本发明公开了一种通络降糖护肝酒,由以下重量份原料组分:鲜紫土豆45‑55份、洋姜3‑10份、虫草参3‑10份、绿豆3‑10份、藜麦3‑10份、新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆10‑20份、丝瓜络1‑5份、酒曲0.5‑2份、SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.0005‑0.002份、酵母菌0.001‑0.010份、香料水10‑20份。本发明的有益效果为:本发明没有毒副作用,避免对人体健康产生影响;具备抗疲劳功效;能治祛风除湿,舒筋活络;用于筋骨疼痛。可以控制尿糖,酸碱平衡,有降低血压的功效。性温和,无副作用,可长期服用。工艺简单,省工、省时、省力、省钱,比传统酿酒产量增产10—12%出酒率。

本发明涉及一种酒,特别涉及一种通络降糖护肝酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高以及现在紧张的生活节奏,导致人们的身体处于亚健康状态;糖尿病、脂肪肝、高血压成为现代社会主要流行病; 据最新的《中国成人糖尿病流行与控制现状》调查研究显示,中国18岁及以上成人糖尿病患病率已高达11.6%,糖尿病前期的患病率更是达到了惊人的50.1%.这意味着,每10位中国成年人中,就有6位血糖不正常。脂肪肝在中国人群中的总患病率约10%。脂肪肝有可能会引起血糖升高。脂肪肝是属于一种肝脏的疾病,和脂肪代谢紊乱有关系,可能和平时经常的吃胆固醇、脂肪含量高的食物、缺乏运动等有关。大多数患有脂肪肝的病人身体都比较肥胖,如果不能够控制饮食,控制脂肪肝的发展,是有可能导致血糖升高或者诱发糖尿病的。风湿病是一组侵犯关节、骨骼、肌肉、血管及有关软组织或结缔组织为主的疾病,其中多数为自身免疫性疾病。发病多较隐蔽而缓慢,病程较长,且大多具有遗传倾向。给人们带来极大的痛苦。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种通络降糖护肝酒及其制备方法。
一种通络降糖护肝酒,由以下重量份原料组分:鲜紫土豆45-55份、洋姜3-10份、虫草参3-10份、绿豆3-10份、藜麦3-10份、新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆10-20份、丝瓜络1-5份、酒曲0.5-2份、SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.0005-0.002份、酵母菌0.001-0.010份、香料水10-20份。
优先的由以下重量份原料组分:鲜紫土豆50份、洋姜5份、虫草参5份、绿豆5份、藜麦5份、新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆15份、丝瓜络2份、酒曲1份、SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.001份、酵母菌0.005份、香料水15份。
所述的香料水包括化橘红、干菊花、水;所述的添加比例为0.5 -1:0.5-1:100-150。
步骤一:将熟鲜紫土豆,洋姜、虫草参洗净,沥干水分,切成1.8-2.2厘米厚的片,上容器蒸18-23分钟;
步骤二:将颗粒饱满、无霉烂的绿豆、藜麦用清水淘洗干净,把饮用水用容器加温38度把淘洗好的绿豆,黎麦浸泡23-25小时后,煮锅加入60%水倒入泡好绿豆,黎麦煮10-20分钟绿豆煮开花,捞出备用;
步骤三:将步骤一、步骤二所得物混合后放入容器中破碎为泥状;充分搅拌混合均匀;
步骤四:将步骤三所得物质加入无霉烂、变质、干叶的破碎至2-3mm的新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆、丝瓜络和香料水;搅拌并混合均匀,后加热煮沸,煮沸后持续煮沸25-35分钟得到发酵原料;
步骤五:将发酵原料打散至浆糊状,后降温;自然降温至22~24℃;用酸度计测量PH值为酸度条件pH为1.0~1.5,将降温后的发酵原料放入发酵池添加酒曲、SOD超氧化物歧化酶和酵母菌用电动搅拌器搅拌机均匀密封发酵165-175小时得酒醅。
