the antibacterial composition comprises plant extracts, lysozyme, lactoferrin and propolis;
the lysozyme is an alkaline enzyme capable of hydrolyzing mucopolysaccharide in bacteria, and can decompose insoluble mucopolysaccharide in cell walls into soluble glycopeptides by destroying beta-1, 4 glycosidic bonds between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine in the cell walls, so that cell wall rupture contents escape to dissolve the bacteria, and can be directly combined with virus proteins with negative charges to form complexes with DNA, RNA and apoprotein to inactivate viruses, and lysozyme is added into toothpaste to effectively kill most harmful bacteria in oral cavity and inhibit the breeding of the harmful bacteria.
Lactoferrin has strong biological functions of broad-spectrum antibiosis, antioxidation, anticancer, immune system regulation and the like, is considered as a novel antibacterial and anticancer medicine, and can effectively inhibit breeding of harmful bacteria in oral cavity by adding lactoferrin into toothpaste.
The propolis is in the form of block or irregular fragment, and is in the forms of greenish, brown yellow, red, brown or dark brown, and has luster on surface or section. Gradually becomes hard and brittle below 20 ℃, gradually becomes soft at 20-40 ℃, and has viscosity and plasticity. Fragrant smell, slightly bitter and astringent taste, slightly numb and spicy feeling; propolis has good antiinflammatory effect and antimicrobial activity, and toothpaste containing propolis has good inhibiting effect on dental plaque and preventing and treating dental caries. The toothpaste containing propolis is effective in inhibiting Streptococcus mutans and preventing dental caries.
The plant extract comprises eucalyptus oil, a pistacia chinensis bunge extract, a honeysuckle extract, a dendrobium officinale extract, a liquorice extract, an isatis root extract, a forsythia suspensa extract and a bletilla striata extract;
wherein eucalyptus oil is colorless to yellowish liquid, and has camphor-like and borneol-like odor. The main component of eucalyptus oil refining is cineole, the content of the cineole is 70% -90%, and the cineole contains a small amount of aldehyde, terpene and the like, so that the cineole oil refining agent has good antibacterial and bactericidal properties.
The aquilaria sinensis extract has stronger inhibitory activity on escherichia coli (E.coli), staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) and rhodotorula (R.glutalis); has obvious inhibiting effect on human non-small cell lung cancer (NCI-H460) cell nucleus in vitro, the inhibiting effect is in positive correlation with the concentration, and when the mass concentration reaches 0.1 g/L, the inhibiting rate reaches 92.56%.
The flos Lonicerae extract has effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, and can improve halitosis and stomatitis caused by excessive internal heat.
The herba Dendrobii extract has effects of nourishing yin, clearing heat, promoting fluid production, and quenching thirst. Can be used for treating febrile disease, impairment of body fluid, thirst, dryness of tongue, asthenia heat after illness, gastropathy, retching, and glossless tongue fur.
The licorice extract has the functions of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, clearing away heat and toxic material, eliminating phlegm and stopping cough, relieving spasm and pain and harmonizing the drugs.
The radix Isatidis extract has effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, cooling blood, and relieving sore throat.
The forsythia suspense extract has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, eliminating stagnation, reducing swelling and the like.

And (3) testing the curative effect of the halitosis:
selecting 400 volunteers all suffering from halitosis caused by stomatitis, wherein the maximum age is 65 years old, the minimum age is 18 years old, the proportion of men and women is moderate, the patients are randomly and averagely divided into 8 groups, the groups correspond to the oral cavity antibacterial toothpaste prepared in the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-4 respectively, the volunteers use the corresponding oral cavity antibacterial toothpaste to clean the oral cavity once every morning and evening, the oral cavity is kept for 7 days, and no other oral cavity care products are used in the period;
and (3) counting the treatment effect after 7 days, wherein the judgment standard of the treatment effect is as follows:
the method has the following advantages: reduction or partial disappearance of symptoms of discomfort;
and (3) curing: the discomfort symptom disappears, and no recurrence occurs;
and (4) invalidation: the discomfort symptoms are unchanged or recur.
The test results are shown in table 2:

TABLE 2
As can be seen from the data in table 2, the oral cavity antibacterial toothpaste provided in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention has significant efficacy in the improvement and treatment of halitosis, and has a high overall effective rate, and the cure rate is above 80%, while the oral cavity antibacterial toothpaste provided in comparative examples 1 to 4 has a better efficacy, but the efficacy is significantly poorer than that of examples 1 to 4, so that the antibacterial action of lactoferrin, lysozyme, eucalyptus oil and the pistacia weinmannifolia extract has a good effect in suppressing and eliminating halitosis.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
