Example 4
A traditional Chinese medicine hair blackening and moistening agent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 25 parts of prepared fleece-flower root, 26 parts of yerbadetajo herb, 25 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla, 23 parts of glossy privet fruit, 20 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 24 parts of angelica, 6 parts of dried ginger, 10 parts of chingma chinensis seed oil, 8 parts of lophatherum gracile, 8 parts of phellinus igniarius, 5 parts of lucid ganoderma, 7 parts of tuber fleeceflower root, 6 parts of hazel mushroom, 8 parts of gulfweed and 10 parts of black mulberry.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine hair blackening and moistening agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: radix rehmanniae Preparata, radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Ecliptae herba, herba Gynostemmatis, fructus Ligustri Lucidi, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, radix Angelicae sinensis, Zingiberis rhizoma, BAIJIHUA seed oil, folium Bambusae, Phellinus Linteus, Ganoderma, Tremella, Corylus heterophylla, Sargassum, and Mori fructus;
(2) respectively sterilizing the weighed prepared rehmannia root, prepared fleece-flower root, yerbadetajo herb, fiveleaf gynostemma herb, glossy privet fruit, szechuan lovage rhizome and Chinese angelica by microwave, and then feeding the materials into a pulverizer to pulverize the materials to 10 meshes, thus obtaining mixed powder for later use;
(3) adding ethanol with the volume concentration of 80 percent which is 20 times the weight of the mixed powder into the mixed powder in the step (2), soaking for 35 hours at the temperature of 28 ℃, extracting for 60 minutes at the temperature of 80 ℃, collecting extract liquor, and concentrating the extract liquor under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated solution;
(4) cleaning rhizoma Zingiberis, herba Lophatheri, Phellinus Linteus, Ganoderma, Tremella fuciformis, Corylus millettii, Sargassum, and Mori fructus, air drying, microwave sterilizing, pulverizing, decocting in 6 times of water in a cooking pot for 2 hr, extracting, purifying the extractive solution with macroporous resin column, gradient eluting with ethanol, concentrating the eluate, adding 1/2 weight of white Potentilla chinensis seed oil, heating in 85 deg.C water bath for 1 hr, stirring at 180r/min, reflux-filtering with ethanol for 4 times to obtain mixed slurry;
(5) slowly pouring the concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) and the mixed slurry obtained in the step (3) into the residual white pond flower seed oil, stirring for 1h at 85 ℃ and uniformly mixing, wherein the stirring speed is 180r/min, sterilizing by a low-temperature instantaneous sterilizer, and then homogenizing under the pressure of 25MPa, filling and inspecting to be qualified to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine hair blackening and moistening agent.
In the step (2) and the step (4), the microwave sterilization temperature is 95 ℃, the time is 20min, the frequency is 2500MHz, and the power is 8 kw.
The application method of the traditional Chinese medicine hair blackening and moistening agent comprises the following steps: cleaning hair, uniformly smearing an appropriate amount of the Chinese medicinal hair blackening and moistening agent from tail to root, gently massaging until the root is reached, standing for 3-5min, wrapping the hair with a bath cap or a hot towel, standing for 15-20min, and washing with warm water. It is recommended to use 1 time every 3 days.
Clinical experiments are carried out on the traditional Chinese medicine hair blackening and moisturizing agent and the sea-fly scurf removing hair conditioner. After the hair conditioner is used for 7 days, the hair conditioner prepared by the embodiment of the invention has better effect than the Haifeisu hair conditioner, after the hair conditioner is continuously used for 10-15 days, the hair is gradually blackish and bright, soft and smooth, and after 1 month, dandruff, hair oil and head itch are greatly reduced, and the hair is bright and glossy and rich in elasticity. The effect of example 2 and example 3 is lower than that of example 1 and example 4, with the conditioner of example 1 being the most effective.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
