The preparation method of the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid comprises the following operation steps:
(1) cleaning all the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, and then crushing into ten-mesh coarse powder to obtain traditional Chinese medicine coarse powder;
(2) putting the traditional Chinese medicine powder into a multifunctional extraction tank, adding an ethanol solution which is 10 times the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine coarse powder, wherein the volume percentage concentration of the ethanol solution is 90%, soaking for 48 hours, heating to 65 ℃, starting the multifunctional extraction tank, forcibly circulating for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 4 hours; filtering the obtained extracting solution to obtain an alcohol extracting solution;
(3) adding purified water, papain, cellulase and pectinase into the filter residue after the alcohol extraction in the step (2), and adjusting the pH value to 5.5; soaking for 6 hours, heating to 55 ℃, forcibly circulating for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 120 min; filtering the obtained extracting solution to obtain enzyme extracting solution; the addition amount of the purified water is 50 times of the weight of the filter residue; the adding amount of the papain is 0.4 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity requires 10 ten thousand u/g; the adding amount of the cellulase is 0.1 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity requires 40 ten thousand u/g; the addition amount of the pectinase is 0.2 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity is required to be 5 ten thousand u/g;

The preparation method of the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid in the following examples comprises the following operation steps:
(1) cleaning all the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, and then crushing into ten-mesh coarse powder to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder;
(2) putting the traditional Chinese medicine powder into a multifunctional extraction tank, adding an ethanol solution which is 10 times the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, wherein the volume percentage concentration of the ethanol solution is 90%, soaking for 48 hours, heating to 65 ℃, starting the multifunctional extraction tank, forcibly circulating for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 4 hours; filtering the obtained extractive solution to obtain alcoholic extractive solution
(3) Adding purified water, papain, cellulase and pectinase into the filter residue after the alcohol extraction in the step (2), and adjusting the pH value to 5.5; soaking for 6 hours, heating to 55 ℃, forcibly circulating for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 120 min; filtering the obtained extracting solution to obtain enzyme extracting solution; the addition amount of the purified water is 50 times of the weight of the filter residue; the adding amount of the papain is 0.4 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity requires 10 ten thousand u/g; the adding amount of the cellulase is 0.1 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity requires 40 ten thousand u/g; the addition amount of the pectinase is 0.2 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity is required to be 5 ten thousand u/g;
(4) mixing the alcohol extract obtained in the step (2) and the enzyme extract obtained in the step (3), and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain an extract with a liquid specific gravity of 1.15;
(5) pumping the extract into an extraction tank, adding medicinal activated carbon (mixture of 767 type, 769 type, 303 type wood activated carbon and ACTICAR80NE activated carbon) at a weight ratio of 5: 1, stirring, heating to 45 deg.C for 3 hr, and filtering; filtering for many times until the filtrate is clear and transparent and has no obvious medicinal taste;
(6) cleaning, sterilizing and packaging to obtain the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid.

Meanwhile, the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid prepared in the comparative example 1 is used for carrying out the comparative experiment, and the average length of the grown new hairs is respectively measured to be 0.60 mm, 1.02 mm, 2.05 mm, 5.10 mm, 7.20 mm and 11.20 mm in days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30; the comparative experiment is carried out by using the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid prepared in the comparative example 2, and the average lengths of the grown new hairs on days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 are respectively measured to be 0.65, 1.35, 2.03, 5.80, 8.77 and 12.90 mm; the comparative experiment is carried out by using the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid prepared in the comparative example 3, and the average lengths of the grown new hairs on days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 are respectively measured to be 0.59, 1.09, 2.25, 5.45, 8.06 and 12.60 millimeters; data analysis shows that the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid has better effect on promoting the growth and the attack than the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid obtained by the comparison ratio 1-3.

Meanwhile, the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid prepared in the comparative example 1 is used for carrying out the comparative experiment, and the average length of the grown new hairs is respectively measured to be 0.52, 0.89, 1.06, 2.08, 4.28 and 8.00 mm in days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30; the comparative experiment is carried out by using the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid prepared in the comparative example 2, and the average lengths of the grown new hairs on days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 are respectively measured to be 0.60 mm, 0.92 mm, 1.25 mm, 1.96 mm, 4.78 mm and 6.99 mm; the comparative experiment is carried out by using the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid prepared in the comparative example 3, and the average lengths of the grown new hairs on days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 are respectively measured to be 0.59, 0.87, 1.05, 1.96, 3.25 and 7.25 mm; data analysis shows that the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid has better effect on promoting the growth and the attack than the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid obtained by the comparison ratio 1-3.

The plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of mullein, 50 parts of eucommia bark, 50 parts of eucommia leaves, 40 parts of frosted mulberry leaves, 50 parts of cacumen biotae, 40 parts of muskmelon leaves, 40 parts of gleditsia sinensis leaves, 30 parts of jute leaves, 30 parts of golden camellia, 50 parts of raw polygonum multiflorum, 50 parts of eclipta alba, 30 parts of stevia rebaudiana, 30 parts of phoenix tree seeds, 30 parts of adenophora stricta, 30 parts of eucalyptus citriodora, 30 parts of cajeput, 30 parts of spinach and 30 parts of thyme.

Data analysis shows that from day 10, the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid has significant difference in new hair length compared with the blank control group.
Clinical effects example 1:
240 patients with alopecia areata and seborrheic alopecia, between the ages of 30 and 70 years, 160 men and 80 women are selected. Patients were randomized into 6 groups of 40 people each, of which 3 were control groups and the remaining 3 were experimental groups. (1) dispersing guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in deionized water, and uniformly stirring; and adding sodium laureth sulfate, lauramidopropyl betaine, cocamide DEA, polyquaternium-22 and allantoin, and mixing and dispersing uniformly to obtain phase A.
(2) Uniformly mixing EDTA-2 sodium, DMDM hydantoin, methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, magnesium chloride and magnesium nitrate to obtain a phase B;
(3) stirring and dispersing the phase A uniformly, adding the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid under the stirring state, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the phase B, and uniformly mixing; adding edible essence (green tea), sodium chloride and citric acid one by one to obtain shampoo for preventing alopecia and promoting hair growth.

(2) mixing concentrated flower water or essential oil and PEG-40/45 hydrogenated castor oil to obtain phase B;
(3) mixing EDTA-2 sodium and DMDM hydantoin to obtain phase C;
(4) stirring and dispersing the phase A uniformly, adding the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid under the stirring state, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the phase B, and uniformly mixing; adding phase C to obtain scalp hair follicle nutrient solution (leave-on type).

4. The preparation method of the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following operation steps:
(1) cleaning all the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, and then crushing into ten-mesh coarse powder to obtain traditional Chinese medicine coarse powder;
(2) putting the traditional Chinese medicine powder into a multifunctional extraction tank, adding an ethanol solution which is 10 times the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine coarse powder, wherein the volume percentage concentration of the ethanol solution is 90%, soaking for 48 hours, heating to 65 ℃, starting the multifunctional extraction tank, forcibly circulating for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 4 hours; filtering the obtained extracting solution to obtain an alcohol extracting solution;
(3) adding purified water, papain, cellulase and pectinase into the filter residue after the alcohol extraction in the step (2), and adjusting the pH value to 5.5; soaking for 6 hours, heating to 55 ℃, forcibly circulating for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 120 min; filtering the obtained extracting solution to obtain enzyme extracting solution; the addition amount of the purified water is 50 times of the weight of the filter residue; the adding amount of the papain is 0.4 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity requires 10 ten thousand u/g; the adding amount of the cellulase is 0.1 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity requires 40 ten thousand u/g; the addition amount of the pectinase is 0.2 percent of the total mass of the filter residue and the purified water, and the enzyme activity is required to be 5 ten thousand u/g;
(4) mixing the alcohol extract obtained in the step (2) and the enzyme extract obtained in the step (3), and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain an extract with a liquid specific gravity of 1.15;
(5) pumping the extract into an extraction tank, adding medicinal activated carbon, stirring and heating to 45 ℃ with the weight ratio of the extract to the medicinal activated carbon being 5: 1, and filtering after 3 hours; filtering for many times until the filtrate is clear and transparent and has no obvious medicinal taste;
(6) cleaning, sterilizing and packaging to obtain the plant alopecia stopping and hair growing liquid.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein: the medicinal activated carbon in the step (5) is a mixture of 767 type needle activated carbon, 769 type needle activated carbon, 303 type wood activated carbon and ACTICAR80NE activated carbon.
6. The use of the plant alopecia preventing and hair growing liquid according to claim 1 in the preparation of alopecia preventing and hair growing products.
