为实现本发明的目的,根据本发明的用于车辆的等速万向节包括:轮毂壳体、轴承组件以及防护罩,轮毂壳体与在轮毂壳体中的等速万向节结合;轴承组件包括内圈、外圈以及动力传递构件,内圈安装在轮毂壳体的外表面上,外圈与内圈隔开预定距离并安装在转向节上,动力传递构件设置在内圈和外圈之间;防护罩具有卡箍座,卡箍座位于轴承组件的内圈上,防护罩具有固定卡箍,固定卡箍固定在防护罩的顶部,并且防护罩通过固定卡箍联接至内圈,其中,防护罩包括防护唇缘,防护唇缘形成在卡箍座的一个端部或两个端部并朝向转向节突出。

由于轮毂壳体100是通过将轮毂和等速万向节500的外圈整合而构成的,所以等速万向节500的中心移动至车辆的外部,因此可以增加驱动轴的长度,相应地可以改进等速万向节500的驱动轴的铰接角度。
此外,由于轮毂壳体100是通过将轮毂和等速万向节500的外圈整合而构成的,因此通过去除现有技术中的轮毂与等速万向节500之间的联接器,可以减轻重量并降低制造成本。此外,随着重量的减轻,可以提高燃油效率,并减少或消除诸如联接器产生的噪音以及由于固定等速万向节壳体和轮毂的轮毂螺母的松动而导致的劣质之类的问题。
可以通过将轮毂壳体100的端部朝向内圈210弯曲而在轮毂壳体100上形成对安装在轮毂壳体100的外表面上的内圈210进行挤压的发泡部(foaming portion)110。发泡部110可以通过轨道发泡形成。可以通过形成在轮毂壳体100上的发泡部将预载荷施加至轴承组件200的内圈210。预载荷可以是由于在组装轴承组件200的一些部件时轴向施加的预定力而引起的弹性压缩变形的大小。
轴承组件200可以包括:内圈210、外圈220以及动力传递构件230,内圈210安装在轮毂壳体100的外表面上,外圈220与内圈210隔开预定距离并安装在转向节400上,动力传递构件230设置在内圈210和外圈220之间。
特别地,内圈210可以被强制地安装在轮毂壳体100的外表面上并且可以与轮毂壳体100一起旋转。内圈210还可以用作轴承组件200的内轨道。
外圈220可以设置成与轴承组件200的内圈210相距预定距离,并且用作轴承组件200的外轨道。外圈220联接至转向节400,因此外圈220可以是位置不变的非旋转元件。
动力传递构件230可以设置在内圈210和外圈220之间。根据特定实施方案,动力传递构件230可以是滚珠或辊子,并且可以在外圈220和内圈210的轨道部分上旋转。
防护罩300可以防止润滑油从等速万向节500泄漏,并且可以防止异物进入等速万向节500。
特别地,防护罩300可以具有卡箍座310和防护唇缘320,并且可以进一步具有防护罩座部330。
此外,卡箍座310位于轴承组件200的内圈210的顶部,固定卡箍600设置在卡箍座310上。防护罩300可以通过固定卡箍600联接至轴承组件200的内圈210。
如上所述,在根据本发明的实施方案的用于车辆的等速万向节500中,由于防护罩300设置在轴承组件200的内圈210上并且通过固定卡箍600联接至内圈210,所以等速万向节500可以与应用了轨道发泡的轮毂壳体100一起制成紧凑型。
参考图2至图6,防护唇缘320可以形成在卡箍座310的一个端部或两个端部,并且可以朝向转向节400突出。
详细地,如图2、图3和图5所示,防护唇缘320可以从卡箍座310的面向车辆的外部或内部的一个端部朝向转向节400突出。
如图4和图6所示,防护唇缘320从卡箍座310的面向车辆的外部或内部的两个端部朝向转向节400突出,因此可以双重地防止进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物进入轴承组件200。
由于防护唇缘320从卡箍座310的面向车辆的外部或内部的一个或更多个端部朝向转向节400突出,所以可以防止进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物进入轴承组件200。
此外,由于防护唇缘320从卡箍座310的面向车辆的外部或内部的一个或更多个端部朝向转向节400突出,因此进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物的运动路径像迷宫一样弯曲,从而可以减少进入内部之后进入轴承组件200的外部异物。
可以考虑防护罩300和固定卡箍600的厚度来确定防护唇缘320的长度。根据特定实施方案,防护唇缘320的长度可以是3mm至10mm。
根据特定实施方案,如图5所示,防护唇缘320可以在卡箍座310的面向车辆外部的端部朝向转向节400突出。在这种情况下,防护唇缘320向上突出至轴承密封件240的上端,从而能够更有效地防止异物进入轴承座240。在这种情况下,防护唇缘320的长度可以是3mm至10mm。
根据特定实施方案,如图6所示,防护唇缘320可以从卡箍座310的面向车辆的内部和外部的端部朝向转向节400突出。在这种情况下,防护唇缘320在面向车辆的内部的端部的长度和防护唇缘320在面向车辆的外部的端部的长度可以不同。特别地,根据特定实施方案,防护唇缘320在面向车辆的内部的端部的长度可以是3mm至5mm。此外,根据特定实施方案,防护唇缘320在面向车辆的外部的端部的长度可以具有3mm至10mm以突出至轴承密封件240的上端。
