背景技术
酒是人们日常生活中重要的饮品,但长期大量饮酒更易形成乙醇性脂肪肝、乙醇性肝炎和肝硬化等肝脏疾病。乙醇进入体内后,很快经口腔、食道、胃、肠等器官并直接通过生物膜进入血液循环,迅速地被运输到全身各组织器官进行代谢利用,其中90-95%的乙醇在肝脏代谢。
而肝脏中含有两种酶,一种是乙醇脱氢酶,另一种乙醛脱氢酶。大体来讲,肝中的乙醇脱氢酶负责将乙醇(酒的成分)氧化为乙醛,生成的乙醛作为底物进一步在乙醛脱氢酶催化下转变为无害的乙酸(即醋的成分)。
在一般人体中,都存在有乙醇脱氢酶,而且数量活性基本上是相等的。但是由于人种和个体的差异,乙醛脱氢酶的活性和数量度都不同。其中一半亚洲人的乙醛脱氢酶呈无活性型,因此这些人饮酒后乙醛不能转化成乙酸,而导致血中乙醛浓度迅速上升,产生颜面及全身潮红,心悸波动性头痛,呕吐等反应。这就是我们通常所说的醉酒,因此醉酒是由于乙醛脱氢酶的缺失或者活性不高而造成乙醛不能转变成乙酸,从而产生醉酒的反应。所以,乙醛的作用才是产生醉酒的根本原因。
故解酒的机理是:刺激机体产生乙醛脱氢酶并提高酶活性,加速乙醛氧化成乙酸,从而减轻乙醛对身体的毒害作用。
但目前市面上销售的解酒产品多为葛根等中药材成份,可以提高乙醇脱氢酶活性,但对乙醛脱氢酶活性的提高不明显,总体说来大多解酒效果差,甚至出来副作用,因为加速了乙醇转化为乙醛,就会有过多的乙醛蓄积在人体内,乙醛对人体的伤害是乙醇的10倍。
故基于此,提出本发明技术方案。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物及其制备方法。所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物,各组分配伍科学、作用协同,能够有效地增强乙醛脱氢酶活性,将体内乙醛转变为无害的乙酸,具有良好的解酒效果;且小鼠实验表明,本发明所述组合物较阳性对照组的效果更为优异;所述制备方法,仅需将原料组分混合后压片、包衣即可,工艺简单易控,有利于规模化产出。
本发明的方案是,提供一种提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物,包括如下原料:米糠脂肪烷醇、乳双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、益萃质、雨生红球藻粉、玉米低聚肽粉、葛根粉、枳椇子粉、刺梨粉、酵母提取物、水苏糖、山梨糖醇、甜菊糖苷、草莓粉和维生素C。
优选地,所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:米糠脂肪烷醇15~30份、乳双歧杆菌1~15份、植物乳杆菌1~15份、益萃质1~15份、雨生红球藻粉25~40份、玉米低聚肽粉1~15份、葛根粉45~60份、枳椇子粉1~15份、刺梨粉25~40份、酵母提取物30~45份、水苏糖10~25份、山梨糖醇140~155份、甜菊糖苷0.1~15份、草莓粉30~45份和维生素C1~15份。
优选地,所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:米糠脂肪烷醇22.5份、乳双歧杆菌8份、植物乳杆菌8份、益萃质8份、雨生红球藻粉32.5份、玉米低聚肽粉8份、葛根粉52.5份、枳椇子粉8份、刺梨粉32.5份、酵母提取物37.5份、水苏糖17.5份、山梨糖醇147.5份、甜菊糖苷8份、草莓粉37.5份和维生素C 8份。
基于相同的技术构思,本发明的再一方案是,提供一种提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将乳双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、益萃质、酵母提取物均匀混合,得混合物a;
(2)将雨生红球藻粉、玉米低聚肽粉、葛根粉、枳椇子粉、刺梨粉、草莓粉均匀混合,得混合物b;
(3)将米糠脂肪烷醇、水苏糖、甜菊糖苷、维生素C均匀混合,得混合物c;
(4)将混合物a、混合物b、混合物c、山梨糖醇与常规辅料均匀混合后,依次压片、包衣,即可。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述混合的转速为30~40r/min,混合的时间为10~20min。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述混合的转速为60~80r/min,混合的时间为4~8min。
优选地,步骤(3)中,所述混合的转速为50~70r/min,混合的时间为8~12min。
优选地,步骤(4)中,所述包衣温度为40℃以下。
基于相同的技术构思,再提供一种所述组合物的服用方法:于饮酒前服用4片(0.75g/片)组合物压片即可。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物,各组分配伍科学、作用协同,能够有效地增强乙醛脱氢酶活性,加速乙醇在人体内代谢,减少乙醛在人体内蓄积,将体内乙醛转变为无害的乙酸;还可以直接修复因代谢受损伤的肝脏细胞和清除因乙醇代谢所产生的自由基,避免了可能对人体造成的进一步伤害;考虑到乙醇在人体内代谢会造成肠道菌群紊乱、胃肠不适,故添加益生菌成分针对性地调整肠道菌群,避免胃肠不适;所述组合物具有良好的解酒效果;且小鼠实验表明,本发明所述组合物较阳性对照组的效果更为优异。
2、本发明所述的提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,仅需将原料组分混合后压片、包衣即可,工艺简单易控,有利于规模化产出。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将10g乳双歧杆菌、10g植物乳杆菌、10g益萃质、300g酵母提取物在30r/min条件下均匀混合10min,得混合物a;
