Abstract
本发明公开了一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织内裤的制备方法,该方法以芳香棉纤维为主要纱线组分,通过组合区域织造,获得具有梯度释放的芳香针织内裤。通过芳香整理对纱线加香,获得芳香棉纱线,再对芳香棉纱线进行封装处理,使纤维表面形成一层膜,减少芳香物质的释放,再加以拒水整理,获得具有疏水效果的芳香纱线,将制得的纱线以不同比例、不同部位进行织造,获得具有阶段性释放的持久留香的芳香织物。本方法制备的芳香纱线工艺简单,便于流水线大规模操作,生产过程中工艺条件容易控制,生产成本低;本发明制备出来的芳香功能性内裤,可以经过多次水洗、具有良好的留香时间、同时芳香物质释放具有梯度性,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织内裤的制备方法,属于功能纺织品技术领域。
背景技术
随着纺织技术以及人们对生活品质的提高,单一功能的服装面料已经不能满足人们对服装的需求,消费者不仅要求纺织品穿着舒适、质地轻柔、吸湿透气等,还逐步提出持久芬芳、沁人心脾等功能,多功能化的纺织面料是目前纺织品的发展趋势。
目前,芳香纱线的制备方法主要有3种:以微胶囊法制备的芳香纱线、以共混纺丝法制备的芳香型纱线和以复合纺丝法制备的芳香型纱线。但是,目前的芳香织物存在香味易挥发、活性物质易被氧化、留香时间短的缺陷,延长纺织品的留香时间是芳香纺织品需要解决的关键问题。现有技术中芳香纺织品的制备目前多用粘合剂将含有芳香物质的载体固着在纤维上,由此制备的产品香味的持久性不够。
功能纱线的发展是现代纱线科学进步的象征。功能纱线、差别化纱线和高性能纱线的发展为传统纺织工业的技术创新。本发明的目的在于提供一种芳香物质的梯度释放制备香味纺织品的方法,以此来解决芳香纺织品上香味有效释放与持久释放的问题,由此获得芳香物质梯度释放和耐水洗效果好的持久留香针织面料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述芳香面料的香味持久性差和功能性少的问题,提供了一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织内裤的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织内裤的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入10~50g/L的芳香微胶囊和10~50g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(3)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理1~3次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为10~50g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(4)芳香纱线的再整理:对封装后的芳香纱线进行拒水整理,将整理剂质量浓度为10~50g/L,交联剂质量浓度为10~20g/L,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液中进行再次整理,浸轧方式为一浸一轧(轧液率20%~50%),焙烘温度120~180℃,焙烘时间为1~5min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(4)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,按照说明书附图中所述纱线区域进行面料的织造,得到持久留香的芳香针织面料。
由于采用上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
(1)采用上述制备方案,获得的针织面料具有梯度释放效果,超长留香时间和超过30次的耐水洗性,这些都是以前单一的芳香整理面料所不能比拟的;初始为A区芳香部位释放香气,B区、D区和F区部位几乎不产生香味释放,经过10次水洗后,A区的芳香微胶囊被大量破坏,只剩很少的香味残留,B区和D区部位膜材料破损,开始释放芳香物质,经过20次水洗后,E区部位的芳香物质开始释放,释放缓慢,水洗超过30次后,仍有一定的香味;
(2)该制备方法简单、成本低廉,制得的针织物面料柔软、舒适、吸湿、透气、功能性强,附加价值增加;本方法制备的芳香纱线便于流水线大规模操作,生产过程中工艺条件容易控制,生产成本低;本发明制备出来的芳香功能内裤,可以经过多次水洗,还具有良好的留香效果和梯度释放,值得推广。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种留香持久的芳香疏水功能性针织内衣的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入20g/L的芳香微胶囊和30g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(2)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理2次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为10g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(3)芳香纱线的再整理:对封装后的芳香纱线进行拒水整理,将整理剂质量浓度为10g/L,交联剂质量浓度为20g/L,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液中进行再次整理,浸轧方式为一浸一轧(轧液率20%),焙烘温度130℃,焙烘时间为2min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(4)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,按照说明书附图中所述纱线区域进行面料的织造,得到持久留香的芳香针织面料。
实施例2
与实施例1不同之处在于:步骤(1)中芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入40g/L的芳香微胶囊和40g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(2)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理3次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为40g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(3)芳香纱线的再整理:对封装后的芳香纱线进行拒水整理,将整理剂质量浓度为40g/L,交联剂质量浓度为15g/L,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液中进行再次整理,浸轧方式为一浸一轧(轧液率40%),焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间为4min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(4)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,按照说明书附图中所述纱线区域进行面料的织造,得到持久留香的芳香针织面料。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的技术特征并不局限于此。任何以本发明为基础,为解决基本相同的技术问题,实现基本相同的技术效果,所作出地简单变化、等同替换或者修饰等,皆涵盖于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种芳香物质梯度释放的持久留香针织内裤的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)芳香纱线的制备:将前处理后的纱线,在浆纱机上进行加香处理,浆纱池中加入10~50g/L的芳香微胶囊和10~50g/L的低温粘合剂形成A整理液,将纱线置于A整理液中,使芳香整理液充分浸湿纱线,将完成芳香浸渍的纱线脱水,低温烘干,获得A型芳香纱线;所述芳香微胶囊为常规商品,所述低温粘合剂为带有活性基团的环氧缩合物、异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物按照不同比例混合形成的混合物;
(2)芳香纱线的封装:将获得的芳香纱线浸入B整理液中,在浆纱机上进行处理1~3次,脱水、烘干,获得B型芳香纱线;所述B整理液为浓度为10~50g/L的水性聚氨酯溶液;
(3)芳香纱线的再整理:对封装后的芳香纱线进行拒水整理,将整理剂质量浓度为10~50g/L,交联剂质量浓度为10~20g/L,配置得到C整理液,分别将A型芳香纱线和B型芳香纱线用C整理液中进行再次整理,浸轧方式为一浸一轧(轧液率20%~50%),焙烘温度120~180℃,焙烘时间为1~5min,获得D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线;
(4)织造:分别用A型芳香纱线、B型芳香纱线、D型芳香纱线和E型芳香纱线,以不同比例、不同方式组合,按照说明书附图中所述纱线区域进行面料的织造,得到持久留香的芳香针织面料。
