Abstract
The invention discloses a method for producing biological fermentation feed by using grass to replace grain and application thereof in breeding industry, the feed takes honeysuckle as main raw material, the honeysuckle is pretreated and then mixed with leaven for fermentation to obtain finished product, the types of the biological fermentation feed are two, the two types are respectively biological fermentation feed for ruminant and biological fermentation feed for monogastric omnivorous animal, the biological fermentation feed contains a large amount of probiotics such as bacillus, trichoderma, saccharomycetes and the like, which can improve the gastrointestinal environment of the animal, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, enhance the immune function and disease resistance of livestock and poultry, effectively decompose anti-nutritional factors such as fiber and the like in straw feed, improve the nutritional value, digestibility, palatability and health index of the biological fermentation feed, improve the productivity of the animal, improve the quality of meat and milk, greatly improve the breeding environment, establish an ecological health breeding mode, therefore, the biological fermentation feed replacing the grain by the grass is incomparable with the conventional feed, and has wide development prospect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of biological fermentation feed, in particular to a method for producing biological fermentation feed by using grass instead of grain and application of the biological fermentation feed in breeding industry.
Background
With the change of the supply and demand of the market in China, the structure of the livestock and poultry products is also adjusted. The production of live pigs is kept in a stable state at present, and poultry (mainly broilers and laying hens) keep a stable development situation; the development of cattle and sheep is obviously increased and accelerated; the varieties of other livestock and poultry industries are increased more quickly.
At present, livestock and poultry breeding in China is changed from the dominant mode of scattered households to the dominant mode of large-scale breeding, and the development speed is faster and faster. The traditional breeding industry is accelerating transformation to modern science and technology. In the past, farmers only pay attention to the cultivation quantity, and now pay more attention to the quality and benefit. Particularly, the benefits of the existing breeding enterprises are improved by enhancing management and controlling cost and adopting advanced techniques, equipment, processes and other means.
At present, livestock and poultry breeding focuses on green development, breeding enterprises pay more and more attention to environmental protection and food safety, and a green breeding mode is also continuously promoted. The next step of the development of the breeding industry in China is mainly to solve the problem of 'three guaranties', namely supply guaranty, safety and ecology. The pressure of security and ecology protection will be higher and higher, and more innovation and popularization are needed. The safe, efficient and environment-friendly biological fermentation feed is an important means for promoting the safety of livestock and poultry products, improving the quality of the livestock and poultry products, reducing the breeding cost and improving the breeding benefit regardless of the change and adjustment of the breeding industry in future and the production and application of green breeding and healthy feed and the vigorous popularization.
With the continuous expansion of gaps of feed grains in China, the price of corn in this year has risen to 768 yuan per ton by 40%; the soybean rises by 1839 yuan per ton, and the rise amplitude is 47.68%. The price of feed grain is increased continuously, so that the breeding cost is greatly improved, and the breeding benefit is reduced. Therefore, various scientific research departments and breeding enterprises are continuously exploring to find a healthy and environment-friendly novel feed for replacing feed grains.
Honeysuckle, the academic name: hybrid pennisetum alopecuroides. The pennisetum plants of the family Gramineae are obtained by taking pennisetum as a father and taking the male parent as a wild pennisetum line of Africa, carrying out backcross, carrying out strong root system cultivation on the parents, carrying out hybridization combination cultivation on the parents, carrying out resistance limit domestication cultivation and carrying out progressive cold-resistant character cultivation for more than 20 years, and the chrysopharyn is the only pasture variety (patent numbers: 2013107502447, 201410406188X, 2016105105742 and 2015102705410) for obtaining multiple national patents in the gramineous pasture.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a biological fermentation feed, which is safe, efficient and environment-friendly, replaces traditional feed grains such as corn, soybean and the like with the sillimania, improves the safety of livestock and poultry products, improves the quality of the livestock and poultry products, reduces the breeding cost, improves the breeding benefit, and can effectively solve the problems in the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a method for producing biological fermentation feed by using grass instead of grain comprises the steps of using honeysuckle as a main raw material, pretreating the honeysuckle, mixing the pretreated honeysuckle with a leavening agent, and fermenting to obtain a finished product, wherein the two types of biological fermentation feed are respectively biological fermentation feed for ruminants and biological fermentation feed for monogastric omnivores.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the mixing ratio of the leavening agent to the fresh honeysuckle is 1:1000, and the mixing ratio of the leavening agent to the dried honeysuckle is 1: 400.