(2)将250g雨生红球藻粉、10g玉米低聚肽粉、450g葛根粉、10g枳椇子粉、250g刺梨粉、300g草莓粉在60r/min条件下均匀混合4min,得混合物b;
(3)将150g米糠脂肪烷醇、100g水苏糖、1g甜菊糖苷、10g维生素C在50r/min条件下均匀混合8min,得混合物c;
(4)将混合物a、混合物b、混合物c先进行均匀混合,再与1400g山梨糖醇按照等量递增的方式均匀混合,最后与常规辅料均匀混合,进行压片,并在40℃条件下包衣,即可。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将150g乳双歧杆菌、150g植物乳杆菌、150g益萃质、450g酵母提取物在40r/min条件下均匀混合20min,得混合物a;
(2)将400g雨生红球藻粉、150g玉米低聚肽粉、600g葛根粉、150g枳椇子粉、400g刺梨粉、450g草莓粉在80r/min条件下均匀混合8min,得混合物b;
(3)将300g米糠脂肪烷醇、250g水苏糖、150g甜菊糖苷、150g维生素C在70r/min条件下均匀混合12min,得混合物c;
(4)将混合物a、混合物b、混合物c先进行均匀混合,再与1550g山梨糖醇按照等量递增的方式均匀混合,最后与常规辅料均匀混合,进行压片,并在35℃条件下包衣,即可。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将80g乳双歧杆菌、80g植物乳杆菌、80g益萃质、375g酵母提取物在35r/min条件下均匀混合15min,得混合物a;
(2)将325g雨生红球藻粉、80g玉米低聚肽粉、525g葛根粉、80g枳椇子粉、325g刺梨粉、375g草莓粉在70r/min条件下均匀混合6min,得混合物b;
(3)将225g米糠脂肪烷醇、175g水苏糖、80g甜菊糖苷、80g维生素C在60r/min条件下均匀混合10min,得混合物c;
(4)将混合物a、混合物b、混合物c先进行均匀混合,再与1475g山梨糖醇按照等量递增的方式均匀混合,最后与常规辅料均匀混合,进行压片,并在30℃条件下包衣,即可。
为了验证本发明所述组合物的效果,进行动物实验,具体如下:
对象:昆明种小鼠。
组别:将80只昆明种小鼠随机分成4等份,对应4个组别,分别为:阳性对照组、模型组、米糠低剂量组、米糠高剂量组。
方法:每天上午9时,对所有昆明种小鼠以13g/kg的56%乙醇(二锅头)进行灌胃。4小时后,对模型组以0.1ml/10g的生理盐水灌胃;对阳性对照组以60mg/kg的水飞蓟灌胃;对米糠低剂量组以20.3mg/20g的本发明所述组合物压片灌胃;对米糠高剂量组以203mg/20g的本发明所述组合物压片灌胃;具体如表1所示。共造模11天。

并检测了小鼠血清中乙醛脱氢酶的活性,检测结果取平均值,如图1所示。
由图1可知,相比而言,模型组小鼠乙醛脱氢酶活性最低;而能够保肝护肝,且针对性解酒的水飞蓟则能使乙醛脱氢酶活性达到较高水平;而采用本发明所述组合物压片灌胃后,小鼠乙醛脱氢酶活性高于阳性对照组,表明本发明所述组合物提升乙醛脱氢酶的能力较高,且用量越高,效果越佳。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下原料:米糠脂肪烷醇、乳双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、益萃质、雨生红球藻粉、玉米低聚肽粉、葛根粉、枳椇子粉、刺梨粉、酵母提取物、水苏糖、山梨糖醇、甜菊糖苷、草莓粉和维生素C。
2.根据权利要求1所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:米糠脂肪烷醇15~30份、乳双歧杆菌1~15份、植物乳杆菌1~15份、益萃质1~15份、雨生红球藻粉25~40份、玉米低聚肽粉1~15份、葛根粉45~60份、枳椇子粉1~15份、刺梨粉25~40份、酵母提取物30~45份、水苏糖10~25份、山梨糖醇140~155份、甜菊糖苷0.1~15份、草莓粉30~45份和维生素C1~15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:米糠脂肪烷醇22.5份、乳双歧杆菌8份、植物乳杆菌8份、益萃质8份、雨生红球藻粉32.5份、玉米低聚肽粉8份、葛根粉52.5份、枳椇子粉8份、刺梨粉32.5份、酵母提取物37.5份、水苏糖17.5份、山梨糖醇147.5份、甜菊糖苷8份、草莓粉37.5份和维生素C 8份。
4.权利要求1~3任一所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将乳双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、益萃质、酵母提取物均匀混合,得混合物a;
(2)将雨生红球藻粉、玉米低聚肽粉、葛根粉、枳椇子粉、刺梨粉、草莓粉均匀混合,得混合物b;
(3)将米糠脂肪烷醇、水苏糖、甜菊糖苷、维生素C均匀混合,得混合物c;
(4)将混合物a、混合物b、混合物c、山梨糖醇与常规辅料均匀混合后,依次压片、包衣,即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述混合的转速为30~40r/min,混合的时间为10~20min。
6.根据权利要求4所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述混合的转速为60~80r/min,混合的时间为4~8min。
7.根据权利要求4所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述混合的转速为50~70r/min,混合的时间为8~12min。
8.根据权利要求4所述提高乙醛脱氢酶活性和解酒能力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述包衣温度为40℃以下。
