前記強化繊維が、モノフィラメントまたはマルチフィラメントまたはテープからなり、前記キャリア材料が、前記強化繊維の層に接着結合されていることを特徴とする、転写システム。
2. 前記織物層が、互いに交差する強化繊維を含むことを特徴とする、実施形態1に記載の転写システム。
3. 前記不織布が、0.020~0.070mm、好ましくは0.030~0.060mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、実施形態1または2に記載の転写システム。
4. 前記不織布および前記強化繊維の織物層の複合材料が、180℃未満の温度で熱的に製造されることを特徴とする、実施形態1から3のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
5. 前記キャリア材料および前記強化繊維が、結合剤を用いて互いに結合されることを特徴とする、実施形態1から3のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
6. 前記キャリア材料が、熱可塑性材料、好ましくはポリアミドの繊維を含むことを特徴とする、実施形態1から5のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
7. 前記強化繊維の織物層が、2つ以上の個々の層に配置される、互いに平行に伸長する強化繊維の交差する群の格子を構成することを特徴とする、実施形態1から6のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
8. ある群の前記強化繊維が、互いに0.3~11.5cmの間隔で伸長することを特徴とする、実施形態7に記載の転写システム。
9. 前記強化繊維が、オフ・アングルで互いに交差することを特徴とする、実施形態7または8に記載の転写システム。
10. 前記強化繊維が、アラミド、炭素、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミドおよび/またはポリエステル繊維の束またはテープからなることを特徴とする、実施形態1から9のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
11. 前記強化繊維のマルチフィラメントが、ねじれていることを特徴とする、実施形態1から10のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
12. 前記1つまたは2つのカバーホイルが、解放特性を有することを特徴とする、実施形態1から11のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
13. ロール材料の形態であることを特徴とする、実施形態1から12のいずれかに記載の転写システム。
14. 不織布および強化繊維の織物層の複合材料を表面に適用するための、実施形態1から13のいずれかに記載の転写システムの使用。
15. 帆布および帆を製造するための、実施形態14に記載の使用。
16. 表面の粗さおよび/または横滑り抵抗/グリップを増加するための、実施形態14または15に記載の使用。
17. 梱包フィルム/ホイルおよび保護カバーを製造するための、実施形態14に記載の使用。
Claims (15)
- (a)キャリア材料としての不織布、および
(b)強化繊維の織物層
を含む複合材料のための転写システムであって、
前記強化繊維が、モノフィラメントまたはマルチフィラメントまたはテープからなり、前記キャリア材料が、前記強化繊維の層に接着結合され、
前記転写システムが、解放特性を有する1つまたは2つのカバーホイルを備えている、
ことを特徴とする、転写システム。 - 前記織物層が、互いに交差する強化繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の転写システム。
- 前記不織布が、0.020~0.070mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の転写システム。
- 前記キャリア材料および前記強化繊維が、結合剤を用いて互いに結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の転写システム。
- 前記キャリア材料が、熱可塑性材料の繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の転写システム。
- 前記強化繊維の織物層が、2つ以上の個々の層に配置される、互いに平行に伸長する強化繊維の交差する群の格子を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の転写システム。
- ある群の前記強化繊維が、互いに0.3~11.5cmの間隔で伸長することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の転写システム。
- 前記強化繊維が、オフ・アングルで互いに交差することを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の転写システム。
