Abstract

本公开涉及托板领域,且更特别地涉及半尺寸塑料托板。
背景技术
当为顾客购买而展示产品时,零售商店常偏好使用部分托板(fractionalpallet)。典型地,部分托板是全尺寸托板尺寸的四分之一到一半。部分托板具有显着较小的占用区(footprint),其允许零售商店在与全尺寸托板相同尺寸区域内展示更多样的产品。
除此之外,零售商店常偏好使用部分塑料托板来代替部分木质托板。比起部分木质托板,部分塑料托板更美观讨喜,且更卫生。
即使考虑当前的部分塑料托板,仍存在对托板搬运设备能够容易地移动且能够实现美观可接受的产品展示器的部分塑料托板的需要。由于部分塑料托板要载运的产品有时可能相对重,所以不应当在提供易用性的同时而牺牲托板的载荷容量。
发明内容
一种托板包括:顶甲板,其被划分为四分体;以及托板支撑脚,其接合到顶甲板的下侧。托板支撑脚在顶甲板的下面形成开口,用于容纳举升构件。顶甲板在其下侧上在每一个四分体中都包括至少一个甲板斗区,而且顶甲板的厚度在每一个甲板斗区中都减小,以减小顶甲板挠曲对举升构件穿过位于顶甲板下面的开口的能力的影响。
每一个四分体中的至少一个甲板斗区都可包括手抓握开口。每一个四分体中的至少一个甲板斗区都可具有矩形形状。
每一个四分体中的至少一个甲板斗区都可包括第一和第二甲板斗区。每一个四分体都可包括过渡壁,该过渡壁将该第一与第二甲板斗区分离,而且该过渡壁不减小顶甲板的厚度。
甲板的下侧可包括露出的肋,而且每一个四分体中的至少一个甲板斗区都包括该露出的肋。

首先参考图1和2,所例示的半尺寸塑料托板20包括顶甲板30和接合到顶甲板的三个可拆装的托板支撑脚40。假如托板支撑脚40或顶甲板30变成受损,由于可从顶甲板30移除托板支撑脚40,这样允许容易地修复半尺寸塑料托板。
三个托板支撑脚40包括中心托板支撑脚和一对外托板支撑脚。托板支撑脚40配置成诸如叉式举升机(forklift)或托板起重机(pallet jack)的托板搬运设备能够四向插进。如下所做的详细讨论,塑料托板20可修复、可堆叠,且包括产品展示器装接点。
半尺寸塑料托板20是24英寸×40英寸的。虽然所公开的塑料托板20的特征针对半尺寸托板,但这些特征可用于其他尺寸的塑料托板。例如,可将塑料托板20的尺寸减小到四分之一尺寸,其为24英寸×20英寸。甚至可将塑料托板20的尺寸增加到全尺寸,其为48英寸×40英寸。为适应使用米制的国家,可调整这些维度。

每一个外基座支撑组件52都具有:与基座42一体地形成的下端;以及露出的上端。一对面朝外的卡扣54从所露出上端延伸,以接触顶甲板20的下侧34。类似地,一对面朝内的卡扣56从所露出上端延伸,以接触顶甲板20的下侧34。卡扣54、56配置成接合顶甲板30的下侧34中的卡扣开口170,致使外基座支撑组件52接合到顶甲板30。
顶甲板30的下侧34进一步具有与多个卡扣开口170相邻的多个引导开口172。一对隔开的引导件58也从外基座支撑组件52的所露出上端延伸。引导件58配置成使卡扣54、56与卡扣开口170对准。引导开口172对应于由面朝外侧壁51、面朝内侧壁53及一对弯曲端壁55界定的外基座支撑组件52的轮廓或外形。顶甲板30的下侧34中的引导开口172的维度小于外基座支撑组件52的轮廓或外形的维度,以容纳引导件58。

外基座支撑组件52具有:面朝外侧壁51,其具一对从其延伸的面朝外卡扣54;以及隔开的面朝内侧壁53,其具一对从其延伸的面朝内卡扣56。该对面朝外卡扣54从面朝外侧壁51凹进。该对面朝内卡扣56从面朝内侧壁53凹进。
一对弯曲端壁55处于面朝外侧壁51和面朝内侧壁53的端部,而且该对引导件58从该对弯曲端壁55延伸。每一个引导件58的一部分以对应于弯曲端壁55的曲率弯曲。该对引导件58从该对弯曲端壁55凹进。
卡扣54、56中的每一个都包括:挠性卡扣组件60;唇部62,其从卡扣组件60向外延伸;以及倾斜面或边缘64,其位于唇部62与卡扣组件60之间。倾斜面64和唇部62挠性地接合顶甲板30的下侧34中的相应卡扣开口170。

顶甲板30的下侧34进一步具有与多个卡扣开口182相邻的多个引导开口182。两对间隔开的引导件78也从中心基座支撑组件72的露出上端延伸。引导件78配置成使卡扣74与顶甲板30的下侧34中的卡扣开口180对准。引导开口182对应于壁73界定的中心基座支撑组件72的轮廓或外形。顶甲板30的下侧34中的引导开口182的维度小于中心基座支撑组件72的轮廓或外形的维度,以容纳引导件78。
