Abstract

本发明公开了一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织面料的制备方法,属于功能纺织品技术领域。该方法以棉纤维为主要纱线组分,通过对棉纱线加香整理,随后对纱线进行封装处理,在纤维表面形成一层膜,减少芳香物质的释放,再加以拒水整理,获得具有持久留香的芳香纱线,将制得的芳香纱线以不同比例、不同方式组合,进行面料的织造,得到具有芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香的芳香针织面料。该制备方法简单、成本低廉,制得的芳香针织物面料柔软、吸湿、透气,舒适性高,功能性强,适用于制作内衣、运动休闲服、家居服等,满足人们对生活品质的追求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织面料的制备方法,属于功能纺织品技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,纺织技术以及人们对生活品味的提高,单一功能的服装面料已经不能满足人们对服装的需求,多功能化的纺织面料是目前纺织品的发展趋势。
芳香气味具有调节情绪、使人身心愉悦的保健功效,可舒缓压力,放松精神。芳香物质被加工到常用材料中,已经出现了香味纸张、香味皮革和香味织物。
但是,目前的芳香织物存在香味易挥发、留香时间短的缺陷。延长留香时间是芳香纺织品需要解决的关键问题。芳香纺织品的制备目前多用粘合剂将含有芳香物质的载体固着在纤维上,由此制备的产品香味的持久性不够。
为了解决芳香纺织品上香味有效释放与持久释放的问题,本发明提出了通过芳香物质的梯度释放制备香味纺织品的方法,由此获得耐水洗效果好的持久留香针织面料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述芳香面料的香味持久性差的问题,提供了一种具有梯度释放的留香持久性的芳香面料的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)纱线前处理:用10~20g/L的Na2SiO2、1~10g/L的精炼剂和15~20g/L的工业H2O2配制前处理工作液,将棉纱线置前处理工作液中,二浸二轧(轧液率50%~100%)后,常温下堆置12h,随后在100℃下汽蒸10~20min,水洗、烘干;
(2)芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入10~50g/L的芳香微胶囊和10-50g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(3)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理1~3次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为10~50g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(4)芳香纱线的再整理:将0.1~1g/L的拒水整理剂、1~10g/L的渗透剂和0.1~1g/L的醋酸,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液进行再次整理,经一浸一轧(轧液率20~70%)后,在80~100℃下预烘30s~2min,再由130~180℃下焙烘1~2min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(5)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,进行面料的织造,得到留香持久的芳香针织面料。
由于采用上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
(1)采用上述制备方案,获得的针织面料留香时间长,能耐水洗20次;
(2)该制备方法简单、成本低廉,制得的芳香针织物面料柔软、吸湿、透气,舒适性高,功能性强,适用于制作内衣、运动休闲服、家居服等。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)纱线前处理:用20g/L的Na2SiO2、5g/L的精炼剂和20g/L的工业H2O2配制前处理工作液,将棉纱线置前处理工作液中,二浸二轧(轧液率70%)后,常温下堆置12h,随后在100℃下汽蒸10min,水洗、烘干;
(2)芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入20g/L的芳香微胶囊和30g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(3)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理1~3次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为50g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(4)芳香纱线的再整理:将0.1g/L的拒水整理剂、3g/L的渗透剂和0.5g/L的醋酸,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液进行再次整理,经一浸一轧(轧液率40%)后,在80℃下预烘2min,再由130℃下焙烘2min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(5)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,进行面料的织造,得到留香持久的芳香针织面料。
实施例2
与实施例1不同之处在于:步骤(1)中纱线前处理:用15g/L的Na2SiO2、10g/L的精炼剂和15g/L的工业H2O2配制前处理工作液,将棉纱线置前处理工作液中,二浸二轧(轧液率80%)后,常温下堆置12h,随后在100℃下汽蒸15min,水洗、烘干;
(2)芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入40g/L的芳香微胶囊和40g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(3)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理1~3次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为50g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(4)芳香纱线的再整理:将0.5g/L的拒水整理剂、5g/L的渗透剂和0.5g/L的醋酸,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液进行再次整理,经一浸一轧(轧液率50%)后,在100℃下预烘1min,再由150℃下焙烘1min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(5)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,进行面料的织造,得到留香持久的芳香针织面料。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的技术特征并不局限于此。任何以本发明为基础,为解决基本相同的技术问题,实现基本相同的技术效果,所作出地简单变化、等同替换或者修饰等,皆涵盖于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (1)

1.一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)纱线前处理:用10~20g/L的Na2SiO2、1~10g/L的精炼剂和15~20g/L的工业H2O2配制前处理工作液,将棉纱线置前处理工作液中,二浸二轧(轧液率50%~100%)后,常温下堆置12h,随后在100℃下汽蒸10~20min,水洗、烘干;
(2)芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入10~50g/L的芳香微胶囊和10~50g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(3)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理1~3次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为10~50g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(4)芳香纱线的再整理:将0.1~1g/L的拒水整理剂、1~10g/L的渗透剂和0.1~1g/L的醋酸,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液进行再次整理,经一浸一轧(轧液率20~70%)后,在80~100℃下预烘30s~2min,再由130~180℃下焙烘1~2min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(5)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,进行面料的织造,得到留香持久的芳香针织面料。