步骤六:将发酵好的酒醅,先将蒸锅笼屉内扑一层80目棉织纱布,将酒醅倒入蒸锅笼屉内棉织纱布上,包扎好放在蒸煮锅上层串蒸2-3小时;通过蒸酒把醅中的酒精、水、高级醇、酸类等有效成分蒸发为蒸汽,再经冷却即可得到白酒。蒸馏时应尽量把酒精、芳香物质、醇甜物质等提取出来除去杂质。所得液体即为一种通络降糖护肝酒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明采用原料均为药食同源原料及新食品原料,没有毒副作用,避免对人体健康产生影响;具备抗疲劳功效。
2、本发明的制备方法不但可以保留食材独有的成分和色素,也可以保证产品的外观色泽以及原料独特的口感;显著提高了原料中有效成分的提取率;可以满足产品对外观稳定性的要求,也能尽量地不破坏功效成分,使其保留完整。
3、本发明提供的优化工艺,用多种生态植物保留了原材料的香气,绵喉纯正,香气弥人,且具有通络降糖护肝保健功效及较高的营养价值,成品呈色,口感较好,药香浓郁整体协调,风味更加突出,久置后也无沉淀物质产生。
4、能治祛风除湿,舒筋活络;用于筋骨疼痛。调节血糖,调节血脂,降血脂,对血糖具有双向调节作用,即可使糖尿病患者血糖降低,又能使低血糖病人血糖升高。可以控制尿糖,酸碱平衡,有降低血压的功效。性温和,无副作用,可长期服用。

一种通络降糖护肝酒,由以下重量份原料组分:鲜紫土豆48份、洋姜7份、虫草参6份、绿豆5份、藜麦4份、新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆13份、丝瓜络4份、酒曲1份、SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.001份、酵母菌0.003份、香料水12份。
所述的香料水包括化橘红、干菊花、水;所述的添加比例为0.5:0.5:100。
一种通络降糖护肝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将熟鲜紫土豆,洋姜、虫草参洗净,沥干水分,切成2厘米厚的片,上容器蒸20分钟;
步骤二:将颗粒饱满、无霉烂的绿豆、藜麦用清水淘洗干净,把饮用水用容器加温38度把淘洗好的绿豆,黎麦浸泡24小时后,煮锅加入60%水倒入泡好绿豆,黎麦煮15分钟绿豆煮开花,捞出备用;
步骤三:将步骤一、步骤二所得物混合后放入容器中破碎为泥状;充分搅拌混合均匀;
步骤四:将步骤三所得物质加入无霉烂、变质、干叶的破碎至2mm的新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆、丝瓜络和香料水;搅拌并混合均匀,后加热煮沸,煮沸后持续煮沸25-35分钟得到发酵原料;
步骤五:将发酵原料打散至浆糊状,后降温;自然降温至23℃;用酸度计测量PH值为酸度条件pH为1.2,将降温后的发酵原料放入发酵池添加酒曲为SOD超氧化物歧化酶和酵母菌用电动搅拌器搅拌机均匀密封发酵170小时得酒醅。

患者:佟星,年龄49岁,病症:医院诊断2 型糖尿病患者;中医辨证均为肺肾两亏型。均采用控制饮食,适当运动,常规有合并症(肥胖综合症引起的高血压,由于他的胖导致他得了高血压,原因血液会循环不畅,身体机能下降引起高血压,出现头晕头痛,疲劳,心悸的情况由于身材庞大,对血液循环的要求更高,这就导致了血液总量的增高和心脏的输出总量也增多,每分钟排入血管的血量增加,最终导致了血液增高。发病原因饮食不节:营养过甚超过了人体需要的标准,使多余部分长期滞留体内而致病。食而不净:冰川消融,工业废气污染环境,粮农、菜农、果农大量使用农药,化肥、增长素,养殖商给猪、牛、鸡、鱼大量畏食含有添加剂、激素等化学合成饲料,经消商给熟食加工制品参加一些不规范的添加剂,人们长期食用如果消毒处理不当难勉一些残留的有害物质随食品进入人体长期停滞而破坏,缺少锻炼:代谢失常,长期堆积体内五脏六腑及血液中,使人体气血流通不畅致使痰、湿生成阻塞,形成气滞血瘀的病理现象而由肥胖引起的高血压,通过减肥同时,合理的运动方式)配合调理。 服用

