1) water phase: adding water, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, glycerol and citric acid into a vacuum emulsification stirrer, stirring to completely dissolve, completely clarifying and transparent the system, and heating to 75-80 ℃;
2) oil phase: adding cetyl stearyl alcohol into a container, and heating to 75-80 deg.C; to complete melting;
3) adding the oil phase into vacuum emulsifying mixer, mixing with the water phase, stirring for 20min, homogenizing and emulsifying for 25 min. The Chinese herbal medicine hair conditioner comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 15 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 3 parts of behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 5 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 5 parts of amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 0.01 part of preservative, 5 parts of olive oil, 0.3 part of citric acid, 0.5 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1 part of essence or essential oil and 50 parts of water.

1) water phase: adding water, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, glycerol and citric acid into a vacuum emulsification stirrer, stirring to completely dissolve, completely clarifying and transparent the system, and heating to 70-75 ℃;
2) oil phase: adding cetyl stearyl alcohol into a container, and heating to 70-75 deg.C; to complete melting;
3) adding the oil phase into vacuum emulsifying mixer, mixing with the water phase, stirring for 30min, homogenizing and emulsifying for 20 min. Cooling to 45-55 deg.C, adding ammonia-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and olive oil, and stirring for 30 min. 1) water phase: adding water, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, glycerol and citric acid into a vacuum emulsification stirrer, stirring to completely dissolve, completely clarifying and transparent the system, and heating to 80-85 ℃;
2) oil phase: adding cetyl stearyl alcohol into a container, and heating to 80-85 deg.C; to complete melting.
3) Adding the oil phase into vacuum emulsifying mixer, mixing with the water phase, stirring for 15min, homogenizing and emulsifying for 5 min. Cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding ammonia-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and olive oil, and stirring for 15 min. The Chinese herbal medicine hair conditioner comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 3 parts of cetyl alcohol, 3 parts of stearyl alcohol, 0.5 part of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.5 part of distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 1 part of glycerol, 3 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part of hydrogenated polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of silicone emulsion, 0.3 part of preservative, 0.5 part of jojoba oil, 0.1 part of citric acid, 0.1 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.5 part of essence or essential oil and 55 parts of water.

1) water phase: adding water, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, glycerol, propylene glycol and citric acid into a vacuum emulsification stirrer, stirring to completely dissolve, completely clarifying and transparent a system, and heating to 85-90 ℃;
2) oil phase: adding cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol into a container, and heating to 85-90 deg.C; to complete melting.
3) Adding the oil phase into vacuum emulsifying mixer, mixing with the water phase, stirring for 35min, homogenizing and emulsifying for 15 min. The preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine hair conditioner comprises the following steps:
1) water phase: adding water, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, glycerol, polyethylene glycol and citric acid into a vacuum emulsification stirrer, stirring to completely dissolve, completely clarifying and transparent the system, and heating to 90-95 ℃;
2) oil phase: adding cetyl alcohol and cetearyl alcohol into a container, and heating to 90-95 ℃; to complete melting.
3) Adding the oil phase into vacuum emulsifying mixer, mixing with the water phase, stirring for 40min, homogenizing and emulsifying for 15 min. Cooling to 20-30 deg.C, adding hydrogenated polydimethylsiloxane, ammonia-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and melted horse oil, and stirring for 40 min. The vacuum degree reaches-0.04 MPa, the homogenizing and emulsifying time is 15min, and the emulsifying rotating speed is 90-100 Hz. And (3) cooling after emulsification is finished, adding the Chinese herbal medicine extract, the daily essence/essential oil and the preservative when the temperature of the system is reduced to be below 20 ℃, stirring and mixing for 40min, homogenizing, emulsifying and stirring for 15min under the condition that the vacuum degree is-0.04 MPa, and emulsifying at the rotating speed of 90-100 Hz until the system is in a uniform and fine state to obtain the hair conditioner.
EXAMPLE 10 Hair conditioner Effect test
1000 specially trained test persons were allowed to use the herbal conditioners obtained in examples 5 to 9 for 3 months. The testers used the samples according to the same method, and scored the hair conditioner effect according to the same scoring standard, so as to obtain the average effect score of the Chinese herbal medicine hair conditioners obtained in examples 5-9, and the results are shown in table 1.