中心基座支撑组件72是圆形的。两对卡扣74从圆形壁73延伸,且引导件78和卡扣74从圆形壁73凹进。引导件78和卡扣74弯曲,以匹配圆形壁73的曲率。引导件78的高度可与卡扣74的高度相同。在其他实施例中,引导件78的高度可与卡扣74的高度不同。
每一个卡扣74都包括:挠性卡扣组件80;唇部82,其从卡扣组件80向外延伸;以及倾斜面或边缘84,其位于唇部82与卡扣组件80之间。倾斜面84和唇部82挠性地接合顶甲板30的下侧34中的相应卡扣开口180。
中心基座支撑组件72进一步包括加肋的芯部90。除此之外,芯部90也从露出上端延伸。芯部90的高度小于卡扣74的高度。
每一个托板支撑脚40互相相同。每一个托板支撑脚40中的基座42都包括用于容纳加强杆的开口44。加强杆增加托板支撑脚40的强度和耐久性。例如,加强杆可以是但并不限于是钢或金属。基座42包括露出加强杆的隔开的开口46。将加强杆插入开口44内后,将如图6所示的堵头45插入开口44内,以将加强杆挡在其内。例如,可确定开口44的尺寸,以容纳半1/2英寸或5/8英寸的堵头45。
每一个托板支撑脚40都可以由热塑性或高分子材料形成。类似地,顶甲板30亦可由热塑性或高分子材料形成。半尺寸塑料托板20中使用的塑料可以是可回收的。
另一个方面针对用于制造具如上所述的可拆装托板支撑脚40的托板20的方法。该方法包括形成具产品支撑面32和相对下侧34而且下侧34中具有多个卡扣开口170的顶甲板30。该方法进一步包括形成多个托板支撑脚40。每一个托板支撑脚40都包括:基座42,其横跨顶甲板30的宽度延伸;以及一对外基座支撑组件52。每一个外基座支撑组件52都具有:下端,其与基座42的端部一体地形成;以及露出上端。一对面朝外卡扣54从每一个外基座支撑组件50的露出上端延伸,以接触顶甲板30的下侧34。一对面朝内卡扣56从每一个外基座支撑组件50的露出上端延伸,以接触顶甲板30的下侧34。该方法进一步包括使一对面朝外卡扣54和面朝内卡扣56与顶甲板30的下侧34中的分别卡扣开口170接合,致使托板支撑脚40接合到顶甲板30。
现在将参考图7-9更详细讨论顶甲板30。顶甲板30形成为一件式(one piece),且包括四个四分体100(1)-100(4)。可将每一个四分体统称为四分体100。除仅在四分体100(1)和100(3)中具有收缩性包覆材抓握构件110外,四分体100在设计上是对称的。
使用收缩性包覆材抓握构件110在顶甲板30载运的产品上施用并保持收缩性包覆材。通常使用收缩性包覆材将产品固定于托板。这常是包箍的替代方式,但如果希望,两者都能施用。
对托板施用收缩性包覆材遇到的问题是固定收缩性包覆材的端部。在收缩包覆开始时和完成时都遇到此问题,因为包覆材会不黏附于产品或托板,或在结束时,包覆材可能不能保持自己贴着托板的产品。
沿顶甲板30的侧36安置收缩性包覆材抓握构件110。在每一侧36上,即,在四分体100(1)和100(3)上都有一个收缩性包覆材抓握构件110。在其他实施例中,四分体100(2)和100(4)也可包括收缩性包覆材抓握构件110,致使所有四分体100在设计上是对称的。
每一个收缩性包覆材抓握构件110都取双侧槽的形式,类似于砧的形状。双侧槽具有前凹部和后凹部以及位于它们之间的狭窄开口。狭窄开口允许将收缩性包覆材布设于槽内,但使其更难以再次出来。可将包覆材拉入前凹部或后凹部内,且在包覆过程开始时或结束时,能够固定包覆材的端部。
顶甲板30的另一个特征是包括用作包箍带定位器的槽150。一对槽150布设于顶甲板30的每一个长侧36上。
每一个四分体100都包括手出入孔102。手出入孔102对操作者搬运半尺寸塑料托板20提供了容易的手段。使手出入孔102的尺寸大到足以让使用者通过其插入全部四个手指。通过在每一个四分体100中提供手出入孔102,使用者可非常容易地抓住半尺寸塑料托板20,以将其搬送自托板堆叠或将其从托板堆叠卸载。
顶甲板30包括一些不同的产品展示器装接点,用于将产品展示器或框(box)固定于半尺寸塑料托板20上。例如,当半尺寸塑料托板20在有产品在其上的情况下位于商店内的地板上时,产品展示器有助于促销产品。第9,387,953号美国专利公开了具产品展示器装接点的部分塑料托板,且该美国专利通过引用整体并入本文中。’953号专利被转让给本发明的当前受让人。
产品展示器装接点在产品支撑面32中包括展示器装接槽口120、130以及150,如图9所例示。展示器装接槽口120、130以及150中的每一个都是矩形的,且确定其尺寸,以容纳从产品展示器的基座下降的拉片(tab),从而使产品展示器保持就位于半尺寸塑料托板20上。
