A traditional Chinese herbal anti-dandruff shampoo is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of traditional Chinese medicine stock solution, 12-15 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 2-4 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 5-8 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 2-4 parts of cocamide MEA, 0.2-0.4 part of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 470.3-0.7 part of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.05-0.1 part of piroctone olamine, 0.2-0.4 part of silk fibroin, 0.2-0.4 part of panthenol, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium benzoate, 0.4-0.6 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.08-0.12 part of citric acid and the balance of purified water to 100 parts.

The herbal anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 1, wherein: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of traditional Chinese medicine stock solution, 15 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 4 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 5 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 2 parts of cocamide MEA, 0.3 part of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 470.5 parts of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.05 part of piroctone olamine salt, 0.3 part of sericin, 0.3 part of panthenol, 0.3 part of sodium benzoate, 0.5 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.1 part of citric acid and the balance of purified water to 100 parts.

The herbal anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 1, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution consists of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and purified water, wherein the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of tuber fleeceflower root, 2-5 parts of cacumen biotae, 2-5 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 2-5 parts of saponin, 2-5 parts of cortex dictamni, 2-5 parts of moutan bark and 2-5 parts of tea seed, wherein the ratio of the purified water to the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is 2: 1.

The method of claim 5, wherein the shampoo comprises: the step of feeding materials into an emulsification vacuum pan comprises the following steps: adding the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution, purified water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and cocamide MEA, stirring to dissolve uniformly, heating to 80 deg.C, adding guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, homogenizing, and stirring uniformly.
