Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进骨骼的儿童配方奶粉及其制备方法。该配方奶粉含有全脂奶粉、脱盐乳清粉、脱脂奶粉、低聚异麦芽糖、乳矿物盐、复合维生素、复合矿物质、二十二碳六烯酸、乳清蛋白粉、乳铁蛋白、水解蛋黄粉、N‑乙酰神经氨酸、牛初乳、山药粉、鸡内金粉、骨胶原蛋白肽、初乳碱性蛋白,有效促进钙的吸收,有利于骨骼快速成长。

技术领域
本发明涉及配方奶粉的生产领域,进一步涉及一种促进骨骼生长的儿童配方奶粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步与人类个子的不断增高,身高这个词已在人们心目中越来越显得重要,至今它已不仅是少年儿童衡量健康与否的标准,而且也是成人(特别是年轻人)形象的标志,它关系到人的生活、升学、审美、就业与男女恋爱婚姻等问题。同时对国家与民族来说,也是一个反映国家和民族素质与体质的重要标准。基因遗传和后天影响是决定身高的两个因素。后天因素包括营养、作息、运动、情绪、疾病等,其中,饮食是后天因素中最重要的组成部分。
《美国临床营养学期刊》发表的一项研究表明,每天食用奶制品的儿童比没有食用的儿童个子高。其他已发表的研究则发现,奶制品里含有的类胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-1)和牛奶蛋白(即酪蛋白和乳清)能助长身高。不仅如此,增加奶制品,特别是牛奶的摄入量,可以促进成人骨密度增加,预防骨质疏松。奶制品对儿童长高的好处有:(1)促进骨骼发育,奶制品的钙含量高,可以帮助骨骼发育,使骨骼变得更致密,减少骨折的危险;(2)激发生长潜能,长身高所需的营养素,存在于动物性食物中,奶制品作用明显,所含的油脂氨基酸和增高氨基酸的比例完备;(3)提高骨密度峰值,儿童在骨骼成熟之前,尽可能的提高骨密度峰值,对抗随年龄增长带来的骨质疏松;(4)除了钙,奶制品中还含有丰富的磷、镁、蛋白质和维生素D,这些生物学成分都有助于骨骼生长并促进矿物质吸收。
人体99%的钙都储存在骨头里,当摄入钙不足时,骨骼中的钙就会释放到血液里,以维持血钙的浓度,导致骨密度越来越低。现有市面上的配方奶粉都有补钙的功效,但是普遍存在着钙含量较低、补钙效率低的缺陷,而这些缺陷往往不利于骨骼的健康生长。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种促进骨骼生长的儿童配方奶粉;该奶粉通过提高补钙效率的手段来促进骨骼生长。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种上述儿童配方奶粉的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种促进骨骼生长的儿童配方奶粉,该配方奶粉由以下按质量份数计的组分组成:全脂奶粉20-40份,脱盐乳清粉20-40份,脱脂奶粉15-25份,低聚异麦芽糖2-10份,乳矿物盐0.5-5份,复合维生素0.1-0.5份,复合矿物质0.1-1份,二十二碳六烯酸0.05-0.3份,乳清蛋白粉0.1-1份,乳铁蛋白0.05-0.5份,水解蛋黄粉0.005-0.03份,N-乙酰神经氨酸0.005-0.03份,牛初乳0.1-0.5份,山药粉0.01-0.1份,鸡内金粉0.01-0.1份,骨胶原蛋白肽0.05-0.5份,初乳碱性蛋白0.05-0.5份。
优选地,上述配方奶粉由以下按质量份数计的组分组成:全脂奶粉30份,脱盐乳清粉30份,脱脂奶粉20份,低聚异麦芽糖5份,乳矿物盐2份,复合维生素0.3份,复合矿物质0.5份,二十二碳六烯酸0.1份,乳清蛋白粉0.4份,乳铁蛋白0.2份,水解蛋黄粉0.01份,N-乙酰神经氨酸0.01份,牛初乳0.25份,山药粉0.05份,鸡内金粉0.05份,骨胶原蛋白肽0.2份,初乳碱性蛋白0.15份。
优选地,所述复合维生素包含L-抗坏血酸钠、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、醋酸维生素A、维生素D3、D-泛酸钙、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、叶酸和氰钴胺。
优选地,每1g所述复合维生素包含以下克数的原料:L-抗坏血酸钠100-150mg,dl-α-醋酸生育酚2-20mg,醋酸维生素A 0.8-3mg,维生素D3 0.01-0.05mg,D-泛酸钙5-25mg,盐酸硫胺素0.5-3mg,盐酸吡哆醇0.5-2mg,叶酸0.1-1mg,氰钴胺0.002-0.01mg。
