技术领域
本发明涉及一种一次性的擦拭片,适用于擦拭地面或墙面上的灰尘和/或土。
背景技术
日本专利申请公开文本1997-135798A描述了一种一次性的擦拭片,它包括一个可热封合的合成树脂基片和一组与所述片粘合并在一个方向延伸的可热封合的合成树脂丝。所述丝通过松开或打开一个连续的纤维束获得,并且通过一组密封线与基片粘合,密封线横向延伸,并在一个方向上间断地排列。纤维束被松开并在基片的横向展开,并且沿横向相对的边缘区在密封点与基片粘合。基片的基本边缘区分别弯折并热封合在一起,以增强所述边缘区。
为了以预定的高速连续生产已知的擦拭片,一个在层压片的横向延伸的受热块或超声板被瞬间压紧在层压片上,以形成带有密封线的层压片,层压片包括基片和松开的纤维束的连续卷材。但是,在采用以前技术的擦拭片的情况下,存在一个问题,即松开的纤维束在受热体或超声板的压力下可能展开过度或不足,或者甚至弯曲脱离预定的直线行程。这些现象会影响擦拭片的质量和/或降低其成品率。
本发明的目的在于防止在一次性擦拭片制造过程中纤维束过度展开。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供一种一次性擦拭片的制造方法,擦拭片包括一个可热封合的合成树脂基片和多个可热封合的合成树脂长纤维,长纤维在基片的一个方向上延伸,并且所述纤维通过一组密封线与基片粘合,密封线横向于所述一个方向延伸,并且在所述一个方向上间断地排列。
在该种方法中,本发明包括的工序为:
a、在所述一个方向上供给一个将成为所述基片的连续基片和一束将成为所述长纤维的连续长纤维;
b、松开纤维束使其在窄于某一宽度的范围内展开,并将其置于基片上,使基片横向相对的边缘区在供给松开的纤维束后露出来;
c、沿基片的边缘区,连续供给一对带状的可热封合的合成树脂窄片,以覆盖基片的边缘区和松开的纤维束的横向相对的边缘区;以及
d、使松开的纤维束和基片与多个横向于所述一个方向延伸、并在所述一个方向上间断排列的密封线一起成形,然后,沿基片的边缘区,当松开的纤维束与基片进行粘合时或在粘合之前,将带状的窄片和基片热封合在一起。
根据本发明的一个优选实例,带状的窄片与所述纤维束沿其横向相对的边缘区进行热封合。