如上所述,由于防护唇缘320从卡箍座310的面向车辆的外部或内部的端部朝向转向节400突出,并且防护唇缘在面向车辆的外部的端部突出至轴承密封件240的上端,因此可以更有效地防止已经进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物进入轴承组件200。
防护罩300和转向节400之间的距离可以是0.5mm至1.0mm。特别地,防护罩300的上端与转向节400之间的距离可以是0.5mm至1.0mm。此外,轴承组件200和转向节400之间的距离可以是0.5mm至1.0mm。
如上所述,在根据本发明的实施方案的用于车辆的等速万向节500中,防护唇缘320的长度为3mm至10mm,防护罩300和转向节400之间的距离为0.5mm至1mm,并且轴承组件200与转向节400之间的距离为0.5mm至1mm,从而使防护罩300与转向节400之间的间隙以及轴承组件200与转向节400之间的间隙最小。因此,即使异物从外部进入防护罩300和转向节400之间,也可以使实际进入轴承组件200的异物量最小化。
同时,防护罩300还可以具有防护罩座部330,防护罩座部330位于轮毂壳体100的发泡部110上。防护罩座部330形成有预定或更大的厚度,并且根据特定实施方案,其可以具有5mm或更大的厚度。
通常,如果防护唇缘320移动,则存在转向节400被摩擦并且引起轴承组件200的异常噪音的问题。为了解决该问题,需要增加防护唇缘320的刚度,为此,防护唇缘320可以具有预定或更大的厚度。
如果防护罩座部330的厚度小于5mm,则当防护罩300铰接时,由于防护唇缘320的运动而产生对转向节400的干扰。因此,防护罩座部330的厚度可以是5mm或更大。
同时,如图1至图6所示,根据本发明的实施方案,轴承密封件240可以设置在用于车辆的等速万向节500的内圈210和外圈220的两侧之间。
根据本发明的实施方案的用于车辆的等速万向节,如上所述具有可以防止进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物进入轴承组件200的结构,其具有以下效果。
此外,由于防护唇缘320从卡箍座310的面向车辆的外部或内部的一个或更多个端部朝向转向节400突出,因此可以防止进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物进入轴承组件200。此外,由于进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物的运动路径像迷宫一样弯曲,所以即使异物从外部进入,也可以减少进入轴承组件200的异物。
此外,根据该结构,由于可以防止进入防护罩300和转向节400之间的异物进入轴承组件200,所以即使减少轴承密封件的重叠量,也可以保持密封轴承组件200的能力。
此外,当减少轴承密封件240的重叠量时,可以减小轴承组件200的阻力转矩,从而可以提高车辆的整体燃料效率。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于车辆的等速万向节,所述等速万向节包括:
轮毂壳体,其与在轮毂壳体中的等速万向节结合;
轴承组件,其包括内圈、外圈以及动力传递构件,所述内圈安装在轮毂壳体的外表面上,所述外圈与内圈隔开预定距离并安装在转向节上,所述动力传递构件设置在内圈和外圈之间;以及
防护罩,其具有卡箍座,所述卡箍座位于所述轴承组件的内圈上,所述防护罩具有固定卡箍,所述固定卡箍固定在防护罩的顶部,并且防护罩通过固定卡箍联接至内圈,其中,防护罩包括防护唇缘,所述防护唇缘形成在卡箍座的一个端部或两个端部并朝向转向节突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,所述防护唇缘从卡箍座的面向车辆的外部或内部的一个端部朝向所述转向节突出,从而防止进入所述防护罩和转向节之间的异物进入所述轴承组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,所述防护唇缘从卡箍座的面向车辆的外部和内部的两个端部朝向所述转向节突出,从而双重地防止进入所述防护罩和转向节之间的异物进入所述轴承组件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,所述防护唇缘的长度为3mm至10mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,所述防护罩与所述转向节之间的距离为0.5mm至1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,所述轴承组件和所述转向节之间的距离为0.5mm至1mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,通过将所述轮毂壳体的端部朝向所述内圈弯曲而在轮毂壳体上形成挤压内圈的发泡部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,所述防护罩还具有防护罩座部,所述防护罩座部位于轮毂壳体的发泡部上,并且防护罩座部的厚度为5mm或更大。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的等速万向节,其中,在所述内圈和所述外圈的两侧之间设置有轴承密封件。
