本发明还提供一种辅助降血糖代餐粉的制备方法,其步骤为:将果蔬原料 进行熟化并加工为果蔬粉,然后按照质量比例对羊奶果提取物、沙棘提取物、 果蔬粉、乳粉、以及甜味剂等进行混合。
进一步地,上述沙棘提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A1:取干燥无沙的清洁沙棘破碎后按照1:10的料液比加入70%乙醇溶液进 行浸泡2-3h,于60摄氏度下超声连续提取三次,前两次提取时间为2h,后一 次提取时间为1h,提取完成后合并多次提取的提取液;
A2:对合并后的提取液进行低温减压浓缩后进行冷冻干燥,浓缩温度为 50-55℃,得到沙棘提取物。
进一步地,上述羊奶果提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
B1:取新鲜洁净的羊奶果按照料液比1:3-5加水浸煮2-3h,过滤以对果肉 和果核进出分离;
B3:将果肉再次进行过滤,以分离其中果汁,将再次分离得到的果肉进行 干燥,使其含水率低于8%,得到羊奶果果干;对果汁进行减压浓缩后进行喷雾 干燥得到果肉提取粉;对果核进行超声辅助提取,提取时间为1-2h,共提取两 次,合并提取液后进行减压浓缩,浓缩完成后进行喷雾干燥,得到果核提取粉;
B4:将步骤B3中获得的羊奶果果干进行粉碎,并过120目筛网,得到羊奶 果果粉;将果肉提取粉、果核提取粉以及羊奶果果粉以及进行混合,得到羊奶 果提取物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种辅助降血糖代 餐粉中制备方法简单,其中添加有羊奶果提取物和沙棘提取物,可有效地辅助 糖尿病患者对血糖进行控制。
具体实施方式
以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例, 而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例为沙棘提取物的制备实施例,具体步骤包括:
A1:取干燥无沙的清洁沙棘破碎后按照1:10的料液比加入70%乙醇溶液进 行浸泡2-3h,于60摄氏度下超声连续提取三次,前两次提取时间为2h,后一 次提取时间为1h,提取完成后合并多次提取的提取液;
A2:对合并后的提取液进行低温减压浓缩后进行冷冻干燥,浓缩温度为 50-55℃,得到沙棘提取物。
实施例2
本实施例为羊奶果提取物的制备实施例,具体步骤包括:
B1:取新鲜洁净的羊奶果按照料液比1:3-5加水浸煮2-3h,过滤以对果肉 和果核进出分离;

实施例3
本实施例为辅助降血糖代餐粉的第一制备实施例,具体为:
组分配比:
羊奶果提取物4份、沙棘提取物5份、果蔬粉60份、乳粉15份、以及甜 味剂甜菊糖0.3份,木糖醇0.2份;
其中,所述果蔬粉的组成为:
第一果蔬粉包括:燕麦粉20份、魔芋粉30份、苦荞粉7份;
第二果蔬粉包括:南瓜粉13份、山药粉14份、紫薯粉8份以及胡萝卜粉 3份;
第一果蔬粉和第二果蔬粉的添加比例为9:1。
制备方法为:将熟化后的果蔬粉、羊奶果提取物、沙棘提取物、乳粉以及 甜味剂按照质量比例对羊奶果提取物、沙棘提取物、果蔬粉、乳粉、以及甜味 剂等进行混合。
实施例4
本实施例为辅助降血糖代餐粉的第二制备实施例,具体为:
组分配比:
羊奶果提取物8份、沙棘提取物25份、果蔬粉100份、乳粉10份以及阿 斯巴甜0.01份。
所述果蔬粉包括第一果蔬粉和第二果蔬粉,所述第一果蔬粉第二果蔬粉的 比例为9-12:1-2。
其中,所述果蔬粉的组成为:
第一果蔬粉包括:薏仁粉22份、荞麦粉15份、青稞粉7份以及燕麦粉13 份;
第二果蔬粉包括:蓝莓粉11份、红豆粉5份、草莓粉21份、以及芋头粉 7份以及地瓜粉7份;
第一果蔬粉和第二果蔬粉的添加比例为6:1。
制备方法为:将熟化后的果蔬粉、羊奶果提取物、沙棘提取物、乳粉以及 甜味剂按照质量比例对羊奶果提取物、沙棘提取物、果蔬粉、乳粉、以及甜味 剂等进行混合。
实施例5
本实施例为本申请的口味测试实施例,具体为:
购入市售品牌代餐粉作为对照并将对照品分别标记为对照1和对照2,随 机选取50名志愿者对实施例3和实施例4制得的辅助降血糖代餐粉、对照1 和对照2的口味进行评价,以上产品均采用80℃水进行冲泡,且每200ml水中 加入20g产品,口感测试结果如表1所示如下:

实施例6
本实施例为本申请的辅助降血糖代餐粉的降血糖测试结果,具体为:
选取6名患有糖尿病并持续服用降血糖药物的糖尿病患者,分别分为两组, 分别服用对照组2和实施例4制得的代餐粉。具体实验设计如下:在服用该辅 助降血糖代餐粉(实施例4制得的产品)前两周内对所有实验人员进行两次空 腹血糖测试以及正常控糖饮食下的餐后两小时血糖,作为对照;在实验开始后, 连续每日早餐进食30g该降血糖代餐粉,持续20d,在服用15d后,随机随对 空腹血糖和餐后2小时血糖进行3次有效监测,对实验前和实验后的监测数据 取平均值,实验结果如表2所示:

Claims (9)
1.一种辅助降血糖代餐粉,其特征在于:包括羊奶果提取物和沙棘提取物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种辅助降血糖代餐粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:羊奶果提取物4-8份、沙棘提取物2-5份、果蔬粉60-100份、乳粉10-15份、以及甜味剂0.01-0.5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种辅助降血糖代餐粉,其特征在于:所述果蔬粉包括第一果蔬粉和第二果蔬粉,所述第一果蔬粉第二果蔬粉的比例为9-12:1-2。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种辅助降血糖代餐粉,其特征在于:所述第一果蔬粉选自燕麦粉、薏仁粉、荞麦粉、苦荞粉、青稞粉以及魔芋粉中的任意一种或多种。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种辅助降血糖代餐粉,其特征在于:所述第二果蔬粉为南瓜粉、芋头粉、山药粉、红薯粉、胡萝卜粉、地瓜粉、红豆粉、蓝莓粉、草莓粉、大豆粉、玉米粉、紫薯粉中的至少一种或多种的混合物。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种辅助降血糖代餐粉,其特征在于:甜味剂为甜菊糖、阿斯巴甜、木糖醇中的一种或多种的混合物。
7.一种辅助降血糖代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于:将果蔬原料进行熟化并加工为果蔬粉,然后按照质量比例对羊奶果提取物、沙棘提取物、果蔬粉、乳粉、以及甜味剂等进行混合。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种辅助降血糖代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述沙棘提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A1:取干燥无沙的清洁沙棘破碎后按照1:10的料液比加入70%乙醇溶液进行浸泡2-3h,于60摄氏度下超声连续提取三次,前两次提取时间为2h,后一次提取时间为1h,提取完成后合并多次提取的提取液;
