2.3 percent of stephania root, 0.4 percent of mulberry leaf extract, 0.3 percent of ginsenoside, 0.6 percent of ferment, 0.2 percent of sodium benzoate, 16 percent of ammonium lauryl ether sulfate, 15 percent of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 71.2 percent of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.12 percent of citric acid, 0.2 percent of D-panthenol, 0.2 percent of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 1.2 percent of sodium chloride, 3 percent of glycerol, 3 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2 percent of allantoin and 56.08 percent of deionized water.
The preparation method of the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil comprises the following steps: taking 100g of folium artemisiae argyi, crushing, placing in a 1000mL round-bottom flask, adding distilled water, wherein the addition amount of the distilled water is 8 times of the weight of the folium artemisiae argyi, soaking for 6 hours at the soaking temperature of 25 ℃, heating and extracting by adopting a steam distillation method for 3 hours, separating out volatile oil components, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate serving as a drying agent, and removing water to obtain the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil.
The ferment is folium Artemisiae Argyi ferment.
The preparation method is similar to example 3.
Unlike example 3, the weight percentage of the stephania and the ferment were increased without addition of mugwort essential oil. Test example one, test for heat and cold resistance of shampoo for hair growth
1. Test samples: hair growing shampoos prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
2. The test method comprises the following steps:
the test specimens were poured into 3 washed dry tubes, respectively, having a height of 80 mm. Placing one in a constant temperature box of 40 deg.C, placing the other in a refrigerator of constant temperature-5 deg.C, and taking out after 24 hr. And (4) after the room temperature is recovered, comparing the sample with the test sample in the 3 rd test tube, and observing whether the separation, precipitation and discoloration phenomena exist.
3. And (3) test results:

As can be seen from Table 1, the test samples were kept at 40 ℃ for 24 hours and at-5 ℃ for 24 hours without separation, precipitation and discoloration. This shows that the shampoo for hair growth prepared by the invention has better heat resistance and cold resistance and is more stable to temperature.
Test example two animal test of shampoo for growing Hair
1. Test materials: hair growing shampoos prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
2. Test subjects: 50 wistar rats with half male and half female and 200g weight were selected.
3. The test method comprises the following steps:
dividing the rats into five groups at random, wherein each group comprises 10 rats, each half of the rats are male and female, the back of each rat takes the spine as a midline, and the rats are uniformly divided into 4 blocks of area ABCD (2cm multiplied by 2cm) from the head to the tail, and the left half and the right half; after hair removal, the right side of each group of rats was coated with the hair regrowth shampoo prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, and the left side was coated with distilled water as a blank. After 28 days, a bunch of new hairs are pulled out from the smearing region, 10 longer hairs are selected by visual inspection and measured by a vernier caliper, and the average value is taken as the growth length value of the rat hairs in the region. And carefully collecting and weighing the hair on the smearing area as a rat hair growth weight value. 4. And (3) test results: the test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the shampoo for promoting hair growth prepared by the present invention has the effect of promoting hair growth.
Test example III Effect of shampoo for Hair growth
1. Test materials: hair growing shampoos prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
2. Test subjects: 150 alopecia testers are selected, wherein 90 male patients and 60 female patients are selected, the age is 25-55 years old, 80 seborrheic alopecia patients, 50 alopecia areata patients and 10 postpartum alopecia patients are selected.
3. The test method comprises the following steps:
150 hair loss testers were randomly divided into five groups of example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, each of which was 30, 18 male and 12 female, using the hair tonic shampoos prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, respectively. After 3 months of use, the effect was evaluated.
Evaluation criteria for effects: the effect is shown: the hair loss condition is obviously improved, and new hair grows at the hair-free part; improvement: the hair loss condition is improved, and new hair begins to grow at the hair-free position; and (4) invalidation: the hair loss is not improved. The effective rate is the significant efficiency plus the good conversion rate.

As can be seen from Table 3, the effective rates of the test subjects in examples 1 to 3 were significantly increased and the number of ineffective subjects was significantly reduced as compared with the comparative example 1 and comparative example 2. The shampoo capable of growing hair prepared by the invention can relieve the phenomenon of alopecia and has good hair growing effect.
Claims (1)
1. The shampoo capable of growing hair is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
2% of stephania root, 0.4% of mulberry leaf extract, 0.3% of ginsenoside, 0.5% of enzyme, 0.4% of folium artemisiae argyi essential oil, 0.2% of sodium benzoate, 16% of ammonium lauryl ether sulfate, 15% of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 71.2% of polyquaternium, 0.12% of citric acid, 0.2% of D-panthenol, 0.2% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 1.2% of sodium chloride, 3% of glycerol, 3% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2% of allantoin and 56.08% of deionized water;
the preparation method of the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil comprises the following steps: taking 100g of folium artemisiae argyi, crushing, placing in a 1000mL round-bottom flask, adding distilled water, wherein the addition amount of the distilled water is 8 times of the weight of the folium artemisiae argyi, soaking for 6 hours at the temperature of 25 ℃, heating and extracting by adopting a steam distillation method for 3 hours, separating out volatile oil components, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate serving as a drying agent, and removing water to obtain folium artemisiae argyi essential oil;
the enzyme is folium artemisiae argyi enzyme;
the preparation method of the shampoo capable of growing hair comprises the following steps:
s1 drying Stephania delavayi Diels, crushing, sieving with a 70-mesh sieve to obtain Stephania delavayi Diels coarse powder, adding 8.5 times of 95% ethanol water solution by volume fraction into the Stephania delavayi Diels coarse powder, soaking for 4h, placing in a water bath, heating and refluxing for 1.5h, filtering out an alcohol solution, adding 95% ethanol water solution by volume fraction into the residue, heating and refluxing for 1h, filtering, combining the two alcohol solutions, recovering ethanol to obtain a thick substance, dissolving the thick substance with 5% sulfuric acid water solution by volume fraction, adjusting the pH value to 12, standing for precipitation, filtering, washing with water for precipitation until the washing solution is neutral, drying the precipitate in the shade, adding absolute ethanol for dissolution, filtering, volatilizing the ethanol from the filtrate in the water bath, dissolving the residue with petroleum ether, filtering while hot, placing to obtain a light yellow crystal, and drying to obtain stephanine;
s2, adding the stephanine obtained in the step S1 into glycerol, and stirring until the stephanine is completely dissolved to obtain a solution A;
s3, mixing the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil and the cocamidopropyl betaine, and stirring to fully mix the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil and the cocamidopropyl betaine to obtain a solution B;
s4, adding citric acid into 1/10 amount of deionized water, and stirring until the citric acid is completely dissolved to obtain solution C;
s5 heating the rest deionized water to 70 ℃, adding ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, stirring until the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid is completely dissolved, adding polyquaternium-7, stirring until the polyquaternium-7 is completely dissolved, sequentially adding ammonium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium cocoyl glycinate, D-panthenol and allantoin while stirring, fully mixing and dissolving, and keeping the temperature for 30min to obtain a solution D;
s6 cooling the solution D obtained in the step S5 to room temperature, adding the solution A obtained in the step S2, the solution B obtained in the step S3, the mulberry leaf extract, the ginsenoside and the enzyme, stirring uniformly, adding sodium benzoate, stirring uniformly, adding sodium chloride and the solution C obtained in the step S4, and adjusting the pH value to 6.5 to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
