Abstract
本发明涉及一种由覆盖有氧化硅的一层薄膜和一层聚烯烃膜组成的材料。夹在氧化硅和聚烯烃膜之间的粘合剂为由聚氨酯和至少一种选自聚烯烃,乙烯的共聚物的组分组成的一种混合物。这种粘合剂还可含有一种官能团化了的聚烯烃。本发明的这种材料用于食品包装。
Description
说明
本发明涉及的是含有一层氧化硅和一种聚烯烃的一种包装材料。
本发明特别涉及的是含有覆盖有氧化硅的一层薄膜及一层聚烯烃膜的一种结构,氧化硅与聚烯烃膜之间有一层粘合剂。例如,人们可以通过聚烯烃一侧将这种材料热粘于纸板上,然后用聚乙烯膜包覆于如此得到的整个纸板的每一面。
这种材料可用于液体的食物的砖形包装。
1991年4月25日公开的日本专利JP 03099842(KOKAI)描述了一类覆盖有氧化硅的EVOH/乙烯基硅烷薄膜,通过氨基甲酸乙酯作粘合剂在薄膜上粘接一层聚丙烯膜。
1993年12月14日公开的日本专利JP 05330568(KOKAI)描述了一类覆盖有二氧化硅的聚酯膜,上面粘接一层聚烯烃树脂膜,所用粘合剂为一种乙烯/马来酸酐/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物。
现已发现,用以聚氨酯和聚烯烃为基质的粘合剂可以得到不会发生层离的材料。
本发明为一种包括覆盖有氧化硅的一层膜和一层聚烯烃膜的材料,在其氧化硅和聚烯烃膜之间的粘合剂是由氨酯(组分A)和至少一种在下列聚合物中选择的组分(B)组成的混合物:
B1:均聚或共聚的聚烯烃,
B2:乙烯和一种饱和羧酸的乙烯酯的共聚物,
B3:乙烯和一种不饱和羧酸酯的共聚物。
这种混合物还可以含有组分(C),即带有羧酸、羧酸酐或环氧化物基团的官能团化了的聚乙烯。
将氧化硅覆盖于薄膜上的技术是已知的,这种薄膜例如可以是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)或聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)这种聚酯膜,也可以是聚酰胺(PA)。
聚烯烃膜材料可以是聚乙烯,聚丙烯,或是乙烯的共聚物,如乙烯/丙烯,乙烯/丁烯,乙烯/己烯,乙烯/不饱和羧酸酯或乙烯/饱和羧酸乙烯酯等共聚物。
聚氨酯(组分A)可以是,例如,一种TPU(聚氨酯热塑性弹性体)。这类产品主要由以下三种原料来制备:
-带有羟端基的线型多元醇,其分子量例如可以在500到3500之间。这种多元醇可选自这样一些聚酯,如己二酸酯,壬二酸酯,间苯二甲酸酯及己内酯;也可选自这样一些聚醚,如聚乙二醇,聚丙二醇及聚1,4-丁二醇。
-二异氰酸酯,可以是芳族的,如4,4’二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)及2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),也可以是非芳族的,如4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)
-低分子量的二元醇,用做扩链剂,如1,4-丁二醇,乙二醇,或1,4-亚苯基-双-β-羟乙醚。
聚烯烃B1可以是,例如聚乙烯,聚丙烯,乙烯/丁烯共聚物或乙烯/己烯共聚物。
共聚物B2可以是,例如EVA(乙烯、醋酸乙烯基酯共聚物)。
共聚物B3可以是乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物。
烷基中碳原子数最多可达10个。
组分B1,B2及B3还可含有不饱和羧酸酐,不饱和羧酸或不饱和环氧化物,例如(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,它们是接枝的或共聚的。
官能团化的聚乙烯组分C可以选自例如这样一组聚合物:
C1:接枝的聚烯烃,均聚物或共聚物,
C2:接枝的共聚物B2和B3。
接枝物可以是一种不饱和环氧化物,例如缩水甘油基的酯或醚,不饱和的一元或二元羧酸,以及不饱和羧酸酐。
C3:下列成分的共聚物:
★乙烯,
★一种饱和羧酸的乙烯酯或一种不饱和羧酸酯,
★一种不饱和的环氧化物,例如缩水甘油基的一种酯或醚,一种不饱和的一元或二元羧酸或一种不饱和羧酸的酐。
作为组分B,有利的是用聚乙烯类B1和乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物B3。
有利的是,按重量计算,B3中丙烯酸甲酯,乙酯或丁酯的含量最高可达40%。
有利的是,使用组分C3,例如乙烯、一种(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯、或甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、或马来酸酐的共聚物。
本发明的粘合剂可按公知的热塑技术来制备。
例如,A,B和C三种组分的量(按重量计算)可分别为:
50~80/补充至100/0
20~60/补充至100/5~20
本发明中A,B和C三组分合适的重量百分比最好为:
A:50~70% TPU,多元醇是聚酯。
B:补充至100%,B为一种聚乙烯B1或一种乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物B3。
C:5~15%的C3。
实施例:
所用各组分如下(按重量计):
A:一种牌号为Elastollan 1185 A10的聚醚氨酯。记作A-éther;
一种牌号为Elastollan C85 A10的聚酯氨酯。记作A-ester;
B:一种聚乙烯,其熔融指数为7,相对密度为0.918,记作B1-PE;
一种乙烯/丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物(其中丙烯酸酯重量百分数为20%),记作B3-Lotryl。
C:一种乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯/马来酸酐共聚物,记作C3-MAH。共聚物中丙烯酸酯和马来酸酐的重量百分数分别为15%和2%。
一种乙烯/丙烯酸乙酯/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物,记作C3MAGLY。其中丙烯酸酯和环氧化物的重量百分含量分别为30%和7%。
制备覆盖有氧化硅的PET膜。用等离子法沉积SiOx层,厚度为200,PET膜层12μm。
利用共挤出法制备不同的粘合剂;测定覆盖有SiOx的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/粘合剂的层剥力,其结果见表1。

Claims (4)
1.含有覆盖有氧化硅的一层膜和一层聚烯烃膜的材料,氧化硅和聚烯烃膜间的粘合剂为这样一类混合物:
聚氨酯(组分A)和至少一种选自下列聚合物的组分B:
B1:均聚或共聚的聚烯烃,
B2:乙烯和一种饱和羧酸的乙烯酯的共聚物,
B3:乙烯和一种不饱和羧酸酯的共聚物。
这类混合物还可以含有组分(c),即带有羧酸、羧酸酐或环氧化物基团的官能团化了的聚乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1的材料,其特征在于覆盖有氧化硅的膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜,聚烯烃膜为聚乙烯膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2的材料,其特征在于组分B为一种聚乙烯(B1)或一种乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一权项的材料,其特征在于组分C是一种乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯/马来酸酐或甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物。