关于全部八个展示器装接槽口120,一对展示器装接槽口120与顶甲板30的侧36、38中的每一个相邻布设。在产品支撑面32中也存在八个展示器装接槽口130和八个展示器装接槽口150。每一个展示器装接槽口130与分别的展示器装接槽口120对准,且每一个展示器装接槽口150从顶甲板30的侧36、38凹进,且还与分别的展示器装接槽口130对准。
仍参考图9,每一个展示器装接槽口130都包括位于顶甲板30内的外槽口132和凹进外槽口内的内槽口138。外槽口132包括侧134和形成弯曲架的局部封闭底136。内槽口138与弯曲架136相邻,且凹进到外槽口132的下面。内槽口138具有:一对隔开的侧壁140和142:以及封闭底144。
在内槽口132内,侧壁140包括从其延伸的凸起145,而相对侧壁142包括从其延伸的锥形构件146。锥形构件146具有对着凸起145的向下锥体。如果产品展示器拉片具有恰当定位孔,则该孔可接合并锁定于凸起145或锥形构件146上。
具锥形构件146的侧壁142是弯曲的,对应于弯曲架136,而具凸起145的侧壁140不弯曲。锥形构件146包括与内槽口138的封闭底144垂直的最低面148。平坦下侧148与封闭底144之间存在间隙。例如,凸起145具有四分之一球形。锥形构件146与凸起145的中心对准。
每一个展示器装接槽口150都从顶甲板30的侧36、38凹进。移除顶甲板30的对应侧36、38绝大部分,以露出展示器装接槽口150。展示器装接槽口150的对应侧36、38的移除是均匀的,以形成一对间隔开的保留拉片151,用于固定产品展示器拉片。保留拉片151位于展示器装接槽口150的上部,而展示器装接槽口150的下部完全露出。
顶甲板30还包括用于容纳加强杆的开口160、162,如图7所例示。加强杆增加顶甲板30的强度和耐久性。例如,加强杆可以是但不限于是钢或金属。侧38具有三个开口160,而侧36具有两个开口162,用于容纳加强杆。将加强杆插入开口160、162内后,将如图6所示的堵头45插入开口160、162内,以挡住加强杆。例如,确定开口160、162的尺寸,以容纳1/2英寸或5/8英寸的堵头45。
如上所指出的,半尺寸塑料托板20是可修复的。与顶甲板30分离地形成托板支撑脚40,而且为托板的修复,可从托板支撑脚40卸下顶甲板30。每一个支撑脚40都包括与外基座支撑组件52关联的卡扣54、56和与中心基座支撑组件72关联的卡扣74。分别卡扣54、56和74将每一个托板支撑脚40固定到顶甲板30的下侧34。
将与中心基座支撑组件72关联的卡扣74固定到从顶甲板30的下侧34露出的对应卡扣开口180上。类似地,将与外基座支撑组件50关联的卡扣54、56固定到从顶甲板30的下侧34露出的对应卡扣开口170。面朝外卡扣销52从顶甲板30的侧36可见。
顶甲板30的产品支撑面32包括用于容纳夹具(jig)的开口,该夹具用于移除托板支撑脚40。夹具允许与托板支撑脚40上的所有卡扣54、56、74接触,以使它们从顶甲板30的下侧34脱扣。
现在参考图10-12,将更详细讨论四个接近对称的四分体100。每一个四分体100都包括一对球形锲入头(spherical carving)200、210。球形锲入头200、210也可被称为甲板斗区(deck scoop area)。球形锲入头200、210分别减小顶甲板30在每一个四分体100内的厚度。有利的是,球形锲入头200、210减小中心四分体挠曲对叉齿穿过顶甲板30下面的开口的能力的影响。在半尺寸塑料托板20上的载荷重时,可能发生中心四分体挠曲。
在其他实施例中,每一个四分体100都可包括单一球形锲入头,诸如,球形锲入头200或210。在又一些其他实施例中,单一球形锲入头可在球形锲入头200或210之间部分重叠。
球形锲入头200可被称为第一甲板斗区,而球形锲入头210可被称为第二甲板斗区。第二甲板斗区的尺寸大于第一甲板斗区200的尺寸。第一甲板斗区200具有矩形形状,而第二甲板斗区210具有方形形状。
顶甲板30的下侧34由露出的肋制成。第一甲板斗区200包括分别的手出入孔102。手出入孔102位于第一甲板斗区200的中心。手出入孔102位于第一甲板斗区200内的弯曲部分的顶峰。此顶峰对应于顶甲板30在第一甲板斗区200内的最小厚度点。
手出入孔102包括从产品支撑面32延伸到顶甲板30的相对下侧34的壁103。在第一甲板斗区200内,露出的肋202在第一方向上延伸,而露出的肋204在正交于第一方向的第二方向上延伸。