优选地,每1g所述复合维生素包含以下克数的原料:L-抗坏血酸钠126mg,dl-α-醋酸生育酚10mg,醋酸维生素A1.6mg,维生素D3 0.023mg,D-泛酸钙12mg,盐酸硫胺素1.8mg,盐酸吡哆醇1.1mg,叶酸0.5mg,氰钴胺0.007mg。
优选地,所述复合矿物质包含氧化镁、焦磷酸铁和氧化锌。
优选地,每1g所述复合矿物质包含以下克数的原料:氧化镁100-400mg;焦磷酸铁80-300mg;氧化锌10-30mg。
优选地,每1g所述复合矿物质包含以下克数的原料:氧化镁240mg;焦磷酸铁146mg;氧化锌17mg。
本发明还公开了一种儿童配方奶粉的制备方法,其具体包括以下步骤:
将配方量的全脂奶粉、脱盐乳清粉、脱脂奶粉、低聚异麦芽糖、乳矿物盐、复合维生素、复合矿物质、二十二碳六烯酸、乳清蛋白粉、乳铁蛋白、水解蛋黄粉、N-乙酰神经氨酸、牛初乳、山药粉、鸡内金粉、骨胶原蛋白肽、初乳碱性蛋白混合,进行真空配料,混合的真空度、温度和时间分别为-0.6Mpa、65℃和1.5小时,经均质、冷却暂存、高纯蒸汽喷射、浓缩和喷雾干燥后,接粉、贮粉、半成品检验、包装、成品检验、入库,即得。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
维生素D的主要功用是促进小肠粘膜细胞对钙和磷的吸收。肠中钙离子吸收需要一种钙结合蛋白,1,25-二羟基维生素D3可诱导此蛋白合成,促进Ca2+吸收,又可促进钙盐的更新及新骨生成,也促进磷吸收与肾小管细胞对钙、磷的重吸收,本配方奶粉提高维生素D的含量,大大提高血钙、血磷浓度,有利于新骨生成和钙化。
初乳碱性蛋白(Colostrum basic protein,简称CBP),来源于牛初乳,是乳清中存在的一种碱性蛋白,保持骨骼细胞间的动态良性平衡,不仅补钙,使骨骼主动吸收钙,从而达到增强骨密度的目的。它的优点在于能够增加在骨的造骨细胞(osteoblasts)数量;刺激造骨细胞(osteoblasts)制造骨胶原;有助吸收钙质,防止钙质流失;抑制破骨细胞(osteoclasts)活动;调节骨头新陈代谢。
胶原蛋白是细胞外基质的一种结构蛋白质,动物结缔组织中的主要成分,也是哺乳动物体内含量最多、分布最广的功能性蛋白,与组织的形成、成熟、细胞间信息的传递,以及关节润滑、伤口愈合、钙化作用、血液凝固和衰老等有着密切的关系。骨胶原蛋白肽除了具有胶原蛋白诸多的生理活性以外,还具有胶原蛋白所不具有的特性。与胶原蛋白相比,骨胶原蛋白肽作为一种小分子肽,分子量更低,具有更好的消化吸收性,可直接被肠道吸收,进入血液,达到皮肤、肝脏、肾脏等身体各个部位。大量的国内外研究证实,骨胶原蛋白肽能够促进骨骼关节健康(促进骨细胞生成、加速骨骼发育、提高骨骼坚固性、缓解关节疼痛、改善关节软骨内蛋白多糖的耗损等)。
上述营养组分的添加,将极大促进钙吸收、骨密度的增加,从而加速骨骼生长,进一步促进儿童身高发育。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步地说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种促进骨骼生长的儿童配方奶粉,全脂奶粉30份,脱盐乳清粉30份,脱脂奶粉20份,低聚异麦芽糖5份,乳矿物盐2份,复合维生素0.3份,复合矿物质0.5份,二十二碳六烯酸0.1份,乳清蛋白粉0.4份,乳铁蛋白0.2份,水解蛋黄粉0.01份,N-乙酰神经氨酸0.01份,牛初乳0.25份,山药粉0.05份,鸡内金粉0.05份,骨胶原蛋白肽0.2份,初乳碱性蛋白0.15份;每1g所述复合维生素包含以下克数的原料:L-抗坏血酸钠126mg,dl-α-醋酸生育酚10mg,醋酸维生素A1.6mg,维生素D3 0.023mg,D-泛酸钙12mg,盐酸硫胺素1.8mg,盐酸吡哆醇1.1mg,叶酸0.5mg,氰钴胺0.007mg;每1g所述复合矿物质包含以下克数的原料:氧化镁240mg;焦磷酸铁146mg;氧化锌17mg。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种促进骨骼生长的儿童配方奶粉的制备方法,其具体包括以下步骤:
将实施例1配方量的全脂奶粉、脱盐乳清粉、脱脂奶粉、低聚异麦芽糖、乳矿物盐、复合维生素、复合矿物质、二十二碳六烯酸、乳清蛋白粉、乳铁蛋白、水解蛋黄粉、N-乙酰神经氨酸、牛初乳、山药粉、鸡内金粉、骨胶原蛋白肽、初乳碱性蛋白混合,进行真空配料,混合的真空度、温度和时间分别为-0.6Mpa、65℃和1.5小时,经均质、冷却暂存、高纯蒸汽喷射、浓缩和喷雾干燥后,接粉、贮粉、半成品检验、包装、成品检验、入库,即得。
实施例3
促进骨骼生长功效试验
1.1受试物及试食方法