姓名:叶飞,男性,年龄52岁,2020年5月医院就诊。诊断为2型糖尿病患者。症状:自诉1年前体重下降,食多、尿频量多、时混浊如膏脂。双膝酸软乏力,头晕耳呜,多梦,性欲减退,舌质红苔黄、脉细。检查空腹血糖为18.5mmol/L,诊断为糖尿病,口服盐酸二甲双胍片半年,临床症状有所减轻,但空腹血糖仍保持在11.2mmol/L和13.6mmol/L之间。服用本产品30剂,每天2剂,每次100ml共200ml,中午、 晚分两次服,即15天后,空腹血糖为6.2mmol/L,餐后血糖为10.3mmol/L。继续饮用半年后,空腹血糖为6.0mmol/L,餐后血糖为7.6mmol/L饮用期间未发现有副作用。
实施例3
患者马高尚,男,56岁。2018年3月3日医院就诊;患者自述近2月来胸闷明显,时发心悸。服用中草药及“丹参滴丸”等药物治疗,效果不显。诊见:胸闷时轻时重,时发心悸,伴见纳食尚可,食后腹胀,胁下满闷,矢气较频,大便每日2~3行,食冷物后则易泻下,不喜饮水,手足心热,周身酸疼,双下肢浮肿,睡眠欠佳。身体偏胖,舌暗淡紫,舌苔白腻,脉沉细。既往有高血压病史、高脂血症史。经查甘油三酯6.3mmol/L,胆固醇2.1mmol/L。辨证为食积郁滞,痰浊痹阻,升降失司。服用本产品90剂服,每天2剂,,每次100ml共200ml,中午、 晚分两次服,即45天。2018年4月18日:患者自诉周身觉筋骨肌肉伸展舒畅,胸闷、心悸、腹胀、胁下满闷已无,纳食好,大便日1行,睡眠好,双下肢已无浮肿。4月25日查血生化系列,血脂5,3mmol/L。一星期后复查,血脂5.3mmol/L。5.2,甘油三酯1.7mmol/L,胆固醇2.6mmol/L。舌质淡暗,苔腻减轻,脉沉细。痰浊渐去,升降渐复,适当锻炼,生活有规律。3个月后电话随访,无明显不适,血脂正常。
实施案例4:
刘发金,男性,47岁,办公室人员劳动强度低,因“肝区胀痛6月”就诊。患者精神、食欲可。否认肝病家族史,母亲为糖尿病患者。患者饮酒25年,约150-200g/d;查体B超提示脂肪肝5年。查体:血压150/90mmHg,体重78kg,身高170cm,腰围102cm,体重指数约为27。中医查体:舌质暗,舌体胖,有齿痕,苔白腻,脉弦滑。化验检查:肝功能轻度异常(ALT:121U/L,高血压:21.9mmol/L,余基本正常),空腹血糖:6.42mmol/L,餐后小时血糖11mmol/L,TG:11.19mmol/L,胰岛素测定:23.18,彩超提示:脂肪肝(中度),抗-HCV阴性,HbsAg阴性。医院诊断:高血压:表现为头晕、头痛、头胀、眩晕、耳鸣、心慌、四肢麻木、面红、烦躁、失眠等,高血压性心脏病、动脉血管壁改变,肾脏损害心、脑、肾胸痹、中风、水肿等情志、失调、饮食不节内伤虚损有关长期饮酒,过食肥甘炙食,积湿生热,损伤脾胃,肝脾气机阻滞,酿生本病。酒精性脂肪肝性肝炎、高血压病1级、高甘油三酯血症、葡萄糖耐量异常。中医方面考虑存在肝郁脾虚。患者清淡饮食,鼓励饮水,参加轻度有氧运动。每天定量饮用中午、晚上各100克,患者控制进食的总热量,热量大的食物少吃。少吃油腻的食物,增加高纤维食品的比例。低糖,少盐,以粗粮为主。患者饮用本品30天后,血压120/80mmHg左右,体重下降2kg,腰围达到98cm,肝功能渐恢复(ALT:62U/L,TBIL:15.1umol/L),血脂(TG:2.88mmol/L),胰岛素测定:14.31,空腹血4.03mmol/L,餐后2小时血糖7.8mmol/L。服用本品2个半月时,血压稳定于120/80mmHg左右,体重再下降2.5kg,腰围达到92cm,舌质淡红,舌苔薄白,齿痕减少,脉弦。肝功能基本正常(ALT:31U/L,TBIL:15.4umol/L),血脂(TG:.71mmol/L),
实施案例5:
患者:邓士良男68岁;四个月前经常性的感觉"疲乏无力、腹胀、肝区疼痛难忍,经医院诊断,形体肥胖,肝脏肿大,腹部胀满,无压痛,反跳痛,肌紧张,查血脂:血清总胆12.3mmol/L,甘油三脂3.8mmol/L,查肝功能ALT70u/L,总胆红素40ummol/L.B超提示:肝脏增大,"特异性脂肪肝波形".最终诊断为酒精性脂肪肝,经当地治疗一段时间,效果并不理想,