每一个四分体100中的第一甲板斗区200与顶甲板30的外侧38相邻。四分体100在外侧38与第一甲板斗区200之间的外周边区215具有均匀厚度,且不是第一甲板斗区200的一部分。对于全部四个四分体,四分体100的外周边区215绕顶甲板30的周边延伸。周边区与外侧35和38相邻。
过渡壁220将第二甲板斗区210与第一球形锲入头200分离。顶甲板30的厚度在过渡壁220处不减小。第二甲板斗区210内的肋包括在第一方向上延伸的肋212和在正交于第一方向的第二方向上延伸的肋214。
在每一个四分体100中,第二甲板斗区210包括多个隔开的开口230,如图8所例示的。开口230延伸到顶甲板30的下侧34。开口230可被划分为以网格图案布局的隔开的开口段。在每一个第二甲板斗区210内,每一个开口段具有与其他开口段中的每一个对称的开口230的图案。
另一个方面针对制造如上所述具有甲板斗区200、210的托板20的方法。该方法包括:形成被划分为四分体100的顶甲板30;以及形成多个托板支撑脚40。托板支撑脚40接合到顶甲板30的下侧34,且在顶甲板30的下面形成开口,用于容纳举升构件(liftingmember)。形成顶甲板30,以在每一个四分体100中在其下侧34上包括至少一个甲板斗区200、210。顶甲板30的厚度在每一个甲板斗区200、210中减小,以减小顶甲板挠曲对举升构件穿过与顶甲板30下面之间的开口的能力的影响。
考虑到能够装接电子跟踪装置,可进一步配置顶甲板30。例如,可形成隔室或将隔室装接到顶甲板30的下侧34,以携带电子跟踪装置。紧固件可用于装接,包括螺钉或其他硬体、塑料夹子、或其组合。电子追踪装置可被配置成在托板使用期间存储数据。电子追踪装置可包括但不限于通信协议,诸如蓝牙、低功耗蓝牙(BLE)、RFID、蜂窝式、以及GPS。
现在参考图13-21,讨论顶甲板30内的索环250的用途。有利的是,当物品放在顶甲板30的产品支撑面32上时,索环120提供较好的抓握,且在顶甲板30的下侧34上,还与叉式举升机的叉齿提供较好的抓握。有利的是,例如,当堆叠于另一个半尺寸塑料托板20上时,索环250还有助于将相同的半尺寸塑料托板20就位。例如,索环250的适当材料包括天然橡胶和合成橡胶。
每一个四分体100都具有一对索环250。索环250中的一个在顶甲板30的外周边区215中。另一个索环250在第二甲板斗区210内,且与外周边区215中的索环250正交。在所例示的实施例中,存在八个索环250。本领域中的技术人员容易明白,索环250的数目、位置和尺寸可有所不同。
将每一个索环250插入通过顶甲板30延伸的矩形索环开口270内,如图15所例示的。索环开口270从顶甲板30的上表面32降级,以形成凹格272。索环开口270在凹格272上面具有第一周边尺寸。
在凹格的下面,开口270具有小于第一周边尺寸的第二周边尺寸。包括在第二周边尺寸内的是分隔件274。分隔件274的上表面从凹格272凹进,且分隔件272的下表面延展到顶甲板30的下侧34。分隔件274要求每一个索环250的下部都具有狭缝或间隙259,以容纳分隔件274。
每一个索环250都包括上区段253,上区段253包括接合或搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252。每一个索环250的上表面254都是平坦的,且被加高到高于顶甲板30的产品支撑面32。上表面354与每一个对应索环250的上唇部252之间的过渡区256是弯曲的。
一对中区段258从每一个索环250的上区段253延伸。中区段258位于分隔件274的相邻侧上。分别的下区段260从每一个中区段258延伸。下区段260贯通延伸到顶甲板30的下侧34,并且呈喇叭状,用于接合顶甲板30的下侧34,如图9所例示的。每一个下区段260都包括下唇部263,下唇部263接合或搁置于顶甲板30的下侧34上。
除了索环250,顶甲板30的产品支撑面32还包括摩擦点290的阵列,以防止产品在产品支撑面32上滑动,如图19所例示的。例如,每一个摩擦点290都具有圆形形状,且为隆起的桩墩(stub)形式的。为降低形成半尺寸塑料托板20所需材料的重量和数量,顶甲板30和托板支撑脚40包括大量隔开的开口230,如上所讨论的。
