Background
Alopecia is a common condition, and brings great trouble to our lives. Statistically, 1 in 5 men has alopecia, and male alopecia has become more and more younger worldwide, and some men have not reached middle age and have a tendency of "mediterranean".
Alopecia is divided into congenital and acquired. Of the acquired alopecia, more than 90% is androgenetic alopecia, and the onset of the androgenetic alopecia is related to genetic and androgen metabolic abnormalities. These individuals have scalp containing 5 alpha-reductase which converts testosterone in the scalp blood to dihydrotestosterone, which causes the hair to become thin, soft, lighter in color and then less and less numerous. 5 α -reductase also causes the scalp to secrete more oil, which blocks hair follicles, causing hair loss. In addition to genetic causes, psychological factors are also important for the effects of hair loss. The alopecia process of people with alopecia inheritance tendency is greatly accelerated under the conditions of high psychological stress, tension and little sleep.
