为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,其组成及重量份数为,乳酸片球菌0.5~2.5份,乳酸乳球菌0.5~2.5份,嗜酸乳杆菌1~2份,乳双歧杆菌0.25~1份,鼠李糖乳杆菌0~2.5份,植物乳杆菌0~1.5份,长双歧杆菌0~2.5份,两歧双歧杆菌0~2.5份,抗性糊精30~50份,赤藓糖醇20~30份,低聚果糖3~10份,菊粉0~10份,果粉0~20份,香精0~0.5份,甜味剂0~0.5份。
制备时,将称量后的乳酸片球菌、乳酸乳球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌,植物乳杆菌,长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、抗性糊精、赤藓糖醇、低聚果糖、菊粉、果粉、香精、甜味剂过筛60目,接着用混合机混合10~15分钟后得到均匀的预混料(控制预混料的水分含量低于5%)。
然后,按照2g的包装规格进行粉末包装机内包,外包及检测,得最终成品。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明将益生菌领域扩大到口服美容,通过实验验证,本益生菌所产生的后生元可刺激人体本身的I型胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白和透明质酸合成酶的表达,内源性的增加皮肤所需的胶原蛋白,弹性蛋白,透明质酸,从根本上达到美容的目的,并与市面上的口服美容产品具有本质化的区别。
益生菌对于人体各个方面的调节都越来越得到认可,包括调节人体的各个组织与器官,最新的研究表明,益生菌对人体的皮肤也有改善和美容的功效。而益生菌对人体皮肤的作用机理目前还不是非常明确,但其中一个机理研究就是益生菌可产生特定的后生元,通过后生元产生对皮肤的直接益处。同时,益生菌可调节肠道健康,规律排便,减少肠道中的有害菌和有害物质,也能对皮肤起到间接改善作用。
乳酸片球菌能产生独特的后生元---片球菌素PA-1,可刺激I型胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白和透明质酸合成酶的表达,增加胶原蛋白,弹性蛋白,透明质酸的合成。
乳酸乳球菌能产生独特的后生元---尼生素,可刺激I型胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白和透明质酸合成酶的表达,增加胶原蛋白,弹性蛋白,透明质酸的合成。
本发明特别添加了经临床验证对人体肠道调节有益的嗜酸乳杆菌,乳双歧杆菌等菌株,规律排便,肠道健康减少体内有害物质的吸收,促进皮肤的美容健康。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
将25mg ProBeauty乳酸片球菌,25mg ProBeauty乳酸乳球菌,40mg嗜酸乳杆菌,15mg乳双歧杆菌,15mg两歧双歧杆菌,10mg长双歧杆菌,1000mg抗性糊精,450mg赤藓糖醇,70mg低聚果糖,350mg果粉过筛60目,接着用混合机混合10~15分钟后得到均匀的预混料(控制预混料的水分含量低于5%)。
然后,按照2g的包装规格进行粉末包装机内包,外包及检测,得最终成品。
实施例2
将20mg ProBeauty乳酸片球菌,20mg ProBeauty乳酸乳球菌,40mg嗜酸乳杆菌,5mg乳双歧杆菌,5mg两歧双歧杆菌,5mg长双歧杆菌,950mg抗性糊精,500mg赤藓糖醇,100mg低聚果糖,50mg菊粉,305mg果粉过筛60目,接着用混合机混合10~15分钟后得到均匀的预混料(控制预混料的水分含量低于5%)。
然后,按照2g的包装规格进行粉末包装机内包,外包及检测,得最终成品。
实施例3
将50mg ProBeauty乳酸片球菌,50mg ProBeauty乳酸乳球菌,10mg嗜酸乳杆菌,5mg乳双歧杆菌,5mg两歧双歧杆菌,5mg长双歧杆菌,5mg植物乳杆菌,5mg鼠李糖乳杆菌,900mg抗性糊精,450mg赤藓糖醇,80mg低聚果糖,80mg菊粉,355mg果粉过筛60目,接着用混合机混合10~15分钟后得到均匀的预混料(控制预混料的水分含量低于5%)。
然后,按照2g的包装规格进行粉末包装机内包,外包及检测,得最终成品。
实施例4
培养实施例1的上清液观察对人表皮角质形成细胞中特定基因的遗传表达的影响。刺激胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白和透明质酸合成酶的表达,分别见图1、图2和图3。图中的control组为只含有细胞培养液的空白组,而不额外添加实施例1的上清液。
由图1-3可知,服用实施例1,可促进胶原蛋白,弹性蛋白,透明质酸的合成。
实施例5
服用实施例1,每日1条,4周后发现,规律排便的人数达到85.3%,自发性的排便次数从服用本产品一周后即可得到提升,并且所有服用的益生菌都可在粪便中找到并得到明显增长。肠道健康,排便规律,减少便秘,对于皮肤美容同样有着不可小觑的作用。

1.一种能促进玻尿酸和胶原合成的美容益生菌组合物,其特征在于,其组成及重量份数为,乳酸片球菌0.5~2.5份,乳酸乳球菌0.5~2.5份,嗜酸乳杆菌1~2份,乳双歧杆菌0.25~1份,鼠李糖乳杆菌0~2.5份,植物乳杆菌0~1.5份,长双歧杆菌0~2.5份,两歧双歧杆菌0~2.5份,抗性糊精30~50份,赤藓糖醇20~30份,低聚果糖3~10份,菊粉0~10份,果粉0~20份,香精0~0.5份,甜味剂0~0.5份。