另一个方面针对一种制造如上所述具索环250的托板20的方法。该方法包括形成具有多个通过延伸的索环开口270而且每一个索环开口270都包括凹格272的顶甲板30。将多个索环250插入多个索环开口270内。每一个索环250都包括上区段253,上区段253包括搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252,且上区段253的外露面254在高度上延伸于顶甲板30的上面。至少一个中区段258与上唇部252相邻,且从上区段253延伸到顶甲板30的下侧34。至少一个下区段260从至少一个中区段258延伸,且包括一对搁置于顶甲板30的下侧34上的隔开的下唇部263。至少一个下区段260的外露面264在高度上延伸于顶甲板30的下侧34的下面。该方法进一步包括:形成多个托板支撑脚40;以及将多个托板支撑脚40接合到顶甲板30的下侧34;和在顶甲板30的下面形成用于容纳举升构件的开口。
现在参考图22和23,半尺寸塑料托板20可与其他相同的半尺寸塑料托板20堆叠。与顶甲板30的外侧38相邻的索环250有助于使堆叠的半尺寸塑料托板20保持就位。这是用被加高到高于顶甲板30的上产品支承面32的索环250的上表面254完成的。例如,高于顶甲板30的产品支撑面32的索环250的加高上表面254可在0.25至0.75英寸的范围内。不限于此范围,因为实际加高上表面254可在此范围外有所不同。
一对对应开口300位于托板支撑脚40的下侧中,用于与堆叠的托板20的索环250的上表面254接合,如图23中由堆叠的半尺寸塑料托板20的截面图所例示的。确定每一个开口300的尺寸,以容纳索环250的上区段253,其包括上表面254以及位于上表面254与上唇部252之间的过渡区256的一部分。
特别是,托板20包括顶甲板30,顶甲板30包括产品支撑面32和相对下侧34。产品支撑面32具有多个通过其延伸的索环开口270,而且每一个索环开口270都包括凹格272。
将多个索环250插入多个索环开口270内。每一个索环250都包括上区段253,上区段253包括搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252,且上区段253的外露面254在高度上延伸于顶甲板30的上面。
多个托板支撑脚40位于顶甲板的下侧34上,且与和顶甲板30的外侧38相邻的多个索环250对准。每一个托板支撑脚40都包括:基座42,其横跨顶甲板30的宽度延伸;以及一对外基座支撑组件52。每一个外基座支撑组件52都具有:与基座42的端部一体地形成的下端;以及接合到顶甲板30的下侧34的上端。基座42的下侧配置成将相同托板20的一对索环250的上区段253在堆叠于其上时进行接合。
基座42的下侧34包括多个索环开口300,如图5所例示的。每一个索环开口300都配置成将相同托板20的分别索环250的上区段253在堆叠于其上时予以容纳。基座42中有四个索环开口300,致使外托板支撑脚40可接合到顶甲板30,而不限于与顶甲板30的特别外侧38的相邻布置。
每一个索环250的上区段253都包括上表面254,而且上表面254与上唇部252之间的过渡区256是弯曲的。弯曲过渡区256起将索环250的上区段253的上表面254安置于托板支撑脚40的基座42中的相应开口300中的引导件的作用。多个索环开口270安置于顶甲板30的相对外侧38处,而且每一个相对外侧38都具有一对隔开的索环开口270。
另一个方面针对制造如上所述可与其他相同托板20堆叠的托板20。该方法包括形成包括产品支撑面32和相对下侧34的顶甲板30。产品支撑面32具有通过其延伸的多个索环开口270,而且每一个索环开口270都包括凹格272。
该方法进一步包括将多个索环250插入多个索环开口270内。每一个索环250都包括上区段253,上区段253包括搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252。上区段253的外露面254在高度上延伸于顶甲板30的上面。
该方法进一步包括形成多个托板支撑脚40。每一个托板支撑脚40都包括:基座42,其横跨顶甲板30的宽度延伸;以及一对外基座支撑组件52。每一个外基座支撑组件52都具有:与基座42的端部一体地形成的下端;以及接合到顶甲板30的下侧34的上端。基座42的下侧配置成将相同托板20的一对索环250的上区段253在堆叠于其上面时进行接合。多个支撑脚40接合到顶甲板30的下侧34,而且多个支撑脚40与多个索环250对准。
顶甲板30的另一个特征是其可重配置为托板/托架平台30。由于对可重配置托板/托架平台30附加托架轮402,形成托架400,如图24-29所例示的。有利的是,将可重配置托板/托架平台30重配置成支撑半尺寸塑料托板20或半尺寸托架400。
