(1) weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: radix rehmanniae Preparata, radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Ecliptae herba, herba Gynostemmatis, fructus Ligustri Lucidi, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, radix Angelicae sinensis, Zingiberis rhizoma, BAIJIHUA seed oil, folium Bambusae, Phellinus Linteus, Ganoderma, Tremella, Corylus heterophylla, Sargassum, and Mori fructus;

(5) slowly pouring the concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) and the mixed slurry obtained in the step (3) into the residual white pond flower seed oil, stirring for 1h at 85 ℃ and uniformly mixing, wherein the stirring speed is 180r/min, sterilizing by a low-temperature instantaneous sterilizer, and then homogenizing under the pressure of 25MPa, filling and inspecting to be qualified to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine hair blackening and moistening agent.
In the step (2) and the step (4), the microwave sterilization temperature is 95 ℃, the time is 20min, the frequency is 2500MHz, and the power is 8 kw.
The application method of the traditional Chinese medicine hair blackening and moistening agent comprises the following steps: cleaning hair, uniformly smearing an appropriate amount of the Chinese medicinal hair blackening and moistening agent from tail to root, gently massaging until the root is reached, standing for 3-5min, wrapping the hair with a bath cap or a hot towel, standing for 15-20min, and washing with warm water.