随后本产品两个星期每天定量饮用中午,晚上各100克,疼痛现象明显的消失很多,也没有再腹痛的症状,对其进行检查,结果显示:腹部平软,无压痛,反跳痛。继续治疗4个星期,患者无不适症状,B超提示:肝脏轻度增大,已基本痊愈。巩固疗效2个星期,随访未见邓先生有复发的征兆。
实施例6:
患者毛志新年龄4l岁;身高170,体重缺有240多斤。症状;平时喜欢吃油腻的食物,年前查出脂肪肝比较严重,胆固醇和血脂超标,当时没当回事,2月份出现吃不下饭、疲倦乏力、恶心才想起治疗。每天中午,晚上分别饮用本产品100克,经过6个星期饮用,疼痛消失.功能恢复. 6月后基本恢复进入正常。
实施例7
姓名:陈蓝 女 52岁 症状;湿气重妇科病
内分泌紊乱,头发爱出油,排便粘稠(不易冲掉),小肚子大,耳内湿(耳禅湿)阴部潮湿,小腿肿胀,全身肌肉酸痛、脖子僵硬和头疼、头晕。有瘀血阻络的现象;妇科炎症、更年期综合征。
每天早中晚3次,每次60毫升饮用通络降糖护肝酒经过3星期调理疗效,慢慢内风湿疼痛消失,气血通顺,女性的经络瘀阻妇科疾病功能恢复。

Claims (4)
1.一种通络降糖护肝酒,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料组分:鲜紫土豆45-55份、洋姜3-10份、虫草参3-10份、绿豆3-10份、藜麦3-10份、新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆10-20份、丝瓜络1-5份、酒曲0.5-2份、SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.0005-0.002份、酵母菌0.001-0.010份、香料水10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种通络降糖护肝酒组合物,其特征在于:优先的由以下重量份原料组分:鲜紫土豆50份、洋姜5份、虫草参5份、绿豆5份、藜麦5份、新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆15份、丝瓜络2份、酒曲1份、SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.001份、酵母菌0.005份、香料水15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通络降糖护肝酒,其特征在于:所述的香料水包括化橘红、干菊花、水;所述的添加比例为0.5 -1:0.5-1:100-150。
4.一种通络降糖护肝酒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将熟鲜紫土豆,洋姜、虫草参洗净,沥干水分,切成1.8-2.2厘米厚的片,上容器蒸18-23分钟;
步骤二:将颗粒饱满、无霉烂的绿豆、藜麦用清水淘洗干净,把饮用水用容器加温38度把淘洗好的绿豆,黎麦浸泡23-25小时后,煮锅加入60%水倒入泡好绿豆,黎麦煮10-20分钟绿豆煮开花,捞出备用;
步骤三:将步骤一、步骤二所得物混合后放入容器中破碎为泥状;充分搅拌混合均匀;
步骤四:将步骤三所得物质加入无霉烂、变质、干叶的破碎至2-3mm的新鲜干丝瓜藤秸秆、丝瓜络和香料水;搅拌并混合均匀,后加热煮沸,煮沸后持续煮沸25-35分钟得到发酵原料;
步骤五:将发酵原料打散至浆糊状,后降温;自然降温至22~24℃;用酸度计测量PH值为酸度条件pH为1.0~1.5,将降温后的发酵原料放入发酵池添加酒曲、SOD超氧化物歧化酶和酵母菌用电动搅拌器搅拌机均匀密封发酵165-175小时得酒醅;
步骤六:将发酵好的酒醅,先将蒸锅笼屉内扑一层80目棉织纱布,将酒醅倒入蒸锅笼屉内棉织纱布上,包扎好放在蒸煮锅上层串蒸2-3小时;通过蒸酒把醅中的酒精、水、高级醇、酸类等有效成分蒸发为蒸汽,再经冷却即可得到白酒;蒸馏时应尽量把酒精、芳香物质、醇甜物质等提取出来除去杂质;所得液体即为一种通络降糖护肝酒。
