本发明公开了一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮,属于保健品技术领域,包括下述重量份的原料:枳椇子3‑4份,葛根1‑2份,桑椹1‑2份,菊花1‑2份,陈皮1‑2份,普洱熟茶1‑3份。制备方法包括以下步骤:称取各原料;将枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮、普洱熟茶混合放入提取罐中,加入热水提取,然后加入桑葚继续提取,得混合物;将混合物离心,取上清液,浓缩、干燥,得茶饮,本发明组合物中,枳椇子、葛根、桑葚作为抗氧化护肝解酒的组分,陈皮、菊花、普洱熟茶作为辅助护肝解酒同时调节风味的组分,通过复配协同增效,共同促进组合物的解酒护肝之功效,得到了具有良好的解酒护肝效果的组合物。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,我国饮酒人数及饮酒量呈上升趋势,虽然少量饮酒能活血通络散寒,调节心情,消除疲劳和紧张状态;但无节制酗酒、大量饮酒则会引起包括心血管系统、神经系统和消化系统在内等多个组织器官病变损伤,严重时甚至会因呼吸肌麻痹而导致死亡。调查研究显示在长期饮酒的患者中,约57.5%的病人有脂肪肝,15%的患者有肝硬化;且随着饮酒量的增加和饮用时间的延长,酒精对肝脏的危害按照“酒精性脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎、酒精性肝硬化”三部曲逐渐发展,通过影响肝脏代谢,使肝细胞膜表面的脂质成分过度氧化,从而损伤肝细胞膜,导致肝细胞破坏,此过程是酒精损害肝脏的重要环节。
因此,研发一种功效显著且能长期饮用、具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮及其制备方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种功效显著且能长期饮用、具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮,包括下述重量份的原料:枳椇子3-4份,葛根1-2份,桑椹1-2份,菊花1-2份,陈皮1-2份,普洱熟茶1-3份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明根据君臣佐使理论将药食同源的枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮进行复配制备出一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮,不仅在感官品质,如色泽、口感、香味上有较优的表现,还增加了品茶饮用的享受性;并在模式生物斑马鱼体内进行了实验,得以表明本发明茶饮具有显著功效,且人长期服用可达解酒护肝的作用,适于推广与应用。
此外,作为药食同源的枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮等植物源中的有效成分具有良好的解酒护肝药用功能,其中,
枳椇子含黑麦草碱、枳椇苷,具有利水消肿,解酒毒作用;
葛根,收载于2015版《中国药典》一部,味甘、辛,凉。归脾、胃、肺经。解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒。用于外感发热头痛,项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻,眩晕头痛,中风偏瘫,胸痹心痛,酒毒伤中;
桑葚性温、味甘酸,具有补肝肾、养血生津作用;
菊花富含挥发油、黄酮类、氨基酸等成分。可扩张心脏冠状动脉,增加动脉血流量,提高心肌细胞对缺氧的耐受能力;
陈皮富含挥发油成分,可治胃失和降、恶心呕吐。
本发明选用药食两用的原料,经科学的辩证配伍,相互协调,共同促进组合物的解酒护肝之功效。本发明组合物中,枳椇子、葛根、桑葚作为抗氧化护肝解酒的组分,陈皮、菊花、普洱熟茶作为辅助护肝解酒同时调节风味的组分,通过复配,协同增效,共同促进组合物的解酒护肝之功效,得到了具有良好的解酒护肝效果的组合物。
另外,在现有技术中,虽然每味中药的常用量是已知的,但是方剂是针对病症对多味药配伍后的有机整体,其药效不等同于其各药味在常用量基础上的简单叠加,根据每味中药的常用量通常并不能确定其在方剂中的药量,药材用量配比由其药材特性、君臣佐使配伍等各种考虑因素决定,并非简单的通过比较法、正交法等实验手段即可优选得出。
本发明还提供一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据上述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮称取各原料;
(2)将枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮、普洱熟茶混合放入提取罐中,加入热水提取,然后加入桑葚继续提取,得混合物;
(3)将混合物离心,取上清液,浓缩、喷雾干燥,得上述茶饮。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备方法简单,操作便利,适合大规模生产和应用。
进一步,步骤(2)中,上述热水温度为95℃。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果:本发明通过加入热水提取,能够使其中不溶于冷水的一些成分在有限的时间内充分地提取出来。
进一步,步骤(2)中,上述加入热水提取,提取罐温度为90-95℃,提取时间为1h。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果:本发明所选提取工艺能够更好地提取有效成分,发挥其最大功效。
进一步,步骤(2)中,上述加入桑葚继续提取,提取罐温度为90-95℃,提取时间为30min。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果:本发明所选提取工艺能够更好地保持桑葚的营养价值,同时避免提取时间过长而改变其原有的滋味与颜色。
进一步,步骤(3)中,上述离心转速为19000rpm,离心时间为2.5h。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果:更高的转速可以使汤色更加清亮,长时间的离心可以保持物料缓慢进入离心机当中,使其中的杂质可以被充分分离。
进一步,步骤(3)中,上述浓缩采用低温反渗透膜浓缩,浓缩温度为25-35℃,浓缩时间为2h,浓缩液浓度为9.4%。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果:本发明通过浓缩,可以更好地保持物料的原始滋味及其营养价值。
进一步,步骤(3)中,上述干燥温度为156℃,干燥时间为8h。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果:物料中的水分在高温环境中更容易挥发形成粉剂,控制干燥时间可以使物料缓慢进入喷雾干燥机中,保持粉剂的干燥度。
进一步,还包括步骤(4):将上述茶饮制成粉剂、颗粒剂、丸剂或片剂。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果:可以更加方便携带与饮用。
本发明还提供一种如上述具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮在制备保健食品中的应用。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取枳椇子4kg,葛根2kg,桑椹1kg,菊花1kg,陈皮1kg,普洱熟茶3kg;
(2)将枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮、普洱熟茶混合放入提取罐中,加入95℃热水提取1h,提取罐温度为95℃,然后加入桑葚继续提取30min,提取罐温度为95℃,得混合物;
(3)将混合物离心,离心转速为19000rpm,离心时间为2.5h,取上清液,采用25℃低温反渗透膜浓缩2h至浓缩液浓度为9.4%,156℃干燥8h,得茶饮。
实施例2
具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取枳椇子3kg,葛根1kg,桑椹2kg,菊花1kg,陈皮2kg,普洱熟茶1kg;
(2)将枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮、普洱熟茶混合放入提取罐中,加入95℃热水提取1h,提取罐温度为90℃,然后加入桑葚继续提取30min,提取罐温度为90℃,得混合物;
(3)将混合物离心,离心转速为19000rpm,离心时间为2.5h,取上清液,采用35℃低温反渗透膜浓缩2h至浓缩液浓度为9.4%,156℃干燥8h,得茶饮。
实施例3
具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取枳椇子3kg,葛根1kg,桑椹2kg,菊花1kg,陈皮1kg,普洱熟茶2kg;
(2)将枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮、普洱熟茶混合放入提取罐中,加入95℃热水提取1h,提取罐温度为92℃,然后加入桑葚继续提取30min,提取罐温度为92℃,得混合物;
(3)将混合物离心,离心转速为19000rpm,离心时间为2.5h,取上清液,采用30℃低温反渗透膜浓缩2h至浓缩液浓度为9.4%,156℃干燥8h,得茶饮。
下述试验葛根枳椇茶均指本发明实施例茶饮。
葛根枳椇茶试验一:解酒作用功效实验
随机选取300尾5dpf野生型AB品系斑马鱼于六孔板中,每实验组均处理30尾斑马鱼,水溶给予乙醇建立斑马鱼兴奋期醉酒模型。分别水溶给予实施例3葛根枳椇茶78.1、156.3、312.5、625、1250、2500和5000μg/mL浓度,阳性对照组“RU21”100μg/mL浓度,同时设置正常对照组和模型对照组,每孔容量为3ml。处理结束后:1)观察统计各实验组斑马鱼的死亡数量和毒性反应情况,确定葛根枳椇茶的最大检测浓度(MTC);2)取MTC及以下共三个浓度组、阳性对照组、模型对照组和正常对照组,每组随机选取12尾斑马鱼,用行为分析仪检测软件分析并采集数据,分析斑马鱼总运动距离(S),以总运动距离的统计学分析结果评价葛根枳椇茶的解酒作用。统计学处理结果采用mean±SE表示。解酒作用计算公式如下:
用方差分析和Dunnett’sT-检验进行统计学分析,p<0.05表明具有显著性差异。

