No obvious grease on scalp and slight dandruff after scratching | 1-3 stages |
The scalp has balanced water and oil, and no obvious dandruff or oil | 4-5 stages |
The amount of hair loss: the missing hair from the last three shampooings was collected and the average number of hairs lost was calculated.
TABLE 4 test results of examples 1 to 17 and comparative examples 1 to 3
As can be seen by combining examples 1-17 and comparative examples 1-3 with Table 4, the Chinese medicinal composition prepared by the application can promote the growth of hair follicles, make hairs not easy to separate and greatly reduce the amount of alopecia; meanwhile, the hair quality can be improved, the hair is smooth, glossy and elastic, the scalp is balanced in water and oil, and the scalp health level is improved.
As can be seen from the test data of example 3 and examples 5-7, the ethanol solutions in step 2) and step 4) are extracted by hot reflux twice, the quality of the extracted effective substances is sufficient, and the obtained traditional Chinese medicine composition has obvious improvement on the hair quality condition, the scalp health grade and the hair loss amount. As can be seen by combining the test data of examples 8 to 11, the ethanol solution with a higher or lower concentration can reduce the extraction amount of the effective substances, and reduce the improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on the hair quality condition, the scalp health grade and the hair loss amount; in comparison with comparative examples 1-2, when the concentration of the ethanol solution is too high or too low, the extraction amount of the effective substances is extremely low, and the effects of improving the hair quality condition, the scalp health grade and the hair loss amount are low.
As can be seen from the test data of example 3 and examples 12-15, the addition of a certain amount of red clover extract is helpful for enhancing the toughness of hair and reducing the amount of hair loss. And when the addition amount is 6-9kg, the alopecia amount is minimum. In combination with comparative example 3, if the addition amount is too much, the hair quality condition and the scalp health grade are greatly reduced.
As can be seen from the test data of example 3 and examples 16-17, the addition of aloe vera stock solution and folium isatidis extract helps to improve scalp health.
