Thereof
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention belongs to the technical field of health care products, and more specifically relates to a tea drink with anti-alcohol and liver-protecting effects and a preparation method thereof.
BACKGROUND
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the number and quantity of drinkers in China are on the rise, although a small amount of drinking can promote blood circulation, dredge collaterals and dispel cold, adjust mood and eliminate fatigue and tension;
However, excessive drinking and excessive drinking will cause pathological damage to many tissues and organs including cardiovascular system, nervous system and digestive system, and even lead to death due to respiratory muscle paralysis in severe cases. Investigation shows that among patients who drink alcohol for a long time, about 57.5% patients have fatty liver and 15% patients have cirrhosis. With the increase of alcohol consumption and the extension of drinking time, the harm of alcohol to the liver gradually develops according to the trilogy of "alcoholic fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis". By affecting the metabolism of the liver, the lipid components on the surface of the hepatocyte membrane are over-oxidized, thus damaging the hepatocyte membrane and leading to the destruction of hepatocytes. This process is an important link for alcohol to damage the liver.
Therefore, it is an urgent problem for technicians in this field to develop a tea with obvious efficacy, long-term consumption, anti-alcohol and liver-protecting effects and its preparation method.
SUMMARY LU504233
In view of this, the invention provides a tea which has obvious efficacy, can be consumed for a long time, and has the efficacy of anti-alcohol and liver-protecting, and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
A tea drink with anti-alcohol and liver-protecting effects comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4 parts of Hovenia dulcis, 1-2 parts of Pueraria lobata, 1-2 parts of mulberries, 1-2 parts of chrysanthemum, 1-2 parts of Pericarpium citri reticulatae and 1-3 parts of Pu-er ripe tea.
The invention has the beneficial effects that according to the theory of Traditional Chinese
Medicine Formulation, the Hovenia dulcis, Pueraria lobata, mulberries, chrysanthemum and
Pericarpium citri reticulatae, which are homologous in medicine and food, are compounded to prepare a tea with the efficacy of anti-alcohol and liver-protecting, which not only has excellent performance in sensory quality, such as color, taste and fragrance, but also increases the enjoyment of the tea drink; Experiments are carried out in zebrafish, a model organism, which shows that the tea of the invention has obvious efficacy, and people can achieve the effect of anti-alcohol and liver-protecting after taking it for a long time, so it is suitable for popularization and application.
In addition, the effective components in Hovenia dulcis, Pueraria lobata, mulberries, chrysanthemum, Pericarpium citri reticulatae and other plant sources, which are homologous to medicine and food, have good medicinal functions of anti-alcohol and liver-protecting.
Hovenia dulcis contains loline and Hovenin, which has the effects of promoting diuresis, reducing swelling and anti-alcohol.
Pueraria lobata, as prescribed in China Pharmacopoeia 2015, is sweet, pungent and cool.
Concerning spleen, stomach and lung meridians. Able to relieve muscle and fever, promote fluid production to quench thirst, penetrate rash, raise yang to stop diarrhea, dredge channels and activate collaterals, and relieve alcoholism. It can be used for treating exogenous fever, headache, strong nape pain, thirst-quenching, measles, dysentery, diarrhea, dizziness, stroke, hemiplegia, chest obstruction, heartache, and alcoholic injury.
Mulberries are warm and sweet, and has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney/°04233 nourishing blood and promoting fluid production;
Chrysanthemum 1s rich in volatile oil, flavonoids, amino acids and other components. It can dilate the coronary artery, increase the arterial blood flow and improve the tolerance of myocardial cells to hypoxia;
Pericarpium citri reticulatae is rich in volatile oil, which can cure stomach Qi rising, nausea and vomiting.
According to the invention, medicinal and edible raw materials are selected, and through scientific dialectical compatibility and mutual coordination, the efficacy of the composition in anti-alcohol and liver-protecting is jointly promoted. In the composition of the invention,
Hovenia dulcis, Pueraria lobata and mulberries are used as components for resisting oxidation, liver-protecting and anti-alcohol, while Pericarpium citri reticulatae, chrysanthemum and Pu-er ripe tea are used as components for assisting in liver-protecting and anti-alcohol and adjusting flavor, and through compounding and synergism, the efficacy of anti-alcohol and liver-protecting of the composition is jointly promoted, so that the composition with good effect of anti-alcohol and liver-protecting is obtained.
In addition, in the prior art, although the common dosage of each Chinese medicine is known, the prescription is an organic whole after compatibility of multiple medicines according to the symptoms, and its efficacy is not equal to the simple superposition of each medicine on the basis of the common dosage. According to the common dosage of each Chinese medicine, the dosage in the prescription is usually not determined, and the dosage ratio of the medicine is determined by various considerations such as the characteristics of the medicine, the theory of
Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulation, and so on, and it is not simply optimized by experimental means such as comparative method and orthogonal method.
