The Chinese herbal ointment for caring hair according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5g of polygonum multiflorum, 8g of ginseng, 4g of lucid ganoderma, 7g of angelica, 2g of pseudo-ginseng, 2.5g of ligusticum wallichii, 12g of black bean, 9g of black wolfberry, 11g of black sesame, 11g of black mulberry, 4.5g of garden balsam stem, 7.5g of mulberry leaf, 4g of bletilla striata, 5g of prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 4.5g of lotus leaf, 17g of ginger, 5g of Chinese date, 4g of rose, 3g of dodder, 2.5g of fructus psoraleae, 2.5g of folium isatidis, 4g of chrysanthemum, 3g of ligusticum sinensis, 4g of radix angelicae, 4g of fructus cnidii, 4g of fructus kochiae, 25g of cacumen biotae, 25g of saponin, 3g of semen boitae, 5g of rhizoma gastrodiae, 4g of astragalus membranaceus, 4g of codonopsis pilosula, 4g of eucommia ulmoides, 45g of eclipta alba and 5g of achyranthes bidentata.
3. The method for processing a herb paste for hair treatment according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
step 1: rapidly rinsing Polygoni Multiflori radix, Ginseng radix, Ganoderma, radix Angelicae sinensis, Notoginseng radix, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, semen Sojae Atricolor, fructus Lycii, semen Sesami Niger, black Mori fructus, herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, folium Mori, rhizoma Bletillae, radix rehmanniae Preparata, folium Nelumbinis, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, fructus Jujubae, flos Rosae Rugosae, semen Cuscutae, fructus Psoraleae, folium Isatidis, flos Chrysanthemi, rhizoma Ligustici, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, fructus Cnidii, Kochiae fructus, folium Platycladi, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, semen Platycladi, rhizoma Gastrodiae, radix astragali, radix Codonopsis, Eucommiae cortex, Ecliptae herba, and Achyranthis radix with water to avoid hydrolysis loss of water soluble sugar and glycosides to obtain clean mixed medicinal materials;
step 2: placing the clean mixed medicinal materials into a medicine pot, adding clear water at normal temperature, soaking for 30min, preferably the clear water is 2-3cm higher than the mixed medicinal materials;

and 4, step 4: mixing the liquid medicine A and the liquid medicine B, and decocting with slow fire until the mixture is made into viscous paste, thus obtaining the finished product of the ointment for caring hair.

The Chinese herbal ointment for hair care and the processing method thereof as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cool water is preferably 2-3cm higher than the mixed herbs in the first decoction, the mixture is boiled with strong fire and then decocted with mild fire for 30min, and the liquid level of the hot water is preferably 1cm higher than the herb residue in the second decoction, and the mixture is decocted with mild fire for 20 min.