当将可重配置托板/托架平台30配置为托架400时,不将托板支撑脚40接合到平台30的下侧34。并且,当将可重配置托板/托架平台30配置为托板20时,不将托架轮402接合到平台30的下侧34。
返回去参考例示顶甲板30的下侧34的图11,当配置为托架400时,提供多个托架轮装接区410,用于容纳多个托架轮402。有六个托架轮402接合到顶甲板30的下侧34,而且每一侧36上有三个。每一个托架轮装接区410都包括四个装接点412,用于固定托架轮402。当顶甲板30用作托板时,可提供附加装接点,以容纳盖板。
在可重配置托板/托架平台30的产品支撑面32中,提供多个托架轮窝420。多个托架轮窝420与多个托架轮容纳区410对准。每一个托架轮窝420配置成接合堆叠在其上面的相同托架400的分别托架轮402。通过使托架轮窝420容纳所堆叠的托架400的托架轮402,在堆叠托架400移动时,提供稳定性。
除此之外,每一个托架轮窝420都可包括引流开口,致使水或其他液体不积聚。位于托架400一端处的托架轮402可绕与顶甲板30垂直的轴线旋转,而其他四个托架轮402不旋转。
特别是,可重配置托板/托架平台30包括顶甲板30,顶甲板30包括产品支撑面32和相对侧34。产品支撑面32具有多个通过其延伸的索环开口270,而且每一个索环开口270都包括凹格272。
当配置为托板20时,下侧34包括多个托板支撑脚装接区430、432,该多个托板支撑脚装接区430、432与多个索环开口270对准且用于容纳多个托板支撑脚40。当配置为托架400时,多个托架轮装接区410用于容纳多个托架轮402。
产品支撑面32包括插入多个索环开口250内的多个索环270。每一个索环270都包括上区段253,上区段253包括搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252。当配置为托板20时,上区段253的外露面254在高度上延伸于顶甲板的上面,且配置成接合堆叠在其上面的相同平台30的托板支撑脚40的下侧300。
当配置为托架400时,多个托架轮容纳区410与多个托架轮窝420对准,且配置成接合堆叠在其上面的相同平台30的多个托架轮402。
每一个托板支撑脚40的下侧都包括多个索环开口300,而且每一个索环开口300都配置成将相同托板20的分别索环250的上区段254在当堆叠于其上时予以容纳。
另一个方面针对制造可重配置托板/托架平台30,制造可重配置托板/托架平台30包括形成顶甲板30,顶甲板30包括产品支撑面32和相对下侧34。产品支撑面32具有多个通过其延伸的索环开口270,而且每一个索环开口270都包括凹格272。
当配置为托板20时,下侧34包括多个托板支撑脚装接区430、432,多个托板支撑脚装接区430、432与多个索环开口270对准且用于容纳多个托板支撑脚40。当配置为托架400时,多个托架轮装接区410用于容纳多个托架轮402。
产品支撑面32包括插入多个索环开口250内的多个索环270。每一个索环270都包括上区段253,上区段253包括搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252。当配置为托板20时,上区段253的外露面254在高度上延伸于顶甲板的上面,且配置成接合堆叠在其上面的相同平台30的托板支撑脚40的下侧300。
当配置为托架400时,多个托架轮容纳区410与多个托架轮窝420对准,且配置成接合堆叠在其上面的相同平台30的多个托架轮402。
得益于前面的描述和有关附图中阐述的教导的本技术领域中的熟练技术人员会想到许多修改和其他实施例。因此,应当理解,本公开并不限于所公开的具体实施例,而且修改和实施例旨在包括于所附权利要求的范围内。
Claims (18)
1.一种托板,包括:
顶甲板,该顶甲板被划分为四分体;以及
多个托板支撑脚,该多个托板支撑脚接合到所述顶甲板的下侧且在所述顶甲板的下面形成开口,用于容纳举升构件;