优选实施例的描述
通过下面参照附图进行的说明,将对本发明的一次性擦拭片的细节有更全面的理解。
图1为透视图,示出了托架2和与其相连的一次性擦拭片1。托架2包括一块底板3和一根杆4。紧贴在底板3下表面的擦拭片1有相对的长边缘区7,长边缘区折叠在底板3的上表面上,并通过装在底板3上的夹头8紧固在上表面上。地面或墙面上的灰尘和/或土可被擦拭片1清除,擦拭片1附着在托架2上,托架有一根握在使用者手里的杆4。
图2是一个局部剖开的透视图,示出了与图1所示的擦拭片1相同的擦拭片1。这里示出的擦拭片1已经从底板3上卸下,并且将其面朝上的擦拭面展开。擦拭片1包括一个由可热封合的合成树脂薄膜或无纺布构成的基片层10,和由一组与基片层10的上表面粘合的可热封合的长纤维或丝25构成的擦拭层20。
基片层10呈矩形,由一对彼此相对平行延伸的长边缘区11和一对同样彼此相对平行延伸的短边缘区12限定。由合成树脂薄膜构成的带状加强片13在一组点15处与所述相对的边缘区11热封合,以提高所述边缘区11的拉扯强度。参照图2,擦拭层20的一对相对的边缘区20A分别被带状加强片13的内边缘区14覆盖。基片层10的边缘区11上形成一组切缝16,切缝在所述边缘区11以及各自的带状加强片13上延伸。这些切缝便于通过夹头8将擦拭片1固定在托架2上。
擦拭层20包括一组长纤维25,即基本平行于基片层10的边缘区11延伸的丝。所述长纤维25沿一组密封线9与基片层10热封合,密封线9在一对相对的边缘区11之间间断地排列延伸,这对相对的边缘区11彼此之间基本平行地向基片层10的两个相对的短边缘区12延伸。各长纤维25部分地限定了较长的桥式部分26A,桥式部分26A连接每一对相邻的密封线9以及较短的蓬松部分26B,蓬松部分通过沿每对相邻密封线9之间的切割线29割断剩余的长纤维25而形成。蓬松部分26B各自的一个端部通过密封线9与基片10粘合,而其各自的另一个端部可自由地在空间移动或可以在地面或墙面上分开以去除可能存在的灰尘和/或土。
密封线9通过将基片层10与一组长纤维25一起加热并施加压力使它们在厚度方向彼此压紧而形成。该组长纤维25是松散的,并且最终成形的擦拭片1在密封线9的附近有一组高密度压缩形成的槽26C,这是压力下加热的结果。在每一对相邻密封线9之间连续延伸的长纤维25的长度形成弧线的凸起的桥形部分26A,它向基片层10的上方凸起。在每一对相邻密封线9之间延伸的长纤维25的长度被分别局部地分割成二,以形成蓬松部分26B。
图3是一示意图,示出了擦拭片的制造方法。从该图的左边看起,一个将成为基片10的连续基片101和一个将成为长纤维25的连续纤维束102被连续供给。纤维束102是一捆成对绞合的纤维。纤维束102被送入工序A,然后依次进入后续工序。
工序B至D:各滚轴105A-105D的转速逐步降低以绷紧纤维束102,从而松开或打开纤维束102。纤维束102的张力由滚轴105B-105C控制。
工序E-J:各滚轴105E-105I的转速逐步降低以使纤维束102恢复弯曲,以将松开的纤维束102的整个宽度调节至小于基片101宽度的预先确定宽度。
工序K:在松开的纤维束102被置于基片101的横向中间区域后,供给一对呈连续带状片103的带状片,以使基片101的横向相对的边缘区和宽度调整至预先确定宽度的松开的纤维束102的横向相对的边缘区可分别被带状片103覆盖。
工序L:基片101、松开的纤维束102和带状片103在下滚轴104B和上滚轴104A之间加热局部压在一起,滚轴上有加热片104,以形成密封线9,密封线9横向于基片101延伸,并与所述热封合的部件101、102、103一起在机器方向上间断排列。
工序M:一对热压花辊106用于将带状片103和基片103热封合在一起,并由此获得由基片101、松开的纤维束102和带状片103构成的层压材料120。
工序N:上滚轴107的切割刀片108连续地压紧在下滚轴110上,以在所述滚轴107、110之间局部切割层压材料120,并由此形成擦拭片1的切割区29。
工序O-P:松开和切断的纤维束10通过旋转刷111变松起毛。必要时,基片101的底面也可以在工序P用旋转刷111处理。应该清楚,由压缩机提供的气流也可以用于代替旋转刷111或与旋转刷一起蓬松被割断的纤维束101。
工序Q:基片101和/或带状片103的边缘被成对滚轴形式的切刀112切断,并由此使层压材料120的宽度调节至擦拭片1的宽度。同时,基片101的横向相对的边缘区上形成擦拭片1的切口16。
工序R-S:在被松开的纤维束102上,以及必要时,基片101的底面上涂上活性剂,用于擦去灰尘和/或土。
工序T:层压材料120被切割成合适的长度以获得单个的擦拭片1。
在所述工序A-T中,也可以提供顺序相反的工序L和工序M,这样,基片101和松开的纤维束102可以在带状片103与基片101热封合后与密封线9成形。
一般而言,对于制造擦拭片的传统工艺,为了将松开的纤维束102与基片101热封合,在基片101横向延伸的加热片104C压紧在松开的纤维束102上,松散弯曲的纤维束102可能会由于横向于基片101的加热片104C而过度展开。因此,许多通过这种方法获得的擦拭片1可能会出现松开的纤维束102的横向相对的边缘缺乏位置的一致性。这将降低擦拭片作为商品的价值,并且,另外,使将擦拭片1束紧在托架2上的操作复杂化。根据本发明的方法,在基片101和松开的纤维束102各边缘区被带状片103覆盖以后,将松开的纤维束102与基片101热封合起来。用这种方式,即使就单个擦拭片1而言,松开的纤维束102的横向相对的边缘缺乏位置的一致性,也不会明显到降低擦拭片1作为商品的价值。
在工序A-T中,当提供顺序相反的工序L和工序M时,在带状片103的外边缘区与基片101热封合、并且所述边缘区用带状片101的内边缘区覆盖、趋于过度展开的松开的纤维束102被保持在带状片103和基片101之间之后,才将松开的纤维束102与基片101热封合。用这种方法,可防止被松开的纤维束102在与基片101热封合的区域外过度横向展开,并且很容易控制被松开的纤维束102的宽度。
在本方法中采用的诸如上述描述的基片101、纤维束102和带状片103对应于成品擦拭片1的基片层10、长纤维25和加强片13。
根据本发明的擦拭片制造方法,其特征在于,基片和长纤维束各自的边缘区在基片与放在基片上的长纤维束粘合前用带状片覆盖。这种独特的工艺顺序可有效防止长纤维束的边缘相对于基片边缘发生的位置不匀,而这有可能被用户肉眼发现。特别是,在带状片沿所述基片边缘区与基片热封合后,使长纤维与基片热封合,可防止长纤维束在带状片与基片热封合的区域外展开。

Claims (2)

1.一种一次性擦拭片的制造方法,擦拭片包括一个可热封合的合成树脂基片和一组在所述基片的一个方向上延伸的可热封合的合成树脂长纤维,并且所述长纤维通过多个横向于所述一个方向延伸、并在所述一个方向上间断排列的密封线与所述基片粘合,所述方法包括下列步骤:
a)在所述一个方向上供给一个将成为所述基片的连续基片和一束将成为所述长纤维的连续长纤维;
b)松开所述纤维束,使其在一个窄于一个宽度的范围内展开,并将其放在所述基片上,使所述基片横向相对的边缘区在所述松开的纤维束供给后露出来;
c)沿所述基片的所述边缘区连续供给一对带状的可热封合的合成树脂窄片,以覆盖所述基片的所述边缘区以及所述松开的纤维束的横向相对的边缘区;
d)将所述松开的纤维束和所述基片与多个横向于所述一个方向延伸并在所述一个方向上间断排列的密封线一起成形,然后,当所述松开的纤维束与所述基片进行粘合时或在粘合之前,将所述带状的窄片沿所述基片的所述边缘区与基片热封合。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述带状的窄片与所述松开的纤维束沿其横向相对的边缘区热封合。