在本实验条件下,葛根枳椇茶解酒作用的最大检测浓度(MTC)为2500μg/mL。

与模型对照组比较,**p<0.01,***p<0.001。
表2表明葛根枳椇茶解酒作用显著。
试验二:酒精性脂肪肝保护作用试验
随机选取270尾5dpf黑色素等位基因突变型半透明AIbino品系斑马鱼于六孔板中,每实验组均处理30尾斑马鱼,水溶给予乙醇建立斑马鱼酒精性脂肪肝模型。分别水溶给予实施例3葛根枳椇茶78.1、156.3、312.5、625、1250、2500和5000μg/mL浓度,同时设置正常对照组和模型对照组,每孔容量为3ml。处理结束后:1)观察统计各实验组斑马鱼的死亡数量和毒性反应情况,确定葛根枳椇茶的最大检测浓度(MTC);2)取MTC及以下共三个浓度组、阳性对照组、模型对照组和正常对照组,每组随机选取10尾斑马鱼在解剖显微镜下拍照,用NIS-EIementsD3.10高级图像处理软件分析并采集数据,分析斑马鱼肝脏脂肪染色强度(S),以肝脏脂肪染色强度的统计学分析结果评价葛根枳椇茶对酒精性脂肪肝的保护作用。统计学处理结果采用mean±SE表示。
酒精性脂肪肝保护作用计算公式如下:
用方差分析和Dunnett’sT-检验进行统计学分析,p<0.05表明具有显著性差异。

在本实验条件下,葛根枳椇茶解酒作用的最大检测浓度(MTC)为2500μg/mL。

表4表明葛根枳椇茶对酒精性脂肪肝保护作用显著。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:枳椇子3-4份,葛根1-2份,桑椹1-2份,菊花1-2份,陈皮1-2份,普洱熟茶1-3份。
2.一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据权利要求1所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮称取各原料;
(2)将枳椇子、葛根、桑葚、菊花、陈皮、普洱熟茶混合放入提取罐中,加入热水提取,然后加入桑葚继续提取,得混合物;
(3)将混合物离心,取上清液,浓缩、干燥,得所述茶饮。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述热水温度为95℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述加入95℃热水提取,提取罐温度为90-95℃,提取时间为1h。
5.根据权利要求2所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述加入桑葚继续提取,提取罐温度为90-95℃,提取时间为30min。
6.根据权利要求2所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述离心转速为19000rpm,离心时间为2.5h。
7.根据权利要求2所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述浓缩采用低温反渗透膜浓缩,浓缩温度为25-35℃,浓缩时间为2h,浓缩液浓度为9.4%。
8.根据权利要求2所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述干燥温度为156℃,干燥时间为8h。
9.根据权利要求2所述一种具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤(4):将所述茶饮制成粉剂、颗粒剂、丸剂或片剂。
10.一种如权利要求1所述具有解酒护肝功效的茶饮在制备保健食品中的应用。
