Abstract

本发明公开了一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,涉及燃料电池载货汽车领域。其包括桁架式车架、燃料电池反应堆散热器、前桥、燃料电池反应堆、多合一控制器、蓄电池A、储氢瓶、后桥、驱动电机、电机控制器、散热器、蓄电池B、高压盒、DC/DC转换器和动力电池,所述桁架式车架包括桁架式车架前段、桁架式车架中段和桁架式车架后段;所述前桥和所述后桥分别安装于所述桁架式车架前段和所述桁架式车架后段上。本发明中燃料电池整个系统的零部件全部布置在底盘上,不占用货厢空间。储氢瓶直接安装在桁架式车架上,不用制作氢系统模块的框架,减轻了整车整备质量,提高了额定载质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料电池载货汽车领域,尤其涉及一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案。
背景技术
汽车产业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,在我国国民经济和社会中发挥重要作用。随着我国经济持续快速发展和城镇化进程加速推进,今后较长一段时间汽车需求量仍保持增长势头,由此带来的能源紧张和环境污染问题将更加突出,加快发展燃料电池汽车,既能有效缓解能源和环境压力,推动汽车产业可持续发展,也是加快汽车产业转型升级、培育新的经济增长点和国际竞争优势的战略举措。
然而,现有燃料电池载货汽车,燃料电池系统、供氧系统、冷却系统和储氢罐集成为一个模块,此模块体积庞大,侵占了一大部分载货空间,而且此模块的框架重量很重,降低了载货汽车的所能承载货物的重量,使氢能载货汽车的实用性大打折扣,为此,我们需要一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,包括桁架式车架、燃料电池反应堆散热器、前桥、燃料电池反应堆、多合一控制器、蓄电池A、储氢瓶、后桥、驱动电机、电机控制器、散热器、蓄电池B、高压盒、DC/DC转换器和动力电池,所述桁架式车架包括桁架式车架前段、桁架式车架中段和桁架式车架后段;
所述前桥和所述后桥分别安装于所述桁架式车架前段和所述桁架式车架后段上;
所述桁架式车架中段上设置有下沉的与桁架式车架垂直的桁架结构,所述储氢瓶安装于所述桁架结构上;
所述多合一控制器和所述DC/DC转换器分别安装于所述桁架式车架两侧纵梁的外侧;
所述燃料电池反应堆和所述动力电池均安装于所述桁架式车架前段的中部,且所述燃料电池反应堆位于驾驶室正下方。
优选的,所述燃料电池反应堆散热器通过支架安装于所述桁架式车架前段上并位于所述燃料电池反应堆的一侧。
优选的,所述蓄电池A和所述蓄电池B分别通过支架安装于所述桁架式车架两侧的纵梁上。
优选的,所述驱动电机与所述后桥集成为一个整体,且所述高压盒设置于所述DC/DC转换器上。
优选的,所述散热器通过支架安装于所述桁架式车架后方的其中一侧纵梁上。
优选的,所述电机控制器安装于所述桁架式车架后方的中部。
优选的,所述桁架式车架前段、桁架式车架中段和桁架式车架后段是通过螺栓连接、铆接或焊接的形式形成一体。
优选的,所述储氢瓶的数量为两个。
采用上述布置方案,有益效果如下:
1、燃料电池整个系统的零部件全部布置在底盘上,不占用货厢空间。
2、储氢瓶直接安装在桁架式车架上,不用制作氢系统模块的框架,减轻了整车整备质量,提高了额定载质量。
3、动力电池和燃料电池布置在车架中间,有利于碰撞保护。
4、多合一控制器,高压盒,DC/DC布置在车架外侧,易于售后检测维护。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,包括桁架式车架1、燃料电池反应堆散热器2、前桥3、燃料电池反应堆4、多合一控制器5、蓄电池A6、储氢瓶7、后桥8、驱动电机9、电机控制器10、散热器11、蓄电池B12、高压盒13、DC/DC转换器14和动力电池15,桁架式车架1包括桁架式车架前段16、桁架式车架中段17和桁架式车架后段18;
前桥3和后桥8分别安装于桁架式车架前段16和桁架式车架后段18上;
桁架式车架中段17上设置有下沉的与桁架式车架1垂直的桁架结构19,储氢瓶7安装于桁架结构19上;
多合一控制器5和DC/DC转换器14分别安装于桁架式车架1两侧纵梁的外侧;
燃料电池反应堆4和动力电池15均安装于桁架式车架前段16的中部,且燃料电池反应堆4位于驾驶室正下方。
本实施方式中,燃料电池反应堆散热器2通过支架安装于桁架式车架前段16上并位于燃料电池反应堆4的一侧。蓄电池A 6和蓄电池B12分别通过支架安装于桁架式车架1两侧的纵梁上。驱动电机9与后桥8集成为一个整体,且高压盒13设置于DC/DC转换器14上。
本实施方式中,散热器11通过支架安装于桁架式车架1后方的其中一侧纵梁上。电机控制器10安装于桁架式车架1后方的中部。桁架式车架前段16、桁架式车架中段17和桁架式车架后段18是通过螺栓连接、铆接或焊接的形式形成一体。储氢瓶7的数量为两个。
工作原理:本方案中将储氢瓶7安装在桁架结构19上,将动力电池15和燃料电池反应堆4布置在车架1中间,不占用载货空间,并且不需要设计专门的氢系统安装框架,有利于减重,可以增加额定载质量。同时将对应的模块布置在车架1外侧或下侧,便于售后检测及维护。

1.一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,包括桁架式车架(1)、燃料电池反应堆散热器(2)、前桥(3)、燃料电池反应堆(4)、多合一控制器(5)、蓄电池A(6)、储氢瓶(7)、后桥(8)、驱动电机(9)、电机控制器(10)、散热器(11)、蓄电池B(12)、高压盒(13)、DC/DC转换器(14)和动力电池(15),其特征在于,所述桁架式车架(1)包括桁架式车架前段(16)、桁架式车架中段(17)和桁架式车架后段(18);
所述前桥(3)和所述后桥(8)分别安装于所述桁架式车架前段(16)和所述桁架式车架后段(18)上;
所述桁架式车架中段(17)上设置有下沉的与桁架式车架(1)垂直的桁架结构(19),所述储氢瓶(7)安装于所述桁架结构(19)上;
所述多合一控制器(5)和所述DC/DC转换器(14)分别安装于所述桁架式车架(1)两侧纵梁的外侧;
所述燃料电池反应堆(4)和所述动力电池(15)均安装于所述桁架式车架前段(16)的中部,且所述燃料电池反应堆(4)位于驾驶室正下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,其特征在于,所述燃料电池反应堆散热器(2)通过支架安装于所述桁架式车架前段(16)上并位于所述燃料电池反应堆(4)的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,其特征在于,所述蓄电池A(6)和所述蓄电池B(12)分别通过支架安装于所述桁架式车架(1)两侧的纵梁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,其特征在于,所述驱动电机(9)与所述后桥(8)集成为一个整体,且所述高压盒(13)设置于所述DC/DC转换器(14)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,其特征在于,所述散热器(11)通过支架安装于所述桁架式车架(1)后方的其中一侧纵梁上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,其特征在于,所述电机控制器(10)安装于所述桁架式车架(1)后方的中部。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,其特征在于,所述桁架式车架前段(16)、桁架式车架中段(17)和桁架式车架后段(18)是通过螺栓连接、铆接或焊接的形式形成一体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种桁架式车架燃料电池载货汽车布置方案,其特征在于,所述储氢瓶(7)的数量为两个。
