Claims (3)
- (1) 현미강을 100~120℃로 2내지 5시간 동안 찌는 단계;(2) 상기 현미강에 유산균, 탈지분유(또는 우유), 버섯을 배합하는 단계;(3) 상기 배합된 현미강을 밀패 포장하여 발효실에서 30~45℃에서 발효하는 단계;(4) 상기 발효가 완료된 꽃송이발효현미강버섯을 9내지~15%의 수분함량으로 건조시키는 단계;
- 제 1항에 있어 상기(2) 배합하는 단계는 1%~99%의 현미강, 0.1%~25%의 버섯, 1%~10%의 탈지분유(또는 우유) 배합을 특징으로 하는 꽃송이발효현미강버섯의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어 상기 (4) 발효현미강버섯 건조시키는 단계의 건조는 40~70℃상태로 10내지36시간 동안 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 꽃송이발효현미강버섯의 제조방법