所述顶甲板在其下侧上在每一个四分体中都包括至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区,而且所述顶甲板的厚度在每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的每一个甲板斗区中都具有不同的弯曲部分,以减小顶甲板挠曲对该举升构件穿过位于所述顶甲板下面的开口的能力的影响。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的一个甲板斗区都包括手抓握开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中每一个四分体都包括过渡壁,该过渡壁将该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的每一个甲板斗区分离,而且该过渡壁不减小所述顶甲板的该厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述甲板的下侧包括露出的肋,而且每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的一个甲板斗区都包括该露出的肋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述顶甲板包括外周边区,该外周边区包围该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区,而且所述顶甲板的该厚度在该外周边区中不减小。
6.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的一个甲板斗区都具有矩形形状,且该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的另一个甲板斗区具有方形形状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述顶甲板具有产品支撑面,而且该产品支撑面包括多个延伸到该下侧的开口,而且该开口在每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区中形成网格图案,而且每一个网格图案与其他四分体中的网格图案对称。
8.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述顶甲板以及每一个托板支撑脚都包括塑料。
9.一种托板,包括:
顶甲板,该顶甲板被划分为四分体,而且每一个四分体都在其下侧上包括至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区,而且所述顶甲板的厚度在每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的每一个甲板斗区中具有不同的弯曲部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的托板,其中每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的一个甲板斗区都包括手抓握开口。

14.根据权利要求9所述的托板,其中每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的一个甲板斗区都具有矩形形状,且该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的另一个甲板斗区具有方形形状。
15.根据权利要求9所述的托板,其中所述顶甲板包括塑料。
16.一种制造托板的方法,包括:
形成被划分为四分体的顶甲板;
形成多个托板支撑脚;以及
将该多个托板支撑脚接合到该顶甲板的下侧,其在该顶甲板的下面形成开口,用于容纳举升构件;
其中所述形成该顶甲板包括在其下侧上在每一个四分体中都形成至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区,而且该顶甲板的厚度在每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的每一个甲板斗区中都具有不同的弯曲部分,以减小顶甲板挠曲对该举升构件穿过顶甲板下面之间的开口的能力的影响。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中每一个四分体中的该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的一个甲板斗区都包括手抓握开口。
18.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中每一个四分体都包括过渡壁,该过渡壁将该至少二个不同大小的甲板斗区的每一个甲板斗区分离,而且该过渡壁不减小所述顶甲板的该厚度。
