample No. 1: 0.5 part of industrial hemp leaf extract, 0.5 part of centella asiatica extract, 0.5 part of hamamelis virginiana leaf extract, 0.5 part of dandelion extract, 0.5 part of oat kernel extract, 0.5 part of hop extract and 0.5 part of hypericum perforatum extract.
Sample No. 2: 1 part of industrial hemp leaf extract, 1 part of centella asiatica extract, 1 part of hamamelis virginiana leaf extract, 1 part of dandelion extract, 1 part of oat kernel extract, 1 part of hops extract and 1 part of hypericum perforatum extract.
Sample No. 3: 2 parts of industrial hemp leaf extract, 2 parts of centella asiatica extract, 2 parts of hamamelis virginiana leaf extract, 2 parts of dandelion extract, 2 parts of oat kernel extract, 2 parts of hops extract and 2 parts of hypericum perforatum extract.
Sample No. 4: 3 parts of industrial hemp leaf extract, 3 parts of centella asiatica extract, 3 parts of hamamelis virginiana leaf extract, 3 parts of dandelion extract, 3 parts of oat kernel extract, 3 parts of hops extract and 3 parts of hypericum perforatum extract.
TABLE 2 inhibition of NO production by different plant extract compositions
Sample (I) Concentration of NO production inhibition (%)
MG132 control 0.25μM 61.15±2.13
Sample No. 1 50μg/mL 32.07±1.08
Sample No. 2 50μg/mL 42.26±1.38
Sample No. 3 50μg/mL 43.03±2.11
Sample No. 4 50μg/mL 42.11±1.38
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, when the amount is small, for example, 0.5 part, the effect of the inhibition rate is weak; with the increase of the addition amount, the NO production inhibition rates of the No. 2 sample and the No. 3 sample are improved to different degrees, but when the addition amount is more, namely the content of the No. 4 sample, the NO production inhibition rate is not improved any more, so that the more scientific addition amount is 1-2 parts.

Example 6
Comparative skin Water content test
The essential milk formula of the present invention containing various plant extracts was tested in comparison to a blank essential milk formula without the addition of the above plant extracts. The test was carried out using a skin moisture tester (Cormeter CM825) with the following test criteria: skin moisture content MMV value.
The volunteers applied the test essence milk sample containing the plant extract (prepared in example 3) and the blank essence milk sample containing no plant extract (the essence milk without the G component prepared according to the procedure in example 3) to the left and right forehead, respectively, and tested 5 subjects for 8 weeks, and the MMV values of the moisture content of the skin of the subjects were tested at the 3 rd, 5 th and 8 th weeks of the use of the subjects, respectively. The specific test results are shown in the following tables 3-5; the average change rate of the test serum and blank serum is shown in fig. 1.
TABLE 3 week 3 moisture content MMV value test results

TABLE 5 moisture content at week 8 MMV value test results
Figure RE-GDA0002348558480000113
As can be seen from the analysis of tables 3-5 and fig. 1, when MMV values of skin moisture content are respectively measured at week 3, week 5 and week 8, the comparison of the test results is obvious, and the improvement of skin moisture content of the subject by the essential milk sample with the plant extract is obviously better than that of the essential milk sample without the plant extract. After the subject continuously uses the sample for 3 weeks, the moisture content of the skin is obviously improved, and the longer the time is, the more obvious the improvement effect is. Moisture content is an important indicator of whether the skin is adequately moisturized, and the results in tables 3-5 and figure 1 indicate that the skin contains a variety of plant extracts: the essential milk samples of industrial hemp leaf extract, centella asiatica extract, hamamelis virginiana leaf extract, dandelion extract, oat kernel extract, hops extract and hypericum perforatum extract have remarkable water-supplementing and moisturizing effects.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and the like that are within the spirit and principle of the present invention are included in the present invention.
