the kiwi fruit extract is obtained by reflux-extracting with 60% ethanol for 5 times, each for 20min, and vacuum-concentrating the extractive solution at 50 deg.C.

8. The hair loss prevention and development solution according to claim 7, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

water phase: the balance of water, 10 to 25 percent of hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition, 0.5 to 2.0 percent of coconut oil and 0.5 to 2 percent of pH regulator;

oil phase: 10 to 32 percent of ethanol and 0.2 to 2 percent of essence.

9. The anti-hair-loss hair-growing liquid according to claim 7, wherein the pH regulator comprises at least one of lactic acid and citric acid.

10. The method for preparing the hair loss prevention and development solution according to any one of claims 7 to 9, comprising the steps of:

(1) adding water into a stirring pot, adding the hair loss preventing and hair growth promoting composition under stirring, heating to 50-85 deg.C, stirring, cooling to 35-45 deg.C, adding coconut oil, stirring, adding pH regulator to adjust pH to 5-7 to obtain water phase;

(2) adding the water phase into ethanol under stirring, adding essence, stirring, centrifuging, and removing the precipitate to obtain the final product.