试食组食用实施例1的配方奶粉,每日早晚一杯,连续3个月;对照组1食用实施例1的缺维生素D、骨胶原蛋白肽、初乳碱性蛋白三个组分的配方奶粉,每日早晚一杯,连续3个月;对照组2为自然生长组。
1.2受试对象及分组
选择市区某小学7-8岁的儿童240名,男、女各半,作为观察对象。受试对象的居住环境、家庭收入、生活水平等基本相似,经体检均无慢性疾病。试验对象随机平均分至试食组、对照组1、对照组2,每组男女各40人(试验期间试食组脱离男生2人、女生1人,有效者77人;对照组1脱离男生1人、女生1人,有效者78人;对照组2有效者80人)。
1.3儿童骨骼生长情况
体格测量:体重、身高;超声骨密度测量:测量仪器选用“宏扬BMD-1000C型超声骨质分析仪”,取左小腿胫骨中段前方内侧面部位为测量部位。
按以下公式计算骨密度值:骨密度值=3480.06×(年龄-1.05)×(体重+0.61)×身高。
三组试验前后超声骨密度值的比较,见表1。试食组的骨密度值增长情况显著高于两个对照组(P<0.05)。

1.一种促进骨骼生长的儿童配方奶粉,其特征在于,该配方奶粉由以下按质量份数计的组分组成:全脂奶粉20-40份,脱盐乳清粉20-40份,脱脂奶粉15-25份,低聚异麦芽糖2-10份,乳矿物盐0.5-5份,复合维生素0.1-0.5份,复合矿物质0.1-1份,二十二碳六烯酸0.05-0.3份,乳清蛋白粉0.1-1份,乳铁蛋白0.05-0.5份,水解蛋黄粉0.005-0.03份,N-乙酰神经氨酸0.005-0.03份,牛初乳0.1-0.5份,山药粉0.01-0.1份,鸡内金粉0.01-0.1份,骨胶原蛋白肽0.05-0.5份,初乳碱性蛋白0.05-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配方奶粉,其特征在于,上述配方奶粉由以下按质量份数计的组分组成:全脂奶粉30份,脱盐乳清粉30份,脱脂奶粉20份,低聚异麦芽糖5份,乳矿物盐2份,复合维生素0.3份,复合矿物质0.5份,二十二碳六烯酸0.1份,乳清蛋白粉0.4份,乳铁蛋白0.2份,水解蛋黄粉0.01份,N-乙酰神经氨酸0.01份,牛初乳0.25份,山药粉0.05份,鸡内金粉0.05份,骨胶原蛋白肽0.2份,初乳碱性蛋白0.15份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的配方奶粉,其特征在于,所述复合维生素包含L-抗坏血酸钠、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、醋酸维生素A、维生素D3、D-泛酸钙、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、叶酸和氰钴胺。
4.根据权利要求3所述的配方奶粉,其特征在于,每1g所述复合维生素包含以下克数的原料:L-抗坏血酸钠100-150mg,dl-α-醋酸生育酚2-20mg,醋酸维生素A 0.8-3mg,维生素D30.01-0.05mg,D-泛酸钙5-25mg,盐酸硫胺素0.5-3mg,盐酸吡哆醇0.5-2mg,叶酸0.1-1mg,氰钴胺0.002-0.01mg。
5.根据权利要求4所述的配方奶粉,其特征在于,每1g所述复合维生素包含以下克数的原料:L-抗坏血酸钠126mg,dl-α-醋酸生育酚10mg,醋酸维生素A1.6mg,维生素D3 0.023mg,D-泛酸钙12mg,盐酸硫胺素1.8mg,盐酸吡哆醇1.1mg,叶酸0.5mg,氰钴胺0.007mg。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的配方奶粉,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质包含氧化镁、焦磷酸铁和氧化锌。
7.根据权利要求6所述的配方奶粉,其特征在于,每1g所述复合矿物质包含以下克数的原料:氧化镁100-400mg;焦磷酸铁80-300mg;氧化锌10-30mg。
8.根据权利要求7所述的配方奶粉,其特征在于,每1g所述复合矿物质包含以下克数的原料:氧化镁240mg;焦磷酸铁146mg;氧化锌17mg。
9.一种促进骨骼生长的儿童配方奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
将权利要求1-8任一项配方量的全脂奶粉、脱盐乳清粉、脱脂奶粉、低聚异麦芽糖、乳矿物盐、复合维生素、复合矿物质、二十二碳六烯酸、乳清蛋白粉、乳铁蛋白、水解蛋黄粉、N-乙酰神经氨酸、牛初乳、山药粉、鸡内金粉、骨胶原蛋白肽、初乳碱性蛋白混合,进行真空配料,混合的真空度、温度和时间分别为-0.6Mpa、65℃和1.5小时,经均质、冷却暂存、高纯蒸汽喷射、浓缩和喷雾干燥后,接粉、贮粉、半成品检验、包装、成品检验、入库,即得。
